一种可卷曲的软体杯，包括可盖合的杯体(1)和杯盖(2)，所述的杯体(1)端口处套装有一套环(3)，套环(3)上设有一绑带(4)，所述的杯体(1)为硅胶材质，所述的绑带(4)一端连接在所述的套环(3)上，所述的套环(3)上还设有与所述的绑带(4)配合的连接部(31)，所述绑带(4)和套环(3)的连接处和所述套环(3)的连接部(31)关于所述套环(3)的中心线对称，所述的杯体(1)卷曲时，所述的绑带(4)绕着所述的杯体(1)外壁紧固杯体(1)，所述的绑带(4)另一端连接在所述的连接部(31)上；由于杯体(1)为软质的可卷曲的，在平时携带过程中，杯体(1)体积可以缩小便于携带，因此通过绑带(4)将卷曲后的杯体(1)紧固住，保证其卷曲后结构稳定。
