如图1、图2和图4所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种安全锁扣装置,包括相对设置的左活动块11和右活动块12以及用于扣压左活动块11的左锁扣13和用于扣压右活动块12的右锁扣14,左活动块11和右活动块12上均设置有用于扣压的扣压部15,左锁扣13和右锁扣14上均设置有用于抵顶控制电路通断的按压臂16,左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构。左锁扣13压于左活动块11,右锁扣14扣压于右活动块12,并且左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构,能够确保两者之间扣压动作的可靠性。当左活动块11和右活动块12上的扣压部15受压时,左活动块11和右活动块12便被压紧,便会带动扣压在它们上的左锁扣13和右锁扣14动作,从而使分别设置在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16能够实现控制电路通断的功能。由于必须是在左锁扣13上的按压臂16和右锁扣14上的按压臂16两个同时一起作用,才能实现控制电路的通断,即使其中的任何一个按压臂16将相应的电路导通,由于另一个按压臂16没有将相应的电路导通,那么整个电路是不会导通的,从而确保了在误操作情况下的安全性。扣压部15可为设置在左活动块11和右活动块12上的凸环,当外加的挤压件施力作用于凸环上后,便会将左活动块11和右活动块12压紧,实现将左活动块11和右活动块12固定在一个特定位置。本实用新型提供的一种安全锁扣装置,左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构,通过扣合结构的作用使左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间能够扣压稳定可靠,并在扣压部15受压后将左活动块11和右活动块12压紧,从而使左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16能够实现控制电路通断的功能。由于必须是左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16同时作用,才能将整个导通,提高了应用此种安全锁扣装置的产品操作的安全性,可将此种安全锁扣装置应用在如豆浆机、搅拌机、料理机、果汁机等产品上,应用范围广。
具体地,如图1所示,左活动块11和右活动块12的两侧以及左锁扣13和右锁扣14的两侧均分别设置有用于转动锁紧或解锁的转动构件(图中未标示)。通过设置有转动构件,使左活动块11和右活动块12能够来回摆动,左锁扣13和右锁扣14也能够摆动,使左锁扣13能够扣压在左活动块11上或者从左活动块11上解锁,使右锁扣14能够扣压在右活动块12上或者从右活动块12上解锁,实现扣合锁紧或者解锁的功能。转动构件可为转轴,也可为轴孔,可根据的具体的应用情况来设置。
具体地,如图1、图4和图5所示,扣合结构包括分别设置于左活动块11和右活动块12上的扣槽171和分别弯曲延伸于左锁扣13和右锁扣14一端上的扣钩部172,扣槽171内设置有凸块1711,扣钩部172上相对应的设置有倒钩(图中未示出),倒钩挂扣于凸块1711上。由于在扣压锁紧时的扣压力较大,通过设置有扣合结构,倒钩挂扣于凸块1711上,紧密扣合,不会发生滑动,确保扣合的可靠性。
在本实施例中,将安全锁扣装置具体应用于果汁机2上做进一步说明,但不仅仅局限于只能应用于果汁机上,在此,并不作为限制。
如图1和图2所示,上述的果汁机2,包括主体21、拆卸连接于主体21的果汁杯22和设置于主体21上的安全锁扣装置,果汁杯22内设置有刀具装置,主体21内设置有用于驱动刀具装置旋转的驱动部件。果汁杯22可通过卡扣结构或者螺纹连接等方式与主体21可拆卸连接,而设置在果汁杯22内的刀具装置在驱动转装置的驱动下转动,实现对食品切削或粉碎的能够功能。安全锁扣装置包括相对设置的左活动块11和右活动块12以及用于扣压左活动块11的左锁扣13和用于扣压右活动块12的右锁扣14,左活动块11和右活动块12上均设置有用于扣压的扣压部15,左锁扣13和右锁扣14上均设置有用于抵顶控制电路通断的按压臂16,左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构。左锁扣13压于左活动块11,右锁扣14扣压于右活动块12,并且左活动块11和左锁扣13之间以及右活动块12和右锁扣14之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构,能够确保两者之间扣压动作的可靠性。当左活动块11和右活动块12上的扣压部15受压时,左活动块11和右活动块12便被压紧,便会带动扣压在它们上的左锁扣13和右锁扣14动作,从而使分别设置在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16能够实现控制相应电路通断的功能。只有在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16同时作用在控制电路上时,才能实现整个电路的通断,避免了误操作情况下发生安全事故,提高了采用此种安全锁扣装置的果汁机2的安全性。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,主体21包括底座211和可拆卸连接于底座211的杯座212,杯座212的两侧相对开设有用于容纳左活动块11和右活动块12的左凹槽2121和右凹槽2122,左活动块11和右活动块12的两侧分别设置有转轴181,左凹槽2121和右凹槽2122内均设置有供转轴181活动穿设转动的轴孔(图中未标示)。转轴181穿设在轴孔内,使左活动块11和右活动块12能够自由来回摆动,实现锁紧或者解锁。当扣压锁紧时,在转轴181的导向下能够处在相应的凹槽内,确保了扣压的可靠性。
具体地,如图1和图2所示,底座211的两侧相对开设有用于容纳左锁扣13和右锁扣14的左锁扣槽2111和右锁扣槽2112,左锁扣13和右锁扣14均通过转动件19与左锁扣槽2111和右锁扣槽2112转动连接。通过这样的设置,左锁扣13和右锁扣14均能够自由的转动,使左锁扣13能够扣压在左活动块11上,右锁扣14能够扣压在有活动块上。由于左活动块11和右活动块12设置在杯座212上,左锁扣13和右锁扣14设置在底座211上,而杯座212是可拆卸式连接于底座211上的,因此当左锁扣13将左活动块11扣压,右锁扣14将右活动块12扣压,进而便将杯座212固定在底座211上,实现了将杯座212与底座211的固定连接。当需要解扣时,施力于左锁扣13的下端和右锁扣14的下端,将左锁扣13从左锁扣槽2111中抠出,将右锁扣14从右锁扣槽2112中抠出,使左锁扣13不再扣压在左活动块11上,右锁扣14不再扣压在右活动块12上,从而实现解扣,可以将杯座212与底座211自由的分离。
具体地,如图1、图5和图6所示,左锁扣槽2111和右锁扣槽2112转动内均设置有转动孔(图中未标示),转动件19为两根平行且一体设置调节转轴191,左锁扣13和右锁扣14上相应设置有供转动件19其中的一根调节转轴191穿过的通孔182,转动件19中的另一根调节转轴191转动连接于转动孔内。一体设置的转动件19为两根平行的调节转轴191组成,其中一根调节转轴191穿设在左锁扣槽2111和右锁扣槽2112内设置的转动孔内,另一个调节转轴191穿设在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的通孔182内,这样,将左锁扣13和右锁扣14与底座211实现转动连接,并且两根调节转轴191之间具有一定的距离,使左锁扣13在扣压左活动块11以及右锁扣14在扣压由活动块时能够有活动的距离,能够实现锁紧或者解锁。
具体地,如图1、图4和图7所示,果汁杯22螺纹连接于杯座212,果汁杯22的外侧设置有固定环221,固定环221抵压于扣压部15上。果汁杯22在与杯座212螺纹连接后,固定环221能够抵压在扣压部15上,进而将左活动块11和右活动块12压紧固定,使左活动块11和右活动块12不再转动,然后在将左锁扣13扣压在左活动块11上,右锁扣14扣压在右活动块12上后,同时施力往下压左锁扣13和右锁扣14,便能够实现锁紧固定,进而使左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16能够实现将电路导通。
优选地,如图1和图2所示,驱动部件为电机(图中未示出),其转速平稳,能够驱动刀具装置平稳的转动。刀具装置包括刀架231、上连接器232和连接轴(图中未标示),上连接器232通过下连接器233与底座211相连接,连接轴依次通过刀架231、上连接器232和下连接器233与电机相连接。通过上连接器232和下连接器233的传动,将电机的转速传递给刀架231,使刀架231能够转动,实现粉碎的功能。
进一步,如图1所示,底座211内还设置有相互串联的控制开关(图中未示出),底座211外侧设置有电源开关(图中未示出),控制开关与电源开关左电连接,锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16分别相应的抵顶于控制开关上。通过设置有相互串联的控制开关,当左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16抵顶在控制开关上时,能将控制开关导通,并且只有在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16都抵顶在控制开关上时,才能将电路导通,而在左锁扣13和右锁扣14上的按压臂16都将相应的控制开关抵顶导通后,再通过按压电源开关,使底座211内的电机转动,进而实现榨汁功能。通过这样的设置,如果两个按压臂16没有同时将控制开关导通,即使是电源开关导通了,电机也不会旋转,提高了果汁机2使用的安全性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安全锁扣装置,其特征在于,包括相对设置的左活动块和右活动块以及用于扣压所述左活动块的左锁扣和用于扣压所述右活动块的右锁扣,所述左活动块和所述右活动块上均设置有用于扣压的扣压部,所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣上均设置有用于抵顶控制电路通断的按压臂,所述左活动块和所述左锁扣之间以及所述右活动块和所述右锁扣之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的安全锁扣装置,其特征在于,所述左活动块和所述右活动块的两侧以及所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣的两侧均分别设置有用于转动锁紧或解锁的转动构件。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的安全锁扣装置,其特征在于,所述扣合结构包括分别设置于所述左活动块和所述右活动块上的扣槽和分别弯曲延伸于所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣一端上的扣钩部,所述扣槽内设置有凸块,所述扣钩部上相对应的设置有倒钩,所述倒钩挂扣于所述凸块。
  4. 一种果汁机,包括主体、可拆卸连接于所述主体的果汁杯和设置于所述主体上的安全锁扣装置,所述果汁杯内设置有刀具装置,所述主体内设置有用于驱动所述刀具装置旋转的驱动部件,其特征在于,所述安全锁扣装置包括相对设置的左活动块和右活动块以及用于扣压所述左活动块的左锁扣和用于扣压所述右活动块的右锁扣,所述左活动块和所述右活动块上均设置有用于扣压的扣压部,所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣上均设置有用于抵顶控制电路通断的按压臂,所述左活动块和所述左锁扣之间以及所述右活动块和所述右锁扣之间均设置有用于扣合锁紧的扣合结构。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述主体包括底座和可拆卸连接于所述底座的杯座,所述杯座的两侧相对开设有用于容纳所述左活动块和所述右活动块的左凹槽和右凹槽,所述左活动块和所述右活动块的两侧分别设置有转轴,所述左凹槽和所述右凹槽内均设置有供所述转轴活动穿设转动的轴孔。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述底座的两侧相对开设有用于容纳所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣的左锁扣槽和右锁扣槽,所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣均通过转动件与所述左锁扣槽和所述右锁扣槽转动连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述左锁扣槽和所述右锁扣槽转动内均设置有转动孔,所述转动件为两根平行且一体设置调节转轴,所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣上相应设置有供所述转动件其中的一根调节转轴穿过的通孔,所述转动件中的另一根调节转轴转动连接于所述转动孔内。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述果汁杯螺纹连接于所述杯座,所述果汁杯的外侧设置有固定环,所述固定环抵压于所述扣压部上。
  9. 如权利要求4至8中任意一项所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述驱动部件为电机,所述刀具装置包括刀架、上连接器和连接轴,所述上连接器通过下连接器与所述底座相连接,所述连接轴依次通过刀架、上连接器和下连接器与所述电机相连接。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的果汁机,其特征在于,所述底座内还设置有相互串联的控制开关,所述底座外侧设置有电源开关,所述控制开关与所述电源开关电连接,所述左锁扣和所述右锁扣上的所述按压臂分别相应的抵顶于所述控制开关上。
