Description
一种手持式数宇印刷设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷设备,特别涉及一种手持式数字印刷设备。 背景技术
由于工业技术的进步,印刷技术也得到了持续的发展,印刷设备及印刷产 品也日益在人们的日常生产生活中扮演着重要的角色。传统的印刷机设备根据 其工作原理,主要包括针式打印机、 喷墨打印机、 激光打印机和热转印打印机 等几种类型。 然而,现有的传统印刷机设备的体积较为庞大,结构复杂,并且 操作不便。 由此出现了手持式印刷设备,但是现有的手持式印刷设备存在定位 不准,导致在待印刷区域形成的喷墨图案与设定的图形出现较大的偏差,从而 产生精确度较低、 操作不便等技术问题。 发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术手持式数字印刷设备存在的精确度 低、 操作不便等技术问题,本发明提供一种手持式数字印刷设备。 本发明的具 体技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种手持式数字印刷设备,其包括喷墨头单元、 储墨盒单元、 控制单元、开关单元和瞄准器单元,所述控制单元用于控制所述喷墨头单元和 所述瞄准器单元工作;所述储墨盒单元用于储存墨水并将墨水提供给所述喷墨 头单元;所述喷墨头单元用于在所述控制单元的控制下向待印刷区域喷涂墨 水;所述瞄准器单元用于发射出可见光束,使得所述喷墨头单元根据可见光束 的轨迹瞄准定位待印刷区域;所述开关单元用于控制所述控制单元的开启或关 闭。
进一步的,所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括位置检测单元和声音提醒
单元,所述位置检测单元用于检测待印刷区域的位置标记信号,并将其与预定 的位置标记信号进行比较;所述声音提醒单元用于在所述位置检测单元的控制 下发出声音提醒信号。
进一步的,所述位置检测单元为 CCD传感器。
进一步的,所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括显示单元,所述显示单元 用于显示所述手持式数字印刷设备的工作状态。
进一步的,所述显示单元为 LCD显示屏、 OLED显示屏或者 LED显示屏。 进一步的,所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括接口单元,所述接口单元 用于接收夕卜部的印刷图形信号并将其提供给所述控制单元。
进一步的,所述接口单元为 USB接口、 SATA接口或 I/O总线接口。
进一步的,所述瞄准器单元为红外线瞄准器或者激光瞄准器。
进一步的,所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括电源单元,所述电源单元 用于为所述控制单元供电。
进一步的,所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括保护壳单元,所述喷墨头 单元、 储墨盒单元、 控制单元和瞄准器单元都设置在所述保护壳内部。
相较于现有技术,本发明提供一种手持式数字印刷设备的主要有益效果在 于:本发明所述手持式数字印刷设备具备瞄准器单元,所述瞄准器单元发射出 可见光束,使得所述喷墨头单元根据可见光束的轨迹瞄准定位待印刷区域,缩 小了喷墨成形图案与设定图形的偏差,提高了所述手持式数字印刷设备工作的 精确度。另外,本发明所述手持式数字印刷设备还具备位置检测单元和声音提 醒单元,所述位置检测单元检测待印刷区域的位置标记信号,并将其与预定的 位置标记信号进行比较;所述声音提醒单元用于在所述位置检测单元的控制下 发出声音提醒信号,其进一步提高了所述手持式数字印刷设备的工作准确度, 并且使得其便于进行正确操作。此外,本发明所述手持式数字印刷设备还具有 扩展性强,适用范围广泛等优点。 附图说明

请参阅图 1所示,本发明提供一种手持式数字印刷设备,其包括喷墨头单 元、 储墨盒单元、 控制单元、 开关单元和瞄准器单元。 所述储墨盒单元与所述 喷墨头单元连接,所述喷墨头单元与所述控制单元连接,所述开关单元与所述 控制单元连接,所述瞄准器单元与所述控制单元连接。所述控制单元用于控制 所述喷墨头单元和所述瞄准器单元工作,以及整个所述手持式数字印刷设备工 作。
所述储墨盒单元用于储存墨水,并与所述喷墨头单元相连接,从而将墨水 提供给所述喷墨头单元。所述喷墨头单元用于向待印刷区域喷涂墨水,其在所 述控制单元的控制下,接收所述储墨盒单元提供的墨水,按照设定图形信号, 向待印刷区域喷涂墨水以形成设定的图案。所述瞄准器单元邻近所述喷墨头单 元设置,并且与所述喷墨头单元设置在同一平面上;所述瞄准器单元用于发射 出可见光束,使得所述喷墨头单元根据可见光束的轨迹瞄准定位待印刷区域, 其在所述控制单元的控制下,确定是否发射出可见光束进行瞄准定位。所述瞄 准器单元为红外线瞄准器或者激光瞄准器。所述开关单元用于控制所述控制单 元的开启或关闭,即确定所述手持式数字印刷设备是否工作。所述开关单元为 机械开关装置或者触摸开关装置。 实施例 2

请参阅图 2所示,本发明提供一种手持式数字印刷设备,其包括喷墨头单 元、 储墨盒单元、 控制单元、 开关单元、 瞄准器单元、 位置检测单元和声音提 醒单元。所述储墨盒单元与所述喷墨头单元连接,所述喷墨头单元与所述控制 单元连接,所述开关单元与所述控制单元连接,所述声音提醒单元与所述位置 检测单元连接,所述瞄准器单元和所述位置检测单元都与所述控制单元连接。 所述控制单元用于控制所述喷墨头单元、所述瞄准器单元、所述位置检测单元、 所述显示单元和所述接口单元工作,即控制所述整个所述手持式数字印刷工 作。
所述储墨盒单元用于储存墨水,并与所述喷墨头单元相连接,从而将墨水 提供给所述喷墨头单元。所述喷墨头单元用于向待印刷区域喷涂墨水,其在所 述控制单元的控制下,接收所述储墨盒单元提供的墨水,按照所述控制单元设 定图形信号,向待印刷区域喷涂墨水以形成设定的图案。
所述瞄准器单元邻近所述喷墨头单元设置,并且与所述喷墨头单元设置在 同一平面上;所述瞄准器单元用于发射出可见光束,使得所述喷墨头单元根据 可见光束的轨迹瞄准定位待印刷区域,其在所述控制单元的控制下,确定是否 发射出可见光束进行瞄准定位。所述瞄准器单元为红外线瞄准器或者激光瞄准 器。所述开关单元用于控制所述控制单元的开启或关闭,即确定所述手持式数 字印刷设备是否工作。 所述开关单元为机械开关装置或者触摸开关装置。
所述位置检测单元在所述控制单元的控制下工作,其用于检测待印刷区域 的位置标记信号,并将其与预定的位置标记信号进行比较。所述声音提醒单元 用于在所述位置检测单元的控制下发出声音提醒信号,即根据所述位置检测单 元检测的位置标记信号与预定的位置标记信号的比较结果,确定是否发出声音 提醒信号。如果所述位置检测单元检测的位置标记信号与预定的位置标记信号 相同,则输出工作提醒信号到所述控制单元和所述声音提醒单元,所述声音提 醒单元不工作,所述控制单元控制所述喷墨头单元喷墨印刷;如果所述位置检

所述手持式数字印刷设备进一步包括显示单元、接口单元和电源单元。所 述显示单元、所述接口单元和所述电源单元都与所述控制单元连接。所述显示 单元用于显示所述手持式数字印刷设备的工作状态,其接收所述控制单元提供 的工作状态信号,并将其显示出来。 所述显示单元为 LCD显示屏、 OLED显 示屏或者 LED显示屏。 所述接口单元用于接收外部的印刷图形信号并将其提 供给所述控制单元。 所述接口单元为 USB接口、 SATA接口或 I/O总线接口。 所述电源单元用于为所述控制单元供电,并通过所述控制单元为其他各单元供 电。所述电源单元为可充电电池或者为可以将外部电源转换为工作电压的电压 转换装置。 应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参 照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可 以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精 神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种手持式数字印刷设备,其特征在于,包括喷墨头单元、 储墨盒单 元、控制单元、 开关单元和瞄准器单元,所述控制单元用于控制所述喷墨头单 元和所述瞄准器单元工作;所述储墨盒单元用于储存墨水并将墨水提供给所述 喷墨头单元;所述喷墨头单元用于在所述控制单元的控制下向待印刷区域喷涂 墨水;所述瞄准器单元用于发射出可见光束,使得所述喷墨头单元根据可见光 束的轨迹瞄准定位待印刷区域;所述开关单元用于控制所述控制单元的开启或 关闭。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的手持式数字印刷设备,其特征在于,所述手持式 数字印刷设备进一^ ^括位置检测单元和声音提醒单元,所述位置检测单元用 于检测待印刷区域的位置标记信号,并将其与预定的位置标记信号进行比较; 所述声音提醒单元用于在所述位置检测单元的控制下发出声音提醒信号。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的手持式数字印刷设备,其特征在于,所述位置检 测单元为 CCD传感器。
