目前,在医疗器械领域尚未发现解决上述问题的护理单元组合系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统及方法,其可以容易地安装在现有ICU病室的天花板下方悬挂,其具有一个或多个可延 伸和可旋转的独立功能区段,并以一相应方式将医疗设备、常用药品用具、病患者用品、电源接口与管线、医用气体终端接口与管线以及数字信息传输服务的电子硬件软件等定位容纳在悬挂式桥身的多个独立功能护理区段上的单元组合系统,方便医务人员快速选择一个或多个医疗设备和电子硬件软件,该组合系统具有功能配置完备,能消除现有技术中存在功能组件/构件配置不合理和不完备的局限性。
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的实施原理构思是:在ICU吊桥的整体功能配置上,采用多个功能组件/构件单元组合方法,其装配构造的连接方式,以使用方便、实用的方式构形,使ICU桥式护理单元组合系统功能设计组合合理、结构紧凑、既能减少设备占用空间、又能增加各区段内在空间的使用,外观形态全新,其具体构思表现为:将现有的干段、湿段构造布局改为护理区段、药液泵架移动区段、照明区段、监护呼吸区段及数字化信息系统五大功能区段/系统,以解决现有ICU病室内常用药品及临床医疗用品用具和病患者用品随意凌乱放置在干段、湿段工作平台上的问题,同时药液泵架移动区段设计为带电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口的可独立转动和平移滑动的泵架箱体构造,使之有足够空间按需要移动于病床头部区域;并在护理区段设计为带有触摸屏一体机电脑和/或X光观片灯组合柜门的内腔式护理柜构造,监护呼吸区段设计为收纳柜与升降机构总成组合构造,且电源插座、信息接口装置内藏于设备平台底部两侧的插座箱内腔两侧向,并在插座箱的外部活动安装有一防护盖,使之更安全可靠,同时电源插座、信息接口装置和医用气体终端接口可任意设计装配在护理单元组合系统中的各独立功能区段相应位置上,这种构造的五大功能区段/系统的设计布置,使其ICU桥式护理单元组合系统可为临床治疗过程中各自突出其ICU病室的专业规范性,同时又可为医护人员提供快捷方便和完善的配套服务。

根据本发明的目的,还提供一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,主要用于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,所述方法包括提供悬挂式桥身,其构形成安装在ICU病室内,以便提供每个功能区段组合连接点的定位;提供照明区段,其通过照明装置总成构形成安装在悬挂式桥身的前部;提供药液泵架移动区段、其通过支承挂架构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方能左右滑动轴向旋转连接并由它支承;提供护理区段、其构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方;提供监护呼吸区段、其构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方;提供数字化信息系统、其由通过交换机和连接线及信息接口装置配合连接各区段医疗设备上的接口端与数字电脑主机并构形成ICU病室内使用的电子设备显示、记录、处理、存储、传送病患者检 测信息,所述信息显示器构形成安装在悬挂式桥身上方的前向位置或悬挂式桥身的前向位置,也可以安装在药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段及吊管视觉观察所希望的任意位置上;通过上述相应功能区段/系统的重新配置组合方法,使之与悬挂式桥身结合构成形态全新的一体结构ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,使得ICU病室内的医务人员能就近、方便使用所需求的医疗和/或电子仪器设备/装置,能满足医务人员对病患者的及时治疗。
用于照明区段的组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:提供将夜间休息照明灯安装到照明装置总成顶部固定连接、将日常照明灯安装到照明装置总成前部固定连接、将治疗照明灯安装到照明装置总成底部固定连接。
用于药液泵架移动区段的组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:提供支承挂架,用于将泵架箱体安装到悬挂式桥身下方;提供导轨/导槽,用于将支承挂架安装到悬挂式桥身上并由它支承左右滑动;提供活动关节,用于将各独立功能区段安装到悬挂式桥身下方;提供泵架旋臂,用于与活动关节配合安装移动并由它支承;所述悬挂式桥身上的一个或多个独立功能区段分别通过活动关节和/或泵架旋臂机械连接在不同位置轴向旋转,所述活动关节为电磁制动,作用于防止各独立功能区段飘移。
其还包括将中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件分别连接到泵架箱体和延伸臂上向下延伸,将延伸臂支座连接到中心轴杆与泵架箱体结合部,将延伸臂活动连接到延伸臂支座上,将收线器安装到中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件上。
用于护理区段的组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:护理区段内提供内腔式组合的护理柜构形安装、或多个护理柜抽屉组合或隔板式抽拉箱组合或与终端箱外挂式组合构形安装,所述护理柜构形成将医疗和病人用品用具整理收纳其装放。
用于监护呼吸区段的组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:监护呼吸区段内提供收纳柜为内腔式结合或终端箱结合、或多个收纳柜抽屉组合 或隔板式抽拉箱组合或与终端箱外挂式组合构形安装,所述收纳柜构形成将医疗和病人用品用具整理收纳其装放。
其还包括将下述功能部件/设备中的一种或几种通过安装件分别安装到各独立功能区段内,所述功能部件/设备包括但不限于:电源插座、信息接口装置、医用气体终端接口、仪器操作平台、活动翻转台板、设备平台、控制把手、升降机构总成、抽屉、信息显示器、信息扫描器、时间显示器、气管支架、延伸臂、延伸臂支座、插座箱、中心轴杆、瓶托、备用抽屉、输液挂钩轴杆组件。
应当注意的是,本发明的技术方案中,所述护理区段、药液泵架移动区段、监护呼吸区段、照明区段和数字化信息系统中的功能组件除上述已描述的功能组件外还可以配置其他相关的功能组件。
本发明具有的主要优点和有益效果是:
1、采用本发明的技术方案,将原有的干段区、湿段区结构优化为照明区段、药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段及数字化信息系统等五大独立功能护理区段/系统;并对不同功能重新进行了合理的组合,规范了各区段的专业范围,为临床提供了全方位服务和支持;
2、在本技术方案中,由于护理区段设置为内腔式护理柜构造,使临床医疗用具用品/药品内置存放在该护理柜中,并同时在监护呼吸区段设置了病患者用具用品的收纳专柜,将原有技术的外置简易台板转換成各功能区段独立的多层内腔式立体空间构造,从单层平面布局改为多层内置立体布局,既减少了外置台板、节约了空间、又从结构上扩大了空间,从技术上解决了现有ICU病室混乱无序状态,尤其是避免了病患者的用品用具与医疗用品用具及药品混乱存放相互交叉污染;
3、还由于在护理区段设置有与护理柜柜门组合一体的触摸屏一体机电脑和/或Ⅹ光观片灯,使医务人员在观看查阅病患者等影像资料及病历病况后,能方便快捷对患者病况实时作出分析判断进行治疗,触摸屏一体机电 脑的使用从根本上解决了传统电脑清洁消毒难的问题,有效避免了二次交叉感染;
4、又由于监护呼吸区段增设了能垂直升降的升降机构总成,便于调整空间高度升降承载不同型号的呼吸机,实时操作方便快捷;
5、另外,本发明的技术方案中由于增设配置有内置电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口的泵架箱体,在泵架箱体上活动安装有防护箱盖,电源插座和信息接口可安装于泵架箱体内不同的位置和方向,使现有的泵架组件能增加服务功能,该泵架箱体可独立移动旋转,其距离不受病床限制,管线内藏收集规范,并在泵架箱体下方和泵架旋臂上设有至少两根能同时安装多个药泵使用的轴杆,同时在输液挂钩轴杆组件的下部轴杆和中心轴杆上还安装有收线器,该收线器也可以安装在泵架箱体的适当位置,解决了原药液泵架线路连接交叉混乱现象,满足了医务人员治疗的服务需求;
6、在照明区段设有治疗照明、日常照明、夜间休息照明等三大功能,使其在不同状态下能提供不同照明的需要,同时照明区段中的三种不同照明灯是环绕照明装置总成外套装在悬挂式桥身的适当位置上,如桥身的中部或两端部等位置,并且在照明装置总成的适当可安装的位置上还装置有时间显示器,为医务人员或病患者提供了方便;
7、所有独立区段均就近提供了组合系统必须的电源插座和信息接口装置,尤其是设备平台底部均设置有带活动防护盖板的内藏式电源插座与信息接口,使电源和信息接口线路能以最近的距离连接医疗设备,解决了远距离分散的电源和信息接口线路连接交叉混乱现象,同时活动防护盖板也为设备的使用和保养提供了更为安全的条件。
8、由于本技术解决方案中集成有数字化信息区段:可通过扫描器对病人信息釆集扫描:大大提高了其工作效率及病人信息的准确性,同时将心电监护、呼吸机数据、药泵输液数据等及其它医疗设备数据和临床病历记录,实时通过随机电脑记录、储存和输送至相关医疗科室。
9、本发明对终端箱做了改进,将其做整体式结构设计,在使用和清洁时能够保持高度的洁净卫生,并通过具有防护门结构的强弱电插座箱的整体式嵌入连接方式,能够达到气电完全相隔分离装配的功能。
10、在实际应用中,照明区段、药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段和数字化信息系统可以独立装配并使用于ICU或手术室中,这样,可根据不同的需要做更为灵活的使用选择和调整,使本发明公开的ICU桥式护理单元组合系统适合于各种需求和各种环境的使用。
本发明同样提供相应的设备。
本发明中的各独立功能区段组合及方法也可以用于医院手术室及其它相关科室作为吊塔相关功能配置。

现在将参照附图所示的优选实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。为了彻底理解本发明,在下文的描述中展示了大量的具体细节。然而对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是可以不采用这些特定细节中的一部分或所有部分来实施本发明,但其它实施例中,没有详细描述那些已知的操作,而不会使本发明难以理解。
本发明的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,具有一种结构,构形在该结构中,将原有的干段、湿段配置的ICU吊桥进行了重新组合并配置有适于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,例如对原有的干段、湿段进行了重新整合构形组成多个独立地对ICU病室进行护理的综合性功能区段,将原干段、湿段整合为护理柜、收纳柜、照明装置总成等独立的综合性功能区段。该护理柜和收纳柜可设计为内腔式结构或外挂终端箱形式的能内藏集纳存放医用器具、药品和用品用具的多种结构构形组合,这种组合构造能同时支承/支撑多个医用仪器设备和电子硬件软件,使得医务人员随手可获得所希望的支承/支撑位置和所需求的医疗服务,在该组合结构中,还独立的设计了两组能沿悬挂式桥身中导轨/导槽移动并轴向旋转的泵架箱体组合成的药液泵架移动区段,并在药液泵架功能组合中引入了电源接口、信息接口和气源接口,使之内藏于箱体内,然而改变了现有药液泵架构形组合,增加了相应的功能,使药液泵架组件成为独立的功能齐全的区段,这样能与相对独立的护理区段、监护呼吸区段、照明区段进行分开使用,能满足医疗服务的需求;在该组合结构中,还增设了监护呼吸区段中的升降机构总成和由多个功能区段装配的电子硬件软件连接组合的数字化信息系统,使得医务人员从ICU吊桥区域内快速方便的获得能满足的病患者信息数据和医疗信息资源,为了满足医疗服务需要,在相关功能区段上还增设了多个内藏式电源插座、信息接口装置和可活动翻转的操作台板及多个医用气体终端接口,并在护理区段的护理柜柜门上增加设计了带有记录、存储、查阅和传输病者医疗数字信息资料的 触摸屏一体机电脑及直观病患者X光照片的观片灯组合,其柜门的后面可以存放X光片等影像资料。

同样,为了清晰起见,在仅仅给出五个功能区段/系统的基础上进行描 述,显然本发明并不局限于被限定的区段数量和构形,可以应用于多于五个以上的独立多功能区段组合和重新构形。
本发明的具体构造特点是:
参照图1,图1示出根据本发明位于ICU病室内的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统的第一实施例。假如是通过悬挂式桥身的医疗、电子设备单元组合的系统,则采用此实施例。
一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,主要用于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,所述组合系统包括悬挂式桥身、活动关节、旋臂、导轨/导槽,其构形成安装到ICU病室内,所述活动关节连接于悬挂式桥身1底部与旋臂,所述导轨/导槽穿设于悬挂式桥身内腔横向中部固定连接,特点在于:所述悬挂式桥身上由一个或多个可延伸的独立功能区段构成组合系统,所述一个或多个独立功能区段分别通过活动关节和/或旋臂机械连接在悬挂式桥身不同位置或方向旋转,所述活动关节为电磁制动,所述组合系统还包括具有照明装置总成2-02构造的照明区段2、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身的前部,药液泵架移动区段3、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方左右滑动并轴向转动连接,护理区段4、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方一端固定连接并轴向转动,监护呼吸区段5、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方另一端固定连接并轴向转动,数字化信息系统、其由连接线及信息输入输出接口和电子硬件软件匹配安装到悬挂式桥身及每个功能区段上,所述药液泵架移动区段3包括通过支承挂架3-01安装到悬挂式桥身下方可旋转的泵架箱体3-04、安装到泵架箱体上的电源插座3-06和信息接口装置3-07,所述护理区段4包括构形成能收纳存放医疗用具用品和/或病人用具用品的护理柜4-04、与护理柜柜门4-07匹配构形成组合装置的X光观片灯4-06和/或触摸屏一体机电脑,所述监护呼吸区段包括构形成能收纳存放医疗用具用品和/或病人用具用品的收纳柜10、具有设备平台11并固定安装到收纳柜下方的升降机构总成5-07,该升降机构总成用于升降承载不同型号的呼吸设备。
本发明实施方式中,应当注意的是,所述护理区段功能组件与监护呼 吸区段功能组件可以配置互换。
本发明实施方式中,应该说明的是,根据本发明的不同实施例,悬挂式桥身1的各个独立功能区段2、3、4、5、6的构形和数量可能不同,但描述的多个独立功能区段中每一个功能区段都能构形成分别绕所述至少一个活动关节和/或旋臂在不同位置和方向旋转,其活动关节的制动方式除采用电磁制动外,也可以采用现有技术中使用的气动或电动或机械阻尼或手动制动结构装配。
参照图1、图2和图3,分别示出本发明的照明区段2具体结构视图。所述照明区段是由紧固件固定安装在悬挂式桥身1中部位置上的照明装置总成2-02整体构造,在照明装置总成顶部由螺栓固定嵌装一夜间休息照明灯2-01,在照明装置总成的前向位置上由螺栓固定嵌装一日常照明灯2-03,在照明装置总成的底部位置上由螺栓固定嵌装一治疗照明灯2-04,这样便构形成半环状外套装悬挂式桥身构造的照明区段,在照明装置总成的前部上方位置还固装有一时间显示器2-07;在本实施方式中,其照明区段也可以采用其他构造方式,即上述各功能灯具及时间显示器可组合嵌装在同一区段上,或嵌装在悬挂式桥身所希望的其他适当位置上,还可以安装在护理区段、监护呼吸区段可安装的适当位置上,所述照明装置总成的构形可以是U形状或V形状或锥形状或相适配的其他几何形状。
参照图1、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10、图11、图12和图13,分别示出了本发明的药液泵架移动区段3具体结构构造,在该药液泵架移动区段中设置了由具有可活动的防护箱盖的箱体、延伸臂支座、延伸臂、中心轴杆、输液挂钩轴杆组件、收线器、固定块和紧固件组合构造的两个泵架箱体3-04,其两个泵架箱体是分别由支承挂架3-01下端的活动关节3-03轴向旋转连接。所述支承挂架为C形构造,是位于悬挂式桥身后部外套于安装,并由其上部的弯形端头穿入悬挂式桥身顶部槽口与内置构造的导轨/导槽3-02上的滑块固定连接,并沿该导轨/导槽左右滑动。本发明的另外几种实施方式中,支承挂架可位于悬挂式桥身底部或前部活动连接并通过滑块沿其内置构造的导轨/导槽连接左右滑动。在这些实施方式中,支承挂架与泵架箱体之间还可以采用由支承挂架、活动关节3-03、3-12和 泵架旋臂3-13配合连接方式,使其泵架箱体能绕多个活动关节处在不同位置轴向旋转。
参照图5、图6、图7、图8和图14,本发明实施方式中,应具体说明的是,电源插座3-06和信息接口装置3-07是通过泵架箱体3-04后置箱口由螺栓固定内置嵌装在其内腔隔板上或两侧面,在泵架箱体的后面活动连接一用于防护电源插座和信息接口装置的防护箱盖3-05,使电源插座和信息接口装置隐藏于泵架箱体中,其电源插座和信息接口装置的安装数量可以是一个或两个以上,在泵架箱体中心部穿设一根中心轴杆3-08,位于泵架箱体下端中心轴杆连接部通过固定块3-18固定安装一个延伸臂支座3-17,延伸臂3-09由转轴活动安装在延伸臂支座左侧向或右侧向,输液挂钩轴杆组件3-11穿设于该延伸臂向下延伸,位于延伸臂支座的前向位置安装一个把手3-16,该把手用于操作移动泵架,所述中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件可使多个药泵同时固定安装,在中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件的中部位置还分别卡入套装一个收线器,所述中心轴杆的下段可以是单根轴杆垂直构造或由两根以上轴杆结合构形垂直构造,本实施方式中,电源插座和信息接口装置也可以采用外置泵架箱体可安装的位置上。
参照图4、图5、图8、图10、图11、图12,分别示出泵架箱体3-04内置电源插座3-06和信息接口装置3-07及连接防护箱盖3-05另外几种不同实施视图。其泵架箱体可以采用前后向或左右两侧向同时安装活动的防护箱盖构造方式,也可以采用泵架箱体前向或泵架箱体的一侧向活动安装防护箱盖的构造方式,其中泵架箱体内的电源插座与信息接口装置可以同方向不同位置装置,或不同方向不同位置装置,也可以在同箱体的不同内腔分别装置,其泵架箱体内的电源插座也可以置换为医用气体终端接口,如图1、图4、图10、图11和图12示出的医用气体终端接口3-10由螺栓固定于泵架箱体的前面或一侧面位置或其它可安装的位置上内置装配或外置装配,泵架箱体也可以采用无防护箱盖的构造。
应当注意的是,泵架箱体的外观构形不限于本发明的实施形状,可以构形成在其内腔能够安装电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口的适配几何形状,并容许医务人员方便连接电子和医疗设备,所述防护箱盖 是配合电源插座和信息接口装置所处内腔位置的箱口朝向活动安装,所述电源插座和信息接口装置可以分别安装在泵架箱体内腔不同位置,同时电源插座与医用气体终端接口是采用隔板分离安装在泵架箱体的前面或不同位置和方向,所述电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口也可以釆用外置安装在泵架箱体适当位置上。
参照图14,示出本发明的药液泵架移动区段与悬挂式桥身另一连接方式实施视图。所述支承挂架3-01还可以通过安装在悬挂式桥身1内腔的直线驱动器3-14连接构造,使得药液泵架区段5能通过支承挂架与直线驱动器配合自动平向移动。
参照图1、图15、图16、图17,示出了本发明的护理区段4具体结构视图。视图中的护理柜4-04是由安装在悬挂式桥身1下方的活动关节4-01与护理段旋臂4-02和护理段旋臂另一端的活动关节4-03机械连接悬挂,使得护理柜在制动打开后能够绕轴向自如旋转,所述护理柜为内腔式构造,护理柜柜口的朝向在本实施方式中不限制为前向开关设置,也可以采用侧向柜口开关设置或后向柜口开关设置,或希望便于使用的柜口朝向设置,其形状是与整个护理单元组合系统相适配的几何形状,如方形、椭圆形、圆形、多边形等;在护理柜柜口朝向的一侧边匹配安装一护理柜柜门4-07,其护理柜柜门是与X光观片灯4-06和触摸屏一体机电脑6组合一体构造安装。
参照图1、图15、图16、图17,分别示出了本发明的护理区段触摸屏一体机电脑和X光观片灯构造实施视图。所述触摸屏一体机电脑6采用由翻转机构6-01安装在组合有X光观片灯4-06上部前向左边的门体上(也可以安装在门体的右边),在护理柜下端通过安装件活动套装一由前向抽拉的备用抽屉4-22;图18、图19中示出护理区段还可以采用在护理柜柜门前面整体嵌装组合构造触摸屏一体机电脑,并在护理柜下端同样安装一前向抽拉的备用抽屉4-22。
医用气体终端接口4-05是由螺栓固定安装在护理柜的两侧面适当位置上并构形与护理区段上使用的医用气管连接,该医用气体终端接口也可以构形安装在护理柜可安装的其它任意位置上,一个或两个以上电源插座 4-20和信息接口装置4-13由螺栓固定到护理柜可适配安装的任意位置上,设备平台11由螺栓固定安装在护理柜下面的连接管4-10下端并构形成支承连接在ICU悬挂式桥身1下面使用的仪器设备,在设备平台的底部下方通过紧固件活动安装有一抽屉12,吸痰污物瓶装置4-11通过吸痰污物瓶旋臂4-20转动安装在连接管4-10下方,用于ICU病室内吸引和集纳病患者痰液及污物,具有活动防护盖的插座箱17固定安装在设备平台底部抽屉两外侧,电源插座13和信息接口装置14是通过紧固件嵌装在插座箱内腔两侧向或内腔其它可安装的位置,该电源插座和信息接口装置可采用内藏式装配或外置式装配,收线器15安装在插座箱内腔相应位置;所述电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口在护理区段中的配置数量可根据相应功能需要安装一个或两个以上。
信息扫描器4-15活动挂装在固定于护理柜下部右侧向位置的支撑挂架上,该信息扫描器也可以通过固定于护理柜左侧向或前部或后部的下端部适当位置上的支撑挂架活动挂装连接,使得该扫描器可相对于ICU病室内和病患者身上扫描所希望的数字信息,收线器、抽屉照明灯16、吸引管收纳盒4-12、设备平台照明灯4-14、外挂式手电筒组件4-08、听诊器挂件4-16和活动翻转台板4-17等相关的功能构件分别由紧固件固定安装在护理柜的相应位置上,控制把手4-09固定于护理区段所配置安装的设备平台11前部,该控制把手作用于手动操作护理区段移动和操控活动关节的电磁制动,用于装放试吸痰瓶和吸引管消毒瓶的瓶托4-21固定安装在护理柜下部设备平台的右侧边轨上。
应当注意的是,如图20所示护理区段4还可以采用触摸屏一体机电脑6通过旋臂4-03与螺栓配合固定安装在护理柜上,并采用手动操作方式使该触摸屏一体机电脑能够上下升降到适当位置。
还应当注意的是,参照图16、图17、图21,本发明实施方式中,更佳地,X光观片灯4-06是固定嵌装组合在护理柜柜门的前部,也可以固定嵌装组合在护理柜柜门的背部;同时X光观片灯的实施还可以构形成独立安装到护理柜的适当位置上,当该X光观片灯组合在护理柜柜门前部或安装到护理柜两侧部或后部位置上时,其护理柜柜门的背部能放置X光片等影 像资料,这样为医务人员起到及时就近观看病患者X光片和及时作出诊断的作用功能,本实施方式中护理柜柜门还可以采用无X光观片灯组合的门体结构。参照图23、图24、图25和图26,本发明实施方式中,护理柜还可以采用另外几种优选的实施构造方式,即护理柜采用设置多个护理柜抽屉4-18构造方式、或采用隔板式抽拉箱4-19构造方式、或采用多块存物隔板或多个杂物篮或多个收纳箱与终端箱8外侧面外挂装配构造方式。
在一些改进的实施方式中,护理柜柜门前向嵌装组合有一医用影像显示器,护理柜一侧向设有能翻转的触摸屏一体机电脑,该医用影像显示器用于医护人员及时就近观看病患者影像资料和查阅病患者医疗病历等数字信息资料,并可将病人床旁护理治疗信息进行记录、存储、传输、显示和查询。
在另外一些改进的实施方式中,护理柜一侧边连接有护理柜柜门,包括嵌装组合在所述护理柜柜门前向的医用影像专用一体机电脑,该医用影像专用一体机电脑具有观看病患者影像资料以及病患者病历等数字信息显示和传输功能,控制按键面板设置在护理柜柜门位于医用影像专用一体机电脑的下方,控制把手连接在护理柜前向下端部,键盘抽屉设在控制把手与护理柜柜门下端部控制按键面板之间的位置活动连接。
优选地,在前述各实施方式中,X光观片灯的位置可以设置为医用影像显示器,也可以设置为触摸屏一体机电脑或医用影像专用一体机电脑。而触摸屏一体机电脑或医用影像专用一体机电脑的位置可以设置为X光观片灯,也可以设置为医用影像显示器。也就是说,这三者的位置关系可以根据使用者的实际需要互换。
在另外一种实施方式中,护理柜的上端可以通过升降旋转臂连接所述X光观片灯、或者是医用影像显示器,也可以是触摸屏一体机电脑或医用影像专用一体机电脑。
参照图26,示出本发明的护理区段4第二个实施例。护理区段是采用终端箱8外挂护理柜4-04固定连接组合构造方式,其护理柜可通过螺栓和紧固件固定安装在终端箱的四侧部位置上连接;在本实施方式中,护理柜 是也可以采用无活动柜门的敞开内腔式框架9的构造方式,在本实施方式中,终端箱是由活动关节4-01、4-03和护理段旋臂4-02活动连接,使该终端箱在制动打开后能绕轴向自如旋转,医用气体终端接口4-05是通过螺栓固定安装在终端箱可连接的相应位置上与构形在护理区段上使用的医用气管连接,一个或两个以上电源插座和信息接口装置4-13由螺栓固定到终端箱可适配安装的任意位置上。参见图24,触摸屏一体机电脑能通过手动升降旋臂与紧固件配合活动安装在护理柜顶端位置,所述触摸屏一体机电脑可配置为普通一体机电脑。
参见图1、图29,分别示出了安装到本发明悬挂式桥身上的监护呼吸区段5的第一实施例。在一优选实施例中,假如是通过ICU病室医务人员选择设备来执行服务需求的,则可采用此实施例。
该监护呼吸区段5包括上活动关节5-01、下活动关节5-22和一个呼吸段旋臂5-21,活动关节可按照上述参见图1、图29所描述的与监护呼吸区段5相关的多种方式制造。利用活动关节和呼吸段旋臂两种的组合将区段中的收纳柜10连接在一起,并悬挂在悬挂式桥身下方连接,而活动关节使收纳柜在操作控制按钮打开制动后能够在垂直面内绕轴向旋转,并可由活动关节与内置于悬挂式桥身中的导轨/导槽配合平移左右滑动。
参照图32,在一个实施例中,所述收纳柜为内腔式制造,其柜口朝向可根据ICU病室设置和医务人员及病患者使用方便服务需求而定,不限于柜口朝前向开关设置,收纳柜的构造形状也不限于方形一种,可以制造与悬挂式桥身上其它区段相适配的几何形状,所需收纳柜柜门5-04与收纳柜构形匹配活动安装,在其它不同实施例中,根据组合系统的配置需要,所述收纳柜柜门也可以与X光观片灯组合构形活动安装。一个或两个以上医用气体终端接口5-09可以是内藏式或外置式构形,并由螺栓固定安装在收纳柜的相应位置上,使其能方便与监护呼吸区段上使用的医用气管连接。
应注意的是,在该实施例中,一个或两个以上信息接口装置5-05和电源插座5-12及收线器15由螺栓固定到收纳柜可配置安装的相应位置上、或通过固定连接在设备平台11底部两侧边的插座箱17内腔两侧壁朝内插接安装,使得ICU病室的医生和其它医务人员能够更方便、更安全的使用电 子信号和医疗仪器设备。
还应当注意的是,如图33、图34、图37所示,在不同的其它实施例中,收纳柜10可制造成两个或两个以上收纳柜抽屉5-14组合构形安装,或制造成隔板式抽拉箱5-10构形安装,或制造成与终端箱外挂式组合构形安装,除上述几种不同实施方式,所述监护呼吸区段5还可以制造成无活动柜门的敞开内腔式框架9、或多块存物隔板、或多个杂物篮、或多个收纳箱构形与终端箱一外侧面方向外挂式组合方式固定连接。用于支承监护仪或相关仪器设备的支承臂5-11通过紧固件安装在收纳柜左侧上方(或右侧上方)。
参照图35、图38,分别示出了根据本发明的监护呼吸区段第二实施例中终端箱单元正面视图、及带呼吸段旋臂与活动关节构造左侧向视图。在这些视图中,同样使用上活动关节5-01与终端箱5-02连接、或使用上活动关节5-01与呼吸段旋臂5-21和呼吸段旋臂另一端的下活动关节5-22组合将区段中的终端箱连接在一起,并悬挂在悬挂式桥身下方固定连接,而活动关节使终端箱在操作控制按钮打开制动后能够在垂直面内绕轴向旋转,也可采用由上活动关节5-01配合与内置于悬挂式桥身中的导轨/导槽上的滑块固定连接并平移左右滑动。
在这一实施例中,一个或多个医用气体终端接口5-09可以是内藏式或外置式构型固定安装到终端箱的适当位置,使其能方便与监护呼吸区段上使用的医用气管连接。一个或多个电源插座5-12和信息接口装置5-05由螺栓固定到终端箱可适配安装的任意位置上,或通过活动连接在终端箱上部设备平台底部两侧边的插座箱17和升降机构总成下端设备平台底部两侧边的插座箱的内腔两侧壁位置朝内插接安装。
参照图36,在上述不同的实施例中,升降机构总成5-07由紧固件(未示出)固定到收纳柜/终端箱下方,升降机构总成包括设备平台11、固定外套5-16、电机5-17、升降内套5-18、电机连接杆5-19、内套连接杆5-20活动结合在一起,该升降机构总成用于支承升降不限于一个型号的呼吸设备或者类似设备装置。
设备平台11分别由紧固件固定安装在收纳柜(或终端箱)的前向上部位置和下方的升降机构总成5-07的下端位置,其安装在收纳柜上部的设备平台可用于承载监护仪及相关仪器设备,其安装在升降机构总成下端的设备平台可用于承载呼吸机及相关仪器设备,翻转活动台板5-15由紧固件活动安装在收纳柜(或终端箱)的后面相应位置上,用于装放呼吸机湿化罐的支承座18由紧固件固定在升降机构下端设备平台一侧位置,消毒瓶挂件5-06通过螺栓固定安装在升降机构总成上部固定外套右侧位置,用于装放呼吸机湿化罐的支承座18由紧固件固定在设备平台一侧的边轨上,设备平台控制把手5-03分别由螺栓固定于监护呼吸区段所配置安装的设备平台11前部安装,收纳柜控制把手5-13由螺栓固定于收纳柜的下端部位置安装,该控制把手作用于手动操作监护呼吸区段移动,该控制把手作用于手动操作监护呼吸区段移动和操控电磁制动装置。
参照图1、图2和图3中所示,应注意的是,本实施方式中,位于照明区段的悬挂式桥身底部位置还通过紧固件安装有一监控装置2-05和治疗检查灯2-06组合,该监控装置和治疗检查灯也可以安装在悬挂式桥身和其它功能区段的相应位置上。
参照图1和图43,分别示出了连接到悬挂式桥身上和其下方悬挂的多功能区段上的数字化信息装置/设备构成的系统,其中,包括安装到本发明护理柜上的触摸屏一体机电脑6。利用悬挂式桥身中部安装的照明装置总成2-02通过紧固件装放在其照明装置总成前向上方的信息显示器6-02,该信息显示器或在不同的其它实施例中利用悬挂式桥身内置嵌装在其前端面位置,在一个实施例中,信息显示器配置可为电子显示屏,例如,可以是液晶显示屏或LED显示屏或任一能够实现信息显示功能的电子显示设备。在该实施例中,信息显示器可以是一个或多个安装到其它功能区段及吊管7视觉观察所希望的任意位置上,优选地为至少一个或多个并列间隔设置,或者不同位置设置,使医务人员能够通过信息显示器快速了解来自触摸屏一体机电脑和/或信息扫描仪传输的病患者基本信息。所述信息显示器用于将病人床旁护理治疗信息进行记录、存储、传输、显示和查询。一个或多个信息接口装置3-07、4-13、5-05由紧固件(未示出)固定连接在各功能区段中,所述数字化信息系统是通过交换机(未示出)和连接线(未示出) 及信息接口装置配合连接各区段医疗仪器设备上的接口端与触摸屏一体机电脑。
应当注意的是,本发明的技术方案中,所述护理区段、药液泵架移动区段、监护呼吸区段、照明区段和数字化信息系统中的功能组件除上述已描述的功能组件外还可以配置其他相关的功能组件。
此外,本发明中公开的ICU桥式护理单元组合系统可以仅包括护理区段、药液泵架移动区段、监护呼吸区段、照明区段和数字化信息系统之一,即各区段形成独立装配,并独立用于ICU和手术室,可更为灵活地实现各自的功能。
图44示出了本发明护理区段一种改进的实施方式。具体地,升降旋臂6-04可代替原有的旋臂6-03。这样,使用者可以根据需要更为灵活地调整触摸屏一体机电脑。图45示出了本发明的另外一种改进的实施方式,其中增加了冷冻冷藏装置4-23、消毒装置4-25以及活动箱体4-26,使组合区段具有更多功能性结构。尤其地,采用活动箱体4-26,可更为方便地拆卸和清洗。图46是图44的K-K方向剖截面放大示意图,其中示出了活动箱体4-26的拆装连接器4-27,通过此设置,可对活动箱体快速拆装,满足了现实中各种紧急状况时的需求。
虽然本发明结合不同优选实施说明,应该理解可以在其上进行不同的修改以及改变,如不偏离本发明在权利要求中提出的范围。也就是说,本发明不局限于上述实施方式,尤其是,可以通过采用本发明的不同构形连接方式的一个或多个护理单元组合而得到的所述组合系统,或在桥身下可转动连接的护理柜/收纳柜、以及监护呼吸区段可上下升降的承载平台装置或后置活动翻转平台的所述组合系统,均属于本发明的权利要求所保护的范围。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,主要用于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,所述组合系统包括悬挂式桥身、活动关节、旋臂、导轨/导槽,其构形成安装到ICU病室内,所述活动关节连接于悬挂式桥身底部与旋臂,所述导轨/导槽穿设于悬挂式桥身内腔横向中部固定连接,其特征是:所述悬挂式桥身上由一个或多个可延伸的独立功能区段构成组合系统,所述一个或多个独立功能区段分别通过活动关节和/或旋臂机械连接在悬挂式桥身不同位置转动,所述活动关节为电磁制动,所述组合系统还包括具有照明装置总成构造的照明区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身的前部,药液泵架移动区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方左右滑动并轴向转动连接,护理区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方一端固定连接并轴向转动,监护呼吸区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方另一端固定连接并轴向转动,数字化信息系统、其由连接线及信息输入输出接口和电子硬件软件匹配安装到悬挂式桥身及每个功能区段上,所述药液泵架移动区段包括通过支承挂架安装到悬挂式桥身下方可转动的泵架箱体、安装到泵架箱体上的电源插座和信息接口装置,所述护理区段包括构形成能收纳存放医疗用具用品和/或病人用具用品的护理柜、与护理柜柜门匹配构形成组合装置的触摸屏一体机电脑和/或X光观片灯,所述监护呼吸区段包括构形成能收纳存放医疗用具用品和/或病人用具用品的收纳柜、具有设备平台并固定安装到收纳柜下方的升降机构总成,该升降机构总成用于升降承载不同型号的呼吸设备,所述护理区段功能组件与监护呼吸区段功能组件可以配置互换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述照明区段包括安装在照明装置总成顶部位置的夜间休息照明灯、安装在照明装置总成前向位置的日常照明灯、安装在照明装置总成底部位置的治疗照明灯,在照明装置总成的适当位置上还安装有时间显示器。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是: 所述药液泵架移动区段设置至少一个泵架箱体,所述泵架箱体是分别通过支承挂架与固定于其支承挂架下端的活动关节配合活动安装,或通过支承挂架与活动关节、泵架旋臂和泵架旋臂另一端的活动关节组合活动安装,所述支承挂架为C形构造,是位于悬挂式桥身后部外套于安装,并由其上部的弯形端头穿入悬挂式桥身顶部槽口与内置构造的导轨/导槽上的滑块固定连接,并沿该导轨/导槽左右滑动,所述支承挂架与泵架箱体之间还可以采用由支承挂架、活动关节和泵架旋臂配合连接方式,使其泵架箱体能绕多个活动关节处在不同位置轴向旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述泵架箱体包括具有可活动的防护箱盖的箱体、延伸臂支座、延伸臂、中心轴杆、输液挂钩轴杆组件、收线器、固定块组合构造,至少一个电源插座和信息接口装置内置嵌装于泵架箱体内腔隔板上或两侧面,所述泵架箱体后面活动连接一防护箱盖,使电源插座和信息接口装置隐藏于泵架箱体中,在泵架箱体上穿设一中心轴杆,位于泵架箱体下端中心轴杆部位通过固定块活动安装一延伸臂支座,延伸臂通过转轴活动安装在延伸臂支座一侧,输液挂钩轴杆组件穿设于该延伸臂向下延伸,位于延伸臂支座的前向安装一个用于操作移动泵架的把手,所述中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件可使多个药泵同时固定安装,所述中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件上适当位置还分别套装一个收线器,所述泵架箱体也可以采用前后向同时安装活动的防护箱盖构造方式,还可以采用泵架箱体前向或泵架箱体的一侧向活动安装防护箱盖的构造方式,其中泵架箱体内的电源插座与信息接口装置可以同方向不同位置装置,或不同方向不同位置装置,也可以在同箱体的不同内腔分别装置,其泵架箱体内的电源插座也可以置换为医用气体终端接口,医用气体终端接口固定于泵架箱体的前面或一侧面位置或其它可安装的位置上内置装配或外置装配,所述电源插座和信息接口装置也可以采用外置装配构造,所述支承挂架是位于悬挂式桥身的顶部或底部或前部或后部与其内腔中的导轨/导槽上面的滑块固定连接并平移滑动,所述支承挂架还可以采用由安装到悬挂式桥身内腔的直线驱动器配合自动滑动连接,所述中心轴杆的下段可以是单根轴杆垂直构造或由两根以上轴杆结合构形垂直构造,所述泵架箱体的外观构形不限于本发明的实施形状,可以构形成 在其内腔能够安装电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口的适配几何形状,并容许医务人员方便连接电子和医疗设备,所述防护箱盖是配合电源插座和信息接口装置所处内腔位置的箱口朝向活动安装,所述电源插座和信息接口装置可以分别安装在泵架箱体内腔不同位置,同时电源插座与医用气体终端接口是采用隔板分离安装在泵架箱体的前面或不同位置和方向,所述电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口也可以釆用外置安装在泵架箱体适当位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述护理区段包括能将护理柜安装在悬挂式桥身下方的活动关节和护理段旋臂,所述活动关节使得护理柜在制动打开后能够在垂直面内绕轴向旋转,所述护理柜还包括安装在其任意部位上的医用气体终端接口、固定在其护理柜下端连接管上的设备平台、连接护理柜适当位置的信息扫描器、安装在其护理柜下端连接管底端的吸痰污物瓶装置,活动翻转台板、吸引管收纳盒、外挂式手电筒组件、听诊器挂件、瓶托分别构形成安装在护理柜的相应位置,电源插座和信息接口装置是通过紧固件嵌装在插座箱内腔两侧向或内腔其它可安装的位置,该电源插座和信息接口装置可采用内藏式装配或外置式装配,收线器安装在插座箱内腔相应位置,所述电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口在护理区段中的配置数量可根据相应功能需要安装一个或两个以上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述护理柜为内腔式结构构造,其柜口所处方向不限,护理柜柜门是与护理柜柜口匹配构形安装,所述护理柜柜门是采用组合有X光观片灯的门体上部一侧活动连接一能翻转的触摸屏一体机电脑,使ICU医护人员及时就近观看X光片和数字信息资料及记录、存储、查看和传输病患者医疗病历数字信息资料,所述触摸屏一体机电脑还可以直接嵌装在无观片灯组合的护理柜柜门前部,在护理柜的下端活动套装有备用抽屉,所述触摸屏一体机电脑和/或X光观片灯是与护理柜柜门的前部或背部匹配构形组合,所述触摸屏一体机电脑和/或X光观片灯也可以构形成分别独立安装到护理柜的适当位置,所述护理柜的构造形状为方形或为相适配的几何形状, 该结构中,所述护理柜柜门也可以采用无X观片灯组合的门体构造,所述护理柜也可以采用设置多个护理柜抽屉方式的结构构造,或采用隔板式抽拉箱方式的结构构造,还可以采用与终端箱外挂式组合方式的结构构造,另外,所述护理柜还可以采用无活动柜门的敞开内腔式框架构造方式,或采用多块存物隔板或多个杂物篮或多个收纳箱与终端箱外侧面外挂装配方式结构构造,所述触摸屏一体机电脑能通过手动升降旋臂与紧固件配合活动安装在护理柜前部顶端位置,所述触摸屏一体机电脑可配置为普通一体机电脑。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述监护呼吸区段中的收纳柜是通过固装在悬挂式桥身底部的活动关节下端连接,也可以采用活动关节与呼吸段旋臂和呼吸段旋臂另一端的活动关节配合连接,使得收纳柜在制动打开后能够在垂直面内绕轴向旋转,所述收纳柜包括固定安装在其收纳柜下端并具有设备平台的升降机构总成、配合安装在其收纳柜任意位置上的电源插座、信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口、连接在收纳柜上部位置的设备平台,其中设在升降机构总成的设备平台用于升降承载不同型号的呼吸设备,设在收纳柜上部的设备平台用于承载监护仪及相关设备,活动连接在设备平台底部的抽屉、用于承载监护仪并手动操作转动的支承臂、装置在收纳柜下部适当位置的消毒瓶挂件,用于装放呼吸机湿化罐的支承座由紧固件固定在升降机构下端设备平台一侧位置,所述电源插座和信息接口装置及医用气体终端接口可以是内藏式装配或外置式装配,所述收纳柜为内腔式构造,其柜口所处方向不限,所述收纳柜柜门是与收纳柜柜口相匹配构形活动安装,所述收纳柜的构造形状为方形或为相适配的几何形状,另外,所述收纳柜还可以采用无活动柜门的敞开内腔式框架构造方式,或采用多块存物隔板或多个杂物篮或多个收纳箱与终端箱外侧面外挂装配方式结构构造。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述监护呼吸区段也可以采用终端箱方式组合结构构造,其构形成通过活动关节安装在悬挂式桥身下方,或通过活动关节与呼吸段旋臂和呼吸段旋臂另一端的活动关节配合与终端箱组合结构构造,使得终端箱在制动打开 后能够在垂直面内绕轴向旋转,所述终端箱包括安装在其任意位置上的医用气体终端接口,连接在终端箱前向上部的设备平台、安装在终端箱后侧向的活动翻转台板、用于存放呼吸气囊并连接于设备平台底部的抽屉、连接在监护呼吸区段适当位置的呼吸机气管支架,所述存放呼吸气囊的设备平台底部的抽屉还可以采用构形成收纳盒形式构造,升降机构总成固定安装在终端箱底部下方。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述监护呼吸区段中的收纳柜柜门也可以采用设置X观片灯组合一体结构构造,所述收纳柜也可以采用设置多个收纳柜抽屉方式的结构构造或隔板式抽拉箱方式的结构构造,还可以采用与终端箱外挂式组合方式的结构构造。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述终端箱主要用于ICU病室吊桥、吊塔及手术室吊塔独立装配使用或与相关医疗设备/功能组件装配组合使用,包括吊管、吊管下端连接的箱体、箱体一侧向连接着活动柜门,还包括设在箱体内腔的消毒装置、活动连接于箱体内腔的拆装连接器、装置在所述箱体外部上方并连接有电脑的升降旋转机构,所述箱体是通过拆装连接器配合能拆卸分离与组合装配的活动箱体,所述升降旋转机构能使医护人员实现操作电脑上下升降或左右旋转的功能。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述升降机构总成由紧固件固定到收纳柜/终端箱下方,升降机构总成包括设备平台、固定外套、电机、升降内套、电机连接杆、内套连接杆活动结合在一起,该升降机构总成用于支承升降不限于一个型号的呼吸设备或者类似设备装置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述数字化信息系统包括安装在护理区段一侧向并具有能翻转打开的触摸屏一体机电脑、用于显示病患者基本信息的信息显示器、用于连接医疗设备并安装到各独立功能护理区段中的信息接口装置,所述数字化信息 系统是通过交换机和连接线及信息接口装置配合连接各区段医疗设备上的接口端与触摸屏一体机电脑。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述信息显示器配置为液晶显示屏或LED显示屏,其安装在悬挂式桥身的前向上方位置或悬挂式桥身的前向位置,也可以安装到药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段及悬挂式桥身两端上方吊管视觉观察所希望的任意位置上。
  14. 根据权利要求5或7或8所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,其特征是:所述设备平台还包括连接其设备平台底部具有控制开关的抽屉、连接在设备平台底部抽屉两外侧并具有可活动的防护盖的插座箱、嵌装在其插座箱内腔两侧面的电源插座和信息接口装置、设于插座箱内腔的收线器,该电源插座和信息接口装置也可安装在插座箱内腔相应位置,抽屉照明灯设在设备平台底部的抽屉内腔。
  15. 一种ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,主要用于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,所述组合系统包括悬挂式桥身、活动关节、旋臂、导轨/导槽,其构形成安装到ICU病室内,所述活动关节连接于悬挂式桥身底部与旋臂,所述导轨/导槽穿设于悬挂式桥身内腔横向中部固定连接,其特征是:所述悬挂式桥身上由一个或多个可延伸的独立功能区段构成组合系统,所述一个或多个独立功能区段分别通过活动关节和/或旋臂机械连接在悬挂式桥身不同位置转动,所述活动关节为电磁制动,所述组合系统还包括具有照明装置总成构造的照明区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身的前部,药液泵架移动区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方左右滑动并轴向转动连接,护理区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方一端固定连接并轴向转动,监护呼吸区段、其构形成安装到悬挂式桥身下方另一端固定连接并轴向转动,数字化信息系统、其由连接线及信息输入输出接口和电子硬件软件匹配安装到悬挂式桥身及每个功能区段上,,所述照明区段、药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段和数字 化信息系统之一形成独立装配,并独立使用于ICU或手术室中。
  16. 一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,主要用于ICU病室医疗仪器设备的承载、提供医用气体终端接口和电源插座以及医疗诊断数字信息输入输出的支持、对医疗和病人用品用具的整理收纳,所述方法包括提供悬挂式桥身,其构形成安装在ICU病室内,以便提供每个功能区段组合连接点的定位,提供照明区段,其通过照明装置总成构形成安装在悬挂式桥身的前部,提供药液泵架移动区段、其通过支承挂架构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方能左右滑动轴向旋转连接并由它支承,提供护理区段、其构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方,提供监护呼吸区段、其构形成安装在悬挂式桥身下方,提供数字化信息系统、其由通过交换机和连接线及信息接口装置配合连接各区段医疗设备上的接口端与数字电脑主机并构形成ICU病室内使用的电子设备显示、记录、处理、存储、传送病患者检测信息,所述信息显示器构形成安装在悬挂式桥身上方的前向位置或悬挂式桥身的前向位置,也可以安装在药液泵架移动区段、护理区段、监护呼吸区段及吊管视觉观察所希望的任意位置上,通过上述相应功能区段/系统的重新配置组合方法,使之与悬挂式桥身结合构成形态全新的一体结构ICU桥式护理单元组合系统,使得ICU病室内的医务人员能就近、方便使用所需求的医疗和/或电子仪器设备/装置,能满足医务人员对病患者的及时治疗。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:提供支承挂架,用于将泵架箱体安装到悬挂式桥身下方,提供导轨/导槽,用于将支承挂架安装到悬挂式桥身上并由它支承左右滑动,提供活动关节,用于将各独立功能区段安装到悬挂式桥身下方,提供泵架旋臂,用于与活动关节配合安装移动并由它支承,所述悬挂式桥身上的一个或多个独立功能区段分别通过活动关节和/或泵架旋臂机械连接在不同位置轴向旋转,所述活动关节为电磁制动,作用于防止各独立功能区段飘移。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:提供将夜间休息照明灯安装到照明装置总成顶部固 定连接、将日常照明灯安装到照明装置总成前部固定连接、将治疗照明灯安装到照明装置总成底部固定连接。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是:其还包括将中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件分别连接到泵架箱体和延伸臂上向下延伸,将延伸臂支座连接到中心轴杆与泵架箱体结合部,将延伸臂活动连接到延伸臂支座上,将收线器安装到中心轴杆和输液挂钩轴杆组件上。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:护理区段内提供内腔式组合的护理柜构形安装、或多个护理柜抽屉组合或隔板式抽拉箱组合或与终端箱外挂式组合构形安装,所述护理柜构形成将医疗和病人用品用具整理收纳其装放。
  21. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是,所述方法还包括:监护呼吸区段内提供收纳柜为内腔式结合或终端箱结合、或多个收纳柜抽屉组合或隔板式抽拉箱组合或与终端箱外挂式组合构形安装,所述收纳柜构形成将医疗和病人用品用具整理收纳其装放。
  22. 根据权利要求16所述的一种ICU桥式护理单元组合方法,其特征是:其还包括将下述功能部件/设备中的一种或几种通过安装件分别安装到各独立功能区段内,所述功能部件/设备包括但不限于:电源插座、信息接口装置、医用气体终端接口、仪器操作平台、活动翻转台板、设备平台、控制把手、升降机构总成、抽屉、信息显示器、信息扫描器、时间显示器、气管支架、延伸臂、延伸臂支座、插座箱、中心轴杆、瓶托、备用抽屉、输液挂钩轴杆组件。
