实施例一:
如图 1 所示, 本实施例提供了一种通信终端的信息处理方法, 当该通 信终端作为主叫方时, 本实施例的信息处理方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 101 : 接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
步骤 102: 在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息或者 所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令发 送给被叫方、 供被叫方获取所述来电事由信息并显示。
本实施例的主叫方法能够使通话发起方和接收方在未接通电话之前, 就能明确了解谈话的内容, 解决这种"通话两难"现象。 本实施例中, 来电事 由信息为通话发起方发起通话需要和接收方谈论的主要内容, 例如可以为 会议、 聊天、 工作等, 本实施例的主叫方法可以适用于语音通话, 还适用 视频电话。 来电事由信息包括: 文本、 符号, 也可以包括图片、 表情图标 等。
在本实施例的通信终端上, 用户可以通过终端输入系统或者其他外部 输入系统输入与将要进行通话的联系人(即被叫联系人)的来电事由信息; 也可以是预定义的默认事件中的一种。 例如: 如图 2所示, 用户输入被叫 联系人的来电事由信息的方式可以是在联系人界面, 搜索到想拨打的联系 人后, 通过菜单、 点击图标或手势添加来电事由信息; 或者, 如图 3所示, 在拨号盘界面, 输入联系人号码或找到联系人后, 通过菜单、 点击图标或 手势添加来电事由信息; 或者, 在通话记录界面, 找到联系人后, 通过菜 单、 图标或手势添加"来电事由,,诸如此类。另外,其他一些界面, 比如图库, 浏览器, 记事本, 备忘录等可以发起通话的界面也包括在内。 总之本实施 例的信息处理方法可以适用于在任意可以发起通话的界面输入来电事由信 息。 另外, 本实施例输入被叫联系人的来电事由信息也可以是先编辑好来 电事由信息, 然后添加需要呼叫的被叫联系人, 例如在终端设计一个专门 编辑来电事由信息的界面, 用户可以先编辑想要告知被叫方的来电事由信 息, 然后再添加被叫方的联系号码。 本实施例中输入被叫联系人的来电事 由信息可以是本领域技术人员所熟知的输入方式。
本实施例的主叫方法通过呼叫指令将所述来电事由信息或者来电事由 信息对应的索引信息发送给被叫方。 将来电事由信息或索引信息添加到呼 叫指令中, 由呼叫指令携带来电事由信息或索引信息给被叫方。 这样被叫 方就可以从呼叫指令中直接提取来电事由信息并显示或根据索引信息检索 出来电事由信息并显示, 使得被叫方在通话之前就可以知道本次通话所涉 及到的内容, 被叫方可以根据自身所处的环境和通话的重要性选择接、 或 者不接电话, 提升了用户的体验。
本实施例中, 将来电事由信息或者来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加 1、 对所述来电事由信息按照预设方式进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由 信息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参数中, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令 原本携带的端到端参数、 或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数;
例如: 终端在发起 CS ( Circuit Switch, 电路交换)呼叫时, 可以将来 电事由编码到呼叫指令的原本携带的参数中, 例如可以将来电事由信息编 码到 Setup指令(呼叫建立指令)端到端的参数( User-User参数) 中, 按 照 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第三代合作伙伴计划)的定义, 最大可以传输 32个字节 (byte ) 的信息。 将事由信息通过一定的编码方式 (可以字符编码, 数据流编码, 编码方式不仅仅局限于这两种)进行编码, 然后将编码后的信息添加到 User-User参数中。 为了接收方能正确解码, 各 种可能的编码方式必须能够相互区别, 而且必须把来电事由和 User-User参 数传递的其他应用内容区分开来。 编码后的 User-User参数包括: 表示编码 类型的内容和字符串内容, 所述字符串内容由关键词和所述来电事由信息 组成。 例如呼叫方设置来电事由是 "Meeting", 发起呼叫请求。 呼叫请求指 令中包含 User-User参数, 其编码内容见图 4。 User-User参数内容的类型是 以字符形式编码( IA5 characters ); 字符串内容为 "X-Call-Cause: Meeting" , 其中关键词是 "X-Call-Cause: ", 事由信息紧跟在关键词之后。
2、将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端 参数中, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参数、 或者呼 叫指令中扩展的端到端参数;
例如:终端在发起 CS呼叫时,对 Setup的参数进行扩展,扩展目前 3GPP 对 setup参数的定义, 新增一个类型叫 X-Call-Cause的参数。 该参数仅仅提 供有限的呼叫事由信息, 用户只能在有限事由中选择一个, 该内容占用 1 byte, 表示预定义的事由的序号, 而不是事由文本信息。 如图 5所示, 预定 义了 3种事由以及对应的序号, 呼叫方选择来电事由 "Meeting", 发起呼叫 请求。 呼叫指令 SETUP包含参数 X-Call-Cause字段, 其值是 Meeting选项 的序号, 等于 0x01 即索引值, 其编码见图 6, 被叫当接收到 X-Call-Cause 的参数根据该参数中索引值(0x01 )检索到相应的来电事由信息。 此情况 下, 主叫方与被叫方事先约定好定义的来电事由。
3、对所述来电事由信息进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信息添加到呼 叫指令的头字段中;
例如: 当发起 VoIP ( Voice over Internet Protocol, 网络电话)呼叫时, 将来电事由信息编码到 Invite (请求 )指令的 header (头字段)中; 该 header 可以是 VoIP中已经定义的 header,或者是厂商自己扩展的 header;该 header 必须能实现端到端的传输, 在传输的过程中不会被网络删除或者替换。 其 格式为: X-Call-Cause:<content><CRLF>。 其中, 所述 X-Call-Cause表示事 由类型, content表示事由内容, 其值可以是用户输入的信息, 也可以是预 定义的有限事由信息的一种。 呼叫方选择来电事由 "Meeting", 发起 VOIP 呼叫请求, 呼叫指令 Invite指令携带在 X-Call-Cause字段中携带呼叫事由, 编码后的字段为 "X-Call-Cause: Meeting",该 header被透明传输到被叫方, 其编码内容见图 7。
4、 将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令的头字段中; 例如: 当发起 VoIP呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加 到 Invite指令的头字段 header中; 如图 5所示, 预定义了 3种事由以及对 应的序号, 呼叫方选择来电事由 "Meeting", 发起呼叫请求, 主叫终端将预 定义事由信息对应的序号作为索引信息添加到 header中, 被叫方根据该索 引信息检索相应的来电事由信息并显示。
本实施例中通信终端可以通过 CS ( Circuit Switch, 电路交换)或者 PS ( Packet Switch, 分组交换)或者 VoIP ( Voice over Internet Protocol, 网络 电话)呼叫作为被叫的通信终端。
本实施例的主叫方法还可以在来电事由信息输入后, 暂时存储在手机 存储系统之中, 在用户发起一次呼叫后, 即消失, 不再显示。 下次对此联 系人发起呼叫时, 可以提示发起呼叫方, 是否发送来电事由。
实施例二:
如图 8所示, 本实施例提供了一种终端的被叫方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 801 : 在响应主叫方的呼叫时接收主叫方发送的呼叫指令; 步骤 802: 从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析出来电事由信息、或者根据所 述呼叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息。
本实施例的被叫方法可以接收主叫方发送的呼叫指令, 从所述呼叫指 令中直接提取并解析出来电事由信息或者根据索引信息检索出来电事由信 息, 然后进行显示, 使得被叫方能够在通话之前就能够了解本次通话的主 要内容, 提升了用户的体验。
本实施例提供了以下几种从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析出来电事由信 息或者根据所述呼叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息的方式:
1、 检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 检测该端 到端参数中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对提取的来电事由信息进行解 码, 显示解码后的来电事由信息, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原本携带 的端到端参数、 或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数。
例如: 对于 CS呼叫的 Setup指令的 User-User参数, 该字段见图 3。被 叫方检索到该参数内容的类型是以字符串形式编码( IA5 characters ), 而且 其值包含关键词" X-Call-Cause: ", 则获得其后面的字符串" Meeting", 并将 其作为来电事由。
2、 检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 从该端到 端参数中提取来电事由信息对应的索引信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出 对应的来电事由信息并显示, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原本携带的端 到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数。
例如: 对于 CS呼叫的 Setup指令的 X-Call-Cause扩展参数, 该字段见 图 5。 被叫方得到其内容值为 0x01, 然后查找图 5预定义的事由信息, 找 到 0x01对应的字符信息为" Meeting", 并将其作为来电事由并显示。
3、 检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在编码后的来电事由信息, 若 存在, 则从该所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对 提取的来电事由信息进行解码, 显示解码后的来电事由信息。
例如: VOIP呼叫的 INVITE指令包含 X-Call-Cause字段, 字段内容见 图 7。 被叫方检测到 INVITE指令存在 X-Call-Cause字段, 则获得该字段内 容, 该字段是字符串, 则直接将字符串提取出来作为来电事由, 将字符串 解码为原始输入的信息, 图 7中其内容为 Meeting, 就将 Meeting将其作为 来电事由。
4、 检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在来电事由信息对应的索引信 息, 若存在, 则从所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取来电事由信息对应的索引 信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出对应的来电事由信息并显示。
例如: 在 VOIP呼叫中, 被叫方检测到 INVITE指令存在 X-Call-Cause 字段, 则获得该字段内容, 当该字段是索引值, 则根据索引值检索事由信 息。 应用如图 5的列表时, 当索引值为 0x01, 被叫方就将 0x01作为索引值 在如图 5的列表中查找, 查找出本次来电事由信息为 "Meeting"。
采用本实施例的终端被叫的方法在主叫终端发起呼叫后, 在接收方的 终端界面中, 显示撰写的"来电事由"如图 9。
本实施例的方法能够使通话发起方和接收方在未接通电话之前, 就能 明确了解谈话的内容, 解决这种"通话两难"现象。
实施例三:
如图 10所示, 本实施例提供了一种主叫终端 10, 包括: 接收模块 101 以及呼叫发起模块 102;
所述接收模块 101, 配置为接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
所述呼叫发起模块 102, 配置为在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所 述来电事由信息或者所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令 中, 将所述呼叫指令发送给被叫方供被叫方获取所述来电事由信息并显示。
本实施例的呼叫发起模块, 配置为通过呼叫指令将被叫联系人的来电 事由信息发送给被叫方、 或者通过呼叫指令将来电事由信息的索引信息发 送给被叫方, 使得被叫终端能够获取来电事由信息并显示。
本实施例呼叫发起模块在发起呼叫时将所述来电事由信息、 或者来电 事由信息对应的索引信息添加至呼叫指令的具体过程如下, 参考实施例一 中相应部分的描述: 对所述来电事由信息按照预设方式进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信 息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参数中, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原 本携带的端到端参数、 或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参 数中, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参数、 或者呼叫指 令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
对所述来电事由信息进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信息添加到呼叫 指令的头字段中; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令的头字段中。 本实施例的主叫终端可以在呼叫过程中将来电事由信息或者索引信息 发送给被叫方, 被叫方可以接收显示该来电事由信息或者在双方的预定义 的来电事由信息表格中检索出来电事由信息, 使得通话双方能够在通话之 前就能够明确通话内容。 因此, 可解决上述"通话两难"的问题。
本实施例的通信终端还可以在来电事由信息输入后, 暂时存储在手机 存储系统之中, 在用户发起一次呼叫后即消失, 不再显示。 下次对此联系 人发起呼叫时, 可以提示发起呼叫方, 是否发送来电事由。 如图 11所示, 本实施例的主叫终端 10还包括存储模块 103, 配置为在呼叫之前, 将来电 事由信息暂时存储在手机存储系统之中; 当下次对此联系人发起呼叫起, 可以提示发起呼叫方, 是否发送之前输入的来电事由信息。
本实施例中, 所述接收模块 101、 呼叫发起模块 102可由主叫终端 10 中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit, CPU ), 数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor, DSP )或可编程遝辑阵列 ( Field - Programmable Gate Array, FPGA ) 实现, 所述存储模块 103可通过存储器实现。
实施例四:
如图 12所示, 本实施例提供了一种被叫终端 20, 包括: 呼叫响应模块 201、 信息获取模块 202和显示模块 203 ;
所述呼叫响应模块 201, 配置为在响应主叫方的呼叫时接收主叫方发 送的呼叫指令;

本实施例中信息获取模块 202, 配置为接收主叫方发送的呼叫指令,从 所述呼叫指令中提取来电事由信息或者从呼叫指令中提取索 ^ )信息, 根据 索引信息获取来电事由信息, 主叫被方通过呼叫指令实现通话前显示来电 事由信息。

本实施例的被叫终端可以接收主叫方发送的来电事由信息并显示, 使 接收方能够在通话之前了解本次通话的内容, 提升用户的体验。
实施例五:
如图 13所示, 本实施例提供了一种通信方法, 能够实现主被叫双方在 通话之前可以明确本次通话的内容, 该通信方法具体包括:
步骤 1301 : 主叫方接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
步骤 1302: 在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息或 者所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令 发送给被叫方;
步骤 1303 : 被叫方在响应主叫方的呼叫时, 接收主叫方发送的呼叫指 令;
步骤 1304: 从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析出来电事由信息或者根据所 述呼叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息。

本实施例的系统能够使通话发起方和接收方在未接通电话之前, 就能 明确了解谈话的内容, 解决这种"通话两难"现象。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端的主叫方法, 该方法包括:
接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息或者所述来电 事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令发送给被叫 方供被叫方获取所述来电事由信息并显示。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的终端的主叫方法, 其中, 所述将来电事由信息 或者所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 包括:
对所述来电事由信息按照预设方式进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信 息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参数中, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令 原本携带的端到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参 数中, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参数或者呼叫指 令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
对所述来电事由信息进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信息添加到呼叫 指令的头字段中; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令的头字段中。
3、 一种终端的被叫方法, 该方法包括:
在响应主叫方的呼叫时, 接收主叫方发送的呼叫指令;
从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析得到来电事由信息或者根据所述呼叫指 令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的终端的被叫方法, 其中, 所述从所述呼叫指令 中提取并解析得到来电事由信息或者根据所述呼叫指令中的索引信息检索 出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息, 包括:
检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 检测该端到 端参数中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对提取的来电事由信息进行解码, 显示解码后的来电事由信息, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原本携带的端 到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 从该端到端 参数中提取来电事由信息对应的索引信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出对 应的来电事由信息并显示, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令原本携带的端 到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在编码后的来电事由信息, 若存 在, 则从该所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对提 取的来电事由信息进行解码, 显示解码后的来电事由信息; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在来电事由信息对应的索引信 息, 若存在, 则从所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取来电事由信息对应的索引 信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出对应的来电事由信息并显示。
5、 一种通信方法, 该方法包括:
主叫方接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
主叫方在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息或者所 述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令发送 给被叫方;
被叫方在响应主叫方的呼叫时, 接收主叫方发送的呼叫指令; 被叫方从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析得到来电事由信息或者根据所述 呼叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息。
6、 一种主叫终端, 所述终端包括: 接收模块以及呼叫发起模块; 所述接收模块, 配置为接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息;
所述呼叫发起模块, 配置为在对所述被叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述 来电事由信息或者所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令发送给被叫方供被叫方获取所述来电事由信息并显示。
7、如权利要求 6所述的主叫终端, 其中, 所述呼叫发起模块, 配置为: 对所述来电事由信息按照预设方式进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信 息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参数中, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令 原本携带的端到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到所述呼叫指令的端到端参 数中, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参数或者呼叫指 令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
对所述来电事由信息进行编码, 将编码后的来电事由信息添加到呼叫 指令的头字段中; 或者,
将所述来电事由信息对应的索引信息添加到呼叫指令的头字段中。
8、 一种被叫终端, 该终端包括: 呼叫响应模块、 信息获取模块和显示 模块;
所述呼叫响应模块, 配置为在响应主叫方的呼叫时, 接收主叫方发送 的呼叫指令;
所述信息获取模块, 配置为从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析得到来电事 由信息或者根据所述呼叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息;
所述显示模块, 配置为显示所述来电事由信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的被叫终端, 其中, 所述信息获取模块, 配置为 检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 检测该端到 端参数中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对提取的来电事由信息进行解码, 所述端到端参数包括呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参数或者呼叫指令中扩展 的端到端参数; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令中是否存在端到端参数字段, 若存在, 从该端到端 参数中提取来电事由信息对应的索引信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出对 应的来电事由信息, 所述端到端参数包括: 呼叫指令原本携带的端到端参 数或者呼叫指令中扩展的端到端参数; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在编码后的来电事由信息, 若存 在, 则从该所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取编码后的来电事由信息, 并对提 取的来电事由信息进行解码; 或者,
检测所述呼叫指令的头字段中是否存在来电事由信息对应的索引信 息, 若存在, 则从所述呼叫指令的头字段中提取来电事由信息对应的索引 信息, 根据提取的索引信息检索出对应的来电事由信息;
相应的, 所述显示模块, 配置为显示信息获取模块解码后的来电事由 信息或者信息获取模块检索出的来电事由信息。
10、一种通信系统, 该系统包括: 如权利要求 6-7中任一项所述的主叫 终端和如权利要求 8-9中任一项所述的被叫终端;
所述主叫终端, 配置为接收被叫联系人的来电事由信息, 在对所述被 叫联系人发起呼叫时, 将所述来电事由信息或者所述来电事由信息对应的 索引信息添加到呼叫指令中, 将所述呼叫指令发送给所述被叫终端;
所述被叫终端, 配置为在响应主叫方的呼叫时, 接收主叫方发送的呼 叫指令, 从所述呼叫指令中提取并解析得到来电事由信息或者根据所述呼 叫指令中的索引信息检索出来电事由信息, 显示所述来电事由信息。
