Abstract

Un equipo vaporizador para control de malezas que comprende una caldera horizontal de vapor flash compuesta por sistema de control de presión y elementos de seguridad.

Description

EQUIPO VAPORIZADOR PARA CONTROL DE MALEZAS
La presente solicitud esta dirigida a un equipo vaporizador para el control de malezas la cual fundamentalmente opera en cultivos de arándanos y se usa para la eliminación de malezas en forma semiautomatica.
En la actualidad existen maquinas para el control de malezas pero no para uso agrícola en cultivos de arándanos.
El equipo costa de un carro con eje de suspencion activa , ademas de una caldera portátil con sistema de control de niveles y válvulas de seguridad y cuatro salidas independientes de vapor , la alimentación de caldera esta compuesta por un bomba de tres etapas de alta presión todo el ducto esta fabricado en acero inoxidable . costa de dos presostatos para control de nivel de entrada de agua asi como de control de presión de la linea. La caldera se alimenta de un estanque de agua de mil litros el cual posee una sdalida con llave de paso , filtro y válvula de retención .
El quemador de la caldera opera con diesel que es provisto de un estanque de acero que se encuentra ubicado bajo el chasis con una capacidad de cuarenta litros que posee un filtro de linea de combustible.
Todo el sistema esta conectado a un generador de docientos veinte volt , el cual se encuntra ubicado en la parte delantera del carro , el cual esta cubierto pon planchas de aluminio diamantado antideslizante. BREVE DESCRIPCION DE LAS FIGURAS
La figura 1 muestra el equipo vaporizador para control de malezas de la invención , con sus partes constituyentes , las que se detallan a continuación.
1 : representa la caldera de vapor flasch.
2 : representa el estanque de agua de mil litros.
3 : representa el generador diesel.
4 : representa el chasis del carro.
5 : representa linea de alimentación de agua.
6 : salida de vapor flasch de la caldera

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES Un equipo vaporizador para control de malezas caracterizada por caldera horizontal de vapor flash compuesta por sistema de control de presión y elementos de seguridad. Un equipo vaporizador para control de melezas caracterizada por carro de trasnsporte para caldera móvil , compuesta por estanque de agua y generador portátil. Un equipo vaporizador para control de malezas caracterizada por bomba de tres etapas para generar vapor a alta presión y bajo consumo de energía. Un equipo vaporizador para control de malezas caracterizada por carro de transporte de fácil maniobravilidad en la cual van instalados todos los componentes .
