背景技术 ―
云斑白条天牛 ( atocera /Z'neo/ato), 隶属于鞘翅目天牛科, 是我国重要的林木蛀干害虫, 分布范围广, 危害寄主树木众多, 两年一代, 跨三个年度, 主要以幼虫在树干木质部内钻蛀 危害, 一生 90%以上时间生活在树干中, 仅成虫生活在树干外, 因此, 云斑白条天牛的防治 难度较大。 调査发现, 云斑白条天牛对白蜡、 杨树、 核桃等树木造成的危害尤其严重, 在南 方的长江中下游地区主要危害杨树, 而在北方的黄河三角洲地区主要危害白蜡树。 还发现, 危害不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛在取食习性和危害特点等方面发生了分化, 如, 成虫补充营 养时危害杨树的云斑白条天牛成虫嗜好取食野蔷薇等蔷薇科植物的嫩枝, 危害白蜡的云斑白 条天牛嗜好取食白蜡嫩枝条。 危害杨树的云斑白条天牛幼虫喜食 3-5 年生杨树, 5年生以上 树皮厚度超过 10mm 的大树基本不危害, 而危害白蜡的云斑白条天牛幼虫则喜食多年生大 树, 树龄越大往往受害越重。 由于云斑白条天牛幼虫长期在不同地域危害不同树木而形成的 地理隔离, 造成其种群的分化日益明显, 幼虫对不同寄主的专化性也逐渐形成。 因此, 研究 不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫食性分化行为对该虫的防治具有重要作用, 为了进一步观察 并明确危害不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫对不同寄主的选择行为和机制, 设计一种实用的 不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫取食选择观察装置非常有必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫取食选择观察装置, 该装 置为一底部开口的长方形塑料箱, 箱体纵向均分为 4段, 横向均分为 2段, 共均分为 8个隔 断, 隔断分割处设置刻度线, 不设隔板, 8 个隔断分别填充大小一致的新鲜杨树木 和白蜡 木段, 杨树木段和白蜡木段相邻排列。 底部开口处并列放置的白蜡木段和杨树木段分别挖置 一人工虫道, 虫道开口向外。 箱体底部开口处的四个边框上设 6个 " T"型插板。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 装置简单, 易于实施, 可观察不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼 虫取食选择行为。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图 1, 本实用新型所述的一种不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫取食选择观察装置, 为 一底部幵口的长方形塑料箱, 沿刻度线 9可将箱体均分为 8个大小相同的隔断, 用新鲜树木 制作大小相同的白蜡木段和杨树木段各 4个, 从箱体底部开口处依次分别放入白蜡木段 8、 杨树木段 7、 白蜡木段 6、 杨树木段 5、 白蜡木段 4、 杨树木段 3、 白蜡木段 2和杨树木段 1, 确保杨树木段和白蜡木段相邻排列。说杨树木段 1和白蜡木段 2均挖置一条人工虫道 10, 底部开口处设 6个插板 11 , 以固定放入箱体内的木段。
利用该装置观察不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛书幼虫取食选择行为时, 分别将危害杨树和白 蜡的云斑白条天牛幼虫分别放入杨树木段 1和白蜡木段 2的人工虫道 10内, 插入箱体底部 开口处的插板 11, 固定箱体内的木段, 然后将该箱体以底部在下顶部在上的方式竖直放 置, 适当保湿, 观察不同寄主种群云斑白条天牛幼虫取食选择行为。 若杨树木段 1 内危害杨 树的云斑白条天牛幼虫沿人工虫道取食, 当取食前进过程中遇到白蜡木段 4时, 不取食白蜡 木段而调转方向沿杨树木段 1去取食杨树木段 3, 继续前行取食遇到白蜡木段 6时, 不取食 白蜡木段转而取食杨树木段 5, 继续前行, 不取食白蜡木段 8而取食杨树木段 7, 则证明危 害杨树云斑白条天牛种群的幼虫取食时只选择杨树而不选择白蜡; 同理, 若白蜡木段 2内危 害白蜡的云斑白条天牛幼虫沿人工虫道取食, 当取食前进过程中遇到杨树木段 3时, 不取食 杨树木段而调转方向沿白蜡木段 2去取食白蜡木段 4, 继续前行取食逞到杨树木段 5时, 不 取食杨树木段转而取食白蜡木段 6, 继续前行, 不取食杨树木段 7而取食白蜡木段 8, 则证 明危害白蜡云斑白条天牛种群的幼虫取食时只选择白蜡而不选择杨树。 该装置的箱体内的 8 个隔断的寄主树木木段可以更换为其他寄主树木, 并观察危害其他寄主植物种群云斑白条天 牛幼虫取食选择行为。
