Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient d'expédition d'aliments frais. Le récipient d'expédition d'aliments comprend une enveloppe protectrice externe et une cage d'isolation interne comprenant un couvercle de fermeture et une pluralité de tiroirs. Les tiroirs et autres éléments sont spécifiquement conçus pour doter l'intérieur du récipient de propriétés conductrices/convectives afin de contribuer à maintenir les aliments à une température souhaitée. Des contenants d'aliments et des blocs réfrigérants sont également conçus pour favoriser les propriétés conductrices/convectives du récipient d'expédition d'aliments, ce qui permet de prolonger une durée d'expédition de produits alimentaires frais.
