为了简明起见, 图 3-图 5为图 2的补充或具体描述图 2的某个步骤, 图 7-图 9为图 6的补充或具体描述图 6的某个步骤。
可选的, 本发明中所述的第一终端包括现有或预见存在的智能移动终端, 如智能手机, 智能平板电脑等; 本发明中所述的第二终端包括各种显示设备, 如电视, 电脑显示屏, 智能平板电脑等。
本发明提供了一种用于控制终端显示界面的方法, 参见图 2, 包括步骤 S201-步骤 S204。
5201 , 将第二终端界面显示数据同步至第一终端。
5202, 获取所述第一终端的触屏信息, 提取所述触屏信息中的触屏数据。 其中, 所述触屏数据包括触屏坐标和触屏值。
5203 , 根据所述触屏数据识别触屏操作手势。
5204, 根据所述触屏操作手势控制所述第二终端的界面显示。
该流程图为本发明所保护的基本流程图,任何经过以上步骤得以实现的方 法或设备均在本发明的保护范围内。
作为一种可选实施例, 图 3所示为图 2中步骤 S201的一种可选的具体步 骤实现, 步骤 S201包括步骤 S301-步骤 S303。
5301 , 实时获取所述第二终端的界面显示数据。
5302, 将所述第二终端的界面显示数据压缩成数据流。
5303 , 将所述数据流发送至所述第一终端。
通过以上步骤, 可使第一终端界面同步第二终端界面, 即第一终端与第二 终端的显示内容相同, 由于第一终端不受地域限制, 能够自由移动, 从而可以 增强用户体验, 使用户的活动范围不局限在第二终端附近。 可选的, 本发明可 通过局域网实现第一终端与第二终端的界面同步。
作为一种可选实施例,触屏操作手势包括点击操作、移动操作或缩放操作。 作为一种可选实施例,图 4所示为图 2中步骤 S203及 S204的一种可选的 具体步骤实现,步骤 S203包括步骤 S401-步骤 S404, S204包括步骤 S405-S407。
5401 , 识别所述触屏数据中的所述触屏坐标及所述触屏值; 可选的, 所述 触屏坐标定义为 (x, y ), 所述触屏值定义为 p, 所述触屏值为 1时, 表示手指 接触屏幕, 所述触屏值为 0时, 表示手指离开屏幕。 通过(x, y )和 p的变化, 来虚拟第一终端中的操作手势。
5402, 若仅触屏值 p发生 0-1-0的变化过程, (x, y )保持不变, 则可识 别所述触屏操作手势为点击操作。
5403 , 若(x, y )—个或多个参量发生连续变化, 并且 p为 1时, 则可识 别所述触屏操作手势为移动操作。
5404, 若有多个(x, y )值, 其中的一个或多个坐标参量发生连续变化, 并且有多个 p为 1时, 则可识别所述触屏操作手势为缩放操作。
5405 ,若所述触屏操作手势为所述点击操作,则获取与所述触屏坐标相应 的链接内容。
5406,若所述触屏操作手势为所述移动操作,则根据所述移动操作方向切 换所述第二终端的界面显示内容。
5407,若所述触屏操作手势为所述缩放操作,则根据所述缩放操作缩放所 述终端界面显示。
可选的, 第一终端开启了 touch监听设备, 对触屏时间进行实时监听, 当 发生触屏事件后,将所述触屏事件传送至控制端,使控制端能够产生模拟触屏 事件。 图 5描述了本发明所保护的设备接收到触屏事件后,对其进行识别以及 识别后发出产生模拟触屏事件的具体指令。较传统的第一终端发生触屏事件处 理后,将整个界面数据打包传送给控制设备,本发明仅对触屏坐标及触屏值进 行打包传送, 传输数据量减小, 传输速度加快, 网络不容易发生阻塞, 从而提 高了用户的浏览速度。
作为一种可选实施例, 图 5所示为图 2步骤的补充, 在步骤 S201之前, 还包括步骤 S501-步骤 S503。
5501 , 调用传统控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示。
5502, 获取所述第一终端的同步请求信息。
5503 , 调用终端控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示。 可选的, 可以在第一终端设置多屏互动客户端, 当用户需要第一终端与第 二终端同步时, 可开启此客户端。 在没有开启客户端之前, 第二终端可以显示 传统控制模式界面, 如第二终端为电视机时, 传统控制模式界面可参考图 1, 可由传统控制设备, 如遥控器等, 进行控制。 当开启客户端后, 第二终端的界 面显示变为终端控制模式界面, 参考图 10, 当进行缩放时, 界面变化可参考 图 11.此界面更适合在第一终端设备上显示, 同时也给用户提供了更多浏览方 式。
本发明还提供了一种用于控制终端显示界面的设备, 可选的, 本发明所保 护的设备可以作为通信模块嵌入第二终端,如智能电视中的电视通信模块; 也 可以独立存在对第二终端进行控制, 如机顶盒等。
参见附图 6, 为本发明用于控制终端显示界面的第一实施例的结构示意 图。 包括同步模块 601, 第一获取模块 602, 识别模块 603, 控制模块 604。
同步模块 601, 用于将第二终端的界面显示数据同步至第一终端。
第一获取模块 602, 用于获取所述第一终端的触屏信息, 提取所述获取模 块获取的所述触屏信息中的触屏数据; 其中, 所述触屏数据包括触屏坐标和触 屏值。
识别模块 603, 用于根据所述第一获取模块 602提取的所述触屏数据识别 触屏操作手势。
控制模块 604, 用于根据所述识别模块 603识别的所述触屏操作手势控制 终端界面显示。
可选的, 当本发明所保护的设备作为电视通信模块时,控制模块 604将控 制指令上传至电视端的系统触摸屏驱动层; 当所保护的设备为机顶盒时,控制 模块 604将控制指令上传至机顶盒中的系统触摸屏驱动层。
该结构图为本发明所保护的基本结构图,任何包含以上模块得以实现的方 法或设备均在本发明的保护范围内。
作为一种可选实施例,图 7所示为图 6中所述同步模块 601的一种具体实 现结构, 同步模块 601包括实时获取单元 701, 压缩单元 702, 发送单元 703。
实时获取单元 701, 用于实时获取所述界面显示数据。 缩成数据流。
发送单元 703, 用于将所述压缩单元 702压缩的所述数据流发送至所述第 一终端。
以上单元结构能够实现使第一终端界面与第二终端界面同步,即第一终端 与第二终端的显示内容相同, 由于第一终端不受地域限制, 能够自由移动, 从 而可以增强用户体验, 使用户的活动范围不局限在第二终端附近。 可选的, 本 发明可通过局域网实现第一终端与第二终端的界面同步。
作为一种可选实施例, 图 8所示为图 6中识别模块 603和控制模块 604 的一种具体实现结构,识别模块 603包括第一识别单元 801,第二识别单元 802, 第三识别单元 803, 第四识别单元 804; 控制模块 604包括获取单元 805, 切 换单元 806, 缩放单元 807。
第一识别单元 801, 用于识别所述触屏数据中的所述触屏坐标及所述触屏 值。 其中, 所述触屏值为 1时, 表示手指接触屏幕, 所述触屏值为 0时, 表示 手指离开屏幕。
第二识别单元 802, 用于当仅所述触屏值变化时, 识别所述触屏操作手势 为点击操作。
第三识别单元 803, 用于当一个所述触屏坐标发生连续变化且一个所述触 屏值为 1时, 识别所述触屏操作手势为移动操作。
第四识别单元 804, 用于当一个或以上所述触屏坐标发生连续变化且两个 或以上所述触屏值为 1时, 识别所述触屏操作手势为缩放操作。
获取单元 805, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述点击操 作时, 获取与所述触屏坐标相应的链接内容。
切换单元 806, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述移动操 作时, 根据所述移动操作方向切换所述终端界面显示的内容。
缩放单元 807, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述缩放操 作时, 根据所述缩放操作缩放所述终端界面显示。
可选的, 第一终端开启了 touch监听设备, 对触屏时间进行实时监听, 当 发生触屏事件后,将所述触屏事件传送至本发明所保护的设备,使本发明所保 护的设备能够产生模拟触屏事件。图 5描述了本发明所保护的设备接收到触屏 事件后,各识别单元对其进行识别以及识别后各控制单元发出产生模拟触屏事 件的具体指令。较传统的第一终端发生触屏事件处理后,将整个界面数据打包 传送给控制设备,本发明仅对触屏坐标及触屏值进行打包传送,传输数据量减 小, 传输速度加快, 网络不容易发生阻塞, 从而提高了用户的浏览速度。
作为一种可选的实施例, 参见图 9, 在同步模块 601之前, 还包括第一调 用模块 901, 第二获取模块 902, 第二调用模块 903。
第一调用模块 901, 用于调用传统控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显 示。
第二获取模块 902, 用于获取所述第一终端的同步请求信息。
第二调用模块 903, 用于调用终端控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显 示。
可选的, 可以在第一终端设置多屏互动客户端, 当用户需要第一终端与第 二终端同步时, 可开启此客户端。 在没有开启客户端之前, 本发明所描述的设 备可以控制第二终端显示传统控制模式界面,如第二终端为电视机时,传统控 制模式界面可参考图 1, 可由传统控制设备, 如遥控器等, 进行控制。 当开启 客户端后, 本发明所描述的设备控制第二终端的界面显示为终端控制模式界 面, 参考图 10, 当进行缩放时, 界面变化可参考图 11。 此界面更适合在第一 终端设备上显示, 同时也给用户提供了更多浏览方式。
本发明通过智能终端的操作手势控制海报列表,较传统控制模式可简化操 作过程, 并且智能终端上能够同步显示海报内容, 使浏览界面不受地域限制, 从而提升用户体验。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的 单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也 可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。 可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目 的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施 方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件。 基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以 以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介 质中, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备 (可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例 的某些部分所述的方法。
以上所述的实施方式, 并不构成对该技术方案保护范围的限定。任何在上 述实施方式的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在该 技术方案的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种用于控制终端界面显示的方法, 包括:
将第二终端界面显示数据同步至第一终端;
获取所述第一终端的触屏信息, 提取所述触屏信息中的触屏数据; 其中, 所述触屏数据包括触屏坐标和触屏值;
根据所述触屏数据识别触屏操作手势;
根据所述触屏操作手势控制所述第二终端的界面显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 将第二终端界面显示数据同步 至第一终端, 包括:
实时获取所述第二终端的界面显示数据;
将所述第二终端的界面显示数据压缩成数据流;
将所述数据流发送至所述第一终端。
3、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述触屏操作手势包括点击操 作、 移动操作或缩放操作。
4、 如权利要求 3所述方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述触屏数据识别触屏操 作手势, 包括:
识别所述触屏数据中的所述触屏坐标及所述触屏值; 其中, 所述触屏值为 1时, 表示手指接触屏幕, 所述触屏值为 0时, 表示手指离开屏幕;
若仅触屏值变化, 则识别所述触屏操作手势为点击操作;
若一个所述触屏坐标发生连续变化且一个所述触屏值为 1, 则识别所述触 屏操作手势为移动操作; 则识别所述触屏操作手势为缩放操作。
5、 如权利要求 4所述方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述触屏操作手势控制所 述第二终端的界面显示, 包括: 若所述触屏操作手势为所述点击操作,则获取与所述触屏坐标相应的链接 内容;
若所述触屏操作手势为所述移动操作,则根据所述移动操作方向切换所述 第二终端的界面显示内容;
若所述触屏操作手势为所述缩放操作,则根据所述缩放操作缩放所述终端 界面显示。
6、 如权利要求 1-5所述任一方法, 其特征在于, 在将第二终端界面显示 数据同步至第一终端之前, 还包括:
调用传统控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示;
获取所述第一终端的同步请求信息;
调用终端控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示。
7、 一种用于控制终端界面显示的设备, 包括:
同步模块, 用于将第二终端的界面显示数据同步至第一终端;
第一获取模块, 用于获取所述第一终端的触屏信息,提取所述获取模块获 取的所述触屏信息中的触屏数据;其中,所述触屏数据包括触屏坐标和触屏值; 识别模块, 用于根据所述提取模块提取的所述触屏数据识别触屏操作手 势; 控制模块, 用于根据所述识别模块识别的所述触屏操作手势控制终 端界面显示。
8、 如权利要求 7所述设备, 其特征在于, 所述同步模块包括:
实时获取单元, 用于实时获取所述界面显示数据; 流;
发送单元, 用于将所述压缩单元压缩的所述数据流发送至所述第一终端。
9、 如权利要求 7所述设备, 其特征在于, 识别模块中所述触屏操作手势 包括点击操作、 移动操作或缩放操作。
10、 如权利要求 9所述设备, 其特征在于, 所述识别模块包括: 第一识别单元, 用于识别所述触屏数据中的所述触屏坐标及所述触屏值; 其中, 所述触屏值为 1时, 表示手指接触屏幕, 所述触屏值为 0时, 表示手指 离开屏幕;
第二识别单元, 用于当仅所述触屏值变化时,识别所述触屏操作手势为点 击操作;
第三识别单元,用于当一个所述触屏坐标发生连续变化且一个所述触屏值 为 1时, 识别所述触屏操作手势为移动操作; 上所述触屏值为 1时, 识别所述触屏操作手势为缩放操作。
11、 如权利要求 10所述设备, 其特征在于, 所述控制模块包括: 获取单元, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述点击操作 时,
获取海报内容;
切换单元, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述移动操作 时, 根据所述移动操作方向切换所述终端界面显示的内容;
缩放单元, 用于当所述判断单元判断所述触屏操作手势为所述缩放操作 时, 根据所述缩放操作缩放所述终端界面显示。
12、 如权利 7-11所述设备, 其特征在于, 所述同步模块之前, 还包括: 第一调用模块, 用于调用传统控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示; 第二获取模块, 用于获取所述第一终端的同步请求信息;
第二调用模块, 用于调用终端控制模式, 控制所述第二终端的界面显示。
