DESCRIPTION

Object of the invention

The utility model presented refers to an individual beverage container, which, due to its conformation characteristics, significantly improves the state of the art.

Specifically, this innovation refers to an individual beverage container, of the type intended for the packaging and consumption of water and other soft drinks in a maximum preferred amount of one liter and intended for basically individual consumption, with a markedly flat conformation that facilitates its location and portability in pockets, wallets, bags and similar locations.

Background of the invention and state of the art

One of the most widely spread liquid containers on the market is the PET-type plastic bottle or container used in the packaging of water, juices and soft drinks. These types of bottles have multiple advantages in their production process, especially due to their low cost, being easily moldable and being recyclable by being able to recover the plastic used, and also in its use as they are very light in weight, easily refillable and Attractive design.

One of the applications with the highest demand in the market is bottles of a markedly individual character, that is, of a maximum capacity of one liter that is considered appropriate for personal consumption. It is at this point that a specific problem becomes evident: how to transport these bottles. By capacity, they are small in size but by conformation they tend to be volumetrically bulky, which implies that when they are placed inside a bag or a wallet they occupy a considerable space that also deforms said container, affecting it and altering its initial configuration sometimes permanently The same happens when you try to store the bottle in the pocket of a jacket or pants. The garment inevitably tends to deform and it is practically impossible to hide the consequent bulge. It is true that these plastic bottles have evolved technically, adding rings on their perimeter that modify their mechanical resistance and facilitate their crushing to reduce their volume. This feature is very interesting to eliminate empty bottles but it is logically inapplicable in full bottles.

The only alternative on the market, according to the applicant's knowledge, is flexible packaging, similar to the traditional hot water bottles for heating beds, which can be folded as the liquid is consumed. Of course, these containers are reusable and are not sold in restaurants or food stores.

Regarding industrial property there are several patents that develop technical improvements in beverage packaging. For example, utility model U 20103021 1, which presents a single-dose container for alcoholic beverages consisting of a flexible plastic bag of small dimensions, with a perimeter seal by heat sealing and a tear-off opening for emptying the contents, with a structure similar to the aforementioned flexible bottles. Patent WO20127154713 develops a collapsible container with at least one nerve that allows a portion of the body to collapse to a generally flattened position in the absence of the product contained therein. The DE10324335 patent presents an elliptical bottle with a capacity of between 1 and 10 liters designed to be located in the side trays of the refrigerators, occupying a volumetrically smaller space. The CN201932407U patent develops a prismatic-based bottle that provides a greater optical effect by dispersing light that affects the container.

These contributions and others that may exist do not solve the problem described above: the bottles have a substantially bulky conformation that complicates how to transport them in an easily accessible place for more or less continuous consumption without evidencing their existence or deforming the point or area in They are located.

The applicant understands that there should be a type of bottle or container with a conformation that allows its placement and / or hook in pockets, belts, bags or other easily accessible points existing in the clothing and belongings of the consumer, being a bottle or container of minimum volumetry so as not to deform or deteriorate these points. Description of the invention

Therefore, the invention presented in this utility model has as its object an individual beverage container with technical characteristics that define a novel conformation and a new use.

The new container has a volumetrically flat conformation of material of the type of polymers and resins: thermoplastic polymers such as ethylene polyterephthalate (PET), high density polyethylene. HDPE -PEAD, LDPE -PEBD low density polyethylene, polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or other similar, thermoset and elastomers, materials that allow ductility and necessary strength, with a maximum capacity of 1 liter since its fundamental application is a use personal and individual and its transport associated with the same garments of the user: pocket, purse, wallet, etc.

Ergonomically, the new individual beverage container comprises a front and rear of greater diameter, reduced sides and a flat bottom, without edges to avoid the weakening of the container, forming a volumetrically flattened body capable of being occupied or stuffed, for example, in the A jacket pocket without deforming it forming an anomalous bulge and being able to stand upright in perfect stability.

The upper part of the individual beverage container includes a first prolonged conformation with a neck associated with a screw cap or a cap with a spout.

In a second conformation, this upper part is substantially flat, lacks a neck and the outlet of the liquid is associated either with a stopper of the type mentioned above or with an articulated or sliding placket inextricably linked to the same container To avoid loss.

The individual beverage container that is claimed is also defined by technical and differentiating characteristics in its conformation, preferably located in the upper and / or intermediate / lower zone thereof to facilitate its grip and removal from its location, of a fast, safe and intuitive way. Nestled at the neck of the central body and located below any of the aforementioned plugs, at least one ring sufficiently protruding and of sufficient base is inserted to allow the user's fingers to accommodate under it and can hold and attract the individual container of drinks.

A second form of grip is profiled with at least one perimeter recess preferably located in the middle / lower part of the container, forming a strip that also facilitates the accommodation of the user's hand.

Another form of grip consists of one or more deformations located in the upper part of the container, in particular coincidence with one or both of its side walls, forming a hook that draws a recess markedly suitable so that a single finger can extract the container.

Other technical characteristics of conformation are those that draw one or more frontal recesses on the front and / or rear face of the central body of the individual beverage container, forming at least a recess or window or at least one through hole located in the central body of the container, preferably on top. Another form of grip is one or more properly sized protruding front flanges that extend from the flat top, in whole or in a segment.

Finally, it should be noted that when the container conforms to its substantially flat upper part, this upper part can be deformed and extended with a grip handle.

All these technical characteristics allow the claimed container, ergonomically and volumetrically flat, to fulfill the function for which it has been profiled, which is none other than occupying a minimum space in locations such as jacket and pants pockets, bags, wallets etc. ., without distorting these locations or betray their presence and, of course, providing grip points that allow their rapid, immediate and intuitive removal by the user.

To indicate in the same way that the container that is claimed is capable of presenting in its conformation only one of the described technical characteristics or a combination thereof, all of them conceived and intended to facilitate the grip of the claimed container. Technically, the following manufacturing processes of the new individual beverage container with the conformation characteristics described are contemplated: Injection - Injection-blowing, Co-injection (multilayer), Stretching-sopiating (bi-orientation) -; Extrusion-blowing; Co-extrusion-blown; Thermoforming; and other complementary transformation processes such as welding, adhesion, deposition, sintering, etc.

Also at a technical level it is important to note that the individual beverage container, and in particular its central body, comprises different construction forms of the walls depending on the liquid to be contained and / or conservation needs of said liquid: Mono wall (to contain water ); double wall (for better thermal insulation); Multilayer (with an impermeability to 02 for juices and the like to prevent the entry of oxygen that oxidizes the liquid and impermeability to C02 for carbonated beverages to prevent the exit of the carbon dioxide of this type of liquids).

It is equally important to point out that these walls have, in all or part of their extension, a conformation that is substantially straight or capable of presenting a degree of curvature, being possible to combine sections of one or another conformation.

Description of a preferred embodiment

These figures explicitly detail the conformation of the invention claimed in this utility model.

As shown in Figures 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the new individual beverage container has an ergonomically defined shape, comprising a central body (1) volumetrically flattened, with front and rear walls (5) of larger diameter, side walls (6) of substantially reduced diameter and a flat bottom (2), comprising, in a basic embodiment, an extension greater than Neck mode topped with a screw cap (4) closing the mouth of the container. Just in the neck area and below the cap (4), the container comprises a first means to facilitate its grip consisting of a ring (3) sufficiently protruding and of sufficient base. Figures 11 and 12 show the same volumetrically flat conformation already described, showing in the same container the differentiating characteristics also referenced, that is, the perimeter recess (7) that affects both side walls (6) of the container, formed a girdle, and the deformation that forms a hook (8) with its corresponding inlet (9), this deformation being located on both side walls (6) of the central body (1), thus forming a double point of grip based on hook (8) and incoming (9). In all these figures the container with a traditional conformation that includes a neck with a screw cap for closing and opening the outlet of the liquid is shown.

In Figures 13 and 14 a second embodiment of the invention is shown in which the upper part (10) of the central body (1) is substantially flat and has an orifice or mouth (12) of liquid outlet associated with a placket ( 11) articulated, sliding or retractable fixedly linked to said central body (1) to avoid accidental misplacement of the same. In this embodiment, the central body (1) of the container is capable of presenting some or all of the differential characteristics already described and which facilitate its grip. For example, in these figures the hook (8) and the recess (9) already described are perceived.

Figures 15, 16 and 17 show the same embodiment of the container with the flat upper part (10), said upper part (10) being extended in at least one adequately dimensioned front flange (13) that facilitates the grip of the container especially when the aforementioned container is located inside pockets (A) of jackets, pants and similar garments, as shown in figure 18, so that the user's hand (B) has quick, direct and immediate access to the container . This protruding front flange (13) may have the necessary length for the entire perimeter of the upper part (10), as shown in these figures, or be limited to a segment thereof. And similarly it is feasible that this technical grip resolution is reflected in two or more protruding tabs of shorter length properly positioned.

Figures 19 and 20 show the arrangement of one or more front recesses (14) that are drawn on the front and / or rear walls (5) of the central body (1) of the container, forming a recess or window. In both cases, both the front recesses (14) and the through holes (15) are sufficiently sized to admit some fingers of the user's hand and facilitate the grip and removal of the container from the pocket, bag, wallet or place that contains it. As shown in these figures, the recesses (14) and / or through holes (15) are compatible with other technical gripping elements already described, such as the perimeter recess (7) that affects both side walls (6 ) of the container, formed a strip. In figures 23, 24, 25 and 26 the same container is shown with the central body (1) flat in its upper part, said upper part being extended with a grip handle (16) forming part of the same structure of said central body (1) and which tends to occupy two thirds of the aforementioned upper part, so that the remaining third is occupied by the means of closing the outlet channel of the liquid, either in screw cap (4) or placket ( 1 1) articulated.

Figures 27 and 28 show the container claimed with the walls substantially curved and extended in its upper part in the grip (16) already described in previous figures, also presenting a particularly short extension as a neck that is associated with the plug (4).

Figure 29 and Figure 30 show the container presented in its structure, optionally, at least one projecting part that allows to link with a strap or similar to the object of carrying the container in a hanging way, without the need to hold it with hands. Considering its flat volumetry, this form of transport allows its easy concealment under a garment, of the type coat, jacket or similar, allowing the user to have easy and quick access to the aforementioned container. In figure 29, this projecting part is shaped as a earmuff (17) by a deformation of the container structure itself while in figure 30 it is shaped as a buckle (18), forming in both cases a through hole in that a belt or similar is arranged.

In view of what has been described, the advantages of the new container that is claimed are evident. Its flattened central body is an important novelty in plastic-type containers of reduced capacity and intended for basically personal consumption, maintaining the usual capacity of 25cc, 33cc, 50cc or 1 liter in this type of packaging.

The special shape that is substantially flat allows the container to be stored in places where it normally does not fit, especially in inner or outer pockets of jackets without deforming them and, above all, without causing uncomfortable bulges and which can deteriorate the garment. Similarly, this new container can be stored in bags and wallets of reduced capacity.

Its differential conformation characteristics are equally fundamental to facilitate the consumer to quickly and safely pick up and extract the container, without a hint of doubt or having to perform strange or forced maneuvers or movements by hand. The protruding perimeter ring, the perimeter recess that affects one or both sides of the container formed by a strip, the deformation that forms a hook with its corresponding inlet, the recesses or front windows and the through hole constitute highly reliable and easy grip points access, providing the container with a really interesting comfort of use at the same time that the flat bottom guarantees its stability and balance. Likewise, the flat forming alternative of the upper part of the package makes the container an extremely compact and accessible article with the outer flange.

At the production level, the plastic material that conforms the container allows easy molding to achieve the indicated shapes, with a cost similar to the current containers or bottles.

An important point is the ductility of the walls of the claimed container, derived from the materials involved in its manufacture, since the combination of stretches of these walls of substantially straight conformation or with a degree of curvature allows to obtain individual beverage containers adapted to different needs and designs, all of them presenting one or a combination of the technical characteristics described herein and intended to facilitate easy and immediate grip of the aforementioned package. This, together with the volumetrically flat conformation of the same, makes the new container a unique article in its performance as a pocket container.

The new container, by combining straight and / or curved conformation sections, and always maintaining a flat volumetric conformation, results in the possibility of being formed by imitating diverse forms, for example of animals, elements of nature, objects, etc. And of course, the new container, as represented in some of these descriptions, is likely to imitate traditional containers such as a wine boot, a botijo, a porrón, etc. Such designs may require, where appropriate, a conformation that has one face with the front or rear walls of the flat container and another face with the front or rear walls of the container with a curvature sensitive to the object of giving shape and volume to the object which represents, maintaining in any case the joint volumetry of the container sufficiently flat. All the exposed features make up an individual container of drinks that is considerably differential compared to the bottles that are currently used to preferably pack water or soft drinks intended for individual consumption and with reduced capacity.

It is not considered necessary to make this description more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands the scope of the invention and the advantages derived therefrom. The materials, size and in particular the shape and aesthetic design of the container will be subject to variation as long as this does not imply an alteration in the essentiality of the invention.
