目前在与需求响应相结合的需求响应控制技术领域, 没有一种便捷的响应设备能够针对 用能单位的具体用能设备或系统, 仅需通过插拔与用能设备或系统相适应的可插拔控制模块 就可以实现对用能单位所有用能设备或系统的控制, 而无需针对每一种用能设备或系统单独 开发相应的响应设备。 发明内容
针对现有技术的不足, 本发明的目的是提供一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响 应设备, 另一目的是提供一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 该响应设备具 备电气参数、 非电气参数及环境参量采集功能, 并可接收需求响应主站的需求响应信息, 通 过在主控制器内执行需求响应信息并结合所采集的各种参数, 做出控制命令, 通过相应的可 插拔控制模块产生具体的控制信号对用能设备或系统进行控制。
本发明的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其改进之处在于, 所述 设备包括主控制器模块, 电压、 电流采样模块, 电能计量模块, 非电气量采集模块, 外围接 口模块, 通信模块、 存储模块和可插拔控制模块; 所述可插拔控制模块、 外围接口模块、 存 储模块和电能计量模块分别与所述主控制器模块连接; 所述非电气量采集模块和外围接口模 块分别与外围接口模块连接; 所述电压、 电流采样模块与电能计量模块连接。
其中, 所述主控制器模块用于所述设备的运行管理维护, 参数采集及处理, 生成控制命 令, 以及输出控制命令至所述可插拔控制模块; 所述主控制器模块通过所述外围接口模块接 收非电气量采集模块的非电气量信号。
其中, 所述非电气量采集模块通过采集用能设备或系统所在环境的参数信息及用能设备 或系统的非电气参数信息, 通过外围接口模块输入至主控制器模块, 经过主控制器模块的处 理、 分析, 得到实时非电气参数。
其中, 所述非电气量采集模块根据现场所要控制的设备或系统选用控制器, 有温度传感 器、 湿度传感器、 压力传感器和流量传感器、 烟雾传感器、 噪度传感器、 辐射度传感器等, 并且可以选取其中的一种或多种。
其中,所述外围接口模块包括模拟量输入模块、两个 RS485接口模块和两个 UART接口, 其中所述模拟量输入模块具有 4-8个模拟量输入通道 10 1〜8,每通道的输入信号为 0-5V电压 信号,或是 4-20mA电流信号;其中一个 RS485接口模块用于接收数字型传感器输出的 RS485 数字信号, 另一个 RS485接口模块用于对外输出采集的数据的 RS485数字信号。
其中, 所述通信模块包括 PLC通信模块、 微功率无线模块和红外模块; 所述微功率无线 模块通过无线方式与 PLC通信模块进行通信;
其中所述 PLC通信模块与所述微功率无线模块执行统一的接口标准, 支持热插拔, 在设 备安装时根据现场需要选择使用, 通过外围接口模块的其中之一 UART接口与主控制器模块 连接;
所述红外模块用于设备的本地调试及维护, 通过外围接口模块的另一个 UART接口与主 控制器模块连接。
其中, 所述可插拔控制模块通过统一的可插拔接口与所述主控制器模块连接, 接收主控 制器的控制命令, 经可插拔控制模块内的处理器处理后产生控制信号, 控制信号通过可插拔 控制模块的输出端口输出至用能设备或系统, 用能单位所属的用能设备或系统内置的控制单 元根据控制信号产生控制动作。
其中, 所述可插拔控制模块根据现场所要控制的设备或系统选用控制器, 有电动阀门控 制器、 温湿度控制器和开关电路控制器等; 所述电动阀门控制器、 温湿度控制器和开关电路 控制器等分别与相应所要控制的用能设备或系统连接。
其中, 所述控制单元根据用能设备或系统选用相关控制单元, 有电源电路开关器件、 阀 门电动执行器、 加热设备控制器、 制冷设备控制器和风机转速控制器。
其中, 所述存储模块与所述主控制器模块双向连接, 用于保存设备从需求响应主站接收 的需求响应命令、 电气参数、 非电气参数、 参数曲线和本地事件。
其中, 所述电压、 电流采样模块分别与所述电能计量模块单向连接, 所述电压、 电流采 样模块通过电压互感器 PT和电流互感器 CT采集用能设备或系统的电源线的相电压或线电 压、 相电流或线电流以及中性线电流, 再通过电能计量模块运算处理获得电气参数。
其中, 所述电能计量模块与主控制器模块通过 SPI双向连接; 电气参数包括基本电气参 数及电能质量参数;
所述基本电气参数包括电流、 电压、 功率和电能量;
所述电能质量参数包括电网频率、 电压有效值、 电流有效值、 总有功功率、 总无功功率 和功率因数。
其中, 所述设备包括液晶显示模块和电源模块; 液晶显示模块为所述响应设备的输出装 置, 用于显示设备的状态信息和相关参数信息; 电源模块为所述响应设备提供电源; 所述电 源模块采用电压互感器 PT、 外接交流电源或外接直流电源供电模式。
本发明基于另一目的提供的一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其改进 之处在于, 所述响应方法包括下述内容:
( 1 ) 响应设备接收需求响应主站的需求响应信息;
(2) 响应设备从用能设备或系统的非电气参数、 电气参数及环境信息;
(3 )响应设备基于控制策略, 根据接收的需求响应信息、 用能设备或系统的参数输出控 制信号;
(4) 用能设备或系统接收控制信号;
( 5 ) 由用能设备或系统内的控制单元产生控制动作;
(6)响应设备向需求响应主站返回需求响应效果, 所述需求响应效果指所述响应设备通 过响应需求响应信息所能实现的需求响应效果。
其中, 所述 (1 ) 中, 所述需求响应主站按照下述步骤生成需求响应信息:
<1>根据统计、 整理的用能用户侧响应资源, 形成需求响应信息资源;
<2>基于电网实时负荷预测数据与电网历史典型日负荷数据,计算电网负荷缺口数据及相 应发生时间;
<3>需求响应主站根据电网负荷缺口数据及相应发生时间, 以及需求响应信息资源,生成 需求响应方案并执行;
<4>执行需求响应方案时, 在电网负荷缺口到来前 (根据需求响应类型确定提前发送时 间), 发送需求响应信号至用能用户侧响应设备。
其中, 所述 (3 ) 中, 所述响应设备按照下述步骤执行控制策略:
①所述响应设备根据接收的需求响应信号, 通过解析确定用能企业在某个时段所保持的 负荷水平;
②通过采集用能系统或设备的运行参数, 确定进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备;
③待需求响应信号中的时间到达时,进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备执行控制策略。 其中, 所述 (3 ) 中,
1 )如果是简单控制(简单控制指的是根据一个或两个简单因素进行的较为简单的控制), 响应设备根据接收的需求响应信息、 用能设备或系统的参数, 基于响应设备内预设的控制策 略生成控制信号;
2) 如果是复杂控制 (复杂控制指的是根据两个以上的因素进行的较为复杂的控制), 响 应设备上传用能设备或系统的状态及环境参数至响应主站, 响应主站利用所述参数通过用能 模型 (用能模型是根据多个环境因素得出的计算模型, 根据实际工况确定) 进行分析, 基于 需求响应主站控制策略生成控制信号, 然后发送回响应设备。 与现有技术比, 本发明达到的有益效果是:
1. 所述响应设备具有统一标准的可插拔接口, 支持控制模块的热插拔, 便于针对具体的 用能设备或系统实施针对性控制;
2. 所述响应设备具有兼容多种类型数据采集传感器的外围接口模块, 支持 1〜8路具有 10口的模拟型非电气量采集模块的同时接入, 并支持具有 RS 485接口的数字型非电气量采 集模块的接入,便于根据用能设备或系统的具体需要及现场环境灵活选配非电气量采集模块;
3. 外围接口模块具有两路 UART接口, 第一 UART接口同时兼容具有统一接口的 PLC 通信模块或微功率无线通信模块, 具体使用时根据所述响应设备的现场环境可灵活配置;
4. 可插拔控制模块具有独立处理器, 能够根据所述响应设备的控制命令产生针对具体用 能设备或系统的控制信号;
5. 对于正在研制的用能设备或系统, 可以配置智能接口以兼容响应设备的可插拔控制模 块, 如果没有合适的可插拔控制模块, 可以针对特定用能设备或系统进行开发;
6. 对于已有的用能设备或系统, 响应设备为了实现对其控制, 可以针对其开发可插拔控 制模块以实现对其控制, 而无需更换响应设备, 只需要更换可插拔控制模块即可实现。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
如图 1所示, 是本发明实施例提供的基于需求响应的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备的 结构示意图, 主要包括主控制器模块, 电压、 电流采样模块, 电能计量模块, 非电气量采集 模块, 外围接口模块, 存储模块, 液晶显示模块, 通信模块, 可插拔控制模块及电源模块。 可插拔控制模块、 外围接口模块、 存储模块和电能计量模块分别与所述主控制器模块连接; 非电气量采集模块和外围接口模块分别与外围接口模块连接; 电压、 电流采样模块与电能计 量模块连接。
所述主控制器模块用于设备的运行管理维护, 需求响应命令的执行以及控制命令的生成 等;
所述电压、 电流采样模块分别与所述电能计量模块单向连接, 所述电压、 电流采样模块 通过电压互感器 PT (Potential Transformer) 和电流互感器 CT ( Current Transformer) 采集用 能设备或系统的电源线的相 (线) 电压、 相 (线) 电流和中性线电流, 再通过电能计量模块 运算处理获得基本电气参数及电能质量参数;
所述电能计量模块与主控制器模块通过 SPI双向连接;
所述电气参数包括基本电气参数, 电能质量参数;
所述非电气量采集模块包括温度传感器、 湿度传感器、 压力传感器和流量传感器、 烟雾 传感器、 噪度传感器、 辐射度传感器等, 并且可以是其中的一种或多种传感器;
所述非电气量采集模块通过采集用能设备或系统所在环境的非电气参数信息及用能设备 或系统的非电气参数信息, 通过外围接口模块输入至主控制模块, 经过主控制器模块的处理、 分析, 得到实时非电气参数;
所述非电气量采集模块, 所述非电气量采集模块通过采集用能设备或系统所在环境的非 电气参数信息及用能设备或系统的非电气参数信息, 将采集到的实时非电气参数通过外围接 口模块直接输入至主控制器模块, 经过主控制器的校准等处理, 得到实时非电气参数, 并存 储;
所述外围接口模块包括模拟量输入模块、两个 RS485接口模块、两个 UART接口,其中所 述模拟量输入模块具有 4-8个独立的模拟量输入通道 10 1〜8,每通道的输入信号可以是 0-5V 电压信号, 也可以是 4-20mA电流信号; 所述第 1 RS485接口模块用于接收数字型传感器输 出的 RS485数字信号, 第 2 RS485接口模块用于对外输出采集的数据的 RS485数字信号, 如 图 2所示;
所述主控制器模块, 利用所述外围接口模块接收非电气量采集模块的非电气量信号; 所述存储模块与所述主控制器模块双向连接, 用于保存设备从需求响应主站接收的需求 响应命令、 电气参数、 非电气参数、 参数曲线、 本地事件等;
所述液晶显示模块为所述设备的标准输出装置, 用于显示设备的状态信息和相关参数信 息, 进一步便利了安装调试工作;
所述通信模块包括 PLC通信模块、 微功率无线模块、 红外模块, 其中所述 PLC通信模 块与所述微功率无线模块执行统一的接口标准, 支持热插拔, 在设备安装时可根据现场需要 选择使用, 通过外围接口模块的第 1 UART接口与主控制器模块连接; 所述红外模块用于设 备的本地调试及维护, 通过外围接口模块的第 2 UART接口与主控制器模块连接, 通信模块 与外围接口模块连接如图 3所示;
所述可插拔控制模块, 通过统一的可插拔接口与所述主控制器模块连接, 接收主控制器 的控制命令, 经可插拔控制模块内的处理器处理后产生控制信号, 控制信号通过控制模块的 输出端口输出至用能设备或系统, 用能单位所属的用能设备或系统内置的相应控制单元根据 控制信号产生相应的控制动作, 如图 4所示。
所述电源模块用于为主控制器模块、 可插拔控制模块、 通信模块、 存储模块及其他相关 模块提供电源, 可以采用 PT (Potential Transformer) 供电模式, 外接交流电源供电方式, 直 流电源供电方式;
所述基本电气参数包括电流、 电压、 功率和电能量;
所述电能质量参数包括电网频率、 电压有效值、 电流有效值、 谐波和功率因数等; 所述基于需求响应的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备在所述主控制器内进行电压曲线记 录、 电流曲线记录、 功率曲线记录、 跨月结算、 电能量冻结、 非电气参数 (流量、 温度、 压 力和湿度) 曲线记录、 ABC电流(压)偏差越限事件记录、 上电、 掉电、 清零、 断相、 编程、 校时事件记录以及失压 (流) (全 ABC相) 事件记录等;
所述掉电事件记录指三相电压 (单相表为单相电压) 均低于电能表临界电压, 且负荷电 流不大于 5%额定电流的工况;
所述失压事件指在三相 (或单相) 供电系统中, 某相负荷电流大于启动电流, 但电压线 路的电压低于电能表参比电压的 78%, 且持续时间大于 1分钟的工况;
所述失流事件指在三相供电系统中, 三相电压大于电能表的临界电压, 三相电流中任一 相或两相小于启动电流, 且其他相线负荷电流大于 5%额定电流的工况;
所述设备采用软时钟和网络对时结合的集约方式;
所述设备通过主机或掌上机对每个所述端口设置抄收类型和曲线参数, 设置所述曲线参 数的记录抄收时间的间隔缺省为 15分钟, 根据时间间隔需要可调;
所述电压、 电流采样模块采用 12位精度的 AD转换器;
所述设备的采集的精度为仪表性能分类的 B级精度,或者不低于国标规定的 2.0级精度; 所述设备具有很强的抗干扰特性, 具备完善周密的电磁兼容性 (机械结构、 电源、 PCB 走线、 去耦、 滤波、 接地、 光电隔离等方面), 能够适应高低温和高湿等恶劣运行环境, 具备 完善周密的三级防雷措施 (电源线、 通信接口的防雷措施)。 电磁兼容性符合 IEC61000-4的 规定的工业过程测量和控制设备的电磁兼容性 (静电放电抗扰性试验、 辐射电磁场抗扰性试 验、 电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰性试验、 外磁场影响、 高频抗扰性试验);
所述可插拔控制模块根据所述响应设备接收的需求响应主站的需求响应信息、 所述响应 设备所采集的用能设备或系统的参数生成控制命令, 包括: 电动阀门控制模块、 温湿度控制 模块、 开关电路控制模块等, 所述可插拔控制模块根据具体用能设备或系统进行选择, 如图 5所示;
所述响应设备的可插拔接口应遵循统一标准, 兼容所有的可插拔控制模块。
所述控制信号通过所述可插拔模块与所述用能设备或系统之间的接口连接线进行传输; 所述用能设备或系统需具备一定的智能性并可接收控制信号, 对于已经生产或正在使用 的所述用能设备或系统, 为了达到对于这些用能设备或系统的控制目的, 可以针对这些用能 设备或系统开发专门的可插拔控制模块; 对于正在研制的或即将生产的用能设备或系统,应尽 可能兼容已有的可插拔控制模块, 以减少开发可插拔控制模块的工作量;
所述用能设备或系统根据接收到的控制信号, 驱动所述用能设备或系统内的相应控制单 元产生控制动作, 完成对所述用能设备或系统的控制;
所述控制单元包括: 电源电路开关器件、 阀门电动执行器、 加热设备控制器、 制冷设备 控制器和风机转速控制器等, 在对所述的具有某一具体控制单元的用能设备或系统进行控制 时, 所述响应设备会选择特定的可插拔控制模块对所述用能设备或系统进行控制, 如图 6所 示;
所述电源电路开关器件的控制动作, 通过所述可插拔控制模块内的继电器产生开关控制 电流, 控制所述用能设备或系统的开关器件的开关;
所述阀门电动执行器的控制动作, 通过所述可插拔控制模块内的电动阀门控制器产生针 对阀门开合度控制的控制电流,通过控制电流控制阀门电动执行器对阀门进行开合度的控制; 所述加热设备控制器、 制冷设备控制器、 风机转速控制器等的控制动作, 通过所述可插 拔控制模块内的温湿度控制器, 所述温湿度控制器可以接收主控制器的有级无级温度控制、 有级无级湿度控制命令, 所述温湿度控制器根据所接收的控制命令对加热设备控制器、 制冷 设备控制器、 风机转速控制器中的一种或多种进行控制, 以达到温湿度有级无级控制目的; 本发明提供一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其实现示意图和过程示 意图分别如图 7和 8所示, 包括下述内容:
( 1 )响应设备接收需求响应主站的需求响应信息: 需求响应主站按照下述步骤生成需求 响应信息:
<1>根据统计、 整理的用能用户侧响应资源, 形成需求响应信息资源;
<2>基于电网实时负荷预测数据与电网历史典型日负荷数据,计算电网负荷缺口数据及相 应发生时间;
<3>需求响应主站根据电网负荷缺口数据及相应发生时间, 以及需求响应信息资源,生成 需求响应方案并执行;
<4>执行需求响应方案时, 在电网负荷缺口到来前 (根据需求响应类型确定提前发送时 间), 发送需求响应信号至用能用户侧响应设备。
(2) 响应设备采集用能设备或系统的非电气参数、 电气参数及环境信息;
(3 )如果是简单控制, 响应设备根据接收的需求响应信息、 用能设备或系统的状态及环 境参数, 基于响应设备内预设的控制策略生成具体的控制方法; 简单控制指的是根据一个或 两个环境因素进行的控制, 如空调简单根据本地环境温湿度进行的控制, 当温度和湿度超过 预设值时, 响应设备进行具体控制。
(4)如果是复杂控制, 响应设备上传用能设备或系统的状态及环境参数至响应主站, 响 应主站利用这些参数通过用能模型进行分析, 基于需求响应主站控制策略生成具体的控制方 法, 然后发送回响应设备; 复杂控制指的是根据两个以上的环境因素进行的控制, 如空调复 杂控制根据本地温湿度、 供冷 (热) 面积、 人流量等进行的控制, 当温湿度超过预设值, 并 且根据占地面积, 响应设备执行具体操作。 用能模型是根据多个环境因素得出的计算模型, 根据实际工况确定。
响应设备按以下步骤执行控制策略:
①根据接收的需求响应信号, 通过解析确定用能企业在某个具体时段, 所应该保持的负 荷水平;
②通过采集用能系统或设备的运行参数,确定可以进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备;
③待需求响应信号中规定的具体执行时间到达时, 针对可以进行需求响应控制的用能系 统或设备执行具体控制策略。
(5 ) 响应设备输出控制信号;
(6) 用能设备或系统 (对于系统可能有多个响应设备进行协调控制) 接收控制信号;
(7) 由用能设备或系统内相应的控制单元产生控制动作;
( 8) 响应设备向需求响应主站返回需求响应效果。
需求响应主站根据统计、 整理的用能用户侧响应资源, 形成需求响应信息资源; 基于电 网实时负荷预测数据与电网历史典型日负荷数据, 计算电网负荷缺口数据及相应发生时间; 需求响应主站根据电网负荷缺口数据及相应发生时间, 以及需求响应信息资源, 生成需求响 应方案并执行; 执行需求响应方案时, 在电网负荷缺口到来前 (根据需求响应类型确定提前 发送时间), 发送需求响应信号至用能用户侧响应设备。
响应设备内置简单控制策略, 即通过对用能企业所属用电系统或设备调整运行参数, 可 以达到一定程度上降低用能企业电力负荷的效果,如: (1 )降低风机或水泵转速(0— 100) %, 可以降低用能企业 (0—风机 /水泵的最大运行容量) KW 的电力负荷; (2) 调高中央空调系 统设置的制冷温度 (0-6摄氏度), 可以降低用能企业 (0%-30%*中央空调运行容量) KW的 电力负荷。
响应设备根据接收的需求响应信号, 通过解析确定用能企业在某个具体时段, 通过优化 用能系统或设备运行方式, 保持一定负荷水平的电力负荷; 通过采集用能系统或设备的运行 参数, 结合自身的控制策略, 确定需要进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备, 待需求响应信 号中规定的具体执行时间到达时, 针对需要进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备执行控制策 略。
针对具体用能系统或设备执行控制策略时, 首先由响应设备产生控制命令至响应设备的 控制单元, 控制单元解析控制命令, 产生控制信号, 针对具体用能系统或设备进行控制, 以 降低用能企业在需求响应执行时段的电力负荷水平或提高能效。 在需求响应执行过程中, 响 应设备继续对用能系统或设备的运行参数进行采集, 通过与执行需求响应之前的运行参数进 行比较分析, 计算并汇总用能企业的需求响应执行效果, 将需求响应执行效果发送至需求响 应主站。
最后应当说明的是: 以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其限制, 尽管参照 上述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 所属领域的普通技术人员应当理解: 依然可以对本 发明的具体实施方式进行修改或者等同替换, 而未脱离本发明精神和范围的任何修改或者等 同替换, 其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

2、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述主控制器模 块用于所述设备的运行管理维护, 参数采集及处理, 生成控制命令, 以及输出控制命令至所 述可插拔控制模块; 所述主控制器模块通过所述外围接口模块接收非电气量采集模块的非电 气量信号。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述非电气量采 集模块通过采集用能设备或系统所在环境的非电气量参数信息及用能设备或系统的非电气量 参数信息, 通过外围接口模块输入至主控制器模块, 经过主控制器模块的处理、 分析, 得到 实时非电气量参数。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述非电气量采 集模块根据现场所要控制的设备或系统选用控制器, 有温度传感器、 湿度传感器、 压力传感 器和流量传感器、 烟雾传感器、 噪度传感器、 辐射度传感器等, 并且可以选取其中的一种或 多种。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述外围接口模 块包括模拟量输入模块、 两个 RS485接口模块和两个 UART接口, 其中所述模拟量输入模块 具有 4-8个模拟量输入通道 10 1-8, 每通道的输入信号为 0-5V电压信号, 或是 4-20mA电流 信号;其中一个 RS485接口模块用于接收数字型传感器输出的 RS485数字信号, 个 RS485 接口模块用于对外输出采集的数据的 RS485数字信号。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述通信模块包 括 PLC通信模块、 微功率无线模块和红外模块; 所述微功率无线模块、 PLC通信模块与需求 响应主站进行通信;

7、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述可插拔控制 模块通过统一的可插拔接口与所述主控制器模块连接, 接收主控制器的控制命令, 经可插拔 控制模块内的处理器处理后产生控制信号, 控制信号通过可插拔控制模块的输出端口输出至 用能设备或系统, 用能单位所属的用能设备或系统内置的控制单元根据控制信号产生控制动 作。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述可插拔控制 模块根据现场所要控制的设备或系统选用控制器, 有电动阀门控制器、 温湿度控制器和开关 电路控制器; 所述电动阀门控制器、 温湿度控制器和开关电路控制器分别与用能设备或系统 连接。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元根 据用能设备或系统选用相关控制单元, 有电源电路开关器件、 阀门电动执行器、 加热设备控 制器、 制冷设备控制器和风机转速控制器, 其中控制单元与可插拔模块相对应。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块 与所述主控制器模块双向连接, 用于保存设备从需求响应主站接收需求响应命令或自身采集 的电气参数、 非电气参数、 参数曲线和本地事件。
11、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述电压、 电 流采样模块分别与所述电能计量模块单向连接, 所述电压、 电流采样模块通过电压互感器 PT 和电流互感器 CT采集用能设备或系统的电源线的电压、 电流, 再通过电能计量模块运算处 理获得电气参数。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述电能计量 模块与主控制器模块通过 SPI双向连接; 电气参数包括基本电气参数及电能质量参数;
所述基本电气参数包括电流、 电压、 功率和电能量;
所述电能质量参数包括电网频率、 电压有效值、 电流有效值、 总有功功率、 总无功功率 和功率因数。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应设备, 其特征在于, 所述设备包括 液晶显示模块和电源模块; 液晶显示模块为所述响应设备的输出装置, 用于显示设备的状态 信息和相关参数信息;电源模块为所述响应设备提供电源;所述电源模块采用电压互感器 PT、 外接交流电源或外接直流电源供电模式。
14、 一种基于需求响应具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其特征在于, 所述响应方法包 括下述内容:
( 1 ) 响应设备接收需求响应主站的需求响应信息;
(2) 响应设备从用能设备或系统的非电气参数、 电气参数及环境信息;
(3 )响应设备基于控制策略, 根据接收的需求响应信息、 用能设备或系统的参数输出控 制信号;
(4) 用能设备或系统接收控制信号;
( 5 ) 由用能设备或系统内的控制单元产生控制动作;
(6)响应设备向需求响应主站返回需求响应效果, 所述需求响应效果指所述响应设备通 过响应需求响应信息所能实现的需求响应效果。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其特征在于, 所述(1 ) 中, 所述需求响应主站按照下述步骤生成需求响应信息:
<1>根据统计、 整理的用能用户侧响应资源, 形成需求响应信息资源;
<2>基于电网实时负荷预测数据与电网历史典型日负荷数据,计算电网负荷缺口数据及相 应发生时间;
<3>需求响应主站根据电网负荷缺口数据及相应发生时间, 以及需求响应信息资源,生成 需求响应方案并执行;
<4>执行需求响应方案时,在电网负荷缺口到来前,发送需求响应信号至用能用户侧响应 设备。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其特征在于, 所述(3 ) 中, 所述响应设备按照下述步骤执行控制策略:
①所述响应设备根据接收的需求响应信号, 通过解析确定用能企业在某个时段所保持的 负荷水平;
②通过采集用能系统或设备的运行参数, 确定进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备;
③待需求响应信号中的时间到达时,进行需求响应控制的用能系统或设备执行控制策略。
17、 如权利要求 14所述的具备可插拔控制模块的响应方法, 其特征在于, 所述(3 ) 中,
1 )如果是简单控制, 响应设备根据接收的需求响应信息、 用能设备或系统的参数, 基于 响应设备内预设的控制策略生成控制信号;
2)如果是复杂控制, 响应设备上传用能设备或系统的状态及环境参数至响应主站, 响应 主站利用所述参数通过用能模型进行分析, 基于需求响应主站控制策略生成控制信号, 然后 发送回响应设备。
