Abstract

An article dispensing device includes a front end (1014), a lower deck (1020) slanted downwardly towards the front end, and a pair of first and second opposed side walls (1012, 1016). The lower deck is hingedly connected to at least one of the first and second side walls through a first wedge panel (882).
