本发明涉及通信技术领域,特別涉及一种移动台终端伪关机模式下工作的 方法, 及移动台终端。 背景技术
移动台终端是指可移动的无线通信终端, 如: 手机、 对讲机等。 以下将以 数字对讲机为例进行介绍。
数字对讲机的用户, 比较集中在军队, 警察, 公共安全人员行业。 这类用 户特別注重安全性。 上述安全性主要包括: 通信内容的安全、 终端敏感信息的 安全, 以及对讲机用户的人身安全。 为了满足用户对安全性的需求, 数字对讲 机定义了多种安全保护措施, 比如 TETRA ( Terrestrial Trunked Radio, 陆上集 群无线电)协议的空口加密, 端到端加密, 鉴权,遥晕遥毙, 环境监听等技术。
其中, 空口加密和端到端加密, 是通过对信令数据和语音数据的不同等级 的加密措施, 有效保证了用户通信内容的安全性。 鉴权功能, 是通过基站对入 网终端合法性的鉴权, 或者对入网终端与基站互相之间的合法性鉴权,从而保 证终端和基站之间的信息不被非法共享。如果用户的对讲机丟失后, 为避免终 端被非法盗用, 或者对讲机里的敏感信息被窃取。调度台可以通过遥晕遥毙功 能, 远程锁定丟失终端。 还可以使丟失终端不再可用, 并且销毁敏感信息。 另 夕卜, 调度台可以实现环境监听功能, 即对丟失终端发起呼叫, 丟失终端收到环 境监听呼叫后, 打开麦克风, 但界面不显示任何信息, 从而调度台可以秘密监 听被盗终端周围的声音, 用以判断当前形势, 从而采取相应措施。

遥晕遥毙和环境监听的功能是在调度台得知终端被盗或出意外之后发起 的, 这与对讲机出现意外存在一定时间的滞后, 在这个滞后的过程中, 对讲机 可能已经被非法使用或敏感信息已经被盗取, 造成了不可挽回的损失。 因此, 该遥晕遥毙下实现的环境监听功能安全性仍然较低。 发明内容

从以上技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例具有以下优点: 由用户触发进入 伪关机模式,并且在进入伪关机模式的情况下还会将进入伪关机模式的情况以 及移动台终端所处环境的语音告知到调度台。调度台可以及时发现移动台终端 可能进入了危险境地, 为调度台的及时调度提供了条件。从而可以提高移动台 终端的安全性。 附图说明

以上方案中,后面两种方案相比于第一种常规方案而言, 具有更好的隐蔽 性, 更能适应危险环境的使用, 可以作为优选的实现方式采用。
102: 移动台终端在确定上述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令后, 进入伪关 机模式, 并向调度台发送第一消息告知上述移动台终端进入伪关机模式; 伪关机模式是工作模式的一种,在伪关机模式下,移动台终端会表现出已 经处于关机状态无法使用的假象,但是并未完全关机。伪关机模式下移动台终 端的表现内容一般可以包含: 显示界面显示为关机状态、所有菜单和业务都不 可用、 没电、 故障甚至表现为已经被销毁等。 这样会使获得移动台终端的非原 有用户认为该移动台终端已经没有使用价值, 并失去戒备。
伪关机指令可以采用写频软件由用户设置,也可以由调度台管理人员统一 设置, 或者其他方式来设置。 伪关机指令可以是: 某几个 "预设键" 的组合, 也可以是长时间按压某个 "预设键"、 可以是在某 "预设时间", 某 "预设按键" 或任意键没有被按下、 还可以是移动台终端处于某 "预设角度" 达到某 "预设 时间"等,伪关机指令的设置方式以及伪关机指令的指令形式不影响本发明实 施例的实现, 本发明实施例对此不予限定。
103: 移动台终端在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能, 将上述移动台终端 当前接收的语音发送给调度台。
上述步骤 103在确定上述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令后执行, 与发送第 一消息并无逻辑先后执行的限定, 不应执行步骤 103理解为必然在发送第一消 息之后。

本发明实施例提出方案,是一种特殊保护模式,在对讲机用户发现自身面 临危险的时候, 主动采取的一种保护措施。可以保护对讲机的安全信息以及自 身的人身安全。 当对讲机的用户发现自己面临危险的时候, 用户可以主动让终 端进入特殊保护模式(伪关机), 该特殊保护模式, 终端完全不能使用, 从而 保证终端信息或通信内容不会泄露给用户。同时对讲机周围的语音被自动发送 给调度台, 从而达到积极争取援救的目的。 该方案中, 发送消息时的状态是伪 关机模式, 允许用户在第一时间通知调度台, 并且, 对讲机在这种特殊保护模 式下无需恢复正常的工作状态便可主动传送语音给调度台。
可选地, 开启语音传送功能的方式可能有^艮多, 本发明实施例提供了几个 可选方案, 具体如下: 上述开启语音传送功能包括:

以下实施例将以对讲机为例, 进行举例说明。
伪关机模式是给別人造成一种假象: 对讲机已经关机, 无法使用 (没电)。 但实际上对讲机并没有关机, 处于待命状态。 在本发明实施例中, 只需要按下 紧急呼叫键就可以秘密地传送语音。 本发明实施例方法应用的场景一般可以 是: 如果用户发现自己面临危险时, 快速让对讲机进入伪关机模式。 让敌人以 为机器没有正常工作。
以下分三个方面来介绍对讲机伪关机下工作的具体方案。
一、 如何进入伪关机模式
请参阅图 2所示流程, 包括如下步骤: 201 : 对讲机开机运行, 处于普通模式。 普通模式下, 对讲机可以进行应 用操作, 处于正常使用过程中。

伪关机指令可以是: 某几个 "预设键" 的组合, 也可以是长时间按压某个 "预设键"、 可以是在某 "预设时间", 某 "预设按键" 或任意键没有被按下、 还可以是移动台终端处于某 "预设角度" 达到某 "预设时间" 等。
304: 进入伪关机模式。 本发明实施例, 在伪关机模式下, 需要执行如下 操作: 关闭液晶, 光和音, 定时发送位置信息给调度台。
进入伪关机模式这种特殊保护模式后, 对讲机可以具有如下特性: 1 )、 自动打开定时传送位置信息的功能。 自动传送位置报告给调度台, 让 调度台了解其行踪。
2 )、 自动建立预设好的紧急组呼到调度台, 并立即进入发射状态。 紧急组 呼可以保证呼叫一定能建立, 并不能被其它呼叫打断。 将 MIC ( Microphone, 麦克风)增益调整为最大, 保证将周围语音以清晰的方式传送出去。 同时关闭 扬声器, 以防对讲机播放声音导致伪关机事件泄密。 在呼叫建立时, 将发射时 长和通话时长都设为最大。
3 )、 如果发射时间到, 立即重新申请进入发射, 如果通话时长到, 立即自 动建立新的紧急通话。
4 )、 关闭显示屏、 指示灯, 以及所有提示音。 将所有按键设置为不可用状 态, 使其无法开关机。 若检测到电池被拔掉, 启用备用电池使终端处于保护模 式, 以保证位置信息传送模块和语音发射模块的工作。
上述流程描述了如何进入伪关机模式。在正常模式下, 用户可以通过长按
"预设键" 使对讲机进入伪关机模式。 "预设键" 可以通过写频软件由用户自 己配置。 进入伪关机模式后关掉显示屏, 指示灯, 所有提示音, 任何按键不起 效。 同时打开定时传送位置信息的功能。
二、 伪关机模式下的信息发送 在伪关机模式,对讲机的软件处于待机状态,不处理任何用户操作和业务, 除了一些预定于的操作和设定以外, 具体请参阅图 3所示流程, 包括如下步骤: 301 : 对讲机进入伪关机模式, 在伪关机模式下, 需要执行如下操作: 关 闭液晶, 光和音; 分別进入 302, 305 , 以及 307;
302: 接收用户输入指令;
303: 判断 302中输入指令是否为应急钥匙, 如果是, 进入 304, 否则不处 理。
304: 向调度台发起紧急呼叫, 呼叫过程中终端只是打开麦克风, 界面没 有任何指示, 仍显示处于关机状态。 可以理解的是, 只要调度台与对讲机呼叫 接通, 对讲机所处环境的声音信息将会被发送给调度台。
305: 判断定时器是否到期; 如果是, 则进入 306, 否则继续执行 305; 306: 获取对讲机当前位置信息, 并将当前位置信息发送给调度台。
307: 自动建立预设好的紧急组呼到调度台, 并立即进入发射状态。 紧急 组呼可以保证呼叫一定能建立,并不能被其它呼叫打断。将 MIC ( Microphone, 麦克风)增益调整为最大, 保证将周围语音以清晰的方式传送出去。 同时关闭 扬声器, 以防对讲机播放声音导致伪关机事件泄密。 在呼叫建立时, 将发射时 长和通话时长都设为最大;
308: 判断发射时长和通话时长是否超时, 如果是进入 309, 否则不予理会 (不处理)。
以上方案中, 对讲机在伪关机模式下, 自动传送位置信息给调度台, 让调 度台了解其行踪。 如果用户有必要让调度台了解当前形势, 通过应急钥匙, 可 以在敌人不察觉的情况下, 打开语音传送。 另外, 还可以由对讲机控制保持与 调度台的联系, 实现语音传送。
三、 如何从伪关机模式恢复
当危险解除后, 用户可以让对讲机退出伪关机模式, 具体流程如图 4所示, 包括:
401 : 用户输入密码;
402: 对讲机对上述密码进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 进入 403 , 否则, 不予 理会; 具体就是将输入的密码与 "预设密码"进行比对, 如果一致则认为鉴权通 过, 否则认为鉴权未通过。 上述 "预设密码" 可以由用户通过写频软件设置。
403: 对讲机退出伪关机模式, 并向调度台发送状态码, 告知对讲机已经 退出伪关机模式。 可以理解的是, 退出伪关机模式后, 对讲机可以执行正常的 操作。
以上方案, 实现了用户控制的伪关机模式的退出。在退出伪关机模式时对 讲机自动发送状态码通知调度台已退出伪关机模式;退出伪关机模式时指示和 用户操作恢复正常。
以上实施例,如果对讲机的用户进入一个存在潜在安全威胁的环境, 为了 防止对讲机被別人非法使用, 可以将对讲机切到伪关机模式。如果对讲机用户 发现自己面临即将被抢劫或袭击的时, 可以立即将对讲机切到伪关机模式, 来 防止安全信息泄露, 同时积极寻求援助。采用本发明实施例方法可以有效地帮 助公共安全人员在执勤过程中碰到人身安全后,主动积极地保护自己和尽可能 地寻求支援。
以上方案作为退出伪关机模式的一个可选实现方式,还可以被其他方式替 代, 例如: 移动台终端在接收到调度台发送的伪关机解除指令后提出伪关机模 式。 采用该方案, 无论用户输入什么指令都不退出伪关机模式, 将解锁的权限 仅授予移动台防止移动台终端被以外解锁。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动台终端, 如图 5所示, 包括:
指令接收单元 501 , 用于接收用户输入的操作指令;
指令确定单元 502,用于确定上述指令接收单元 501接收的操作指令是否为 预定的伪关机指令;
模式控制单元 503 ,用于在上述指令确定单元 502确定上述操作指令为预定 的伪关机指令后, 进入伪关机模式;
发送单元 504,用于在上述指令确定单元 502确定上述操作指令为预定的伪 关机指令后, 向调度台发送第一消息告知上述移动台终端进入伪关机模式; 在 伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能,将上述移动台终端当前接收的语音发送给调 度台。
伪关机指令可以采用写频软件由用户设置,也可以由调度台管理人员统一 设置, 或者其他方式来设置。伪关机指令的设置方式以及伪关机指令的指令形 式不影响本发明实施例的实现, 本发明实施例对此不予限定。
以上实施例, 由用户触发进入伪关机模式, 并且在进入伪关机模式的情况 下还会将进入伪关机模式以及移动台终端所处环境的语音的情况告知到调度 台。调度台可以及时发现移动台终端可能进入了危险境地, 为调度台的及时调 度提供了条件。 从而可以提高移动台终端的安全性。
可选地, 开启语音传送功能的方式可能有^艮多, 本发明实施例提供了几个 可选方案, 具体如下: 上述发送单元 504, 具体用于在伪关机模式下自动开启 语音传送功能, 或者, 在上述移动台终端接收到调度台的环境监听呼叫后, 在 伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能; 或者,在上述移动台终端接收到用户输入的 预定紧急呼叫指令后, 在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能。
以上可选方式中,语音传送功能自动开启,不需要用户操作可以更加隐蔽。 由调度台呼叫后开启,则可以实现调度台的控制功能,减少不必要的语音传输。 由用户开启则可以更加贴近现场情况,按需进行语音传输。后两种会由于语音 传输的减少而更省电, 移动终端可以更长时间的提供情报。
可选地,若所述移动台终端为对讲机,针对于对讲机这一特定的应用领域,
504, 具体用于开启麦克风并关闭扬声器, 将麦克风增益调至最大; 与调度台 建立优先级最高的呼叫连接, 并将呼叫连接的通话时长和发射时长设置为最 长; 通过所述呼叫连接将麦克风接收到的语音发送给调度台。
可选地, 本发明实施例还提供了确定伪关机的具体实现方案, 如下: 所述指令确定单元 502,具体用于若所述指令接收单元 501接收到用户输入 的按键组合, 若所述按键组合为预设的伪关机按键组合, 则确定接收到伪关机 指令; 或者, 所述指令接收单元 501在预定的时间接收按键组合, 若在所述预 定的时间内未接收到预设的案件组合, 则确定接收到伪关机指令; 或者, 所述 指令接收单元 501监测移动台终端的姿态, 若移动台终端保持预定的姿态达到 预定时长, 则确定接收到伪关机指令。
进一步地, 除了语音相关的信息外, 调度台可能还需要其他重要的信息, 例如位置信息, 本发明实施例提供了实现方案, 具体如下: 如图 6所示, 上述 移动台终端还包括:
位置获取单元 601 , 用于获取上述移动台终端的位置信息;
上述发送单元 504, 还用于在确定上述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令后, 向上述调度台发送上述位置获取单元 601获取的位置信息。
上述位置信息, 是指地理位置的相关信息, 例如经纬度、 地址名称等, 具 体的表现形式不影响本发明实施例的实现, 对此本发明实施例不予限定。
进一步地,本发明实施例还提供了移动台终端可能出现被破坏等情况下的 处理方案, 如图 7所示, 所述移动台终端, 还包括:
电池检测单元 701 , 用于检测移动台终端的电池是否被拔掉或者电池电量 是否低于预定值;
所述模式控制单元 503 , 用于若所述电池检测单元检测到移动台终端的电 池被拔掉或者电池电量低于预定值, 则关闭语音传送功能并启用备用电池; 所述位置获取单元 601 , 还用于在启用备用电池后继续执行获取所述移动 台终端的位置信息。
由于移动台终端进入了伪关机模式,移动台终端被恶意获得以后, 可能被 执行操作, 虽然这些操作均不会被移动台终端所执行,但是移动台终端仍然有 可能存在电池被拔等风险, 为了尽可能的保持移动台终端与调度台的联系, 以 上方案提供了采用隐蔽的备用电池来保持通讯,并且仅发位置信息来尽可能为 节省电能, 为调度台解救用户提供最必要的信息。上述获取上述移动台终端的 位置信息, 并向上述调度台发送上述位置信息还可以进步一如下:
以预定时间为周期性, 获取上述移动台终端的位置信息, 并向上述调度台 发送上述位置信息。 采用周期性获取的方式, 进一步降低电能消耗, 为解救用 户争取时间。
进一步地,由于调度台已经获知移动台终端可能已经进入危险境地;另外, 移动台终端还告知了其环境相关的信息,所以调度台完全可以依据这些信息对 移动台终端进行必要的控制,本发明实施例提供了具体的实现方案,可以如下: 如图 8所示, 上述移动台终端还包括:
控制接收单元 801 , 用于接收调度台发送的遥晕遥毙控制指令;
指令执行单元 802,用于执行上述控制接收单元 801接收的遥晕遥毙控制指 令指示的操作。
前述遥晕遥毙功能中的遥晕是指远程临时锁定, 遥毙是是指远程永久锁 定。
进一步地,由于可能用户可能对环境做出错误判断导致移动台终端进入伪 关机模式, 或者危险环境变为安全环境, 等情况, 本发明实施例还提供了恢复 移动台终端的实现方式, 如下: 如图 9所示, 上述移动台终端还包括:
鉴权接收单元 901 , 用于接收预定的鉴权指令;
鉴权单元 902, 用于对上述鉴权接收单元 901接收到的鉴权指令执行鉴权; 上述模式控制单元 503 ,还用于若上述鉴权单元 902对上述鉴权指令鉴权通 过, 且上述鉴权指令指示退出伪关机模式, 则进入工作模式;
上述发送单元 504, 还用于若上述鉴权单元 902对上述鉴权指令鉴权通过, 且上述鉴权指令指示退出伪关机模式,向调度台发送第二消息告知上述移动台 终端退出伪关机模式。
上述鉴权指令可以采用写频软件由用户设置。也可以由调度台管理人员统 一设置, 或者其他方式来设置。鉴权指令的设置方式以及伪关机指令的指令形 式不影响本发明实施例的实现, 本发明实施例对此不予限定。
值得注意的是, 上述移动台终端实施例中, 所包括的各个单元只是按照功 能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可; 另外,各功能单元的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分, 并不用于限制本发明 的保护范围。
另外,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述各方法实施例中的全部或部 分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,相应的程序可以存储于一种计 算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术范围内, 可轻 易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保 护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种移动台终端伪关机模式下工作的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 移动台终端接收用户输入的操作指令;
移动台终端在确定所述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令后, 进入伪关机模 式, 并向调度台发送第一消息告知所述移动台终端进入伪关机模式;
移动台终端在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能,将所述移动台终端当前接 收的语音发送给调度台。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述开启语音传送功能包括: 在伪关机模式下自动开启语音传送功能, 或者,在接收到调度台的环境监 听呼叫后, 在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能; 或者, 在接收到用户输入的预 定紧急呼叫指令后, 在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动台终端为对讲机, 所 述开启语音传送功能, 将所述移动台终端当前接收的语音发送给调度台包括: 开启麦克风并关闭扬声器,将麦克风增益调至最大; 与调度台建立优先级 最高的呼叫连接, 并将呼叫连接的通话时长和发射时长设置为最长; 通过所述 呼叫连接将麦克风接收到的语音发送给调度台。
4、根据权利要求 1所述方法,其特征在于,所述接收用户输入的操作指令, 确定所述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令包括:
接收用户输入的按键组合, 若所述按键组合为预设的伪关机按键组合, 则 确定接收到伪关机指令; 或者,
在预定的时间接收按键组合,若在所述预定的时间内未接收到预设的案件 组合, 则确定接收到伪关机指令; 或者,
监测移动台终端的姿态, 若移动台终端保持预定的姿态达到预定时长, 则 确定接收到伪关机指令。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任意一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 在确定所述操作 指令为预定的伪关机指令后还包括:
获取所述移动台终端的位置信息, 并向所述调度台发送所述位置信息。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
若检测到移动台终端的电池被拔掉或者电池电量低于预定值,则关闭语音 传送功能并启用备用电池, 继续执行: 获取所述移动台终端的位置信息, 并向 所述调度台发送所述位置信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收预定的鉴权指令,若所述鉴权指令鉴权通过且所述鉴权指令指示退出 伪关机模式, 则进入工作模式, 并向调度台发送第二消息告知所述移动台终端 退出伪关机模式。
8、 一种移动台终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
指令接收单元, 用于接收用户输入的操作指令;
指令确定单元,用于确定所述指令接收单元接收的操作指令是否为预定的 伪关机指令;
模式控制单元,用于在所述指令确定单元确定所述操作指令为预定的伪关 机指令后, 进入伪关机模式;
发送单元,用于在所述指令确定单元确定所述操作指令为预定的伪关机指 令后, 向调度台发送第一消息告知所述移动台终端进入伪关机模式; 在伪关机 模式下开启语音传送功能, 将所述移动台终端当前接收的语音发送给调度台。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述移动台终端, 其特征在于,
所述发送单元, 具体用于在伪关机模式下自动开启语音传送功能, 或者, 在所述移动台终端接收到调度台的环境监听呼叫后,在伪关机模式下开启语音 传送功能; 或者, 在所述移动台终端接收到用户输入的预定紧急呼叫指令后, 在伪关机模式下开启语音传送功能。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述移动台终端, 其特征在于, 若所述移动台终端为 对讲机,
所述发送单元, 具体用于开启麦克风并关闭扬声器,将麦克风增益调至最 大; 与调度台建立优先级最高的呼叫连接, 并将呼叫连接的通话时长和发射时 长设置为最长; 通过所述呼叫连接将麦克风接收到的语音发送给调度台。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述移动台终端, 其特征在于,
所述指令确定单元,具体用于若所述指令接收单元接收到用户输入的按键 组合, 若所述按键组合为预设的伪关机按键组合, 则确定接收到伪关机指令; 或者, 所述指令接收单元在预定的时间接收按键组合, 若在所述预定的时间内 未接收到预设的案件组合, 则确定接收到伪关机指令; 或者, 所述指令接收单 元监测移动台终端的姿态, 若移动台终端保持预定的姿态达到预定时长, 则确 定接收到伪关机指令。
12、 根据权利要求 8至 11任意一项所述移动台终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 位置获取单元, 用于获取所述移动台终端的位置信息;
所述发送单元,还用于在确定所述操作指令为预定的伪关机指令后, 向所 述调度台发送所述位置获取单元获取的位置信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述移动台终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
电池检测单元,用于检测移动台终端的电池是否被拔掉或者电池电量是否 低于预定值;
所述模式控制单元,用于若所述电池检测单元检测到移动台终端的电池被 拔掉或者电池电量低于预定值, 则关闭语音传送功能并启用备用电池; 端的位置信息。
14、 根据权利要求 8所述移动台终端, 其特征在于, 还包括:
鉴权接收单元, 用于接收预定的鉴权指令;
鉴权单元, 用于对所述鉴权接收单元接收到的鉴权指令执行鉴权; 所述模式控制单元,还用于若所述鉴权单元对所述鉴权指令鉴权通过,且 所述鉴权指令指示退出伪关机模式, 则进入工作模式;
所述发送单元,还用于若所述鉴权单元对所述鉴权指令鉴权通过,且所述 鉴权指令指示退出伪关机模式,向调度台发送第二消息告知所述移动台终端退 出伪关机模式。
