技术领域
本发明涉及美容美发器具,具体涉及一种用于个人护理装置的导热机构及个人护理装置 。
背景技术
目前的个人护理装置其加热板多直接采用铝板制成,而铝板强度较低,易磨损,且耐热性不高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种用于个人护理装置的导热机构和应用所述导热机构的个人护理装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其包括导热体和安装架,所述导热体固定安装在安装架上,所述导热体为铝板,所述导热体工作表面设有竹纤维层或碳纤维层。
优选的,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层与导热体分别独立,其采用插接配合。
优选的,所述导热体表面开有锥形槽,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层两侧与锥形槽相适配,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层插接在锥形槽内。
优选的,所述安装架槽内顶端设有凸起的卡接块,所述导热体外表面设有与卡接块相适配的凹槽。
优选的,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层的表面高于导热体的表面。
一种采用所述的导热机构的个人护理装置,其包括一对夹持部件,所述夹持部件尾部铰接,所述夹持部件内设有上述的导热机构,所述导热机构内嵌置发热体,所述导热机构与发热体相接触。
本发明的有益效果是,铝板与竹纤维结合,利用铝板易成型加工要求低、材料成本低。比如在使用面采用铝板表面附加竹纤维。利用了竹纤维具有良好的透气性、较强的耐磨性,又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能,实现环保的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
参见图1和图2,本发明包括导热体2和安装架1,所述导热体2固定安装在安装架1上,所述导热体2为铝板,所述导热体2工作表面设有竹纤维层或碳纤维层3。所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层3铺设在导热体2的工作表面,使工作时与头发接触的部位为竹纤维层或碳纤维层3。
所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层3与导热体2分别独立,其采用插接配合,所述导热体2表面开有锥形槽,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层3两侧与锥形槽相适配,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层3插接在锥形槽内。竹纤维层或碳纤维层3也可以与导热体2采用黏贴的方式固定,保证竹纤维层或碳纤维层3不会脱落即可。
所述安装架1槽内顶端设有凸起的卡接块4,所述导热体2外表面设有与卡接块4相适配的凹槽,卡接块4卡接在导热体2的凹槽内,使导热体2固定在安装架1内,避免导热体2脱落的现象产生。
所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层3的表面高于导热体2的表面,而竹纤维层或碳纤维层3由于其具有弹性,因此在夹紧的时候,当竹纤维层或碳纤维层3表面高于导热体2表面时,其由于弹性作用,使夹紧处更紧,使夹发或烫发的效果更好。
竹纤维就是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的一种纤维素纤维。竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性和较强的耐磨性等特性,同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能。专家指出,竹纤维是一种真正意义上的天然环保型绿色纤维,竹纤维具有高端的反弹性、耐磨性以及阻燃性。天然竹纤维能吸收其自重20%的水分,是同等密度其它纤维织物中最高的,具备优良的反弹性与阻燃性。
采用竹纤维与铝板结合,即利用了铝板易成型加工要求低、材料成本低的优点。铝板表面采用竹纤维,又利用了竹纤维具有强度高、弹性模量适中、耐热性好、重量轻、耐磨损等优点,使导热机构的更加耐热,不变形。
参见图3,采用上述的导热机构的个人护理装置,其包括一对夹持部件,所述夹持部件尾部铰接,所述夹持部件内设有上述的导热机构,所述导热机构内嵌置发热体,所述导热机构与发热体相接触,通过采用竹纤维层或碳纤维层3与铝板结合的导热机构,使竹纤维层或碳纤维层3作为工作面,解决了以往铝板不耐热和不耐磨损的不足。
实施例不应视为对本发明的限制,但任何基于本发明的精神所作的改进,都应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其包括导热体( 2)和安装架( 1),所述导热体( 2)固定安装在安装架( 1)上,其特征在于:所述导热体为( 2)铝板,所述导热体( 2)工作表面设有竹纤维层或碳纤维层( 3)。
  2. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其特征在于,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层( 3)与导热体分别独立,其采用插接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求 2所述的用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其特征在于,所述导热体( 2)表面开有锥形槽,所述竹纤维层( 3)两侧与锥形槽相适配,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层( 3)插接在锥形槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其特征在于,所述安装架( 1)槽内顶端设有凸起的卡接块( 4),所述导热体( 2)外表面设有与卡接块( 4)相适配的凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于个人护理装置的导热机构,其特征在于,所述竹纤维层或碳纤维层( 3)的表面高于导热体( 2)的表面。
  6. 一种采用权利要求 1所述的导热机构的个人护理装置,其包括一对夹持部件,所述夹持部件尾部铰接,其特征在于:所述夹持部件内设有上述的导热机构,所述导热机构内嵌置发热体,所述导热机构与发热体相接触。
