Abstract

This invention provides a system and method for inspecting a loan (e.g., credit loan, mortgage, etc.) almost instantaneously after checking some operation track records of debtors. According to an aspect of this invention, bank account data associated with an debtor will be extracted from his operation track records. Advantageously, the computer-based data collecting system is intellective, so that the account operation track records can be compared with the basic value which reflects the requirements of the contract between lenders and debtors. Also advantageously, the decision system indicates normal, doubtful or a pending decision.

Description

Loan Inspecting Method and System Technical Field
This invention relates to the field of the inspection of a loan (e.g., credit loan, mortgage, etc.), and, more specifically, to a system and method that makes the time period of the discovery of abnormal operation of debtor practically instantaneous.
Background Art
Lenders(e.g., business banks, folk debit and credit companies, etc.) are worried about crisis from credit loan and loan on collateral. For credit loan, lenders are not able to get any repayment form a debtor if he defaults. And banks are often cheated by guaranteed loan through fake mortgage.
Technical Problem
On the other hand, there are many situations in which a person with good credit is unlikely to get a loan because lenders(e.g., business banks, folk debit and credit companies, etc.) are afraid of default crisis. Therefore inspecting a loan cannot be done swiftly and efficiently, causing the sparing loan of commercial banks and the lack of lenders for folk debit and credit companies in Wenzhou China.
Technical Solution
This invention provides a system and method for inspecting a loan (e.g., credit loan, mortgage, etc.) almost instantaneously after checking some operation track records of debtors. According to an aspect of this invention, bank account data associated with an debtor will be extracted from his operation track records .
Advantageous Effects
Advantageously, the computer-based data collecting system is intellective, so that the account operation track records can be compared with the basic value which reflects the requirements of the contract between lenders and debtors. Also advantageously, the decision system indicates normal, doubtful or a pending decision.
Description of Drawings
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an exemplary embodiment of this invention;
FIGS. 2 is a flow chart of processing about what operation data of debtors'bank account is collected in the context of FIG. 1;
FIGS. 3-a and 3-b illustrate how the deciding system compares the bank account data with the basic value according to different categories of loan, namely credit loan and guaranteed loan.
Best Mode
A more complete understanding of this invention may be obtained from a study of this specification taken in conjunction with the drawings. The instruction of best mode is attached to the drawings.
