本发明涉及一种农业机械, 特别涉及一种高温在线灭菌机。 背景技术
目前, 我国大部分地区在农业生产中对土壤中的病菌、 病毒已及害虫的防治, 基本上还 是使用高剧毒的化学农药, 在农作物定植前对土壤进行熏蒸、 沟灌、 浇灌或喷洒, 以期达到 消灭土壤中的病菌、 病毒已及害虫的目的。 但现在使用的高剧毒的化学农药, 有许多是国家 己明令禁止使用的, 年复一年的使用农药灭杀土壤中的病菌、 病毒己及害虫, 对土壤、 环境、 人畜都会造成极大的危害, 由于常年使用高剧毒的化学农药, 使病菌、 病毒以及害虫产生耐 药性, 防治效果差, 不得不加大用药量, 在农业生产中形成恶性循环, 环境污染逐年加大, 而农产品的品质、 产量降低, 农药残留超标, 无法生产出绿色无公害食品。
专利号为 02268439. 5、 名称为蒸气灭菌杀虫车的发明提出了一种解决方案, 是在车体 上固装有锅炉和通过蒸气管与锅炉连接的蒸气储罐, 蒸气储罐的蒸气出口端上接有出气管, 气管的末端接有一喷气枪。这种蒸气灭菌杀虫车, 用高温蒸气杀灭包括根结线虫的病菌害虫, 由于不使用高剧毒农药, 因而不会污染环境, 但其结构复杂, 操作麻烦, 作业效率低, 尤其 是对 20-30cm范围内深层土壤中的病菌、 病毒已及害虫灭杀效率低。

根据上述领域的需求和不足, 本发明提供一种高温在线灭菌机, 本发明的高温在线灭菌 机解决现有技术中存在的整机结构复杂、 消耗动力较大、 成本高的缺点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
高温在线灭菌机, 包括拖拉机, 在拖拉机的前部支架上设有燃气储罐, 其特征在于: 在 拖拉机后桥上连接一个传动箱, 拖拉机后桥的输出轴通过联轴器连接动力轴, 传动箱上连接 一根传动轴, 传动轴上连接的伞齿轮与动力轴一端连接的伞齿轮啮合; 传动箱上连接一个罩 壳, 罩壳两侧分别与传动轴的两端转动连接; 传动轴的两端各有一个前链轮, 罩壳两侧分别 连接一个连接座, 每个连接座中均连接有后链轮轴, 后链轮轴外端连接后链轮, 前链轮及后 链轮通过链条连接传动, 后链轮轴内端与滚筒相连; 滚筒的圆柱面上沿周向及轴向分别设有 刮板以及破碎钉; 罩壳前部的连接支架 11上设有一组燃气喷枪 12, 每个燃气喷枪分别通过 气管与设置在燃气储罐上的减压阀连接, 燃气喷枪喷出的火焰与滚筒的刮板翻过来的土壤形 成加热配合。
在上述技术方案的基础上, 可以有以下进一步的技术方案:
罩壳前部燃气喷枪一侧设有分隔板, 它将与罩壳前部分割成火焰高温腔。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用了辊筒刮板结构,借用了拖拉机输出轴的动力,使得本发明具有操作方便、 灭菌效率高、 效果好、 节能环保的特点;
2、 本发明结构简单、 维修量小、 成本低。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明提供的高温在线灭菌机, 包括拖拉机 1, 在拖拉机 1的前部支 架 2上设有燃气储罐 3, 燃气储罐 3连有减压阀 4。
本发明的创新结构组成主要包括以下几个部分:
在拖拉机后桥 5上连接一个传动箱 6, 并通过加强结构使传动箱 6与后桥 5固定连接。 拖拉机后桥 5中的输出轴 5a通过联轴器 7连接动力轴 21, 传动箱 6上连接一根传动轴 23, 传动轴 23上连接的伞齿轮 23a与动力轴 21—端连接的伞齿轮 22啮合;
传动箱 6上固定连接一个罩壳 13,罩壳 13两侧分别通过轴承座 24及其轴承与传动轴 23 的两端转动连接, 轴承座 24通过螺钉 25与罩壳 13连接; 罩壳 13前部燃气喷枪 12—侧设有 分隔板 20, 它将与罩壳 13前部分割成火焰高温腔;
传动轴 23的两端各有一个前链轮 8, 罩壳 13两侧内边各连接一个连接座 30, 每个连接 座 30中分别通过轴承连接后链轮轴 29, 后链轮轴 29外端连接后链轮 15, 前链轮 8及后链轮 15通过链条 19连接传动, 后链轮轴 29内端与滚筒 18的端板 18a相连;
滚筒 18的圆柱面上沿周向及轴向分别设有刮板 16以及破碎钉 17, 其数量根据具体情况 设计;
罩壳 13前部连接支架 11, 支架 11上设有一组燃气喷枪 12, 每个燃气喷枪分别通过气管 10与设置在燃气储罐 3上的减压阀 4连接, 燃气喷枪 12喷出的火焰 12a与滚筒的刮板 16翻 过来的土壤 14形成加热配合。
