Abstract

本发明涉及自动控制技术领域, 尤其涉及一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法与装置。 背景技术
现有技术中, 对于目前的歌曲推荐, 基本都是分析用户的听歌行为数据, 听歌习惯数 据, 然后推荐给用户歌曲。 用户只能被动接受, 不能进行选择。 但实际情况是, 用户的听 歌需求会随当前的情绪、 环境等因素而变化。 例如, A是一个内向的女生, 平时喜欢听陈 奕迅的歌曲。 但是当遇到些不愉快的事情的时候, 就想听亢奋的歌曲, 这时推荐系统是不 能感知用户情绪的。再例如, B喜欢听 Beyond的歌曲,但是他在公交车,地铁等嘈杂环境, 却倾向于听舒缓、 平和的音乐, 推荐系统不能感知用户目前的环境, 往往不能推荐正确的 歌曲, 即缺乏实时性、 灵活性与易用性。 发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述技术问题之一。
为此, 本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法。 该方法可以 通过输入手势符号, 继而通过手势符号识别的关键词向用户推荐移动终端歌曲, 提升了用 户的体验, 且具有便捷性、 高效性与易用性。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐装置。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种应用程序。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种存储介质。

进一步地, 根据用户指令对手势符号及手势符号对应的关键词进行管理操作, 其中, 管理操作包括修改或删除。 由此, 提高了用户对手势符号及相对应的关键词管理的灵活性 与易用性。
5206, 如果手势符号不在移动终端中, 根据用户播放歌曲的历史行为信息进行一首或 多首歌曲的推荐。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 历史行为信息包括用户完整播放的歌曲、跳过播放的歌曲、 重新播放的歌曲、 标记喜欢的歌曲、 标记不喜欢的歌曲的一种或多种。 由此, 提高了历史 行为信息的多样性。
5207, 显示向用户推荐的一首或多首歌曲。 其中, 显示向用户推荐的一首或多首歌曲 可以用不同的显示方式, 例如, 列表形式或网格形式。
根据本发明实施例的基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法, 在手势管理界面接收并存储用户 输入的手势符号, 建立手势符号与移动终端识别的关键词之间的关联关系, 通过关键词对 移动终端中的歌曲进行推荐。 本方法可以通过输入手势符号, 继而通过手势符号识别的关 键词向用户推荐移动终端歌曲, 提升了用户的体验, 且具有便捷性、 高效性与易用性。
图 3是实现基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法的框架图。
如图 3所示,在移动终端上进行手势符号的输入,然后通过移动终端中的手势识别系统, 将手势符号转换为移动终端可以识别的关键词, 与此同时, 将在移动终端上进行输入的手 势符号及相对应的关键词存储于移动终端的手势库中。 进一步地, 手势学习系统与手势库 互相作用, 起到通过手势学习算法将手势符号存储于手势库中。
当移动终端接收用户输入的手势符号时, 首先通过移动终端中的手势识别系统进行转 换识别为相应的关键词,如果输入的手势符号与相应的关键词在移动终端的手势库中存在, 则将已经存储于移动终端手势库中的手势符号与相应的关键词与用户输入的手势符号进行 匹配, 如果匹配成功, 则经过移动终端的推荐系统, 结合用户输入的手势符号进行推荐, 实现了通过输入手势符号, 继而通过手势符号识别关键词向用户推荐移动终端歌曲, 提升 了用户的体验, 且具有便捷性、 高效性与易用性; 如果匹配不成功, 则根据用户播放歌曲 的历史行为信息进行一首或多首歌曲的推荐。
为了对基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法的更好理解与运用, 进行以下举例。
图 4是实现基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法的具体示例图。 如图 4 ( a) 所示, 为当在移动终端中提供手势管理界面输入一个波浪符号, 则根据波 浪符号的缓急程度识别关键词, 即判断用户需要听舒缓的歌曲, 还是劲爆歌曲, 进而将符 合条件的舒缓的歌曲进行推荐并显示在移动终端的屏幕上。
具体地, 上述的波浪符号以及与波浪符号的缓急程度对应的关键词已预先存储在移动 终端的手势库中, 且当接收到用户输入的波浪符号时, 进一步判断用户输入的波浪符号是 否在移动终端的手势库中, 如果波浪符号在移动终端的手势库中, 则根据预先存储在移动 终端中与波浪符号关联的关键词相对应的一首或多首歌曲进行推荐。
再如图 4 (b) 所示, 为当在移动终端中提供手势管理界面输入一个表情符号, 则根据 表情符号识别关键词, 如图 4 (b) 输入的为笑脸表情, 即判断用于需要听欢快的歌曲, 进 而将符合条件的欢快的歌曲进行推荐并显示在移动终端的屏幕上。
具体地, 上述的笑脸表情符号以及与笑脸表情符号对应的关键词已预先存储在移动终 端的手势库中, 且当接收用户输入的笑脸表情符号时, 进一步判断用户输入的笑脸表情符 号是否在移动终端的手势库中, 如果笑脸表情符号在移动终端的手势库中, 则根据预先存 储在移动终端中与笑脸表情符号关联的关键词相对应的一首或多首歌曲进行推荐。 由此, 提高了用户的体验性, 且具有推荐歌曲的快捷性、 高效性与易用性。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明还提出了基于移动终端的歌曲推荐装置。
一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐装置, 包括: 提供模块, 用于在移动终端中提供手势管 理界面; 接收模块, 用于接收用户在手势管理界面中输入的手势符号, 以及接收用户输入 的所述手势符号; 存储模块, 用于存储用户在手势管理界面中输入的手势符号; 建立模块, 用于建立手势符号与移动终端识别的关键词之间的关联关系; 判断模块, 用于判断用户输 入的手势符号是否在移动终端中; 以及推荐模块, 用于当手势符号在移动终端中, 根据手 势符号推荐移动终端中的一首或多首歌曲。

权利要求书
1、 一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
在移动终端中提供手势管理界面, 接收并存储用户在所述手势管理界面中输入的手势 符号;
建立所述手势符号与所述移动终端识别的关键词之间的关联关系;
接收用户输入的所述手势符号;
判断所述用户输入的所述手势符号是否在所述移动终端中; 以及
如果所述手势符号在所述移动终端中, 根据所述手势符号推荐所述移动终端中的一首 或多首歌曲。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
如果所述手势符号不在所述移动终端中, 根据所述用户播放歌曲的历史行为信息进行 所述一首或多首歌曲的推荐。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述历史行为信息包括所述用户完整播 放的歌曲、 跳过播放的歌曲、 重新播放的歌曲、 标记喜欢的歌曲、 标记不喜欢的歌曲的一 种或多种。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述手势符号包括图形符号、 文字符号、 数字符号的一种或多种。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据所述关键词对所述移动终端中的所述一首或多首歌曲进行搜索。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据用户指令对所述手势符号及所述手势符号对应的所述关键词进行管理操作。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理操作包括修改或删除。
8、 根据权利要求 1-7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
显示向所述用户推荐的所述一首或多首歌曲。
9、 一种基于移动终端的歌曲推荐装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
提供模块, 用于在移动终端中提供手势管理界面;
接收模块, 用于接收用户在所述手势管理界面中输入的手势符号, 以及接收用户输入 的所述手势符号;
存储模块, 用于存储所述用户在所述手势管理界面中输入的手势符号;
建立模块, 用于建立所述手势符号与所述移动终端识别的关键词之间的关联关系; 判断模块, 用于判断所述用户输入的所述手势符号是否在所述移动终端中; 以及 推荐模块, 用于当所述手势符号在所述移动终端中, 根据所述手势符号推荐所述移动 终端中的一首或多首歌曲。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述推荐模块还用于当所述手势符号 不在所述移动终端中, 根据所述用户播放歌曲的历史行为信息进行所述一首或多首歌曲的 推荐。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述历史行为信息包括所述用户完整 播放的歌曲、 跳过播放的歌曲、 重新播放的歌曲、 标记喜欢的歌曲、 标记不喜欢的歌曲的 一种或多种。
12、根据权利要求 9-11任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手势符号包括图形符号、 文字符号、 数字符号的一种或多种。
13、 根据权利要求 9-12任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
搜索模块, 用于根据所述关键词对所述移动终端中的所述一首或多首歌曲进行搜索。
14、 根据权利要求 9-13任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
管理模块, 用于根据用户指令对所述手势符号及所述手势符号对应的所述关键词进行 管理操作。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述管理操作包括修改或删除。
16、 根据权利要求 9-15任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
显示模块, 用于显示向所述用户推荐的所述一首或多首歌曲。
17、 一种应用程序, 其特征在于, 用于在运行时执行如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的方 法。
18、 一种存储介质, 其特征在于, 用于存储应用程序, 所述应用程序用于在运行时执 行如权利要求 1-8任一项所述的方法。
