下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。其中,附图仅用于示例性说明,表示的仅是示意图,而非实物图,不能理解为对本专利的限制;为了更好地说明本发明的实施例,附图某些部件会有省略、放大或缩小,并不代表实际产品的尺寸;对本领域技术人员来说,附图中某些公知结构及其说明可能省略是可以理解的。

如图 1 至图 8 所示为本发明 可调层架结构的实施例,如图 1 所示, 包括层架 100 、调节块 200 、调节支架 300 以及 阻尼支架 400 ,调节支架 300 上设有调节导轨和若干个等距分布的调节孔,其中,调节支架 300 包括 外支架 310 以及内支架 320 ,外支架 310 包括外支架主体 311 ,外支架主体 311 上设有外支架导轨 312 和外支架调节孔 313 ,内支架 320 包括内支架主体 321 ,内支架主体 321 上设有内支架导轨 322 和内支架调节孔 323 ,外支架主体 311 与内支架主体 321 连接,二者相互扣接或焊接等方式固定连接,外支架导轨 312 和内支架导轨 322 共同形成 调节 导轨,外支架调节孔 313 和内支架调节孔 323 共同形成调节孔。此外, 调节 导轨的个数与层架 100 的个数相对应。 如图 4 至图 8 所示, 阻尼支架 400 与外支架 310 固定连接,并形成一与调节导轨连通的调节腔 304 ,内支架 320 位于阻尼支架 400 与外支架 310 之间,调节块 200 在调节腔 304 与调节导轨共同形成的空间内移动并调节层架 100 高度。
本实施例中,层架 100 主体为包边注塑, 如图 1 所示, 层架 100 的主体上装有一个金属支架 110 ,其上设有固定块 111 ,调节块 200 安装于层架 100 的金属支架 110 上并可在调节导轨上移动,固定块 111 插入调节孔中固定层架 100 。
如图 2 所示, 调节块 200 包括滚轮轴 210 、分别套设于滚轮轴 210 上并沿 调节 导轨移动的滑动块 220 和滚轮 230 、拨动块 240 ,层架 100 的金属支架 110 上还设有滑槽 112 ,滚轮轴 210 套设滑动块 220 后,再从两端分别套设滚轮 230 ,使滚动部整体移动更顺畅,滑动块 220 穿过调节槽与拨动块 240 连接并设于滑槽 112 外。实际使用时,可以转动拨动块 240 ,通过拨动块 240 带动滚动部以改变状态,从而使拨动块 240 带动层架 100 在调节导轨上固定、移动或脱离。本实施例中,拨动块 240 还可以设置凸起结构 241 ,便于用户拨动。
实际制造使用时, 如图 3 所示, 调节 导轨包括相互连接的竖直导轨 301 和水平导轨 302 ,竖直导轨 301 沿层架 100 高度调节的方向设置,滑动块 220 和滚轮 230 同时沿竖直导轨 301 和水平导轨 302 移动,水平导轨 302 与滑槽 112 对应设置,水平导轨 302 的长度小于等于滑槽 112 的长度以保证拆卸层架 100 时,滑动块 220 滑动至水平导轨 302 末端后能顺利脱离。本实施例中,调节导轨呈 L 型并在水平导轨 302 的末端增设一竖直导轨 303 ,更便于拆卸该结构时调节块 200 能顺利脱离。
作为改进,滑动块 220 沿 调节 导轨移动部分的竖直截面形状为长圆形,拨动块 240 转动后,滑动块 220 可从水平导轨脱离。
为了保证层架 100 两侧的升降速度一致, 如图 1 所示,本实施例中, 在阻尼支架 400 上设有波浪形结构 410 ,波浪形结构 410 设于调节腔 304 内,调节块 200 沿波浪形结构 410 移动。该波浪形结构 410 一般为均匀的弧形设置,使调节块 200 在移动过程中产生阻尼感,具体为滚轮 230 滚动时保持滚动顺畅,保证层架 100 两侧的升降速度一致。
实际使用时,在装配过程中,先将外支架 310 、内支架 320 和阻尼支架 400 三者装配,并将该组件整体安装到冰箱背面的两侧;然后将滑动块 220 、滚轮轴 210 和滚轮 230 装配好后,插入层架 100 主体上的金属支架 110 的滑槽 112 中,再将拨动块 240 装配到滑动块 220 上,组成层架组件;层架组件装配时,先将层架 100 放到装配位置,波动调节块 200 使其从外支架导轨 312 的底部进入外支架导轨 312 ,并推动调节块 200 沿金属支架 110 的滑槽 112 向一侧移动,直到到达金属支架 110 的滑槽 112 末端圆孔中;将拨动块 240 旋转 90 °,在这种状态下的层架 100 可以在一定范围内调节高度;将层架 100 调整到适当的高度,将层架 100 的固定块 111 (即挂耳)插入外支架 310 的外支架调节孔 313 内,装配完成。
具体调节时,如图 4 至图 7 所示,抬起层架 100 的前端,使层架 100 的固定块 111 与调节孔脱离,滚轮 230 可在内支架 320 与阻尼支架 400 形成的空间即调节腔 304 中上下滚动,滚动过程中在阻尼支架 400 的波浪形结构 410 作用下产生阻尼感,并可使层架 100 两侧的升降速度保持一致。
当用户需要拆洗等需要将层架 100 取出时,如图 8 所示,将拨动块 240 旋转 90 °,使滑动块 220 的长圆形轴沿窄边进入层架 100 的滑槽 112 中,将调节块 200 沿滑槽 112 滑动到末端;抬起层架 100 前端,使固定块 111 与调节孔脱离,滚轮 230 沿外支架 310 的外支架导轨 312 脱出,即完成层架 100 的取出动作。
本实施例可调层架结构由于设置了调节块 200 ,并在调节支架 300 上设置调节导轨和调节孔,层架 100 可通过调节块 200 与调节导轨的配合移动进行高度的调节,待调节至适宜位置即通过固定块 111 插接入调节孔中进行层架 100 的固定,整个层架 100 的高度调节过程中,无需 将整个层架 100 完全抽出,避免了层架 100 调节时将其上的存储物移出并在调节结束后将存储物放入的繁琐操作。该层架结构可在不取出层架 100 上的物品及层架 100 的情况下,实现层架 100 高度方向上的位置调节;层架 100 的装配不需要依靠胆筋,可使内胆侧壁更简洁。
当需要拆卸层架 100 进行清洗时,将调节块 200 调节至适宜位置,再将层架 100 连同调节块 200 一同沿调节导轨移出调节支架 300 即可;同样地,安装时反向操作即可,整个安装及拆卸过程无需使用工具,操作简单方便。该可调层架结构的调节操作简单,使用方便,同时由于整个调节过程无需将层架 100 完全抽出,故也消除了层架 100 意外跌落的隐患,而且,其结构简单,生产及制造方便,减少了繁琐的工序,降低了生产成本。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调层架结构,其特征在于, 包括层架、调节块以及调节支架,所述层架上设有固定块,调节支架上设有调节导轨和调节孔,所述调节块固定于层架上并可在调节导轨上移动,所述固定块插入调节孔中固定层架。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述调节块包括滚动部以及调节部,层架上设有滑槽,所述滚动部穿过滑槽并沿 调节 导轨移动,调节部与滚动部连接并设于滑槽外。
  3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述滚动部包括滚轮轴、分别套设于滚轮轴上并沿 调节 导轨移动的滑动块以及滚轮,调节部包括可转动的拨动块,所述滑动块穿过调节槽与拨动块连接。
  4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述 调节 导轨包括相互连接的竖直导轨和水平导轨,竖直导轨沿层架高度调节的方向设置,水平导轨与滑槽对应设置,水平导轨的长度小于等于滑槽的长度,所述滑动块和滚轮同时沿竖直导轨和水平导轨移动。
  5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述滑动块沿 调节 导轨移动部分的竖直截面形状为长圆形,所述拨动块转动后,滑动块可从水平导轨脱离。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述调节支架上的调节孔设有若干个,若干个调节孔等距分布。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述 调节 导轨的个数与层架的个数相对应。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 至 7 任一项所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述调节支架包括外支架以及内支架,
    所述外支架包括外支架主体,外支架主体上设有外支架导轨和外支架调节孔,所述内支架包括内支架主体,内支架主体上设有内支架导轨和内支架调节孔,
    所述外支架主体与内支架主体连接,外支架导轨和内支架导轨共同形成 调节 导轨,外支架调节孔和内支架调节孔共同形成调节孔。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 至 7 任一项所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,还包括阻尼支架,阻尼支架与调节支架固定连接并形成一与调节导轨连通的调节腔,所述调节块在调节腔与调节导轨共同形成的空间内移动并调节层架高度。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可调层架结构,其特征在于,所述阻尼支架上设有波浪形结构,波浪形结构设于调节腔内,所述调节块沿波浪形结构移动。
