背景技术:
现有的盒子多为固定的盒子形状, 因此无法进行折叠,在大批量 生产的情况下,存放和运输是一个十分麻烦的过程,不仅占用大量空 间也耗费人力物力;而少数可折叠成型的盒子都是需要通过魔术贴等 连接件辅助进行折叠, 不仅提高了生产成本, 而且一旦连接件损坏, 整个盒子就会报废, 质量难以得到保证。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于针对已有的技术现状,提供一种不需要连 接件即可折叠成型的纸盒。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型采用如下技术方案- 本实用新型为一种折叠式文件栏, 主要包括左板 1、 右板 2、 前 板 3、后板 4和盒盖 7,前成型板 6以及后成型板 £; 左板 1、右板 2、 前板 3、 后板 4和盒盖 7围成一个盒体, 左板 1和前板 3、 后板 4之 间使用折叠角 11进行连接, 右板 2和前板 3、 后板 4之间使用折叠 角 11进行连接, 前板 3和后板 4的顶部分别连接前成型板 6以及后 成型板 5, 前成型板 6以及后成型板 5的宽度以与左板 1和右板 2产 生接触摩擦为准;

2. 内嵌于纸板中的磁块相互配合不仅可以进行盒盖的稳定 配合,而且内嵌于纸板中的磁块不会造成纸盒整体的不雅 观;
3. 纸盒的成型板上具有翻开部,便于纸盒的快速平铺与折叠 成型。
