Abstract

一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置 技术领域
本发明属于电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于农村配送电网输电 线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,使用该装置可在融冰时对输电线路接线实 施快速转换以提高融冰工作效率。
背景技术
近几年来, 因农村配送电网输电线路冬季覆冰过厚, 造成倒杆、 断线 的严重事故屡屡发生。 以 2008年 1月为例, 发生在中国湖南省的电网冰 灾, 造成大量的农村配送电网线路倒杆、 断线, 直接经济损失达数十亿元 人民币, 并严重影响了群众的正常用电。 因此, 在输电线路形成覆冰之时 及时地对其进行融冰处理, 剥离或消除覆冰, 防止线路断裂和倒塔, 保证 输电线路的安全运行十分必要。然而, 目前采用的直流融冰装置在融冰时, 每次仅能完成二相融冰, 而输电线路一般为三相, 每次实施融冰时, 需要 进行改接线工作, 工作量大, 且改接线时存在安全风险, 对人身安全存在 较大的威胁。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是, 针对现有技术的落后状况, 设计一种用 于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,使用该装置实施农村 配送电网输电线路融冰时, 不需在输电线路上进行传统的人工接线, 即可 一举实现三相融冰, 大大提高融冰工作效率, 消除人工接线带来的安全隐 m、
本发明的技术方案是,上述所设计的一种用于农村配送电网输电线路 融冰的快速接线转换装置, 参见附图 1所示, 该装置具有一个直流融冰模 块 1。 该直流融冰模块 1的正极并联连接有二个分别带有可卸式接线插头
3的接线插座 2; 该直流融冰模块 1的负极连接有一个带有可卸式接线插 头 3的接线插座 2。
本发明的工作原理是: 当农村配送电网输电线路覆冰时, 将本发明提 供的上述这种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置的直
流融冰模块 1接入外接电源, 例如柴油发电机组, 将外接电源, 例如柴油 发电机组供给的交流电源转化成直流电源。使与所述直流融冰模块 1的正 极并联的二个分别带有可卸式接线插头 3的接线插座 2带正电; 而让与所 述直流融冰模块 1的负极连接的带有可卸式接线插头 3的接线插座 2带负 电。 然后, 将上述三个接线插座 2的可卸式接线插头 3分别通过导线, 例 如电缆, 接至待融冰农村配送电网输电线路的 A相、 B相、 C相。 根据现 场融冰实际需要,可将分别与待融冰农村配送电网输电线路的 A相、 B相、 C相相连接的三个可卸式接线插头 3选择性插入三个接线插座 2的插孔之 中,从而灵活实施对输电线路的两相串联融冰方式或两相并联一相串联的 融冰方式。 由此而来, 本发明的这种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快 速接线转换装置, 便可实现灵活改变输电线路 A相、 B相、 C相三相的串 联融冰方式或并联融冰方式, 达到不需在输电线路上进行传统的人工接 线, 即可一举实现三相融冰, 大大提高融冰工作效率, 消除人工接线带来 的安全隐患之目的。
本发明的有益效果是:
1 ) 实现了灵活改变输电线路 A相、 B相、 C相三相串联融冰方 式或并联融冰方式, 使现场传统方式的线路上人工接线大为减少;
2 ) 使现场工作人员的劳动强度大大降低, 工作效率大大提高;
3 ) 避免了雨雪冰冻条件下的人身安全隐患, 大大降低了安全风 险;
4 ) 由于融冰方式的灵活改变, 使得农村配送电网输电线路的可 融冰线路长度大大增加, 提升了融冰设施的应用效率。

具体实施方式
参见图 1所示本发明一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线 转换装置一个具体的实施例, 该实施例的直流融冰模块 1采用中国湖南省 汇粹电力科技有限公司研制开发的 HCR-500B型, 输出电流为 500安培的 融冰模块; 接线插座 2采用中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的 K18Z 型, 通流能力为 500A的接线插座; 可卸式接线插头 3, 采用其规格与所述 中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的 K18Z型,通流能力为 500A的接线 插座的规格匹配的,亦为中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的 K18T型, 通流能力为 500A的接线插头。 所述直流融冰模块 1的正极并联连接二个 接线插座 2; 所述直流融冰模块 1的负极连接一个接线插座 2。 该三个与 直流融冰模块 1相连接的接线插座 2上,均分别插置有一个可卸式接线插 头 3。
由以上构成的该例一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线 转换装置, 经仿真计算和模拟试验证明效果良好, 使用方便且安全可靠, 完全达到设计要求。
