本发明属于家用电器领域,特指一种智能料理家电的控制机构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对生活质量的要求也将越来越高,特别是与人们生活息息相关的饮食。对于不同的菜,其加工出来的口感会因烹饪材料、及烹饪时间和烹饪火候的不同而导致口感不同。
现有的家电都是根据家电自身设有的LED显示屏来人为设定烹饪时间和烹饪火候的控制参数,但是,对于相同的烹饪材料,也常常会因为烹饪时间及烹饪火候的掌控不恰当,导致做出来的食品口味不佳,影响口感。这种传统的依靠自身的LED显示屏来完成食品加工的家电,人们在使用时只能近距离接触操作,当家用电器因操作的不当,引发故障时,这种近距离操作给用户的安全带来了极大的安全隐患。
技术问题
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可实现自动搅拌、解冻、发酵、烘烤功能的烘烤机。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明之一种智能料理家电的控制机构,包括家电本体、设于该家电本体上用于记载家电本体信息的机型条码、及与该家电本体电性连接的控制器,其中:所述家电本体设有用于与该控制器电性结合的容纳空间,所述控制器与所述家电本体为可分离式结合机构,并包括装设收信器的收信器插口、用于读取SD卡的SD卡插口及操作面板,所述收信器可与该控制器分离,且可藉由网络与通信器连接。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述操作面板设有显示屏、调整键及启动键。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述通信器设有发信器和读取所述SD卡的SD卡端口。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述通信器还设有可读取条码信息的扫描器。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述通信器还设有线缆连接的数据接口。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述通信器为智能手机。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述通信器为掌上电脑。
在上述优选方案的基础上,所述家电本体为微波炉、电烤炉、电饭锅、电压力锅。
有益效果
本发明采用与机体可分离的控制器来对家电本体的进行远距离控制,克服了传统观念中的料理家电只能近距离操控的缺陷,不仅使得使用更加方便,而且增强了智能家电的使用安全性;同时,本发明还可通过设置在控制器上收信器、SD卡插口与通信器相结合从网络上直接下载合理食品加工的程序,实现食品料理程序的全自动化智能控制,从而使食品加工的时间及火候等加工参数得到最佳控制,以保证食品的口感。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为详细说明本发明之技术内容、构造特征、所达成目的及功效,以下兹例举实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1,并结合参阅图2至3所示,本发明提供一种智能料理家电的控制机构,包括家电本体10、及与该家电本体10电性连接的控制器20,其中:
该家电本体10设有用于记载该家电本体10信息的机型条码11、及用于容置控制器20的容纳空间12;
所述控制器20插入所述容纳空间12时,与该家电本体10电性相连,并设有用于控制家电本体10运作的操作面板21,所述操作面板21设有显示屏211、调整键212及启动键213。使用时,用户可将控制器20从家电本体10的容纳空间12中取下,离通过操作面板21上的调整键212来设定食物的烹饪方式、烹饪时间及烹饪火候等烹饪参数,然后再容纳空间12与该家电本体10合一,并按下启动键213,以实现对家电本体10的的有效控制。
请继续参阅图2和图3所示,该控制器20上还设有收信器插口22和SD卡插口23,分别用于装设收信器221及读取SD卡231信息,且所述收信器221与SD卡231为控制器20的可分离机构。使用时,当用户在控制器20上插入收信器221或SD卡231,用户便可通过控制器20的收信器221接收网络数据,用户通过显示屏211上的信息,可自由选择合理的菜单名、菜单条码、菜单编号、菜单配方下载至控制器20的SD卡231中,经过操控启动按键213,并藉此家电本体10自动执行匹配食物烘烤的作业。
请继续参阅图2和图3所示,本发明一种智能料理家电的控制机构,其控制器20还包括可连接网络的通信器30,该通信器30上设有发信器31和SD卡端口32;使用时,用户可通过通信器30与网络相连,下载所需的菜单名、菜单条码、菜单编号、菜单配方后,通过通信器30的发信器31发送至收信器221,被控制器20接收,进而控制家电本体10自动按照下载的烹饪参数自动完成食物的烹饪作业;用户也可以在通信器30的SD卡端口32中插入SD卡231,并通过通信器30下载所需烹饪程序至SD卡231中,下载完成后,取下SD卡231,将其安装至控制器20的SD卡插口23中,从而控制家电本体10自动完成烹饪工序。
请继续参阅图2和图3所示,作为本案的优选方案,所述通信器30还设有扫描器33;使用时,用户可通过扫描器33在家电本体10上扫描其机型条码11获取家电本体的信息参数,并通过通信器30经互联网将该家电本体10信息传递至网络服务器40进行数据交汇匹配,对适合该家电本体10的网络资料,如菜单名、菜单条码、菜单编号、菜单配方等下载到该通信器30,然后经发信器31及控制器20的收信器221传递该等数据,并经操作面板21进行烹饪食物的匹配设定,或不通过发信器31及收信器221传递,而是藉由该通信器30设有的SD卡端口32装入的SD卡231,即可手动在其操作面板21的SD卡插口23中取出该SD卡231,然后装入到SD卡端口32上,再通过该通信器30下载相关与机型匹配数据,如菜单条码、菜单编号、菜单调理条件等储存在该SD卡231上,再将储存有相关数据的该SD卡231转插回到操作面板21的SD卡插口23中,经过操控调整键22进行数据匹配交换,并藉此家电本体10自动执行匹配食物烘烤的作业。
在本发明创造中,本智能调理家电的控制结构,还包括装有食品的包装物50,在该包装物50上印刷有食品条码51,该食品条码设置有品名、重量及加工方法等信息,使用时,用扫描器33扫描该食品条码识别数据,扫描多次时以其累积数据传递到控制器20,并以此控制器20执行数据交汇匹配后传输到机体10进行自动的烘烤作业。
作为本案的优选方案,所述通信器设有用于进行网络数据交换的USB数据接口,所述通信器优选智能手机、掌上电脑。
作为本案的优选方案,所述智能家电本体为微波炉、电烤炉、电饭锅、电压力锅。
本发明一种智能料理家电的控制机构,采用与家电本体可分离的控制器,实现对家电本体的远距离控制,克服了传统观念中的料理家电只能近距离操控的缺陷,不仅使得使用更加方便,而且增强了智能家电的使用安全性;同时,在控制器的操作面板上设有调整键、收信器插口、及SD卡插口,并配合设有发信器31和SD卡端口32的通信器30,可与网络相连的,现食品烹饪程序多种获取途径,实现食品料理程序的最优化选择及全自动化控制,从而使得食品加工的时间及火候等烹饪条件得到最佳控制,以保证食品的口感。

  1. 一种智能料理家电的控制机构,包括家电本体、设于该家电本体上用于记载家电本体信息的机型条码、及与该家电本体电性连接的控制器,其特征在于:所述家电本体设有用于与该控制器电性结合的容纳空间,所述控制器与所述家电本体为可分离式结合机构,并包括装设收信器的收信器插口、用于读取SD卡的SD卡插口及操作面板,所述收信器可与该控制器分离,且可藉由网络与通信器连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述智能料理家电的控制机构,其特征在于:所述操作面板设有显示屏、调整键及启动键。
  3. 如权利要求1所述智能料理家电的控制机构,其特征在于:所述通信器设有发信器和读取所述SD卡的SD卡端口。
