Abstract
Provided is a current sensor with which, compared to the prior art, it is possible to improve measurement accuracy when current is not passing through a current conductor. A first magnetic body (4) and a second magnetic body (5) have the end surfaces (both ends) facing one another with a gap (7) in between, forming, as a whole, a square tube with slits (gaps (7)) at two locations on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The first magnetic body (4) and the second magnetic body (5), as a whole, surround a substrate (1) and a magnetosensitive element (2) and the part of the bus bar (10) which passes between the first magnetic body (4) and the second magnetic body (5). The magnetosensitive element (2) is on the first magnetic body (4) side of the first virtual line (L1) connecting the centers of the voids (7). Meanwhile, the part of the bus bar (10) which passes between a first magnetic body (4) and a second magnetic body (5) is on the magnetic body (5) side of the first virtual line (L1).
