Description

Web storage container
The present invention relates to a web storage container for storing a web such as a wet tissue or a wet sheet.
In this specification, the concept of web is generally used as a general term for a wet tissue, a cleaning sheet, a baby's buttocks wipe, and a fiber sheet soaked with a chemical solution. Further, the web means a substantially rectangular fiber sheet, and the web laminated body is an independent web folded and laminated with a part overlapped, and a long fiber sheet is cut at equal intervals, It shall include what was formed by folding and forming the part to be divided.
Currently, products obtained by impregnating webs with moisture, alcohol, or other chemicals, such as wet tissues and wet sheets, are used for various purposes such as cleaning and wiping. There are several kinds of packaging forms of webs impregnated with liquid, such as those in which a large number of webs are stacked and stored in a cylindrical plastic bottle (bottle type) The thing (bag type) etc. which were accommodated in the plastic film is known (for example, patent documents 1, 2).

The so-called “bag type” type in which the web is stored in a bag-shaped plastic film (bag body), when the remaining amount of the stored web is reduced, wrinkles are formed in the bag body, that is, the plastic film. There is a problem that the appearance is easily damaged.
By the way, as a wet tissue storage body, not only a bag type thing but storing a web in a plastic wet tissue storage body is proposed (patent document 1). The plastic wet tissue container is a so-called refill container. However, refilling the contents is cumbersome.
Therefore, an attempt has been made to omit the refilling operation and store the bag-like container containing the web in a wet tissue package that combines a paper box and plastic (Patent Document 2). However, since the distance between the storage body and the take-out port increases as the contents decrease, it is not easy to take out the next web when the leading end of the web cannot be held in the take-out port. Further, these storage bodies are placed horizontally and take out the web upward, and the place where they are placed is limited to a horizontal plane. Moreover, in these storage bodies, the remaining space part except the space occupied by a bag-shaped container among the internal spaces of the wet tissue package becomes a dead space.
An object of the present invention is to provide a web storage container that can be easily refilled, has excellent aesthetics, and can easily take out the web and open and close the lid even when the direction of the take-out port is upward, horizontal, or downward. At the same time, it is to provide a web storage container capable of effectively utilizing the internal space.
The web storage container of the present invention has the following configuration as means for solving the above problems. For convenience of explanation, the description will be made with reference to a state in which the short side of the bag-like container is down to make the web take-out direction horizontal, but the direction when the wet tissue container of the present invention is used is described. It is not shown.
The present invention relates to a web storage container comprising a bag-like container in which a web laminate is housed and a holding frame for storing and holding the bag-like container, wherein the holding frame has a rear portion, a side portion, and a bottom portion. The bag-like container is provided with a web outlet and an engaging part protruding from the front or side part of the bag-like container on the front part, and the side part of the holding frame body An engaged portion supported by a support portion projecting from the holding frame toward the inside of the holding frame is formed, and the engaged portion is spaced apart from a front portion of the holding frame body toward the rear side. The bag-like container is held by the holding frame when the engaging portion and the engaged portion are engaged with each other.
In this invention, the said to-be-engaged part may be arrange | positioned so that it may be located ahead of the said engaging part in the state which the said engaging part and the said to-be-engaged part engaged.
In the present invention, the holding frame body has two side portions facing each other, and the support portions are formed on both side portions of the holding frame body, and are supported by the respective support portions. An engaged portion may be formed.
In the present invention, a frame opening may be formed on the front surface of the engaged portion of the holding frame at a position facing the web outlet.
In this invention, the said engaging part of the said bag-shaped container may be arrange | positioned in the surface with the said web outlet of the said bag-shaped container.
According to the present invention, according to the web storage container of the present invention, the holding frame body can be stably placed on a horizontal plane while the bag-like container is held vertically, so that the web is placed on the tabletop. It can be used in a stable state when placed vertically.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, the engaged portion is supported by the support portion that protrudes in the inner direction of the holding frame body from the side portion of the holding frame body, and between the front portion of the holding frame body and the engaged portion. A space is formed between the front portion of the holding frame body and the engaged portion, and a cushioning material can be attached to the space to cover the lid with the cushioning material. And the internal space of the holding frame can be used more effectively. That is, even when the web storage container is carried or transported, even if the web storage container is accidentally dropped with the front side of the holding frame facing downward, the lid body is provided by the buffering action of the cushioning material. Is protected, and the risk of breakage is suppressed. Thus, according to the present invention, the internal space of the holding frame can be used more effectively so as to bring about the effect of suppressing damage to the lid. In addition, according to the present invention, advertisement paper, memo paper, and the like can be held in the space between the front portion of the holding frame and the engaged portion, and the lid can be concealed. Can be further improved.
Moreover, according to this invention, it is possible to form the state by which the to-be-engaged part was covered by the front part of the holding | maintenance frame, In that case, to-be-engaged part can be protected. When the web is pulled out from the web outlet toward the outside of the frame body opening with the bag-like container and the holding frame engaged, The pulling force can be absorbed and the force applied to the storage container is less likely to cause distortion in the shape of the holding frame. If distortion occurs in the shape of the shape of the holding frame body, the bag-like container may easily jump out from the opening on the upper surface of the holding frame body. As described above, according to the present invention, the shape of the holding frame body is distorted. This is less likely to occur.
The web storage container of the present invention can be used in a stable state with the web placed horizontally on the table when the rear portion of the holding frame is placed on the table.
In the web storage container of the present invention, since the front part of the bag-like container is held by the support part and the engaged part of the holding frame, even if the web in the bag-like container gradually decreases, the bag-like container It is held in a stable state in the holding frame without rattling, and the web can be easily pulled out to the end. And since the web storage container bag-like container of the present invention is less likely to rattle, the bag-like container is kept in a stable state in the holding frame even in a state where the web is suspended by a hanging tool outside the holding frame. The web can be easily pulled out by holding.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 5 show a web container according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 5, for convenience of explanation, description of detailed configurations such as the upper surface and the bottom surface 11 f of the bag-like container 10 is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 1, the web storage container includes a bag-like container 10 in which a laminated body 1 of webs (that is, wet tissue or the like) is stored, and a holding frame 20 for storing and holding the bag-like container 10. It has.
FIG. 2 shows the bag-like container 10. The bag-like container 10 of this embodiment is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and a web laminate 1 is housed and packaged in a bag 11 formed of a flexible plastic film. A web outlet 12 is formed in the front surface 11 a of the bag body 11 for separating and pulling out wet tissue one by one from the laminated body 1 in the bag-like container 10. The front surface 11a of the bag body 11 refers to a surface of the six surfaces of the bag body 11 on which the web outlet 12 is opened. And as FIG. 1 shows, on the basis of the state where the web outlet 12 opens in the horizontal direction, each surface other than the front surface 11a is defined as a back surface 11b, left and right side surfaces 11c, 11d, an upper surface 11e, and a bottom surface 11f. Let's say. In the bag-like container 10, the portion constituting the front surface 11 a of the bag body 11 forms the front surface portion 10 a, the portion constituting the side surface 11 c of the bag body 11, and the portion constituting the side surface 11 c of the bag body 11 are respectively side portions. 10d and 10c.
The front surface 11a, the back surface 11b, the left and right side surfaces 11c, 11d, and the bottom surface 11f of the bag-like container 10 are each of a holding frame body 20 described later when the bag-like container 10 is housed and held in the holding frame body 20 respectively. It faces the front portion 20a, the rear portion 20b, the left and right side portions 20c and 20d, and the bottom portion 20f.
An outlet member 13, which is a relatively hard plastic structural member, is fixed to the web outlet 12. In the outlet member 13, when the leading web is picked up and pulled out by the fingertip, the second web pulled by the web is given frictional resistance to separate both webs, and only the leading web is pulled out. A known resistance applying portion 14 is provided for the purpose. Further, a lid 15 that can freely seal and open the web outlet 12 is disposed at the center position of the outlet member 13.
The holding frame 20 is configured to store and hold the bag-like container 10. The holding frame body 20 is formed in a substantially hexahedron shape having an upper surface entirely open, and includes a bottom portion 20f, a front portion 20a, a rear portion 20b, and side portions rising from the bottom portion 20f (in the example of FIG. 1, both left and right side portions 20c 20d). The left and right side portions 20c and 20d are arranged to face each other. The front part 20a and the rear part 20b are also arranged so as to face each other. In the holding frame 20 of this embodiment, holes of various shapes are formed in the bottom portion 20f, the front portion 20a, the rear portion 20b, and the side portions 20c and 20d.
A mounting wall 21 is formed on the upper end portion of the rear portion 21 of the holding frame 20 so as to extend upward, and is used for engaging with a wall-hanging hook or suction plate (not shown) (not shown). An engagement hole 22 is formed in the mounting wall 21. In addition, the front portion 20a is configured to prevent the holding frame 20 from interfering with the web outlet 12 and the lid 15 of the bag-like container 10 when the bag-like container 10 is housed and held in the holding frame 20. The frame opening 23 is formed at a position facing the web outlet 12. The frame opening 23 in this embodiment is formed in a notch hole shape that is recessed in a U shape from the upper surface side of the holding frame 20.
Further, the frame opening 23 is formed on the bag-like container 10 side (that is, the web side) so as not to hinder the operation of pulling out the web with the bag-like container 10 and the holding frame 20 engaged. The web outlet 12 is formed in a position and size corresponding to the position and size of the web outlet 12 so as not to interfere with the outlet 12, the outlet member 13, the lid 15 and the like.
At the upper end portions of the left and right side portions 20c, 20d of the holding frame 20, string hooking holes 30, 30 are provided. By tying the string hooking holes 30 and 30 through the string so that the string is not easily detached from the holding frame body 20, the string can be placed on a wall hanging hook or the like.
Two holding portions 32 are formed on the holding frame 20 so as to protrude inwardly from the left and right side portions 20 c and 20 d of the holding frame 20. Each support portion 32 is formed at a position spaced from the front portion 20 a of the holding frame 20 to the back side. The distance between the support portion 32 and the front portion 20a is, for example, about 1 to 20 mm. In the example of the holding frame 20 shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the two support portions 32 and 32 are formed, but it is sufficient that at least one support portion 32 is formed. In this case, the support portion 32 only needs to be formed to protrude inward from the holding frame body 20 from at least one of the side portions 20c and 20d of the holding frame body 20.
The shape of each of the support portions 32, 32 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a single plate shape as shown in FIG. 1, or a plurality of support portions 32, as shown in FIG. It may be formed by arranging plate-like parts in parallel. Moreover, the support parts 32 and 32 may be comprised by a round bar-like structure part single-piece | unit, and as shown to (7B) of FIG. 7, two or more round bar-like structure parts are arranged in parallel in the direction away from the bottom part 20b. It may be configured.
The bag-like container 10 and the holding frame 20 are provided with an engaging portion 18 and an engaged portion 28, respectively. When the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 are engaged, the bag-like container 10 and the holding frame 20 are brought into a coupled state, and the bag-like container 10 is stored and held in the holding frame 20.
As shown in FIG. 1, the engaging portion 18 is formed in the shape of a so-called angle member having an L-shaped cross-section (it may be referred to as a rail-like member), and is formed on the front surface 11 a of the bag-like container 10. A pair of web outlets 12 are provided in parallel on the left and right sides of the web outlet 12 and project forward from the front surface 11a of the bag-like container 10 at a uniform height. The engaging portion 18 is formed of a relatively hard plastic material, and may be formed integrally with the outlet member 13 as shown in FIG. 1, or provided separately from the outlet member 13, It may be firmly fixed to the bag body 11. In the example of FIG. 1, the engaging portion 18 is formed so as to protrude from the front surface 11 a of the bag-like container 10, but may be provided so as to protrude from the side surfaces 11 c and 11 d of the bag-like container 10. (Not shown).
The engaged portion 28 is supported by the support portion 32 of the holding frame 20 as shown in FIG. 3, which is a rear perspective view of the holding frame 20. In the example shown in FIG. 3, two engaged portions 28 are provided and supported by support portions 32, 32, respectively. Each engaged portion 28 has a structure in which an L-shaped cross-sectional groove is formed so that the engaging portion 18 can be engaged without rattling, and corresponds to the arrangement of the pair of engaging portions 18. Are arranged at intervals.
The engaged portion 28 may be formed integrally with the support portion 32 of the holding frame 20, or may be formed separately from the support portion 32 and fixed to the support portion 32. At this time, the portion of the engaged portion 28 facing the side portions 20c and 20d may be fixed to the tip of the support portion 32, or the portion of the engaged portion 28 facing the front portion 20a may be supported by the support portion. It may be fixed to the tip of 32.
As shown in FIG. 4, the engaged portion 28 is disposed at a predetermined position spaced from the front portion 20a of the holding frame 20 toward the rear portion 20b. The engaged portion 28 is arranged so as to be positioned on the front side of the engaging portion 18 in a state where the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 are engaged.
Further, the engaged portion 28 is arranged so as not to face the frame opening 23 when the frame opening 20 is viewed from the outer surface side of the front portion 20 a of the holding frame 20. By doing so, it is possible to form a state in which the engaged portion 28 is covered with the front portion 20a of the holding frame 20, and the engaged portion 28 can be protected from the outside.
The engaged portion 28 is supported by a support portion 32 that protrudes from the side portion of the holding frame body 20 toward the inside of the holding frame body 20. For this reason, a space is formed between the front portion 20a of the holding frame 20 and the engaged portion 28, and the space can be provided with a cushioning material or the like. Even in the case where the side is dropped downward, it is possible to suppress the possibility of the lid 15 being damaged by the cushioning material. Further, in the space between the front portion 20a of the holding frame 20 and the engaged portion 28, advertisement paper, memo paper, and the like can be held, so that the internal space of the holding frame 20 can be made more effective. Can be used.
The engaged portion 28 only needs to be able to form an engaged state with respect to the engaging portion 18 of the bag-like container 10, and it is easy to replace the bag-like container 10 with respect to the engaging portion 18. It is preferable that it is free. In this case, since the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 can be easily separated, the bag-like container 10 is taken out of the holding frame body 20 and placed in a pocket or the like, and can be easily used outdoors. Can do.
In the example shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 are engaged, the bag-like container 10 and the holding frame body 20 are relatively moved up and down while maintaining the engaged state. Can slide in the direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, by placing the bottom surface 11f of the bag-like container 10 on the bottom portion 20f of the holding frame 20, the bag-like container 10 is stably stored in the downward direction by the holding frame 20. Can be held.
In the web storage container, in use, the lid 15 opens toward the outside of the frame opening 23, and the web is opened from the web outlet 12 in a state where the bag-like container 10 and the holding frame 20 are engaged. It is picked out by a finger or the like toward the outside of the body opening 23. The positional relationship between the bag-like container 10 and the holding frame 20 in the web storage container is largely due to the engagement relationship between the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28, and is as much as possible even when the web is taken out with a finger or the like. It is preferable to avoid a finger from touching the engaging structure portion between the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 so as not to cause a displacement of the engaging position between the joining portion 18 and the engaged portion 28. . In this regard, in the web storage container of the present embodiment, when the web is sequentially taken out from the bag-like container 10, fingers and the like are unlikely to collide with the engaged portion 28, and the bag-like container 10 is positioned relative to the holding frame 20. An upward shift or the like is further less likely to occur.
The web storage container should be placed in a very stable state under any conditions, whether standing as shown in FIG. 5 or lying sideways with the web outlet 12 facing upward. The web can be easily pulled out and used. Further, the web storage container is very stable even when hooks, suction cups, hanging strings, etc. (not shown) provided on indoor and outdoor walls and pillars are attached to the attachment holes 22 and the string hooking holes 30, 30. Can be used.
FIGS. 6A and 6B show a second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, the engaged portion 28 is further extended in the inner direction on the inner end side, and a rib 31 is formed upright at the position of the extended end. Thus, the strength of the engaged portion 28 is increased by providing the rib 31. That is, for example, when a force is applied from the front of the lid 15 when the lid 15 is closed, the rib 31 is provided, so that the occurrence of warpage of the engaged portion 28 can be suppressed. In the second embodiment, the configuration other than the configuration of the rib 31 described above may be the same as that of the first embodiment.
Note that the protruding height of the rib 31 is set to a height at which the rib 31 is not in contact with the outlet member 13 in a state in which the engaging portion 18 and the engaged portion 28 are engaged. The formation position of the rib 31 is a predetermined position that does not face the frame opening 23 when the web container is viewed from the front surface of the front portion 20a. The reason is the same as the reason why the position of the engaged portion 28 is set so as not to face the frame opening 23 in the first embodiment.
In addition, this invention is not limited to the aspect of each said Example, All the aspects contained in the concept of the invention described in the claim are included.
