Abstract

The present invention refers to a brassiere preferable for women having a somewhat larger breast size than other or having a bust, which during standing up creates a fold between bust and chest, that brassiere comprises a breast portion (9) and a shoulder portion (8) and breast cups. Stabilization of the brassiere or supporting straps and eventually also its cups shows on there inside an airpermeable, non-absorbing material layer (2), which also in a compressed condition maintains an air column, which makes it possible for air to circulate between the brassiere straps and the skin cf a woman at the same time as the same gives a cooling zone by both air exchanging and that the structure of the material in an active way drains the brassiere. In that in this way to raise the whole or portions of the brassiere by aid of the additional material mentioned above, the portions of the same will never touch the skin with more that 15-30 % and in this way an active ventilation is able to keep moisture away from the brassiere and skin.

Description

Self ventilated brassiere
The present invention refers to an additional of material intended to be applicated on brassieres for use in and around that breast porricn, situated directly under the breast of a woman and where if required also over her shoulder portion for eliminating sweat in order to add new air and to keep the garment and thanks to this also the user herself dry, where moisture can arise. This concerns all active women but also women, which are more passive during daily earning.
A constant frequent problem today is sweat and with that undesired smells and bothering damp-moisture stains. The brassiere attribute of today is about push-up and how tight a brassiere can be fixed when you work out or how you can alternate different materials, so that the breasts don't move upwards and downwards. It doesn't concern draining sweat or ventilation of the area in an effective way that much, which leads to unpleasant sweat gatherings on the most obvious and uncomfortable places. The first reason is that existing material lies against the skin with between 98-100% and therefore its absorbing capacity can strongly decrease and become satisfied and that's why the sweat gathering arises. It's well known that gathering of sweat/ moisture creates "LP-disks" beneath the brassiere, which often also can be found arcund armpits.
Within the technical range described by the invention the same relates to brassieres. Specifically the present invention relates to a product essentially increasing existing ventilation of portions around the breasts and beneath the breasts, but also under those straps, which can fix the brassiere in position for example over shoulders, this material can in a simple way be applicated or used in existing brassiere production to a low cost.
The object of the present invention is to provide a new type of additional material in existing production by aid of the invented material stated below, so that sweat both is led. away from the gathering areas in and around the brassiere and also from the skin at the same time as the problems described above are eliminated for all categories mentioned users when air freely can be circulated. As the function of the material arises the brassiere from the skin -he problems stated above are eliminated.
The characterizing features of the invention are stated in the claims enclosed.
Thanks to the invention one now has succeeded to increase the lower supporting brassiere strap and/or the lower part of the breast cup with more than ½ mm and up to 3 mm away/up from the skin, so that in this way both an to/from air channel system is created, which allows that moisture actively can be removed.
This type of material is cheap to manufacture and can be brought or added to an already existing production and the raised up material can be applicated as a solid material weaved together or the raised material can be divided in different ways, for example be divided in a channel system, which renders in a much more increased to/from flow of air and so that sweat is evaporating. The different structures of the material is used for being able to be adapted after the need of the user. The material does not at all causes any discomfort with the brassiere or causes any enhanced production costs.
The present invention is described closer below by aid of some preferable embodiment examples with reference to the drawings enclosed, in which fig 1. shows a schematic cross-section view of a brassiere existing on the market having an additional of material according to the invention, fig 2. shows schematically an elongated section of an air permeable and upraising material layer in one piece, fig 3. shows schematically an elongated section or an air permeable and an upraising material layer, where the air channels have been made for making it possible of an increased permeable, fig 4 . shows a schematic view of different application methods with aid of the brassiere strap showed in the drawings, and fig 5. shows a schematic view where the air permeable and upraising material is drawn up into the breast cup in order to create more air permeable.
As can be seen from fig. 1-5 here shows a first embodiment example of an additional of material according to the invention. The additional of material which among other things is intended to be used for a lower supporting strap or even also up into a cup in a brassiere 1 comprising an air permeable, not absorbing material layer 2, which also in a compressed condition, thanks to the material has been built up in height having a functioning air column, which makes it possible for air to circulate between the user and the brassiere 1 at the same time as a tempered zone can be maintained by that both air exchanging and drainage can be maintained thanks to the built up and structure of the material, i.e. the material in the additional does not collapse totally even if it is pressed together, which maintains the circulation of both air and eliminated sweat.
Thanks to that the brassiere 1 comprises a fixed air permeable, not absorbing material layer 2, which also in its compressed condition maintains an air column, or several air columns over and under the breasts, which here eliminates moisture and chat air in a simple way can circulate around the problem areas, so that a tempered zone is maintained by both air exchanging and drainage in an active way.
In this way a much active evaporation is achieved of body liquids and also during a compression remains a column or a layer, that allows a plentiful air exchange at the same time as liquids are allowed to pass through the material without that the exchange of air is stopped.
The material layer 2 is here made by an elastic thread- or strip formed material, which has a curlity or coil formed extension, which helps to its elasticity and can maintain an air permeability also in a compressed condition. Further the built up of the material layer 2 consists of threads or straps of plastic- or synthetic material 3 which is weaved together in creating of some strap or cloth 4 which is fixable to the brassiere's different straps and/or in cups.
The material layer 2 has in the illustrated preferable example a thickness in the area of the brassiere, which in its compressed condition is not lower than about 1 mm and in its unloaded condition having a thickness of about 2 - 10 mm. Further the air permeable material layer 2 has measures, which are more or less adapted after those brassiere straps, or. which they are applicated on or not further upwards than to the breast nippies.
