Abstract

A controllable delivery system is provided, which may be used for controlled delivery of chemicals such as nucleic acids. The delivery system may be light activated and may be useful for controlled delivery of miRNA molecules. The delivery system may be useful for promoting healing and/or wound repair. The delivery system may be used for delivery of miRNA molecules to sites in need of repair and may be used to promote differentiation of stem cells, such as mesenchymal stromal cells.
