一种防水连接器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电气连接领域, 特别涉及一种防水连接器。
背景技术
连接器广泛应用于各种电气线路中, 起着连接或断开电路的作用, 能简化这类插座或接 头安装到电器装置上的过程。 现有电子设备如路灯、 LED显示屏上使用的连接器越来越多, LED路灯由于要在户外使用, 因此其连接器对防水要求较高,而现有连接器的防水性能较差, 当有水渗入到插座或插头内时, 就会因短路而产生信号中断的情形。
现有防水连接器的拧紧头采用尼龙材料制成,公连接头和母连接头连接时密封性能较差, 防护等级较低。
现有防水连接器的密封套采用 PVC材料一次注塑成型, 由于 PVC材料耐候性较差, 长 期使用会影响防水连接器的防护性能; 且 PVC材料与电线的橡胶防护套之间粘合性较差, 容 易产生缝隙, 从而影响防水连接器的防水性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种防水连接器, 其包括至少一个公连接头, 所述公连接头包括公端 子、 公端子座、 公端拧紧头以及第一外壳, 所述公端子插设于所述公端子座上, 所述公端子 插进公端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述公端子座上并沿所述公端子座 具有一段移动行程, 所述第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
所述公端拧紧头外侧设有螺纹, 所述公端拧紧头为铝制材质。
较佳地, 所述第一外壳同时包括 PU密封层与尼龙密封层, 所述尼龙密封层套设于所述 PU密封层表面, 所述 PU密封层与所述尼龙密封层分别为经一次注塑成型形成的。
较佳地, 所述公端子座设置有头部限位部位、 中间活动部位以及尾部注塑部位, 所述公 端拧紧头在沿所述中间活动部位具有一段可移动行程。 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述中间活动 部位并由所述头部限位部位阻止其脱离所述公端子座, 所述尾部注塑部位设计有螺纹。
较佳地, 所述公连接头设置有隔断与防呆结构。
本实用新型还提供了一种防水功能的母连接头, 所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的 一端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述 母端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
所述母拧紧头内侧设有螺纹, 所述母拧紧头为铝制材质。
较佳地, 所述母端子座设置有头部部位、 中间阻隔部位以及尾部注塑部位, 所述母端拧 紧头固定于所述头部部位, 所述尾部注塑部位设计有螺纹, 所述母端拧紧头与所述中间阻隔 部位之间设有一密封圈。
较佳地, 所述第一外壳以及第二外壳同时包括 PU密封层与尼龙密封层, 所述尼龙密封 层套设于所述 PU密封层表面,所述 PU密封层与所述尼龙密封层分别为经一次注塑成型形成 的。

所述母拧紧头为塑料一体注塑成型。
所述第一外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 A1的设置为比直径 A小 1-5 mm, A为所述第一外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第一外壳直径; 和 /或 第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 B1的设置为比直径 B小 1-5 mm, B为第二外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第二外壳直径。
首先, 本实用新型提供的公连接头和母连接头的密封套可以采用二次注塑成型, 并且由 于尼龙密封套使用的尼龙材料和使用橡胶材质的电线套结合粘附性较好, 因此公连接头与电 线连接处的防水性较好, 且 PU材料耐候性较好, 因此, 防水连接器的防护等级高; 拧紧头 采用铝型材加工而成, 并且公端拧紧头和母端拧紧头在拧紧的时候会挤压设置在插孔连接头 处的密封圈, 密封效果更好; 同时, 所述公连接头通过隔断的设置, 增加爬电距离和电气间 隙; 通过防呆设计以防止正负极误接。
接着, 本实用新型提供第二个方案是公连接头的第一外壳和母连接头的第二外壳可以采 用塑料一次成型, 不仅成本低, 而且加工也非常方便。 特别是经过实验表明, 采用塑料一次 成型, 公连接头与电线连接处的防水性更好, 防水连接器的防护等级更高; 拧紧头同时采用 塑料一次成型, 并且公端拧紧头和母端拧紧头在拧紧的时候会挤压设置在插孔连接头处的密 封圈, 密封效果更好。
再次, 公端拧紧头在沿所述中间活动部位具有一段可移动行程, 公端拧紧头套设于所述 中间活动部位并由所述头部阻隔部位阻止其脱离公端子座。 公端拧紧头的长度小于公端子座 中间活动部位的长度, 这样公端拧紧头就有足够的活动空间进行拧紧操作, 同样也提升了密 封的效果。
然后, 本实用新型还提供一种防水连接器组, 防水连接器组包括若干连接头组以及一与 所述各连接头组连接的公连接头或母连接头, 所述各连接头组包括相互连接的一公连接头与 一母连接头, 防水连接器组之间通过各自的公连接头或母连接头相互并联或串联或串并联, 实现电气连接, 大大提升了整个防水连接器的应用场所。
当然, 实施本实用新型的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型提供了一种防水连接器, 如图 1所示, 包括公连接头 21与母连接头 22, 公 连接头 21为输入端, 其与电源的母连接头 22相连, 公连接头 21与用电器相连, 从而为用电 器供电。
如图 2A所示, 所述公连接头 21包括公端子 1、 公端子座 2、 公端拧紧头 3以及第一外 壳, 公端子为针状, 公端子 1插设于公端子座 2上, 公端子 1插进公端子座 2的一端与导线 连接, 公端拧紧头 3套设于公端子座 2上并可沿公端子座 2移动, 第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧 头 3底部至导线绝缘层部分; 公连接头 21通过隔断 31的设置, 增加爬电距离和电气间隙。 通过防呆结构 32的设计以防止正负极误接。 具体的, 隔断 31可为壁状结构, 防呆结构 32可 为拱形。
如图 3A所示, 所述母连接头 22包括母端子 11、 母端子座 12、 母端拧紧头 13以及第二 外壳 (包括 PU密封层 7与尼龙密封层 8), 母端子为针孔状, 母端子 11插设于母端子座 12 上, 母端子 11插进母端子座 12的一端与导线连接, 母端拧紧头 13套设并固定于母端子座 12上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母端拧紧头 13底部至导线绝缘层部分;
公端拧紧头 3外侧设有外侧螺纹,母端拧紧头 13内侧设有与所述外侧螺纹相拧合的内侧 螺纹。
如图 9所示, 母连接头 22设置有与公连接头 21隔断 31相匹配的隔空 42, 与公连接头 防呆结构 32对应位置设置有凹槽 43,通过公连接头的防呆结构 32和母连接头对应的凹槽 43 的配合使用, 限定位置, 以防止正负极误接, 通过隔断 31和隔空 42的配合使用, 增加爬电 距离和电气间隙, 提高安全性能。
在本例中, 所述第一外壳以及第二外壳同时采用 PU密封层 5 ( 7) 与尼龙密封层 6 ( 8 ) 组成, 尼龙密封层 6 ( 8 ) 套设于 PU密封层 5 ( 7) 表面, PU密封层 5 ( 7) 与尼龙密封层 6 ( 8 ) 分别经一次注塑成型形成。
在申请人制作过程中,发现采用 PU密封层 5与尼龙密封层 6分别进行一次注塑成型,制作 工艺比较复杂,存在水从 PU密封层 5与尼龙密封层 6之间的缝隙流出,密封效果不是很明显。 为此,申请人经过多次研制发现,公端拧紧头 32与母端拧紧头 13也可以为塑料密封层 61 (请 参阅图 2B )或其它塑料材料, 经过一次注塑成型形成。 并且, 经过多次试验发现, 采用 PU 密封层 5与尼龙密封层 6两次注塑成型, 制成的第一外壳的直径为 A。采用塑料密封层 61— 次注塑成型时, 其直径 A1比 A小至 1-5 mm的设置时, 塑料密封层 61的密封性很好, 而且 也能完全达到球压测试的要求。 并且, 直径 A1比 A小至 2-3mm, 密封性更好。
同样, 第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层 81 (图 3B), 其直径 B1 的设置 为比直径 B小 1-5 mm, B为第二外壳由 PU密封层 7与尼龙密封层 8分别注塑成型的第二外 壳直径。
综上所述, 这种一次注塑成型比起二次注塑成型来说,制作方便且生产工艺更简单。 即第 一外壳 75以及第二外壳 95也可以为尼龙密封层, 经过一次注塑成型形成。公端拧紧头 32与 母端拧紧头 13也可以为塑料密封层或其它塑料材料, 经过一次注塑成型形成。 这种一次注 塑成型比起二次注塑成型工艺更简单。
所述公端子和所述母端子可以相互配合接插在一起。 本实施例采用的公端拧紧头与母端 拧紧头分别为铝制材质或尼龙, 本实用新型也可以采用其它具有紧密结合性能的材质作为公 端拧紧头与母端拧紧头的原材料。
所述公端子和所述母端子可以相互配合接插在一起。
同时, 本实用新型采用的公端拧紧头 32与母端拧紧头 13分别为铝制材质, 本实用新型 也可以采用其它具有紧密结合性能的材质作为公端拧紧头 3与母端拧紧头 13的原材料。
公端子座 2包括头部阻隔部位、 中间活动部位以及尾部注塑部位, 公端拧紧头 3在沿所 述中间活动部位具有一段可移动行程, 公端拧紧头 3套设于所述中间活动部位并由所述头部 阻隔部位阻止其脱离公端子座 2。 公端拧紧头 3的长度小于公端子座 2中间活动部位的长度, 这样公端拧紧头 3就有足够的活动空间进行拧紧操作。
母端子座 12包括头部部位、 中间阻隔部位以及后端注塑部位, 母端拧紧头 13套设于所 述头部部位, 母端拧紧头 13沿着母端子座 12的轴不能转动, 公端拧紧头 3插入插孔拧紧 13 头后旋转公端拧紧头 3即可将公端拧紧头 3拧入母端拧紧头 13并推挤母端拧紧头 13, 母端 拧紧头 13与所述中间阻隔部位之间的缝隙内设有一密封圈 8, 母端拧紧头公端拧紧头 3推挤 密封圈后密封性更佳。
本实用新型提供的防水连接器, 其还可以设置多个母连接头 22, 这样一个防水连接器就 可以用于多个用电器的供电, 并且所述多个母连接头 22经一体注塑成型,加工方便。如图 3、 4、 5所示分别为一分二、 一分三、 一分四的防水连接器。 所述一体注塑成型的多个母连接头 的电气方式可为全串联, 或者全并联, 或者串并联结合。
具体地说, 一种防水连接器组, 防水连接器组至少包括一组或多组防水连接器, 每一组 防水连接器包括至少包括公连接头与母连接头, 其中一个为输入端, 另一个为输出端, 所述公连接头包括公端子、 公端子座、 公端拧紧头以及第一外壳, 所述公端子插设于所 述公端子座上, 所述公端子插进公端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述公 端子座上并沿所述公端子座具有一段移动行程, 所述第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧头底部至导线 绝缘层部分;
所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所 述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于 所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
母连接头的母端拧紧头和公连接头的公端拧紧头配合拧紧连接, 并且, 所述防水连接器 组之间通过各自的公连接头或母连接头相互并联或串联或串并联。
母连接头的母端拧紧头和公连接头的公端拧紧头配合拧紧连接, 比如: 公端拧紧头外侧 设有外侧螺纹, 所述母端拧紧头内侧设有与所述外侧螺纹相拧合的内侧螺纹。
所述第一外壳 /第二外壳同时包括 PU密封层与尼龙密封层, 所述尼龙密封层套设于所述 PU密封层表面, 所述 PU密封层与所述尼龙密封层分别为经一次注塑成型形成的; 或所述第 一外壳 /第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的尼龙密封层。
所述第一外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 A1的设置为比直径 A小 1-5 mm, A为所述第一外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第一外壳直径; 和 /或 第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 B1的设置为比直径 B小 1-5 mm, B为第二外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第二外壳直径。
并且, 公端拧紧头 32与母端拧紧头 13也可以为尼龙密封层或其它塑料材料, 经过一次 注塑成型形成。
本实施例提供的所述公连接头 21的制作过程为:
公端子 1头部穿入公端子座 2, 尾部位于公端子座 2之外;
公端拧紧头 3套设在公端子座 2的外部,位于公端子座 2尾部的公端子与电线接头连接; PU密封套 5注塑在公端子 1与电线接头连接处, 并包覆一部分公端子座 2尾部部位和 部分电线绝缘层;
尼龙密封套 6注塑在 PU密封套 5之外,其尾部略长于 PU密封套, 并包覆部分电线绝缘 层。
如果 PU密封套 5和尼龙密封套 6只设置有一层的塑料密封套 61, 则制作过程为: 公端 子 1头部穿入公端子座 2, 尾部位于公端子座 2之外; 公端拧紧头 3套设在公端子座 2的外 部, 位于公端子座 2尾部的公端子与电线接头连接; 尼龙密封套 61, 注塑在公端子 1与电线 接头连接处, 并包覆一部分公端子座 2尾部部位和全部电线绝缘层。
本实施例提供的母连接头 22的制作过程为:
将母端子 11头部穿入母端子座 12, 尾部位于母端子座 12之外;
母端拧紧头 13套设在母端子座 12上;
母端子 11的头部与电线接头连接;
PU密封套 7注塑在母端子 11与电线连接处, 并包覆母端拧紧头 13底部、 母端子座 12 尾部部位和部分电线绝缘层;
尼龙密封套 8注塑在 PU密封套 7之外, 其尾部略长于 PU密封套 7, 并包覆部分电线绝 缘层。
如果 PU密封套 7和尼龙密封套 8只设置有一层的塑料密封套 81, 则制作过程为: 将母 端子 11头部穿入母端子座 12, 尾部位于母端子座 12之外; 母端拧紧头 13套设在母端子座 12上; 母端子 11的头部与电线接头连接; 塑料密封套 81塑在母端子 11与电线连接处, 并 包覆母端拧紧头 13底部、 母端子座 12尾部部位和全部电线绝缘层。
防水连接器的拧紧头采用铝型材加工而成, 插针连接头和插孔连接头连接紧密, 防护等 级高。
防水连接器的密封套采用 PU材料和尼龙材料二次注塑成型, 由于尼龙材料户外防护性 能较好, 且 PU材料耐候性较好, 因此, 防水连接器的防护等级高; 防水连接器的 PVC材料 密封套与电线的橡胶防护套之间粘合牢靠, 从而避免水分从连接头尾部和电线之间的缝隙渗 入。

5 、 一种防水功能的母连接头, 其特征在于, 所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母 端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的一 端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母 端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
所述母拧紧头内侧设有螺纹, 所述母拧紧头为铝制材质。
6 、 如权利要求 5所述的母连接头, 其特征在于, 所述母端子座设置有头部部位、 中间 阻隔部位以及尾部注塑部位, 所述母端拧紧头固定于所述头部部位, 所述尾部注塑部位设计 有螺纹, 所述母端拧紧头与所述中间阻隔部位之间设有一密封圈。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的母连接头, 其特征在于, 所述第二外壳同时包括 PU密封层与尼 龙密封层, 所述尼龙密封层套设于所述 PU密封层表面, 所述 PU密封层与所述尼龙密封层分 别为经一次注塑成型形成的。
8 、 如权利要求 5所述的母连接头, 其特征在于, 其还设置有隔空与凹槽。
9、 一种防水连接器, 包括公连接头与母连接头, 其中一个为输入端, 另一个为输出端, 其特征在于,
所述公连接头包括公端子、 公端子座、 公端拧紧头以及第一外壳, 所述公端子插设于所 述公端子座上, 所述公端子插进公端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述公 端子座上并沿所述公端子座具有一段移动行程, 所述第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧头底部至导线 绝缘层部分;
所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所 述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于 所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
所述公端拧紧头外侧设有外侧螺纹, 所述母端拧紧头内侧设有与所述外侧螺纹相拧合的 内侧螺纹。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的防水连接器, 其特征在于, 所述公端子座设置有头部限位部位、 中间活动部位以及尾部注塑部位, 所述公端拧紧头在沿所述中间活动部位具有一段可移动行 程, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述中间活动部位并由所述头部限位部位阻止其脱离所述公端子 座, 所述尾部注塑部位设计有螺纹; 所述母端子座设置有头部部位、 中间阻隔部位以及尾部 注塑部位, 所述母端拧紧头固定于所述头部部位, 所述尾部注塑部位设计有螺纹。
11、 一种防水连接器组, 其特征在于, 防水连接器组至少包括一组或多组防水连接器, 每 一组防水连接器包括至少包括公连接头与母连接头, 其中一个为输入端, 另一个为输出端, 所述公连接头包括公端子、 公端子座、 公端拧紧头以及第一外壳, 所述公端子插设于所 述公端子座上, 所述公端子插进公端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述公 端子座上并沿所述公端子座具有一段移动行程, 所述第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧头底部至导线 绝缘层部分;
所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所 述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于 所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分;
母连接头的母端拧紧头和公连接头的公端拧紧头配合拧紧连接, 并且, 所述防水连接器 组之间通过各自的公连接头或母连接头相互并联或串联或串并联。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的防水连接器组, 其特征在于, 所述公端拧紧头外侧设有外侧 螺纹, 所述母端拧紧头内侧设有与所述外侧螺纹相拧合的内侧螺纹。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的防水连接器组, 其特征在于,
所述第一外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 A1的设置为比直径 A小 1-5 mm, A为所述第一外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第一外壳直径; 和 /或 第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 B1 的设置为比直径 B小 1-5 mm, B为第二外壳由 PU密封层与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第二外壳直径。
14、 一种防水连接器, 其特征在于, 其包括至少一个公连接头, 所述公连接头包括公端 子、 公端子座、 公端拧紧头以及第一外壳, 所述公端子插设于所述公端子座上, 所述公端子 插进公端子座的一端与导线连接, 所述公端拧紧头套设于所述公端子座上并沿所述公端子座 具有一段移动行程, 所述第一外壳包覆在公端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部分, 并且, 所述公 端拧紧头外侧设有螺纹, 并且, 所述公连接头的第一外壳由塑料一体注塑成型。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的防水连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一外壳为经过一次注塑成型 形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 A1的设置为比直径 A小 1-5 mm, A为所述第一外壳由 PU密封层 与尼龙密封层分别注塑成型的第一外壳直径。
16、 一种防水功能的母连接头, 其特征在于, 所述母连接头包括母端子、 母端子座、 母 端拧紧头以及第二外壳, 所述母端子插设于所述母端子座上, 所述母端子插进母端子座的一 端与导线连接, 所述母端拧紧头套设并固定于所述母端子座上, 所述第二外壳包覆在所述母 端拧紧头底部至导线绝缘层部, 所述母拧紧头内侧设有螺纹, 并且, 所述母连接头的第二外 壳由塑料一体注塑成型。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的防水连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二外壳为经过一次注塑成型 形成的塑料密封层, 其直径 B1的设置为比直径 B小 1-5 mm, B为第二外壳由 PU密封层与尼 龙密封层分别注塑成型的第二外壳直径。
