实施例一
本实施例提供一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法, 该网络共 享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法适用于共享网元。本实施例的执行主体为 网元相邻关系的配置装置, 该网元相邻关系的配置装置可以集成于共享网 元的网络侧设备中,例如基站或网络管理设备等。
如图 1所示, 为本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法的 流程示意图。
步骤 101, 建立根据特定标识信息区分的相邻关系表,特定标识信息包括以下 信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和 PLMN (Public Land Mobile Network, 公共陆地 移动网络)信息。
网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置建立相邻关系表, 该相邻关系表可以 存储在网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置中, 也可以存储在^虫的设备中, 只要该网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置能够获取到即可。 其中, 运营商信 息可以包括以下信息中的至少一种: UE (User Equipment, 用户设备)归属的运 营商信息、 为 UE提供服务的应用提供商信息和接受 UE连接的核心网所归 属的运营商信息。 PLMN信息可以包括以下信息中的至少一种: UE 的注册 PL丽信息、 UE的归属 PLMN信息、 UE的原始服务 PLMN信息、 UE的对等 PLMN 信息。
步骤 102, 当 UE接入或切换到或重选到目标网元时, 获取 UE的特定标识信息。 当 UE执行接入目标网元操作, 或者从当前网元切换至目标网元, 或者执行重选 操作重选到目标网元时, 网元相邻关系的配置装置可以获取该 UE的 PLM 信息或运 营商信息, 具体可以根据实际需要进行设定。
步骤 103, t艮据相邻关系表和 UE的特定标识信息对 UE进行操作, 或者根据 UE 的特定标识信息, 更新与特定标识信息相应的相邻关系表。
当 UE需从当前接入的共享网元请求接入或请求切换或请求重选至共享 网元的邻区网元时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置可以获取 UE 的特定标识信息和邻区网元的特定标识信息, 并根据该 UE 的特定标识信 息和邻区网元的特定标识信息对 UE进行相应的操作, 例如, 将 UE切换到 与 UE具有相同运营商信的邻区网元中。 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配 置装置还可以根据 UE 的特定标识信息更新相邻关系表, 具体可以是仅更 新与 UE 的特定标识信息相关的相邻关系表。 当然, 网络共享下的网元相 邻关系的配置装置可以既根据相邻关系表和 UE的特定标识信息对 UE进行操作, 也可以根据 UE的特定标识信息, 更新与特定标识信息相应的相邻关系表。
根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法, 通过设置相 邻关系表来获取 UE的特定标识信息, 能够在后续的操作中尽量避免将 UE 切换到不允许该 UE接入的网元中。
实施例二
本实施例基于实施例一提供一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置 方法。
如图 2所示, 为根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方 法的流程示意图。
步骤 201, 建立根据特定标识信息区分的相邻关系表,特定标识信息包括以下 信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLM 信息。
该步骤与步骤皿一致, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 202,当 UE需从当前接入的共享网元请求接入或请求切换或请求 重选至共享网元的目标相邻网元时, 获取 UE 的特定标识信息和目标相邻 网元的特定标识信息。
当共享网元或其某个相邻网元进入节能时, 或 UE在共享网元与其相 邻网元 /邻站之间移动时, 或共享网元与其相邻网元 /邻站之间进行负载平 衡操作等情况下, 接入该共享网元的 UE会发生切换或重选网元的情况。 UE当前接入的网元为共享网元时,网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装 置需将该 UE切换至共享网元的某一个相邻网元, 本实施例中将该某一个 相邻网元称为目标相邻网元, 以下均同。 需要特别指出的是, 本实施例中 的相邻网元, 指的不仅是通信中具有切换关系的相邻网元, 还可以是覆盖 范围上或物理空间位置上相邻的相邻网元。
网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置获知 UE需从当前接入的共 享网元切换至目标相邻网元的方法有很多, 例如, UE测量到所在区域的其 它网元的广播信息, 发现有目标相邻网元可供接入, 则将该可供接入的目 标相邻网元的信息上报网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置;或者 UE 之前有其它相邻网元的记录, 本次发现又到了以前记录过的地方, 自行决 定切换或重选。 当网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置获知 UE将进 行切换操作时, 就获取 UE与目标相邻网元之间的权限信息。 依据其中的 切换权限信息决定指示哪个合适的相邻网元进行 UE切换或重选。
步骤 203, 根据 UE的特定标识信息, 在相邻关系表中获取 UE在共享 网元与目标相邻网元之间的切换权限信息、 负载平衡权限信息、 干扰信息 交互权限信息和执行节能迁移权限信息中的一个或多个。
从相邻关系表中可以获取到的信息具体可以是以下信息中的一个或 多个: 信息 A-切换权限信息: 用于指示是否允许切换至目标相邻网元的信 息; 信息 B-负载平衡权限信息: 用于指示是否可执行负载平衡的信息; 信 息 C-执行节能迁移权限信息: 用于指示是否允许在节能时被覆盖的信息; 信息 D-干扰交互权限信息: 是否允许干扰协调信息交互。 具体地, 可以根 据 UE的归属的运营商的不同来进行判断, 例如信息 A用于控制归属某一 运营商的网元与目标相邻网元之间进行切换或重选, 控制信息 B用于控制 归属某一运营商的网元是否能与目标相邻网元进行负载平衡, 信息 C用于 控制归属某一运营商的网元在节能时, 该目标相邻网元是否可以用于覆盖 补偿, 信息 D用于控制该归属某一运营商的网元与目标相邻网元之间是否 能够交互干扰协调信息。 需要指出的是, 该目标相邻网元与该归属某一运 营商的网元可以归属于相同的运营商, 也可以归属于不同的运营商。
步骤 204, 根据所获取的权限信息, 判断是否允许对 UE与目标相邻网 元间执行如下操作之一或组合: 切换操作、负载迁移操作、干扰协调操作、 节能迁移操作。 举例来说, 当相邻关系表示 UE与目标相邻网元之间具有切换权限时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置将 UE切换至目标相邻网元; 当 相邻关系表示 UE与目标相邻网元之间不具有切换权限时, 网络共享下的 网元相邻关系的配置的装置拒绝将 UE切换至目标相邻网元或者为 UE寻找 下一个目标相邻网元。
更为具体地, 当网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置的切换权限 信息为允许 UE切换至目标相邻网元时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配 置的装置将 UE切换至目标相邻网元, UE完成从共享网元切换至目标相邻 网元的操作; 当切换权限信息为不允许 UE切换至目标相邻网元时, 网络 共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置拒绝 UE切换至目标相邻网元或者为 UE寻找下一个目标相邻网元;当切换权限信息为目标相邻网元的负载平衡 时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置将 UE切换至目标相邻网元, UE完成从共享网元切换至目标相邻网元的操作;当切换权限信息为目标相 邻网元的负载不平衡时,网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置拒绝 UE 切换至目标相邻网元或者为 UE寻找下一个目标相邻网元; 当切换权限信 息为允许目标相邻网元在节能时被覆盖的信息时, 网络共享下的网元相邻 关系的配置的装置将 UE切换至目标相邻网元, UE完成从共享网元切换至 目标相邻网元的操作; 当切换权限信息为不允许在目标相邻网元节能时被 覆盖的信息时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置拒绝 UE切换至 目标相邻网元或者为 UE寻找下一个目标相邻网元。
需要指出的是, 上述属性还可以组合使用, 比如: 网络共享下的网元 相邻关系的配置的装置可以是同时判断以上条件中的两个、 三个甚至四个 是否满足, 根据综合判断结果进行确定。例如, 当切换权限信息为允许 UE 切换至目标相邻网元且目标相邻网元的负载平衡时, 才允许 UE切换至目 标相邻网元。
根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法, 当接入共享 网元的 UE需切换网元时, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置首先 获取该 UE的接入权限信息, 根据接入权限信息判断是否将 UE切换至目标 相邻网元, 这样可以尽量避免 UE切换至没有接入权限的网元从而无法保 持通信的情况。 实施例三
本实施例基于实施例二提供一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置 的方法。
本实施例中,对于共享网元,为其设置网元关系表(Neighbor Relation Table , NRT ) 或相邻网元关系表 (Neighbor Cel l Li st , NCL ) 作为相邻 关系表,网元关系表和相邻网元关系表均针对每个 UE的注册 PLMN(RPL丽) 或 UE的归属 PLMN (HPLMN) 或 UE的原始服务 PLMN ( Serving PLMN) 或 UE 对等 PL丽 而设置了不同的可切换 (isHOAl lowed ) 、 可干扰信息交互 ( i sICICAl lowed ) 、 可负载平衡 ( isLBAl lowed ) 或节能可能覆盖 ( isESCovered)属性。上述各属性可以有多组, 每个 PLMN对应一组属性, 即 NRT或 NCL中包括针对不同 PLMN的属性值, 相应地, 该共享网元周围 所有相邻的网元都要加入该 NRT或 NCL表, 该 PLMN可以是 RPLMN、 HPLMN 或 Serving PLMN或对等 PLMN中的任意一个。 本实施例中, 将上述包括针 对不同 PL丽的属性值的 NRT或 NCL均统称为相邻关系表。
当 UE移动到该共享网元的相邻网元覆盖范围时, 需要选择 PL丽对应 的网元, 这时要依据该 UE在共享网元的 RPLMN或 Serving PLMN或对等 PL丽, 或依据该 UE的 HPL丽, 在共享网元上的相邻网元关系表中找到允许 的 PL丽下的相关相邻网元, 指示 UE切换到该目标。
如图 3所示, 为根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的 方法的流程示意图。
步骤 301, 建立根据特定标识信息区分的相邻关系表,特定标识信息包括以下 信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLM 信息。
该步骤与步骤 101—致, 在此不再赘述。
步骤 302,当 UE需从当前接入的共享网元切换至共享网元的目标相邻 网元时, 获取 UE的第一 PL丽信息和目标相邻网元的第二 PL丽信息。
PL丽是由政府或由政府批准的运营商,为公众提供陆地移动通信业务 目的而建立和经营的网络。 该网络必须与公众交换电话网 (Publ ic Switched Telephone Network, PSTN) 互连, 形成整个地区或国家规模的 通信网。 PLMN = MCC ( (Mobi le Country Code,移动国家号码) + MNC ( ( Mob i 1 e Network Code, 移动网络号码) , 例如中国移动的 PLMN为 40, 中国联通 的 PL丽为 41。 即现有技术中, 除了共享网元之外, 每个网元均会有自己 对应的专属运营商, 每个运营商都会有自己的 PL丽信息。
该第一 PL丽信息可以是 UE在接入共享网元时的注册信息中包含的, 也可以是网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置向 UE 发出询问第一 PL丽信息的请求时, UE再上报的。 共享网元的各相邻网元的第二 PL丽信 息可以是预先存储在共享网元的网络侧设备中的, 也可以将共享网元的各 相邻网元的第二 PLMN信息单独存储在外存储器中, 只要网络共享下的网 元相邻关系的配置的装置能够获取到就可以。
步骤 303, 根据第一 PLMN信息和第二 PL丽信息, 在预设的相邻关系 表中查询 UE与目标相邻网元之间的切换权限信息, 相邻关系表包括 UE与 共享网元的至少一个相邻网元之间的切换权限信息。
预设的相邻关系表可以预先设置在共享网元的网络侧设备中, 也可以 单独进行设置, 只需要网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置能够获取 到即可。
上述的相邻关系表中除了是否可切换 (i sHOAl lowed ) 属性外, 还有 其它几个属性, 在共享场景下需要考虑按 PLMN区分邻网元关系, 包括: 可干扰信息交互 (i sICICAl lowed ) 或可负载平衡 (i sLBAl lowed) 或节能 可能覆盖 (isESCovered ) 等属性。 这些信息是用来控制对应的功能, 在 共享网络中也需要按不同 PL丽进行相应的控制, 具体地:
可负载平衡 (i sLBAl lowed) , 考虑负载平衡时, 不同 UE应该向哪些 允许的 PL丽的网元迁移;
可干扰信息交互(isICICAl lowed),考虑 UE的 RPLMN或 Serving PLMN 或 HPLMN, 决定对应该 PL丽的相邻网元之间, 是否可以传递干扰协调相关 的信息;
节能可能覆盖 (isESCovered ) , 考虑网元节能时, 补偿覆盖的一方
(可能是共享网元, 也可能是独有网元) 与其相邻网元之间, 是否可以相 互切换, 即 UE是否能够与该相邻网元之间进行切换。 上述各属性信息可 以按照实际需要进行设定。
如表 1A和 4B所示, 为根据本实施例的相邻关系表的具体实例。表 1A 中, 将共享网元的所有相邻网元均放置在同一个相邻关系表中, X-A表示 共享网元 X中 UE的 PLMN为 A的相邻关系表, 表 1B中, 每个 PLMN对应一 个相邻关系表, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置可以根据 PL丽 信息找到相应的相邻关系表。
下面分别以表 1A和表 1B为例进行说明, 以切换权限信息为是否允许 切换至目标相邻网元为例进行说明。

步骤 304, 根据切换权限信息判断是否允许 UE切换至目标相邻网元。 具体地, 当相邻关系表示 UE 归属的第一运营商与目标相邻网元所归 属的第二运营商之间具有切换权限时, 将 UE切换至目标相邻网元; 当相 邻关系表示 UE 归属的第一运营商与目标相邻网元所归属的第二运营商之 间不具有切换权限时, 拒绝将 UE切换至目标相邻网元或者为 UE寻找下一 个目标相邻网元。
可选地, 本实施例的相邻关系表中还包括 UE和目标网元之间是否能 够交互干扰信息的信息,如表 1A和表 1B所示,其中, isICICInfoExchange 表示是否允许 UE和目标网元之间交互干扰信息, X代表是, Y代表否。
能够想象到的是, 当需要对相邻关系表进行更新时, 可以根据各运营 商预先协商好的权限信息更新切换信息表。
根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的方法, 通过查询 UE的 PL丽信息以及需切换至的目标网元的 PL丽信息,就可以知道其是否 归属于相同的运营商或者运营商之间是否预先协商好有切换的权限, 从而 尽量避免 UE切换至没有接入权限的网元从而无法保持通信的情况。

本实施例对实施例一种的根据用户设备的特定标识信息, 更新与特定标识 信息相应的相邻关系表做具体说明。

以 PL丽为例进行说明, 由于相邻关系表是按照 PLMN区分的相邻网元 的信息, 对不同的 PL丽, 有不同的相邻关系表, 即对每个网元其显示的相 邻关系表有可能不同, 在向非共享相邻网元发送待更新相邻网元信息时, 比如通过 X2或 Iur接口转发时, 需要按照 PL丽过滤, 只选与转递目标相 邻网元 PLMN相同或相关的待更新相邻网元信息, 其它信息不予传递。 这 样, 对表 1B来说, 当 UE的 PL丽为 A时, 目标相邻网元 Q的第二 PL丽为 B时, 如果在 PL丽为 A的相邻关系表中无法查找到 PL丽为 B的信息时, 同样也说明, 该 UE不能切换到该 PLMN为 B的目标网元 Q中, 即表 1B中 能够找到的目标相邻网元的 PL丽, 就可以表示 UE可以切换到相应的目标 相邻网元中。 该步骤为网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置对相邻关 系表进行更新的步骤。 UE在上报其相邻网元的信息之前, 首先根据 PL丽 信息进行过滤, 该 PL丽信息即为 UE的 PL丽信息。 这样, 各 UE仅上报具 有相同或相关的 PLMN信息的相邻网元, 能够减少信息交互, 减轻网络的 负担。
实施例五
本实施例对上述实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的方法 做进一步补充说明。
本实施例中, 网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的方法还包括: 获取共享网元中具有相同 PL丽信息、 对等 PL丽、 相同运营商信息或 对等运营商信息的各 UE在共享网元中占用的总资源或其与共享网元总资 源的占用比例; 当总资源或占用比例达到预设门限值时, 获取是否有备选网元, 备选 网元为具有相同的目标 PL丽信息的网元和 /或允许具有目标 PL丽信息的 UE接入的网元;
当获取到有备选网元时, 按照预设规则将共享网元中具有目标 PL丽 信息的 UE切换至备选网元。
网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的装置可以每隔预设时间就对接 入共享网元的 UE所占用的资源进行统计, 以判断是否需将某些 UE切换至 允许该 UE接入的相邻网元, 减轻共享网元的负担, 以保持共享网元内各 UE通信的顺畅。需要指出的是, 当共享网元内某一 PL丽对应的 UE所占用 的资源达到预设阈值时, 则不再允许该 PL丽的 UE接入该共享网元。上 述备选相邻网元可以是一个或多个。
本实施例中的预设规则可以包括很多种, 例如, 选取共享网元中具有 第三 PL丽信息的 UE中占用共享网元资源最多的 UE , 并将该 UE切换至备 选相邻网元; 或者按照预设选取共享网元中具有相同 PL丽 信息、 对等 PL丽、 相同运营商信息或对等运营商信息的 UE , 并将这部分 UE切换至备 选相邻网元, 具体地, 当共享网元中具有相同 PL丽信息的 UE共有 100个 时, 预设比例为 10% , 则可以选取其中 10个 UE进行切换, 这 10个 UE可 以按照占用共享网元网络资源的大小来进行选择,还可以随机选择;当然, 预设规则还可以是随机切换, 即随机将共享网元中具有相同 PL丽信息的 UE的一部分切换至备选网元。 本实施例中不对预设规则进行限定。
根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置的方法, 通过统计 具有相同 PL丽的 UE所占用的共享网元的资源, 可以对 UE进行及时调整, 能够尽量保证共享网元中各 UE的通信顺畅。
实施例六
本实施例提供一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方法, 本实施例 的执行主体为网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 该网元相邻关系的 配置装置可以集成于 UE中。
如图 4所示, 为根据本实施例的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置方 法的流程示意图。
步骤 401, 获取当前接入的共享网元的相邻网元信息。 相邻网元信息可以包括运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLM 信息中的一种 或多种。
步骤 402,将与 UE具有相同的特定标识信息或对等的特定标识信息的 相邻网元的信息, 作为待更新相邻网元信息上报给共享网元, 以使共享网 元根据待更新相邻网元信息更新相邻关系表。

10、 一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 建立单元, 用于建立根据特定标识信息区分的相邻关系表, 所述特定标识信息 包括以下信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息。
第一获取单元, 用于当 UE接入或切换到或重选到目标网元时, 获取所述 UE的 特定标识信息;
处理单元, 用于根据所述相邻关系表和所述 UE的特定标识信息对所述 UE进行 操作, 或者根据所述 UE的特定标识信息, 更新与所述特定标识信息相应的相邻关系 表。
1 1、 根据权利要求 10所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特 征在于, 所述第一获取单元具体用于:
当所述 UE需从当前接入的共享网元请求接入或请求切换或请求重选至 所述共享网元的目标相邻网元时, 获取所述 UE 的特定标识信息和所述目 标相邻网元的特定标识信息。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特 征在于, 所述处理单元包括:
操作子单元, 用于根据所述 UE 的特定标识信息, 在所述相邻关系表 中获取所述 UE在所述共享网元与所述目标相邻网元之间的切换权限信息、 负载平衡权限信息、 干扰信息交互权限信息和执行节能迁移权限信息中的 一个或多个, 并根据所获取的权限信息, 判断是否允许对所述 UE与所述 目标相邻网元间执行如下操作之一或组合: 切换操作、 负载迁移操作、 干 扰协调操作、 节能迁移操作; 或者
更新子单元, 用于根据所述 UE的特定标识信息, 更新与所述特定标识信息相应 的相邻关系表。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特征 在于, 所述操作子单元具体用于:
根据所述 UE的特定标识信息, 在所述相邻关系表中获取所述 UE在所 述共享网元与所述目标相邻网元之间的切换权限信息、 负载平衡权限信 息、 干扰信息交互权限信息和执行节能迁移权限信息中的一个或多个; 当所获取的权限信息表示所述 UE 与所述目标相邻网元之间具有切换 权限时, 将所述 UE切换至所述目标相邻网元;
当所获取的权限信息表示所述 UE 与所述目标相邻网元之间不具有切 换权限时, 拒绝将所述 UE切换至所述目标相邻网元或者为所述 UE寻找下 一个目标相邻网元。
14、 根据权利要求 10〜13中任一项所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的 配置 ¾S, 其特征在于, 还包括切换单元, 所述切换单元用于:
获取所述共享网元中具有相同 PL丽信息、 对等 PLMN、 相同运营商信 息或对等运营商信息的各 UE在共享网元中占用的总资源或其与共享网元 总资源的占用比例;
当所述总资源或所述占用比例达到预设门限值时, 获取是否有备选网 元, 所述备选网元为具有相同的目标 PL丽信息的网元和 /或允许具有所述 目标 PL丽信息的 UE接入的网元;
当获取到有所述备选网元时, 按照预设规则将共享网元中具有目标 PL丽信息的 UE切换至所述备选网元。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特 征在于, 所述更新子单元具体用于:
接收 UE上报的待更新相邻网元信息, 所述 UE在上报所述共享网元的 相邻网元信息之前, 从获取到的所有相邻网元的信息之中去除与该 UE具 有不同特定标识信息的相邻网元的信息, 并将剩余的相邻网元的信息作为 所述待更新相邻网元信息;
根据所述待更新相邻网元信息更新所述相邻关系表。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特 征在于, 所述更新子单元具体用于:
接收 UE上报的所述共享网元的相邻网元信息;
从所述 UE上报的所有相邻网元信息之中去除与该 UE具有不同特定标 识信息的相邻网元的信息, 并将剩余的相邻网元的信息作为所述待更新相 邻网元信息;
根据所述待更新相邻网元信息更新所述相邻关系表。
17、 一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 第二获取单元, 用于获取当前接入的共享网元的相邻网元信息; 上报单元, 用于将与 UE具有相同的特定标识信息或对等的特定标识 信息的相邻网元的信息, 作为所述待更新相邻网元信息上报给所述共享网 元, 以使所述共享网元根据所述待更新相邻网元信息更新所述相邻关系 表;
其中, 所述相邻关系表是根据特定标识信息区分的, 所述特定标识信息 包括以下信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息。
18、 一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 至少 一个第一处理器, 以及第一存储器, 所述第一存储器用于存储可执行程序代码, 其 中, 所述第一处理器通过读取所述第一存储器中存储的可执行程序代码 行与所 述可执行程序代码对应的 , 以用于:
建立根据特定标识信息区分的相邻关系表, 所述特定标识信息包括以下信息中 的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息。
当用户设备 UE接入或切换到或重选到目标网元时, 获取所述 UE的特定标识信 息;
根据所述相邻关系表和所述 UE的特定标识信息对所述 UE进行操作, 或者根据 所述 UE的特定标识信息, 更新与所述特定标识信息相应的相邻关系表。
19、 一种网络共享下的网元相邻关系的配置装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 至少一 个第二处理器, 以及第二存储器, 所述第二存储器用于存储可执行辦代码, 其中, 所述第二处理器慰读取所述第二存储器中存储的可执行程序代码艇行与所述可 执行翻弋码对应的 以用于:
获取当前接入的共享网元的相邻网元信息; 将与 UE具有相同的特定标识信息或对等的特定标识信息的相邻网元 的信息, 作为所述待更新相邻网元信息上报给所述共享网元, 以使所述共 享网元根据所述待更新相邻网元信息更新所述相邻关系表;
其中, 所述相邻关系表是根据特定标识信息区分的, 所述特定标识信息 包括以下信息中的至少一种: 运营商信息和公共陆地移动网络 PLMN信息。
