多模手机是指可以在不同的网络模式下工作的手机。 网络模式可以是 GSM (Global System of Mobile communication, 全球移动通讯系统) 或者 WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 宽带码分多址) 等。
同时, 随着通信网络的升级, 新兴的 LTE (Long Term Evolution, 长期 演进)逐渐成为当前较为流行的网络模式, 相应的, 多模手机也发展成为可以 支持 GSM、 WCDMA或者 LTE等网络模式中的两种或者两种以上的手机。 在多模 手机的工作过程中,多模手机可以请求使用两种或者两种以上的网络模式中的 一种网络模式下的网络。 比如, 多模手机可以支持 GSM和 LTE两种网络模式, 则当多模手机所处环境的 LTE网络模式下的网络质量高于 GSM网络模式下的网 络质量时, 多模手机可以请求使用 LTE网络模式下的网络。
在实现本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在如下问题: 由于多模手机中的 SIM (Subscriber Identity Module, 客户识别模块) /USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module, 全球用户识别卡) 卡可能 只在 GSM或者 WCDMA的网络模式下开户, 而并未在 LTE网络模式下开户, 所以当 多模手机使用这种类型的 SIM/USIM卡来请求使用 LTE网络模式下的网络时, 多 模手机可能会被网络侧拒绝,从而使得多模手机将当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡误判 为非法卡,这就导致多模手机不能继续使用 SIM/USIM卡中已经开户的其它网络 模式下的网络。 发明内容
为了解决现有技术中当多模手机使用 SIM/USIM卡未在当前请求使用的网 络模式下开户时, 多模手机将当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡误判为非法卡, 从而导 致的多模手机不能继续使用 SIM/USIM卡中已经开户的其它网络模式下的网络 的问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种网络限制方法、 设备和系统。所述技术方案 如下:
第一方面, 提供了一种网络限制方法, 用于终端中, 所述网络限制方法包 括:
发送认证信息至基站, 以便所述基站在接收到所述认证信息之后, 根据所 述认证信息检测所述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户,并根据检测 结果发送反馈信息;
接收所述基站发送的所述反馈信息;
若所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,限制所述终端 再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述限制所述终端再次请求使用 所述网络模式下的网络之前, 还包括:
获取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识;
检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与所述基站的公共陆地移动 网络标识相同;
若检测结果为相同且所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下 开户, 则执行所述限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络的歩骤。
结合第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所 述获取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识, 包括:
接收所述基站发送的系统信息;
从所述系统信息中读取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识。
在第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,所述若所述反馈信息表示所述终 端没有在所述网络模式下开户,限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的 网络, 包括:

接收预定触发信号;
在接收到所述预定触发信号之后,解除对所述终端再次请求使用所述网络 模式下的网络的限制;
其中,所述预定触发信号包括重启所述终端的触发信号或者将所述终端在 所述网络模式下开户的触发信号。
第二方面, 提供了一种网络限制方法, 用于基站中, 所述网络限制方法包 括:
接收终端发送的认证信息;
根据所述认证信息检测所述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户; 根据检测结果发送反馈信息至所述终端,以便所述终端在接收到的所述反 馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户时,限制所述终端再次请求使 用所述网络模式下的网络。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案的有益效果是: 通过发送认证信息至基站, 使得基站在接收到认证信息之后, 根据认证信 息检测终端是否在基站提供的网络模式下开户,并根据检测结果发送反馈信息 从而当接收到的反馈信息表示终端没有在网络模式下开户时,限制终端再次请 求使用网络模式下的网络;解决了现有技术中当多模手机使用 SIM/USIM卡未在 当前请求使用的网络模式下开户时,多模手机将当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡误判为 非法卡,从而导致的多模手机不能继续使用 SIM/USIM卡中已经开户的其它网络 模式下的网络的问题, 达到了当终端没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户时, 只 是限制终端不能请求使用该网络模式下的网络,而可以继续请求使用其他网络 模式下的网络的效果。 附图说明

歩骤 203, 基站根据认证信息检测终端是否在基站提供的网络模式下开户; 由于多模手机可以支持两种或者两种以上的网络模式,而多模手机使用的 SIM/USIM 卡可能只在其中的一种或者某几种模式下开户, 并且当基站提供的 网络模式是多模手机的 SIM/USIM卡未开户的网络模式时, 基站将拒绝多模手 机的接入, 也即不允许多模手机使用基站提供的网络模式下的网络,所以在基 站接收到多模手机发送的认证信息之后,基站可以根据认证信息检测多模手机 是否在基站提供的网络模式下开户。
具体的, 由于多模手机使用的 SIM/USIM卡在某种网络模式下开户时, 运 营商可以存储 SIM/USIM卡的 IMSI信息,所以基站根据认证信息检测多模手机 是否在基站提供的网络模式下开户的歩骤, 可以包括: 基站在预存的数据库中 检测是否存在与多模手机发送的认证信息中的 IMSI相同的 IMSI。 当然, 在具 体实现时还可以采用其他的方法来检测, 本实施例对此并不做限定。
歩骤 204, 基站根据认证信息检测终端的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与基 站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;
为了获知多模手机当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡所对应的运营商与基站提供的 网络服务所对应的运营商是否相同,从而判定多模手机当前请求使用的网络的 网络模式与基站提供的网络模式是否是由同一个运营商提供的不同的网络模 式,基站还可以根据认证信息检测终端的 PLMN(Public Land Mobile Network, 公共陆地移动网络) 是否与基站的 PL删相同。
具体的, 基站在接收到多模手机发送的认证信息之后, 基站可以从认证信 息中的 IMS I中获取多模手机的 PLMN。其中, IMS I可以包括 MCC( Mob i 1 e Country Code,移动国家码)、 MNC (Mobile Network Code,移动网络码)和 MSIN (Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 移动用户识别号码), 而 PLMN可以包括 MCC和删 C, 所以基站可以从 IMSI中读取多模手机的 PL删。 在基站读取到多 模手机的 PL删之后,基站可以检测多模手机的 PLMN是否与基站的 PL删相同。 需要补充说明的一点是, 在具体实现时, 基站可以先执行歩骤 203后执行 歩骤 204, 也可以先执行歩骤 204然后再执行歩骤 203, 只要在基站发送反馈 信息至多模手机之前执行即可, 本实施例对其先后顺序并不做限定;
需要补充说明的另一点是,在具体实现时, 基站为了告诉周边的终端可以 尝试请求使用基站提供的网络,基站可以周期性的通过广播消息的形式发送系 统信息, 系统信息中包括基站的 PLMN , 所以在本实施例中, 当多模手机接收 到系统信息之后, 多模手机还可以根据系统信息中的 PLMN 检测多模手机的 PLMN是否与基站的 PliiN相同, 并发送检测结果至基站, 此时基站可以不执行 歩骤 204, 而是根据接收到的检测结果以及歩骤 203的检测结果发送反馈信息 至多模手机, 本实施例对此并不做限定。
歩骤 205, 基站根据检测结果发送反馈信息至终端;
当基站执行完歩骤 203和歩骤 204 的歩骤之后, 基站可以根据歩骤 203 和歩骤 204的检测结果发送反馈信息至多模手机。其中,检测结果可以包括多 模手机没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户且多模手机的 PL删 与基站的 PLMN 相同、 多模手机在基站提供的网络模式下开户且多模手机的 PLMN 与基站的 PLMN相同以及多模手机没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户且多模手机的 PLMN 与基站的 PLMN不同中的任一种。
具体的, 由于当基站拒绝多模手机使用基站提供的网络模式下的网络时, 基站可以通过发送拒绝原因值的方式来发送反馈信息至多模手机;所以在本实 施例中,当检测结果包括多模手机没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户且多模手 机的 PLMN与基站的 PLMN相同时, 基站可以发送预定拒绝原因值至多模手机。 其中,预定拒绝原因值是基站提供的网络模式所对应的通信协议中新增的原因 值。 比如, 基站提供的网络模式为 LTE网络模式并且此时基站拒绝多模手机, 则基站可以发送 LTE对应的通信协议 3GPP 24. 301中新增的拒绝原因值至多模 手机; 基站提供的网络模式为 WCDMA网络模式并且此时基站拒绝多模手机时, 基站可以发送 WCDMA对应的通信协议 3GPP 24. 008中新增的拒绝原因值至多模 手机。
比如, 多模手机支持 GSM 和 LTE 两种网络模式, 多模手机当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡是移动的 2G卡, 只在 GSM的网络模式下开户, 而未在 LTE网络模 式下开户, 则当多模手机请求使用移动的 4G网络也即 LTE网络模式下的网络 时, 提供移动 LTE网络模式的基站可以发送 3GPP 24. 301中新增的拒绝原因值 #112至多模手机; 类似的, 当多模手机支持 GSM和 WCDMA两种网络模式, 多 模手机使用的 SIM/USIM卡是联通的 2G卡,只在 GSM网络模式下开户未在 WCDMA 网络模式下开户, 则当多模手机请求使用联通的 3G网络也即 WCDMA网络模式 下的网络时, 提供联通 3G网络模式的基站可以发送 3GPP 24. 008中新增的拒 绝原因值 #112至多模手机。
当检测结果为多模手机在基站提供的网络模式下开户, 并且多模手机的 PL删与基站的 PL删相同, 则此时基站可以发送确认信息给多模手机, 从而使 得多模手机使用基站提供的网络模式下的网络, 本实施例对此不再赘述;
当检测结果为多模手机未在基站提供的网络模式下开户,并且多模手机的
PLMN与基站的 PL删不同, 则此时说明为多模手机提供服务的运营商与为基站 提供服务的运营商并不是同一运营商,所以基站可以采用现有的拒绝原因值作 为反馈信息发送至终端, 本实施例在此不再赘述。
需要补充说明的是, 本实施例只是以使用 #112 号拒绝原因值为例, 在具 体实现时, 还可以使用通信协议中空闲原因值中的任一个, 并且 3GPP 24. 301 和 3GPP 24. 008中使用的拒绝原因值可以相同也可以不同, 本实施例对此并不 做限定;

相应的, 多模手机可以接收基站发送的反馈信息。

当多模手机接收到的反馈信息表示多模手机没有在基站提供的网络模式 下开户并且多模手机的 PLMN与基站的 PLMN相同,则说明多模手机此时使用的 SIM/USIM卡与基站提供网络的运营商是同一个运营商, 只是 SIM/USIM卡未在 基站提供的网络模式下开户,所以此时, 多模手机可以限制多模手机再次请求 使用基站提供的网络模式下的网络。
比如, 多模手机接收到的反馈信息为 #112, 则多模手机可以知道多模手机 使用的 SIM/USIM 卡没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户并且 SIM/USIM 卡的 PLMN与基站的 PL删相同, 所以多模手机将不再尝试请求基站提供的网络模式 下的网络。

具体的, 由于在多模手机重启后, 多模手机使用的 SIM/USIM卡可能被更 换, 也即重启后的多模手机中的 SIM/USIM卡可能是在此前拒绝多模手机的基 站提供的网络模式下开户的 SIM/USIM卡, 而此时基站可以允许多模手机请求 使用网络模式下的网络,所以当多模手机接收到重启多模手机的触发信号之后, 多模手机将解除对多模手机再次请求使用网络模式下的网络的限制; 同时,在 多模手机处于被限制的过程中, 用户可能到运营商处将多模手机的 SIM/USIM 卡在基站提供的网络模式下开户,而开户后的多模手机可以使用基站提供的网 络模式下的网络,所以在多模手机接收到将多模手机在网络模式下开户的触发 信号之后,多模手机将解除对多模手机再次请求使用网络模式下的网络的限制。
需要说明的是, 本实施例只是以上述预定触发信号为例, 在具体实现时, 用户可以根据自身的使用需求对多模手机进行设置,从而使得多模手机在接收 到用户设置的触发信号之后也解除对多模手机再次请求使用网络模式下的网 络的限制, 本实施例对此并不做限定。

比如, 多模手机支持 GSM 和 LTE 两种网络模式, 多模手机当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡是只在 GSM网络模式下开户而未在 LTE网络模式下开户的卡, 则 当多模手机请求使用 LTE 网络模式下的网络时, 基站可以发送 3GPP 24. 301 中新增的拒绝原因值 #112至多模手机; 类似的, 当多模手机支持 GSM和 WCDMA 两种网络模式, 多模手机使用的 SIM/USIM卡是只在 GSM网络模式下开户而未 在 WCDMA网络模式下开户的卡,则当多模手机请求使用 WCDMA网络模式下的网 络时,基站可以发送发送 3GPP 24. 008中新增的拒绝原因值 #112至多模手机。
当基站的检测结果为多模手机在基站提供的网络模式下开户,则基站可以 发送确认信息至多模手机, 本实施例在此不再赘述。
需要补充说明的一点是, 本实施例只是以使用 #112 号拒绝原因值为例, 在具体实现时, 还可以使用通信协议中空闲原因值中的任一个, 并且 3GPP 24. 301和 3GPP 24. 008中使用的拒绝原因值可以相同也可以不同, 本实施例 对此并不做限定;
需要补充说明的另一点是,由于本实施例中是由多模手机来检测多模手机 的 PLMN与基站的 PLMN是否相同,所以在基站发送反馈信息时基站并不考虑多 模手机的 PLMN是否与基站的 PLMN相同,只要检测到多模手机未在基站提供的 网络模式下开户就发送反馈信息, 本实施例在此不再赘述。

需要说明的是, 在实际实现时, 为了降低多模手机的计算复杂度, 歩骤 306 可以在多模手机接收到的反馈信息表示多模手机没有在基站提供的网络 模式下开户时才执行, 本实施例在此不再赘述。
歩骤 308, 接收预定触发信号;

综上所述, 本实施例提供的终端, 通过发送认证信息至基站, 使得基站在 接收到认证信息之后,根据认证信息检测终端是否在基站提供的网络模式下开 户, 并根据检测结果发送反馈信息, 从而当接收到的反馈信息表示终端没有在 网络模式下开户时, 限制终端再次请求使用网络模式下的网络; 解决了现有技 术中当多模手机使用 SIM/USIM卡未在当前请求使用的网络模式下开户时, 多 模手机将当前使用的 SIM/USIM卡误判为非法卡, 从而导致的多模手机不能继 续使用 SIM/USIM卡中已经开户的其它网络模式下的网络的问题, 达到了当终 端没有在基站提供的网络模式下开户时,只是限制终端不能请求使用该网络模 式下的网络, 而可以继续请求使用其他网络模式下的网络的效果。 实施例 ^一
请参考图 12, 其示出了本发明实施例十一提供的基站的结构方框图, 该 基站可以包括: 接收机 810、 处理器 820和发射机 830;
接收机 810, 用于接收终端发送的认证信息;
处理器 820, 用于根据所述接收机 810接收到的所述认证信息检测所述终 端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户;
发射机 830, 用于根据所述处理器 820的检测结果发送反馈信息至所述终 端,以便所述终端在接收到的所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式 下开户时, 限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。

在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述第二发送模块, 还用于发送系统信息至 所述终端, 所述系统信息携带有所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识。

所述处理器 820, 还用于根据所述认证信息检测所述终端的公共陆地移动 网络标识是否与所述网络侧的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种网络限制方法, 用于终端中, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 发送认证信息至基站, 以便所述基站在接收到所述认证信息之后, 根据所 述认证信息检测所述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户,并根据检测 结果发送反馈信息;
接收所述基站发送的所述反馈信息;
若所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,限制所述终端 再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述限制所述终 端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络之前, 还包括:
获取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识;
检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与所述基站的公共陆地移动 网络标识相同;
若检测结果为相同且所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下 开户, 则执行所述限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络的歩骤。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取所述基 站的公共陆地移动网络标识, 包括:
接收所述基站发送的系统信息;
从所述系统信息中读取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述若所述反馈 信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,限制所述终端再次请求使用所 述网络模式下的网络, 包括:
若所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户并且所述终端 的公共陆地移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同,限制所述 终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述限 制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络之后, 还包括:
接收预定触发信号;
在接收到所述预定触发信号之后,解除对所述终端再次请求使用所述网络 模式下的网络的限制;
其中,所述预定触发信号包括重启所述终端的触发信号或者将所述终端在 所述网络模式下开户的触发信号。
6、 一种网络限制方法, 用于基站, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 接收终端发送的认证信息;
根据所述认证信息检测所述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户; 根据检测结果发送反馈信息至所述终端,以便所述终端在接收到的所述反 馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户时,限制所述终端再次请求使 用所述网络模式下的网络。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的网络限制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括: 发送所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识至所述终端,以便所述终端在接收 到所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识之后,检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络 标识是否与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;若检测结果为相同且所述 反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,则执行所述限制所述终端 再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络的歩骤。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述发送所述基 站的公共陆地移动网络标识至所述终端, 包括:
发送系统信息至所述终端,所述系统信息携带有所述基站的公共陆地移动 网络标识。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据检测结 果发送反馈信息至所述终端之前, 还包括:
根据所述认证信息检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与所述基 站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;
当检测结果为所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地 移动网络标识相同时,执行所述根据检测结果发送反馈信息至所述终端的歩骤。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据检测结 果发送反馈信息至所述终端, 包括:
添加所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络 标识相同的检测结果至所述反馈信息;
发送所述反馈信息至所述终端,以便所述终端在接收到的所述反馈信息表 示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户并且所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标 识与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同时,限制所述终端再次请求使用所 述网络模式下的网络。
11、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括:
信息发送模块,用于发送认证信息至基站, 以便所述基站在接收到所述认 证信息之后,根据所述认证信息检测所述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式 下开户, 并根据检测结果发送反馈信息;
信息接收模块, 用于接收所述基站发送的所述反馈信息;
网络限制模块,用于若所述信息接收模块接收到的所述反馈信息表示所述 终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下 的网络。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 标识获取模块, 用于获取所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识;
标识检测模块,用于检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与所述标 识获取模块获取到的所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;
第一限制模块,用于若所述标识检测模块的检测结果为相同且所述反馈信 息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,则执行所述限制所述终端再次请 求使用所述网络模式下的网络的歩骤。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述标识获取模块, 包 括:
信息接收单元, 用于接收所述基站发送的系统信息;
标识获取单元,用于从所述信息接收单元接收到的所述系统信息中读取所 述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述网络限制模块,还用于若所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络 模式下开户并且所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地移 动网络标识相同, 限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
15、 根据权利要求 11至 14任一所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包 括:
信号接收模块, 用于接收预定触发信号;
限制解除模块, 用于在所述信号接收模块接收到所述预定触发信号之后, 解除对所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络的限制;
其中,所述预定触发信号包括重启所述终端的触发信号或者将所述终端在 所述网络模式下开户的触发信号。
16、 一种基站, 其特征在于, 所述基站包括:
信息接收模块, 用于接收终端发送的认证信息;
网络检测模块,用于根据所述信息接收模块接收到的所述认证信息检测所 述终端是否在所述基站提供的网络模式下开户;
第一发送模块,用于根据所述网络检测模块的检测结果发送反馈信息至所 述终端,以便所述终端在接收到的所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络 模式下开户时, 限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述基站还包括: 第二发送模块, 用于发送所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识至所述终端, 以便所述终端在接收到所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识之后,检测所述终端 的公共陆地移动网络标识是否与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;若检 测结果为相同且所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户,则执 行所述限制所述终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络的歩骤。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的网络限制方法, 其特征在于,
所述第二发送模块, 还用于发送系统信息至所述终端,所述系统信息携带 有所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述基站, 还包括: 标识检测模块,用于根据所述认证信息检测所述终端的公共陆地移动网络 标识是否与所述网络侧的公共陆地移动网络标识相同;
第三发送模块,用于当检测结果为所述终端的公共陆地移动网络标识与所 述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同时,执行所述根据检测结果发送反馈信息 至所述终端的歩骤。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的基站, 其特征在于, 所述第一发送模块, 包 括:
结果添加单元,用于添加所述标识检测模块检测到的所述终端的公共陆地 移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同的检测结果至所述反 馈信息;
信息发送单元,用于发送所述反馈信息至所述终端, 以便所述终端在接收 到的所述反馈信息表示所述终端没有在所述网络模式下开户并且所述终端的 公共陆地移动网络标识与所述基站的公共陆地移动网络标识相同时,限制所述 终端再次请求使用所述网络模式下的网络。
21、一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 其包括如权利要求 11至 15任一所述的 终端以及如权利要求 16至 20任一所述的基站。
