Owing to the system, execution of windows with an empty central chamber inside the thermally insulated profiles, with a partition between thermal breaks and a central chamber filled with a special insulating insert, is possible. Window gaskets and internal cover strip gaskets are installed in a continuous manner without clipping them in the corners, connecting gaskets endings at the mid-length of the windows frames top cross-beams, whereas the external cover strip gasket is clipped at the angle of 45° and glued in the corners.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de fenêtres doté d'un battant caché, caractérisé par un pouvoir élevé d'isolation thermique, d'une isolation phonique et d'une étanchéité à l'eau et à l'air, qu'on utilise pour construire des éléments de structures architecturales externes sous la forme de divers types de fenêtres, de vestibules, de présentations en vitrines et de structures spatiales. Les fenêtres faites avec les éléments de ce système ont des battants qui sont invisibles du côté extérieur du bâtiment, si bien qu'il est impossible de distinguer l'emplacement de ces compartiments dans la rangée de fenêtres fixes et ouvrables adjacentes. Le système de fenêtres doté d'un battant caché est caractérisé en ce qu'il a une vitre (20) qui, du côté battant, a un compartiment (23) à l'intérieur duquel on trouve un composé (24) d'étanchéité et d'adhésif constituant environ le quart à la moitié de l'épaisseur (20) de la vitre, et un insert d'isolation (8) dont la hauteur constitue environ la moitié aux trois quarts de l'épaisseur (20) de la vitre où, à partir du côté de l'insert d'isolation (8), la vitre (20) est rejointe par une garniture (22) à deux composants, dont des saillies trapézoïdales (29, 30) sont installées dans des sièges trapézoïdaux (27, 28) d'une bande (31) de profil, moyennant quoi la partie inférieure (32) de la garniture (22) à deux composants est comprimée vers le bas par une bande (33) de masquage.
