扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构
技术领域
本发明有关一种扬声器磁性回路结构, 尤指一种在厚度受限制的情况下 不会降低效能的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构。 背景技术
习用扬声器的磁性回路, 其以导磁外罩包覆磁铁与导磁华斯, 并以一基 座将其贯穿固定, 然后透过交流电驱动磁铁及环形音圈的相对运动, 藉此使 扬声器的振膜震动以推动空气产生声音, 惟, 现时今日, 此种扬声器磁性回 路已不敷使用, 其原因在于现今电子产品均朝轻薄化发展, 因而挤压习用扬 声器内的空间, 导致磁铁与环形线圈不得不缩减其体积, 而当磁铁及环形线 圈缩减体积以配合有限空间时, 则导致其产生的磁力不足, 造成扬声器效能 不足。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种当厚度受限时可避免效能下降的扬声器磁性 回路的新颖结构。
为达上述目的, 本发明所提供的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构, 由一上导 磁部及一下导磁部所组成, 该上导磁部及下导磁部均为板体, 且上导磁部及 下导磁部之间夹有一导磁片, 并在导磁片分别与上导磁部及下导磁部所形成 的空间内设置磁铁, 其中磁铁与导磁片接近面的磁性与导磁片的磁极相同, 而该磁铁与上导磁部及下导磁部接近面的磁性亦与上导磁部及下导磁部为相 同磁极。 附图说明

请参阅图 1 , 本发明所提供的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构, 其主要是由上 导磁部 1、 下导磁部 2、 至少一个导磁片 3及若干磁铁 4所构成, 其中该上导 磁部 1及下导磁部 2均为板体, 该导磁片 3为一片状体, 且导磁片 3置于上 导磁部 1及下导磁部 2之间, 并与上导磁部 1及下导磁部 2分别形成可供磁 铁 4置入的空间, 另夕卜, 该磁铁 4与导磁片 3接近面的磁性与导磁片 3的磁 极相同,而该磁铁 4与上导磁部 1及下导磁部 2接近面的磁性亦与上导磁部 1 及下导磁部 2为相同磁极, 例如: 该磁铁 4与导磁片 3的接近面及导磁片 3 的磁极均为 S极,而磁铁 4与上导磁部 1和下导磁部 2的接近面及上导磁部 1 和下导磁部 2的磁极均为 N极, 反之, 当磁铁 4与导磁片 3的接近面及导磁 片 3的磁极均为 N极, 而磁铁 4与上导磁部 1和下导磁部 2的接近面及上导 磁部 1和下导磁部 2的磁极均为 S极。 请参阅图 2〜图 4, 本发明所提供的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构实施时, 主要包覆于一音箱 5内, 由于该上导磁部 1、 下导磁部 2及导磁片 3均与磁铁 4和其接近面的磁极相同, 透过同磁极相斥的原理, 会使上导磁部 1、 下导磁 部 2、 导磁片 3及磁铁 4互相排斥, 因此, 本发明利用胶水贴合、 无磁性铆钉 铆合或是用无磁性框架限定等固定手段将上导磁部 1、 下导磁部 2、 导磁片 3 及磁铁 4固定, 其中, 该音箱 5以定心支片 7将一环形音圈 6限定于音箱 5 内, 且环形音圈 6—侧容置于上导磁部 1与下导磁部 2间, 并包覆于导磁片 3 外缘, 而环形音圈 6另一侧则以粘胶、 焊接等粘合手段形成粘着点 83将锥盆 8底部固定于其上, 该锥盆 8侧缘为振膜 81、 82并以折环 9与音箱 5内侧壁 面相连结; 当透过交流电驱动环形音圈 6 时, 产生的磁力会推动环形音圈 6 以定心支片 7为支点进行平行位移, 当环形音圈 6位移时, 则推挤锥盆 8使 振膜 81、 82产生震动, 以推动空气产生声音; 另外, 请参阅图 3及图 4, 本 发明亦可于磁铁 4上涂抹磁液 41 ,使环形音圈 6受磁液 41的磁力定位于磁铁 4周缘, 当交流电驱动环形音圈 6时, 产生的磁力与磁铁 4交互作用, 而使环 形音圈 6进行平行位移, 因此, 即无须定位支片 7的设置。
另外, 请参阅图 5〜图 6, 发明所提供的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构, 该 上导磁部 1两侧分别延伸一导磁板 10与下导磁部 2连接, 或于上导磁部 1与 下导磁部 2两侧各以一导磁板 10向两者中间延伸且不相接, 致使上导磁部 1 及下导磁部 2 两侧不致形成开放式空间, 可使本发明所提供的扬声器磁性回 路的新颖结构在透过交流电驱动环形音圈 6 时, 两侧会产生磁力线与环形音 圈 6相切, 并在侧面增加磁力线和环型线圈 6 交互作用。
本发明所提供的扬声器磁性回路的新颖结构, 在当电子产品因轻薄化而 使缩减厚度时, 不会如习知因空间不足而导致磁力受限并发生效能不足的问 题, 因为本发明透过磁极相同互相排斥以形成的空间厚度较习知结构小, 且 当厚度受限时, 仅需增加长度以增加磁铁 4体积, 即可弥补磁力损失。
综上所述, 本案不但在空间型态上确属创新, 并能较习用物品增进上述 多项功效, 应已充分符合新颖性及进步性的法定新型专利要件, 因此依法提 出申请, 恳请贵局核准本件新型专利申请案, 以励发明, 至感德便。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种扬声器磁性回路的新颖构造, 包括:
一上导磁部, 该上导磁部为一板体;
一下导磁部, 该下导磁部为一板体; 并与上导磁部包夹导磁片与磁铁于 其两者之间;
至少一个导磁片, 该导磁片为分隔上导磁部与下导磁部, 并分别与上导 磁部及下导磁部形成可供磁铁置入的空间; 以及
若干磁铁, 该磁铁与导磁片接近面的磁性与导磁片的磁极相同, 而该磁 铁与上导磁部及下导磁部接近面的磁性亦与上导磁部及下导磁部为相同磁 极。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的扬声器磁性回路的新颖构造, 其中该磁铁与导磁 片的接近面及导磁片的磁极均为 S极, 而磁铁与上导磁部和下导磁部的接近 面及上导磁部和下导磁部的磁极均为 N极。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的扬声器磁性回路的新颖构造, 其中该磁铁与导磁 片的接近面及导磁片的磁极均为 N极, 而磁铁与上导磁部和下导磁部的接近 面及上导磁部和下导磁部的磁极均为 S极。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的扬声器磁性回路的新颖构造, 其中该上导磁部两 侧分别延伸一导磁板与下导磁部连接。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的扬声器磁性回路的新颖构造, 其中该上导磁部与 下导磁部两侧各以一导磁板向两者中间延伸且不相接。
