Description

男士专用内裤 技术领域
本发明属于内衣技术领域，特别涉及一种男士专用内裤。本发明改变了传统男士内裤的种种弊病，完全解放了男士的外生殖器。
背景技术
男士外阴部由阴囊、睾丸和阴茎等组成，自然状态下一般情况它们突出身体会形成一个立体的空间。阴茎有勃起和非勃起两大类状态，而它们的体积、形态、硬度、敏感度、功能等差异非常大。阴茎勃起：有勃起角度、阴茎长度、阴茎直径、硬度等差异。阴囊最适宜温度32摄氏度，人体有自己的调节能力：温度过低时候睾丸会完全躲进身体内以便保持适宜的温度阴囊和阴茎也会缩的很小；温度过高时候睾丸会尽量远离身体，阴囊会尽可能的扩大表面积以便散热，阴茎也会比较大。阴茎处于非勃起状态的时候，有时候敏感的龟头碰到内裤会不舒服甚至于引起不必要的勃起。公众场合勃起的男士会很尴尬，阴茎也会非常不舒服，很可能引发别人的误会但是有时候勃起很难人为的控制。睡觉时候，如果裸睡有可能因为遗精弄脏被子。阴茎会在睡觉时候自然勃起，受到内裤的反压力可能会引发遗精、滑精或者手淫等，而过度的精液损失对健康、生活都不利。有时候外阴需要散热。勃起的阴茎需要更大的空间受到限制和压迫会非常不舒服还有可能引发不适当的射精。传统的男士内裤长期的对阴茎阴囊睾丸等的压迫和限制可能会造成无法逆转的物理损伤比如阴茎变形，影响精子的生产，甚至于影响以后的性生活、造成不孕不育等后果。申请号：200520034687.7和200920002485.2和201020697299.8都给了阴茎非勃起时候的自由存在空间，但是没有充分的考虑阴茎勃起状态的巨大差异造成的特殊需要。
传统的普通内裤或者专利，简单分类：第一代：“裤子式”内裤也就是把裤腿剪去，丝毫没有考虑男士外生殖器的“特殊特点和特殊需求”，可以说非常失败；第二代“非勃起状态”立体内裤也就是给了男士外生殖器非勃起状态的存在空间，有了一点舒适性。
技术问题
为了能够解决以上问题，目前已经研制出了一种由罩在男士外阴部位的立体形态的外阴罩和内裤主体组成的全新的男士专用内裤，具有科学性、舒适性、实用性、透气性、避免尴尬等特点。
概念解释：男士内裤外阴罩：专门照顾男士外阴的立体罩，非勃起状态时候对阴部没有压迫没有限制外阴部有自由舒适的空间，类似于女士乳罩。若干的透气小洞：数量、形状 和位置不定的小洞需要的时候可以加工制作添加，目的是增加透气性但是位置的选择要避免射精时候精液从此处射出。自由出入洞：日用型男士内裤外阴罩上面顶端有洞，洞的最小直径大于阴茎完全勃起时候的直径。作用是非勃起时候可以增加透气性，勃起时候阴茎长度和龟头可以不受内裤限制通过自由出入洞伸出内裤从而增加舒适性。自由勃起区距离：日用型男士内裤，肚皮与外阴罩内侧之间的距离小于勃起高度，包括完全勃起时候阴茎的直径长度和50毫米以内预留的一小段缓冲距离。勃起的阴茎会在使用完自由勃起区距离后受到内裤的外阴罩强弹力的制约不能够再向外部突出从而避免了公众场合“支帐篷”的尴尬。内裤的外阴罩的强弹力性：保证勃起的阴茎不会轻易越界从而避免尴尬，也缓冲了内裤对阴茎的反作用力增加了舒适性。勃起高度：阴茎完全勃起后，龟头远离身体一侧的最远的“一点”与肚皮“面”垂直距离线段的长度。帐篷高度：以肚皮为面与外阴罩之间形成的最长的垂直线段的长度，类似于平时说“勃起后阴茎把内裤支撑起来像是支帐篷一样”。
技术解决方案和发明内容
本发明专利发明可以说是一种全新的立体式男士内裤，根据需要可以增加若干的透气性小洞。阴茎非勃起状态时候外阴罩是一个松软的外罩，勃起状态看场合1、日用型男士内裤，自由勃起区距离保障阴茎的完全勃起，需要时候阴茎长度和龟头可以不受内裤限制通过自由出入洞伸出内裤，保障了阴茎的舒适性；同时内裤的外阴罩的强弹力性减小了勃起角度也就是限制了勃起高度，保障了勃起的阴茎不会轻易越界也就避免了公众场合“支帐篷”的尴尬。2、夜用型男士内裤的帐篷高度要大于勃起高度，外阴罩的空间要足够大可以让阴茎自然勃起时候完全自由不受限制。
根据阴茎勃起的高度、直径、角度、长度、体积等制作不同型号的男士内裤外阴罩，以及结合传统内裤其他的指标制定新的男士内裤型号。
根据需要制作男士内裤的类型比如“丁字裤”，“三角裤”，“平角裤”等。
根据具体情况需要散热的增加若干的透气小洞，不需要散热的就不使用若干的透气小洞。
有益效果
1、广泛性：适用地域、温度、人种、年龄广泛，只要是阴茎能够勃起，追求舒适性、科学性，以及希望避免公众场合尴尬的男士都需要。
2、实用性：看情况选择内裤，白天为了避免公众场合尴尬穿日用型内裤；睡眠时候追求舒适性以及减少意外遗精等穿夜用型内裤。
3、革新性：因为本发明专利科学的设计可以避免很多以前传统的内裤造成的种种弊 端和疾病，属于更新换代的产品。
4、形式多样性：可以适用于所有的男士内裤的类型：比如“丁字裤”，“三角裤”，“平角裤”等。
5、人性化科学性：完全考虑到了阴茎非勃起和勃起的两种差异巨大的状态，对男士的阴部有全方位的照顾。
6、舒适性：阴茎非勃起状态时候可以处于自然的状态不受内裤的压迫挤压；勃起时候，夜用型内裤阴茎可以完全的自然勃起没有任何的限制，日用型内裤阴茎除了勃起高度(或者勃起的角度)受到一定的限制其他的方面可以没有限制的自然勃起。敏感的龟头也很少受到内裤的骚扰。
7、透气性：如果想要增加散热性可以增加若干的透气性小洞。

本发明专利发明的实施方式，下面以最简单的方案说明，也是部分实施方式，不以此限定本发明的保护范围。如果是以本发明专利为基础为核心又增加了其他的功能并没有实质的差异也属于本发明的保护范围。实施方案参考安全套的规格按开口部直径大小可分为大、中、小、特小等四种。下面以开口部直径33毫米的中号为例子说明。
日用型男士内裤：如图1和图5所示，开口部直径33毫米加预留的缓冲距离20毫米就是自由勃起区距离53毫米；根据中号的开口部直径33毫米，自由出入洞的直径最小数值也可以设置为53毫米。做好内裤的强弹力性外阴罩。
夜用型男士内裤：以勃起长度130毫米和勃起角度30度为例子可以算出来65毫米的勃起高度也是最小的帐篷高度。帐篷高度要大于勃起高度1毫米以上。
小号的阴茎用大号的内裤当然没有问题，大号的阴茎用小号的内裤可能会不舒服。如果想要制作合身的男士内裤除了安全套的指标还需要测量勃起高度和勃起角度等指标，以及结合传统内裤其他的指标制定新的男士内裤型号。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种由罩在男士外阴部位的立体形态的外阴罩和内裤主体组成的全新的立体式男士专用内裤，所述的男士外阴罩属于男士内裤的一部分，是一种立体结构，内裤上面可以有若干的透气小洞；所述的男士外阴罩当阴茎为非勃起状态时候是一个松软的外罩。2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式男士内裤其特征是：所述的日用型男士内裤的外阴罩上面部位顶端有自由出入洞，所述的自由出入洞的最小直径大于阴茎完全勃起时候的直径；所述的内裤的外阴罩部位预留了自由勃起区距离；所述的内裤的外阴罩具有强弹力性。3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新式男士内裤其特征是：所述的夜用型男士内裤的外阴罩的帐篷高度要大于阴茎的勃起高度。
