一种对门冰箱的翻转梁,包括:翻转梁本体(2)、上安装装置、下安装装置和线束(7),翻转梁本体(2)通过上安装装置以及下安装装置与冰箱的箱门(5)可枢转地连接;上安装装置或下安装装置开设有用于线束(7)穿过的铰链孔,线束(7)穿过铰链孔后与预埋在箱门(5)里的快插端子连接。翻转梁线束(7)直接通过上支座或下支座的铰链孔连接到预埋在箱门(5)内的快插端子内,无需在上下支座间添加线束过线结构。能够保证冰箱外观整洁,结构简单,易于装备,定位精确牢靠,可靠性高。

Description

一种对门冰箱的翻转梁 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种对门冰箱, 更具体地, 涉及一种对门冰箱的翻转梁。
背景技术
已知的对开门冰箱, 冷藏室有两个箱门, 中间的密封关门结构是一个翻转 说
梁。 已知的翻转梁是靠上下两个铰链结构的支座 (其设有燕尾槽结构) 安装到 箱门上, 线束通过中间一个专用线束过线书结构与箱门里预埋的线束插接头连接 上, 并放置在箱门里的预埋盒里, 同时通过螺钉定位翻转梁上下方向自由度。
三星电子有限公司的 BCD-400DNTL产品, 其翻转梁使用了两个铰链结构 的上下支座 (设有燕尾槽结构) 连接到箱门上, 中间设有一个专用过线结构, 线束通过其与箱门里的插接头连接, 同时用螺钉定位过线结构, 并定位翻转梁 上下方向自由度见图 1, 图 1中 A为线束过线结构, 同时用螺钉定位翻转梁上 下方向自由度。
这种翻转梁过线与安装方式, 结构复杂, 螺钉在冷湿环境下易生锈。 发明内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于使得翻转梁线束过线与安装方便, 本实用新型 的又一目的在于翻转梁定位无需采用螺钉定位, 能够避免在冷湿环境下生锈, 为实现上述目的, 本实用新型提成一种对门冰箱的翻转梁。
其具体实现方案为:
一种对门冰箱的翻转梁, 包括: 翻转梁本体、 上安装装置、 下安装装置和 线束, 所述翻转梁本体通过上安装装置以及下安装装置与冰箱的箱门可枢转的 连接; 所述上安装装置或下安装装置开设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔, 所述线束 穿过铰链孔后与预埋在箱门里的快插端子连接。
更进一步的, 所述上安装装置开设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔, 其中上安装 装置包括上支座及预埋在箱门内的预埋盒, 所述上支座与预埋盒配装, 快插端 子设置在预埋盒内, 上支座上开设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔; 所述下安装装置 包括下支座及预埋在箱门内的安装座, 所述下支座与安装座配装。
过线束的铰链孔还可以设置在下安装装置上, 具体为: 所述下安装装置开 设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔, 其中上安装装置包括上支座及预埋在箱门内的安 装座, 所述上支座与安装座配装; 所述下安装装置包括下支座即预埋在箱门内 的预埋盒, 所述下支座与预埋盒配装, 所示下支座上开设有用于线束穿过的铰 链孔。
翻转梁线束直接通过上支座或下支座的铰链孔连接到预埋在箱门内的快插 端子内, 无需在上下支座间添加线束过线结构, 保证外观简洁。
更进一步的, 所述上、 下支座均设有燕尾结构, 所述预埋盒及安装座均设 有与燕尾结构配装的燕尾槽结构。
更进一步的, 所述上支座设有反向勾结构, 用于与埋在箱门里的安装座或 者预埋盒配装定位; 所述下支座设有反向勾结构, 用于与埋在箱门里的安装座 或者预埋盒配装定位。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型的有益效果为:
翻转梁线束直接通过上支座或下支座的铰链孔连接到预埋在箱门内的快插 端子内, 无需在上下支座间添加线束过线结构, 保证外观简洁, 采用燕尾槽定 位结构、 及反向勾结构进行定位, 不需要螺钉定位, 结构简单, 易于装配。 本 实用新型提出的翻转梁安装方式, 结构简单, 定位精确牢靠, 可制造性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述, 但本实用新型的实施方式并不 限于此。
在本实用新型中, 各专业术语的名词解释如下: 上支座: 一种铰链, 用于连接翻转梁与箱门, 铰链轴中心设有通孔结构, 用于线束通过; 设有燕尾槽结构, 用于安装在预埋盒上;
翻转梁: 应用在法式对开门冰箱中, 冷藏室有左、 右两个箱门, 用于密封 左、 右箱门中间间隙的可翻转结构组件;
下支座: 一种铰链, 用于连接翻转梁与箱门, 设有燕尾槽结构, 用于安装 在预埋盒上;
安装座: 预埋在箱门里, 设有燕尾槽结构, 用于安装翻转梁;
预埋盒: 预埋在箱门里, 设有燕尾槽结构, 用于安装翻转梁, 同时设有线 束预埋空间, 用于线束快插接头的放置。
实施例一
如图 2、 3、 4所示, 一种对门冰箱的翻转梁, 包括: 翻转梁本体 2、 上安 装装置、 下安装装置和线束 7, 翻转梁本体 2通过上安装装置以及下安装装置 与冰箱的箱门 5可枢转的连接; 其中上安装装置开设有用于线束 7穿过的铰链 孔, 线束 7穿过铰链孔后与预埋在箱门 5里的快插端子连接; 其中上安装装置 包括上支座 1及预埋在箱门内的预埋盒 6, 上支座 1设有燕尾结构, 预埋盒 6 设有燕尾槽结构, 上支座 1与预埋盒 6通过燕尾结构以及燕尾槽结构配装, 且 上支座 1开设有用于线束 7穿过的铰链孔; 下安装装置包括下支座 3及预埋在 箱门 5内的安装座 4, 所示下支座 3设有燕尾结构, 安装座 4设有燕尾槽结构, 下支座 3与安装座 4通过燕尾结构以及燕尾槽结构配装。 同时在下支座 3设有 用于与埋在箱门 5里的安装座 4配装定位的反向勾结构。
实施例二
一种对门冰箱的翻转梁, 包括: 翻转梁本体、 上安装装置、 下安装装置和 线束,翻转梁本体通过上安装装置以及下安装装置与冰箱的箱门可枢转的连接; 其中下安装装置开设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔, 线束穿过铰链孔后与预埋在箱 门里的快插端子连接; 其中上安装装置包括上支座及预埋在箱门内的安装座, 上支座设有燕尾结构, 安装座设有燕尾槽结构, 上支座与安装座通过燕尾结构 以及燕尾槽结构配装; 下安装装置包括下支座及预埋在箱门内的预埋盒, 所示 下支座设有燕尾结构, 预埋盒设有燕尾槽结构, 下支座与预埋盒通过燕尾结构 以及燕尾槽结构配装, 且下支座开设有用于线束穿过的铰链孔。 同时在下支座 设有用于与埋在箱门里的预埋盒配装定位的反向勾结构。

4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的对门冰箱的翻转梁, 其特征在于, 所述上、 下支座均设有燕尾结构, 所述预埋盒及安装座均设有与燕尾结构配装的燕尾槽 结构。
