However, for some of the applications that a cell phone has, such as in the use of its screen or its camera, it is usually impractical, since in general, due to its slender shape and sometimes with rounded edges, cell phones have poor stability when in use as a screen or camera on a table or any surface. In addition, when used as an image and sound player, it is necessary to keep them in the same position for long periods of time, such as to watch movies, videos, news, or to make a video recording, and such a task is quite Tiring if it is to be held by hand, and if adequate support is not available.

In the market, a variety of cell phone stands have been created, such as hanging brackets which go on the neck, wrist, or belt, stationary stands, which are usually located on desks and sometimes also meet the function of charging the cell phone. As we have seen, in all the documents mentioned, there is a great variety, in cell phone holders. However, all the mentioned supports are bulky and large, so it is not possible for the user of the cell phone to be able to carry said support all the time, since he would need the minus a small bag for transport. Therefore, there is still a need to have cell phone holders that are easily transportable, easy to use and give sufficient stability to the cellular device.

The present invention consists in having a cell phone holder that is articulated, in such a way to be able to obtain different positions, that is small in size, easily transportable, ideal for a wallet, and easy to install in the cell phone.

Another objective of the present invention is that the support is stable, so that the cell phone also stands firm, both to see its screen when playing videos and to be used as a tripod to photograph or film a certain situation.

Furthermore, another objective of the present invention is that the support is adapted to different types of cell phones, that is to say that the same support can be used for cell phones of different brands, different sizes and thicknesses.

Summary of the Invention

The present invention corresponds to an articulated support for mobile devices, preferably smart cell phones or smartphones, even more preferably, mobile devices of the iphone® or galaxy® type, comprising a structure formed by three pieces and which in its extended form is of the size of a standard size credit card, possible to be stored in any standard wallet. Detailed description of the invention

The present invention corresponds to an articulated support (1) for mobile devices, comprising three nestable pieces joined through their ends; The first piece (2) is located to the right of the support, it is flat, rectangular with straight sides and has a flexible fastening hook (3) in the center of its snap-in side or inner side (8) that is located inwards of this piece; The second piece (4) is the centerpiece of the support, it is flat, rectangular and has two snap-in sides, a right-clickable side (9) and a left-clickable side (10), the right-hand side (9) has in the center a flexible fastener hook (3) located inwards of said piece and the left clickable side (10) is straight; The third and final piece (5), is the piece on the left of the support, is flat, rectangular with straight sides, has a hole (6) in its center, with thread for DIN 4503 standard screws commonly used in tripods and cameras photographic and at least two rubber surfaces (7) located in line towards the outer end, which will allow to improve the grip of the mobile device installed on said piece (5), the rubber surfaces can be bands or circular type.

The central part (4) also has an upper area and a lower hollow area (14), which allows the position lock to be unlocked when pressed.

Each fastener hook (3) has two parallel central flexible legs (15), said legs have their free outer ends and said outer ends each have a protuberance (17) to hold a device once inserted between the fastener hooks (3 ). The fastening hooks slightly tighten the device mobile to keep it safe in the desired position. The articulated support (1) in its extended position is rectangular in shape, has slightly rounded corners and its size is assimilated to the standard size of a bank card, that is, its length is approximately 8.5 cm and its width is approximately 5, 4 cm The first piece corresponds to approximately 42% of the width of the support, the second piece at approximately 40% of said width and the third piece at approximately 18%.

As previously indicated, the articulated support is foldable and can acquire three different positions, which depend on the angle formed between the first piece and the second piece. The three positions that can be acquired are: angle position equal to approximately 70 °, angle position equal to approximately 45 °, and angle position equal to approximately 24 °. In turn, as explained each position is predefined by the slits (22) that define the different angles for each position. In the angle position equal to 24 °, the articulated support takes the triangular shape and the closure between the first piece and the third piece, is achieved through the fitting of the female and male areas in each piece (19 and 19 ') and (20 and 20 '). In this position of angle 24 °, in addition the support can be placed on a tripod, for which a screw according to DIN 4503 must be passed through the hole (6) of the third piece, in this way the mobile device can be Used as a camera or filming in a safe and stable way.

The articulated support of the present invention can be manufactured in different materials, such as ABS plastics (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), resins in general, aluminum, wood. It can also include additions of other bonded materials such as the rubber areas mentioned for the best grip of the mobile device. As it has smooth surfaces, additionally the articulated support is capable of receiving graphics that can incorporate images, as well as advertising or sponsoring brands.
