技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏设备技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种设有独立变温室的冰箱。
背景技术
电冰箱,作为一种提高家庭生活品质的必不可少的家用电器,已经越来越普及。电冰箱分为很多种类,有的是冷冻室在冰箱上方、冷藏室在冰箱下方,有的是冷冻室在冰箱下方、冷藏室在冰箱上方。伴随着家庭使用方式的多元化,越来越多的客户更喜爱在冰箱上增加一个能够在冷藏和冷冻室之间相互切换的间室。随之,变温室的出现,极大的满足了客户随心所欲改变冷藏和冷冻储藏空间的需求。
另一方面,区别于传统的打开冷冻和变温门体后还需要再打开抽屉才能取到所需食物的方式,抽屉门的应用可以使客户很便捷打开门体,同时对于冰箱室内放置的食物一目了然,便于取用。
基于以上两方面的需求,如何在冰箱上同步体现以上两种功能,使用户能够在使用冰箱的过程中更加的便捷、灵活就成为一个新的课题。另外,使用抽屉门并且区分两个间室,如何实现各间室的独立温度调节和控制,并且在取用物品时,减少冷气的 过多外泄,更加节能,也是冰箱设计的一个挑战 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种设有独立变温室的冰箱,该冰箱同时设计独立变温室和冷冻室,并且都采用抽屉门结构方式实现取物,非常方便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种设有独立变温室的冰箱,冰箱 箱体内 包括上部的冷藏室和下部的冷冻室,还包括设于冷藏室和冷冻室之间的变温室,所述变温室和冷冻室分别设置为抽屉门结构,分别包括 变温抽屉门和冷冻抽屉门,所述变温抽屉门和冷冻抽屉门靠抽屉内侧装配有矩形门封条,在变温室和冷冻室的开口之间固定有中梁,当变温抽屉门和冷冻抽屉门关闭时,所述的门封条与箱体以及所述的中梁相吸接触,实现对变温室和冷冻室开口的密封 。
为了将变温室和冷冻室隔成两个完全独立间室 ,所述 中梁后部设置有的中间隔板 。
进一步的,在中间隔板靠近变温室的隔板内侧,设置有加热装置,以实现变温室调温的功能。
另外,上述方案中,所述 中梁包括装配在一起的中梁后盖、中梁前盖和中梁装饰板 。
具体的,所述 中梁后盖和中梁前盖通过中梁后盖上所设的卡勾和中梁前盖上所设的卡勾固定在一起,中梁内部通过中梁前盖上所设的注泡口注入泡料,固化形成保温层 。
为起到更好的加固作用,所述中梁后盖及中梁前盖内均设有多组加强筋 。

另外,所述中梁底部还设有密封条,用于与冷冻室门体加强密封,达到更好的密封效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明将 变温室和冷冻室分别设置为抽屉门结构, 两个抽屉门体部件之间的箱体上设有隔板部件和中梁结构,中梁设置在变温室和冷冻室的箱体开口上,将下部空间区分成两部分,隔板部件设置在中梁的后部,将下部空间区隔成两个密闭的独立间室,使得两间室完全独立进行温度控制。 并且因为都采用抽屉门结构方式实现取物,非常方便。

如图 1 ,冰箱 上部的冷藏室1采用一对对开的门体1a和1b组成,变温室2和冷冻室3均为抽屉门体结构。
图2所示为本发明冰箱整体侧剖视图。变温室和冷冻室内各设有一组抽屉,在抽屉上设置有变温抽屉门5和冷冻抽屉门6,变温抽屉门5和冷冻抽屉门6内侧安装有矩形门封条,变温室2和冷冻室3的开口之间固定有中梁4,当变温抽屉门5和冷冻抽屉门6关闭时,门封条与箱体以及中梁4相吸接触,实现对变温室2和冷冻室3开口的密封 。
另外,在中梁4后部设置有中间隔板7,将变温室2和冷冻室3区隔成完全独立的两个间室,并且在中间隔板7靠近变温室2的隔板内侧,设置有加热装置,以实现变温室2调温的功能。
图3所示为变温室2和冷冻室3两间室前段中梁部分的横断面视图。中梁4设置在变温室2和冷冻室3的箱体开口上,由中梁后盖4a、中梁前盖4b和中梁装饰板4c组成;中梁4底部还设置有密封条11,用于与下部的冷冻抽屉门6加强密封;中梁装饰板4c内侧还设置有若干保温条,如图示的保温条4e和保温条4f。
图4所示为变温室2和冷冻室3两间室前段中梁部分的分解视图。中梁后盖4a和中梁前盖4b通过中梁后盖4a上的卡勾8a和中梁前盖4b上的卡勾8b固定在一起,从中梁前盖4b上注泡口8c注入泡料,中梁4内部固化形成保温层4d。
另外,中梁后盖4a内设有多组加强筋10a,中梁前盖4b内设有多组加强筋10b;中梁后盖4a、中梁前盖4b和中梁装饰板4c的两侧端部均设置有通孔9a、9b,通过穿过这些通孔9a、9b的螺钉将中梁后盖4a、中梁前盖4b和中梁装饰板4c安装在冰箱箱体开口处 。
