30的把手部 (即前端) 平放在搁置部 21上。 当洗碗机洗涤状态结束时, 可将支撑件 20置 于第二位置处, 如图 4和图 5, 第一搁置部 21高于托盘主体 10的上表面 (即水平面), 以 将放在支撑件 20上的刀叉 30的把手部向上托起, 便于用户取出刀叉 30。 可选地, 当支撑 件 20处于第二位置时,第一搁置部 21的上表面与托盘主体 10的上表面成预定角度。由此, 可将放在支撑件 20上的刀叉 30的把手部向上托起, 使刀叉 30与托盘主体 10上表面成预 定角度, 以便于用户取出刀叉 30。 在本发明一些具体的实施例中, 如图 1所示, 导向槽包括沿前后方向间隔开的第一槽 121、 第二槽 122和第三槽 123, 第一搁置部 211上具有第一延伸柱 2131, 第二搁置部 212 上具有间隔开的第二延伸柱 2141和第三延伸柱 2151,第一延伸柱 2131、第二延伸柱 2141、 第三延伸柱 2151分别伸入第一槽 121、 第二槽 122和第三槽 123内, 且第一延伸柱 2131、 第二延伸柱 2141、第三延伸柱 2151分别在第一槽 121、第二槽 122和第三槽 123内可滑动。 由此, 通过调整第一延伸柱 2131、 第二延伸柱 2141、 第三延伸柱 2151分别在第一槽 121、 第二槽 122和第三槽 123内的位置, 可以调整支撑件 20在托盘主体 10内的位置、 或可以 称为调整支撑件 20相对于托盘主体 10的角度。
如图 1、 图 3和图 5, 第一槽 121、 第二槽 122和第三槽 123的上端平齐, 第一槽 121 的下端低于第二槽 122和第三槽 123的下端, 第一槽 121内具有水平折弯部 1211, 折弯部 1211与第二槽 122和第三槽 123的下端平齐。 如图 2和图 3所示, 支撑件 20位于第一位 置时, 第一延伸柱 2131位于第一槽 121的折弯部内, 第二延伸柱 2141和第三延伸柱 2151 分别位于第二槽 122和第三槽 123的下端。如图 4和图 5所示,支撑件 20位于第二位置时, 第一延伸柱 2131位于第一槽 121的下端, 第二延伸柱 2141位于第二槽 122的下端, 第三 延伸柱 2151位于第三槽 123的上端。
在一些可选的示例中, 如图 1-图 5所示, 第二槽 122形成为 L形槽且其上端开口, 第 三槽 123形成为 U形槽且其前侧上端封闭、 后侧上端开口。 同样地, 第一槽 121的上端开 口。 这样, 支撑件 20的第一延伸柱 2131、 第二延伸柱 2141、 第三延伸柱 2151从上端开口 分别进入到第一槽 121、 第二槽 122和第三槽 123内并可移动。
可选地, 延伸柱由设在第一搁置部 211或第二搁置部 212上且沿左右方向延伸的支撑 条的两端构成。具体而言, 第一延伸柱 2131是由设在第一搁置部 211上且沿左右方向延伸 的第一支撑条 213的两端构成, 第二延伸柱 2141和第三延伸柱 2151是由设在第二搁置部 212上且沿左右方向延伸的第二支撑条 2141和第三支撑条 2151的两端构成。 其中, 在图 2-图 5所示的示例中, 刀叉 30的把手部 (即前端) 搁在第一支撑条 2131上。 这样, 当支 撑件 20位于第二位置时, 第一支撑条 2131高于托盘主体 10所在平面, 从而将刀叉 30的 把手部向上托起, 便于取放。
在一些优选的实施例中, 如图 1所示, 第一搁置部 211和第二搁置部 212位于同一平 面上。 这样, 便于制造、 且便于放置刀叉。 可选地, 在前后方向上, 第一搁置部 211 的宽 度小于第二搁置部 212的宽度。
如图 1所示, 根据本发明的一个实施例, 托盘主体 10的上表面沿左右方向间隔设置有 多个凸起 13。 在一些具体示例中, 如图 1所示, 多个凸起 13包括沿前后方向的多排, 每 排中多个凸起 13呈锯齿形。 可选地, 每排中多个凸起 13的下端在左右方向上依次连接。 由此, 可使刀叉 30稳定地放置在刀叉托盘组件 100上, 避免刀叉 30在清洗过程中被水流 打乱顺序, 影响清洗效果。
根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种洗碗机(未示出), 包括如上所述的实施例的用于 洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件 100。
根据本发明的实施例的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件 100,洗碗机洗涤时,可以将支撑件 20调整到第一位置处, 以使刀叉被固定的更加稳定, 方便对刀叉进行清洗; 当洗涤结束后, 可以将支撑件 20由第一位置切换到第二位置,支撑件 20可以将刀叉托起与托盘主体 10呈 一定角度, 方便用户快速地取出刀叉 30。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
托盘主体; 以及
支撑件, 所述支撑件的左右两端与所述托盘主体可活动地连接以使所述支撑件在第一 位置和第二位置之间可切换, 所述支撑件被构造成其位于第一位置时、 放置在所述托盘主 体和所述支撑件的刀叉大体平放, 且所述支撑件位于所述第二位置时所述刀叉的一端被托 起。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述托盘主体上 形成有沿上下方向贯通所述托盘主体的开口, 所述支撑件设在所述开口内。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述开口邻近所 述托盘主体的前端。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述开口的左右 两侧设有相对的导向槽, 所述支撑件的两端在所述导向槽内可移动。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括: 分别沿左右方向延伸的第一搁置部和第二搁置部, 所述第一搁置部和所述第二搁置部 的两端分别向外延伸出至少一个延伸柱, 所述延伸柱适于在所述导向槽内移动; 以及
多个间隔部, 在前后方向上、 所述多个间隔部均连接在所述第一搁置部和第二搁置部 之间, 所述多个间隔部沿左右方向间隔开设置。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述导向槽包括 沿前后方向间隔开的第一槽、 第二槽和第三槽, 所述第一搁置部上具有第一延伸柱, 所述 第二搁置部上具有间隔开的第二延伸柱和第三延伸柱, 所述第一至第三延伸柱分别伸入所 述第一至第三槽内。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一至第三 槽的上端平齐, 所述第一槽的下端低于所述第二槽和第三槽的下端, 所述第一槽内具有水 平折弯部, 所述折弯部与所述第二槽和第三槽的下端平齐;
所述支撑件位于所述第一位置时, 所述第一延伸柱位于所述第一槽的所述折弯部内, 所述第二延伸柱和所述第三延伸柱分别位于所述第二槽和所述第三槽的下端;
所述支撑件位于所述第二位置时, 所述第一延伸柱位于所述第一槽的下端, 所述第二 延伸柱位于所述第二槽的下端, 所述第三延伸柱位于所述第三槽的上端。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二槽形成 为 L形槽且其上端开口;
所述第三槽形成为 U形槽且其前侧上端封闭、 后侧上端开口。
9、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述延伸柱由设 在所述第一搁置部或第二搁置部上且沿左右方向延伸的支撑条的两端构成。
10、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一搁置 部和所述第二搁置部位于同一平面上。
11、 根据权利要求 5所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 在前后方向上, 所述第一搁置部的宽度小于所述第二搁置部的宽度。
12、 根据权利要求 1-11中任一项所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所 述托盘主体的上表面沿左右方向间隔设置有多个凸起。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述多个凸起 包括沿前后方向的多排, 所述每排中多个凸起呈锯齿形。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的用于洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述每排中多 个凸起的下端依次连接。
15、 一种洗碗机, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 1-14任一项所述的用于洗碗机的刀 叉托盘组件。
