本发明公开了一种邮递智能管理系统及其运作方法,该系统包括微信二维码扫描终端、GPS/北斗定位仪、以及终端服务器;微信二维码扫描终端包括客户终端、业务终端、运输终端;客户终端扫描微信二维码发出发货请求,将电子发货订单发至终端服务器;业务终端获取客户发货指令,扫描订单上的微信二维码即自动发送收货完成信息;运输终端扫描订单上的微信二维码即自动发送己装车信息;GPS/北斗定位仪将获取的定位信息发送到终端服务器;终端服务器将处于不同处理阶段的电子发货订单分别自动发送至客户终端、业务终端和运输终端,并将GPS/北斗定位数据发送至客户终端。本发明有利于掌控邮件的实时信息及状态,提高了邮递业务效率,完善了对各环节的监控。

本发明涉及一种邮递智能管理系统及其运作方法。
背景技术
微信是腾讯公司推出的一款旨在提高免费即时通讯服务的开放性通讯软 件, 用户可以通过手机、 平板等多种终端快速发送和接收语音、 视频、 图片和 文字等信息; 微信的用户可以通过扫二维码方式添加好友, 从而建立联系, 或 通过扫二维码方式关注公众平台; 微信适合大部分的智能手机, 目前中国有超 过三亿人使用的手机应用微信。
由此可见, 微信具有即时、 免费、 功能强大、 操作简单、 使用人群广泛等 优点, 可以为我们的工作和生活带来许多帮助和便利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于微信功能的邮递智能管理系统, 旨在提高 邮递业务的效率, 完善对快递业务的监控。
本发明采取了如下技术方案:
一种邮递智能管理系统, 包括微信二维码扫描终端、 GPS/北斗定位仪、 以 及终端服务器,
所述微信二维码扫描终端至少包括客户终端、 业务终端及运输终端; 所述客户终端扫描快递公司的微信二维码即自动向所述终端服务器发出发 货请求, 并在收取、 填写电子发货订单后将该电子发货订单发回至所述终端服 务器;

所述 GPS/北斗定位仪实时将定位数据发送到所述终端服务器;
所述终端服务器按设定的时间节点智能向所述客户终端反馈所述邮件的物 流信息。
本发明在客户、 快递公司、 业务员之间通过微信建立联系, 客户通过扫描 订单上的微信二维码下单, 主服务器通过微信下达业务员收货指令, 业务员通 过扫描订单上的微信二维码确认完成收货, 运输员通过扫描订单上的微信二维 码确认邮件已装车, 整个快递的处理信息都实时发送到相关方, 快递的处理效 率都得到极大提高; 此外, 通过主服务器向客户定时发送邮件的物流信息, 使 客户能及时掌握其邮件的即时状态。
