本实施例中,展示窗口包括类别标签以及与当前类别标签对应的视图。例如,参考图4,类别标签包括“应用管理”、“最新推荐”、“搜索”等,当然,可以不必显示全部类别标签,例如可类似于图4仅显示当前类别标签及其左右各一个类别标签,而隐藏其余的标签,随着标签的切换移动再显示出其他标签。每个视图中具有至少一个项目,展示窗口打开时,焦点位于当前视图中的一个项目上。
本实施例中,在根据启动指令打开展示窗口时,以预置的默认类别标签作为当前类别标签,该默认类别标签为“应用管理”,相应视图中的项目包括,正在下载的应用产品,和/或已经下载的应用产品,和/或已经安装的应用产品。这样,用户在一进入到应用产品平台时,即可对自己的应用进行方便的管理。当然,在其他实施方式中,也可以以所保存的类别标签作为当前类别标签,所称所保存的类别标签为上一次退出应用产品平台时保存的当前类别标签。例如,用户在上一次退出应用产品平台时,当前类别标签是“游戏”,则在获取到退出指令(例如对应于遥控设备上的“退出”键的信号)后,将当前类别标签保存在存储单元中,当用户再次启动应用产品平台时,先判断是否保存有当前类别标签,发现保存的当前类别标签是“游戏”,则直接展示与该标签对应的视图,如果因为首次启动,或者系统重置、升级、数据清除等原因导致不存在已保存的类别标签,则可选择默认类别标签作为当前类别标签,该默认类别标签可以是系统设置的,也可以由用户进行配置。本实施例中,将“应用管理”作为类别标签之一整合到应用产品平台中,使得用户无需退出应用产品平台即可查看和管理自己的应用,例如查看当前正在下载的应用以及其下载进度,删除或更新已安装的应用产品等,而在目前已有的系统中,若用户需要查看当前应用的下载状态,需要退出应用商城,返回至桌面,然后再进入应用管理器以查看下载状态。
本实施例中,展示窗口为占据部分显示屏幕的窗口,这样可不影响用户观看电视节目,例如,用户可在播放电视广告的间隙调出应用产品平台进行浏览,而当精彩节目开始时,用户也能第一时间注意到,不会错过希望观看的节目。当然,在其他实施方式中,展示窗口也可以是全屏幕窗口。在全屏或非全屏的情况下,展示窗口都可以以半透明方式显示,以便于用户关注电视节目内容。在平面显示方式下,展示窗口可以叠加显示在电视节目画面上,在3D显示方式下,展示窗口可以悬浮在电视节目画面前方。
本实施例中,在获取启动指令之后,还包括步骤,
2011.连接后台服务器,预加载各个视图中所需要展示的项目的信息。
为使得用户的浏览更加顺畅,本实施例采用异步进行的加载操作来获得与各个类别标签对应的视图中所需要展示的项目的信息。在传统的应用商城中,由于标签需要获得焦点以进行切换,因此,只有当用户将焦点移动到某个标签上后,才会同步加载该标签所对应的视图中的项目信息,例如,若用户希望查看最后一个类别A的应用,必须将焦点从第一个类别的标签开始,一直移至类别A的标签,在这个过程中,焦点每移至一个类别标签,该类别下的应用就开始进行加载,这时用户就必须等待该加载操作完成才可将焦点移至下一个类别,在网络不够顺畅的情况下,用户将耗费大量的等待时间。而本实施例中,加载操作以异步方式执行,不同类别下的项目对应于标签被缓存起来,数据的预加载和缓存使得不必频繁向后台请求数据,响应速度大大提高,即使在网速不佳的情况下,也能尽量保证用户浏览的顺畅。
在展示窗口打开后,可根据用户的指令浏览当前视图或切换到其他类别的视图,步骤包括:
202.获取项目切换指令,将焦点从当前项目移动到下一项目。
本实施例中,项目切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第一组输入机构的信号,第一组输入机构例如可以是遥控设备上的上方向键和下方向键,由于焦点一开始就位于视图中的一个项目上,因此根据项目切换指令可以直接将焦点从当前项目移动到下一项目。为使得用户的操作与视图的展示具有一致性,可以相应的将窗口的布置方式设置为标签位于顶部,相应的视图以纵向列表的方式展示所包含的项目。例如,参考图5,在“最新推荐”标签下,应用项目以纵向列表方式排列,用户使用遥控设备上的上、下方向键即可将焦点移动到希望的应用项目上。
在其他实施方式中,第一组输入机构也可以选择遥控设备上的左方向键和右方向键,相应的可以将窗口的布置方式调整为标签位于左侧,而相应的视图则以横向列表的方式展示所包含的项目。
在某些实施方式中,第一组输入机构也可以包括遥控设备上的旋转盘,参考图7,用户通过手指转动旋转盘701,能够更加快速和流畅地进行焦点的移动,在一种实施方式中,旋转盘可以与上下或左右方向键(其触点例如可位于旋转盘下方)一起共同作为第一组输入机构,在另一种实施方式中,也可以单独采用旋转盘作为第一组输入机构。
203.获取类别切换指令,将当前视图切换为下一视图。
本实施例中,类别切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第二组输入机构的信号,第二组输入机构例如可以是遥控设备上的左方向键和右方向键,只要第二组输入机构与第一组输入机构完全不同即可,根据类别切换指令即可将当前视图切换为下一视图,焦点位于切换到的视图中的一个项目上。例如,参考图6,若启动应用产品平台时,窗口初始显示的视图为“应用管理”,用户可以通过按下遥控设备上的右方向键,将视图切换到“搜索”类别,视图切换后,焦点同样位于切换后的视图中的一个项目上。
在其他实施方式中,如果第一组输入机构为遥控设备上的左方向键和右方向键,第二组输入机构也可以选择遥控设备上的上方向键和下方向键,只要第二组输入机构与第一组输入机构完全不同即可。这样的设置使得用户浏览应用与切换页面的操作之间没有交叉,互不干扰,使用过程更加顺畅。并且,在整个操作过程中,标签都不会获取焦点,焦点一直位于视图中的项目上,节省了用户跨类别浏览的操作步骤。
在某些实施方式中,第二组输入机构也可以包括遥控设备上的旋转盘,例如图7中的旋转盘701,用户通过手指转动旋转盘从而快速地进行不同类别视图的切换,在一种实施方式中,旋转盘可以与左右或上下方向键一起共同作为第二组输入机构,在另一种实施方式中,也可以单独采用旋转盘作为第二组输入机构。
本实施例中,为更加方便用户的浏览操作,每个视图可记忆用户当前的操作,即,在获取类别切换指令之后,还包括步骤,
2031.保存当前视图中的焦点位置。
其中,焦点位置可以包括焦点的位置信息,和/或焦点所在的项目的标识信息。
2032.在切换到下一视图时,根据该视图已保存的焦点位置确定焦点所在的项目。具体为,判断是否保存有对应于所切换到的视图的焦点位置,若有,则根据所保存的焦点位置确定焦点所在的项目,若无,则按照预置规则确定焦点所在的项目。
这样,可使得用户在不同类别下的操作具有连贯性,例如,用户正在浏览“游戏”类别下的应用,已浏览至第23个应用,然后,用户切换视图至“应用管理”类别,在进行一系列操作后又回到“游戏”类别,则焦点依然保持在上次离开该视图时操作的位置,无须用户再从第一个应用开始向后翻阅。当然,如果因为首次进入视图,或者系统重置、升级、数据清除等原因导致不存在已保存的焦点位置,则可按照预置规则设置焦点,例如,将焦点设置在第一个项目上。在其他实施方式中,也可以不记忆用户在视图中的操作,每次进入视图时,都按照预置规则确定焦点所在的项目。
本实施例中,应用浏览与视图切换的无交叉控制方式也同样适用于进入应用后对项目窗口的展示过程中,具体包括步骤,
204.获取项目进入指令,打开项目窗口。
可采用常规方式来进入应用,例如以对应于遥控设备上的“确认”键的信号作为项目进入指令,然后根据当前焦点所在的项目在显示屏幕上打开项目窗口。项目窗口可以取代之前的展示窗口或重叠显示于展示窗口,本实施例对此不作限定。项目窗口可采用与展示窗口类似的结构,即,包括子类别标签以及与当前子类别标签对应的子视图,子视图中具有至少一个子项目,焦点位于子视图中的一个子项目上。例如,参考图8和图9,子类别标签包括“详情”、“截屏”、“相关应用”等,在打开项目窗口时,可默认进入“详情”子视图,焦点位于与可执行的操作对应的子项目上,例如,对于未下载的应用,子项目显示为“下载安装”,对于已安装的应用,子项目显示为“升级”和“卸载”(焦点可位于其中之一,例如“升级”)。
与展示窗口的情形类似,在项目窗口打开后,可根据用户的指令浏览当前子视图或切换到其他子类别的子视图,步骤包括:
205.获取子项目切换指令,将焦点从当前子项目移动到下一子项目。
本实施例中,子项目切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第一组输入机构的信号,根据子项目切换指令将焦点从当前子项目移动到下一子项目。由于项目窗口中的子项目个数相对较少,在其他实施例中,子项目的切换也可以灵活采用其他的方式,例如根据子项目的布局位置关系来设置用于切换的按键,使得用户的操作更加直观。
206.获取子类别切换指令,将当前子视图切换为下一子视图。
本实施例中,子类别切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第二组输入机构的信号,根据子类别切换指令将当前子视图切换为下一子视图,焦点位于切换到的子视图中的一个子项目上。例如,参考图10,若进入项目窗口时,窗口初始显示的子视图为“详情”,用户可以通过按下遥控设备上的左方向键,将视图切换到“截屏”子类别,子视图切换后,焦点同样位于切换后的子视图中的一个项目上,例如位于第一个截屏图像上。
与展示窗口的情形类似,子视图同样可记忆用户当前的操作,在此不再赘述。
为进一步便于用户操作,在进入某些子项目后,可以直接从项目窗口跳转至展示窗口的相关视图,例如,包括步骤,
207.获取子项目进入指令,若当前焦点所在的子项目为应用产品的“下载/安装”,则跳转至展示窗口,且当前类别标签为应用管理,相应视图中的项目包括,正在下载的应用产品,和/或已经下载的应用产品,和/或已经安装的应用产品,焦点位于触发该跳转的指令所对应的项目上。这样,当用户在项目窗口中进入“下载安装”子项目后(例如,以对应于遥控设备上的“确认”键的信号作为子项目进入指令),系统将自动跳转至展示窗口的“应用管理”页面,并且在应用管理页面显示当前正在下载的应用的下载进度。对正在下载的应用,用户能够方便的进行暂停或者删除的操作。当应用下载完成后,系统将自动对下载完的应用执行安装操作,而无需用户手动进行。如果在下载的过程中,由于网络状况不佳或者其他原因导致下载失败,用户也可在应用管理界面方便的进行继续下载的操作。
依据本发明的智能终端设备在展示应用产品平台的界面时,标签不再获取焦点,大大节省了跨类别浏览所需要的操作步骤,使用户的操作更加顺畅,更加符合用户的使用习惯。
以上应用具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,应该理解,以上实施方式只是用于帮助理解本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种应用产品平台的界面展示方法,其特征在于,包括,
    获取应用产品平台的启动指令,根据启动指令在显示屏幕上打开展示窗口,所述展示窗口包括类别标签以及与当前类别标签对应的视图,所述视图中具有至少一个项目,焦点位于所述视图中的一个项目上;
    获取项目切换指令,所述项目切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第一组输入机构的信号,根据项目切换指令将焦点从当前项目移动到下一项目;
    获取类别切换指令,所述类别切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第二组输入机构的信号,根据类别切换指令将当前视图切换为下一视图,焦点位于切换到的视图中的一个项目上,所述第一组输入机构与所述第二组输入机构完全不同。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取类别切换指令之后,还包括,
    保存当前视图中的焦点位置,所述焦点位置包括焦点的位置信息,和/或焦点所在的项目的标识信息;
    在切换到下一视图时,判断是否保存有对应于所切换到的视图的焦点位置,若有,则根据所保存的焦点位置确定焦点所在的项目,若无,则按照预置规则确定焦点所在的项目。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一组输入机构为遥控设备上的上方向键和下方向键,所述第二组输入机构为遥控设备上的左方向键和右方向键;或者,所述第一组输入机构为遥控设备上的左方向键和右方向键,所述第二组输入机构为遥控设备上的上方向键和下方向键。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一组输入机构包括遥控设备上的旋转盘,或者,所述第二组输入机构包括遥控设备上的旋转盘。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取启动指令之后,还包括,连接后台服务器,预加载与各个类别标签对应的视图中所需要展示的项目的信息。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据启动指令打开展示窗口时,以预置的默认类别标签作为当前类别标签,或者,以所保存的类别标签作为当前类别标签,所述所保存的类别标签为上一次退出应用产品平台时保存的当前类别标签。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据启动指令打开展示窗口时,以预置的默认类别标签作为当前类别标签,所述默认类别标签为应用管理,相应视图中的项目包括,正在下载的应用产品,和/或已经下载的应用产品,和/或已经安装的应用产品。
  8. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括,
    获取项目进入指令,根据当前焦点所在的项目在显示屏幕上打开项目窗口,所述项目窗口取代所述展示窗口或重叠显示于所述展示窗口,所述项目窗口包括子类别标签以及与当前子类别标签对应的子视图,所述子视图中具有至少一个子项目,焦点位于所述子视图中的一个子项目上;
    获取子项目切换指令,所述子项目切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第一组输入机构的信号,根据子项目切换指令将焦点从当前子项目移动到下一子项目;
    获取子类别切换指令,所述子类别切换指令对应于来自遥控设备上的第二组输入机构的信号,根据子类别切换指令将当前子视图切换为下一子视图,焦点位于切换到的子视图中的一个子项目上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括,
    获取子项目进入指令,若当前焦点所在的子项目为应用产品的下载,则跳转至所述展示窗口,且当前类别标签为应用管理,相应视图中的项目包括,正在下载的应用产品,和/或已经下载的应用产品,和/或已经安装的应用产品,焦点位于触发所述跳转的指令所对应的项目上。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示窗口为占据部分显示屏幕的窗口,或者为全屏幕窗口,所述展示窗口以半透明方式显示。
  11. 一种智能终端设备,其特征在于,包括,
    视频单元,用于控制显示屏幕的显示;
    遥控信号接收单元,用于接收来自遥控设备的信号;
    存储单元,用于存储数据,所述数据包括能够被处理器执行的程序;
    处理器,与所述视频单元、遥控信号接收单元和存储单元数据连接,用于执行程序,所述程序的执行包括完成如权利要求1至10任意一项所述的方法。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能终端设备,其特征在于,所述智能终端设备是电视机。
