Dependent on the kind of treatment, the effects of treating healthy skin can differ from seriously impacting a patient's health to less serious cosmetic effects such as hyper pigmentation.

As shown in Figure 8 the light emitter is providing treatment light to the treatment area and no stray light is escaping.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de luminothérapie (1) comprenant une partie de positionnement (11) et une partie de traitement (21). La partie de positionnement (11) comprend une ouverture (5) devant être positionnée au-dessus d'une région de traitement et permettant de visualiser celle-ci. Un accessoire (3) est conçu pour fixer la partie de positionnement (11) à un patient. La partie de traitement (21) comprend un émetteur de lumière (6) prévu pour fournir une lumière de traitement à la région de traitement. La partie de positionnement (11) et la partie de traitement (21) sont reliées entre elles par un couplage magnétique (7, 9). Le dispositif est utile étant donné que l'ouverture peut être positionnée au-dessus d'une région où une luminothérapie est souhaitée, tandis que la région est visualisée, le dispositif étant ensuite retenu en place à l'aide de l'accessoire. La luminothérapie peut ainsi être administrée à la région, et on peut par conséquent éviter de traiter les régions où la luminothérapie n'est pas souhaitée.
