Abstract

本实用新型介绍了一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,该装置具有一个直流融冰模块(1)。该直流融冰模块(1)的正极并联连接有二个分别带有可卸式接线插头(3)的接线插座(2);该直流融冰模块(1)的负极连接有一个带有可卸式接线插头(3)的接线插座(2)。当农村配送电网输电线路覆冰时,本装置不需在输电线路上人工接线,即可实现三相融冰,大大提高融冰工作效率,消除人工接线带来的安全隐患。且:1)实现了灵活改变三相串联融冰或并联融冰方式;2)降低了劳动强度;3)降低了安全风险;4)增加了融冰线路长度,提升了融冰效率。

技术领域
本实用新型属于电气工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,使用该装置可在融冰时对输电线路接线实施快速转换以提高融冰工作效率。
背景技术
近几年来,因农村配送电网输电线路冬季覆冰过厚,造成倒杆、断线的严重事故屡屡发生。以2008年1月为例,发生在中国湖南省的电网冰灾,造成大量的农村配送电网线路倒杆、断线,直接经济损失达数十亿元人民币,并严重影响了群众的正常用电。因此,在输电线路形成覆冰之时及时地对其进行融冰处理,剥离或消除覆冰,防止线路断裂和倒塔,保证输电线路的安全运行十分必要。然而,目前采用的直流融冰装置在融冰时,每次仅能完成二相融冰,而输电线路一般为三相,每次实施融冰时,需要进行改接线工作,工作量大,且改接线时存在安全风险,对人身安全存在较大的威胁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的落后状况,设计一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,使用该装置实施农村配送电网输电线路融冰时,不需在输电线路上进行传统的人工接线,即可一举实现三相融冰,大大提高融冰工作效率,消除人工接线带来的安全隐患。
本实用新型的技术方案是,上述所设计的一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,参见附图1所示,该装置具有一个直流融冰模块1。该直流融冰模块1的正极并联连接有二个分别带有可卸式接线插头3的接线插座2;该直流融冰模块1的负极连接有一个带有可卸式接线插头3的接线插座2。
本实用新型的工作原理是:当农村配送电网输电线路覆冰时,将本实用新型提供的上述这种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置的直流融冰模块1接入外接电源,例如柴油发电机组,将外接电源,例如柴油发电机组供给的交流电源转化成直流电源。使与所述直流融冰模块1的正极并联的二个分别带有可卸式接线插头3的接线插座2带正电;而让与所述直流融冰模块1的负极连接的带有可卸式接线插头3的接线插座2带负电。然后,将上述三个接线插座2的可卸式接线插头3分别通过导线,例如电缆,接至待融冰农村配送电网输电线路的A相、B相、C相。根据现场融冰实际需要,可将分别与待融冰农村配送电网输电线路的A相、B相、C相相连接的三个可卸式接线插头3选择性插入三个接线插座2的插孔之中,从而灵活实施对输电线路的两相串联融冰方式或两相并联一相串联的融冰方式。由此而来,本实用新型的这种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,便可实现灵活改变输电线路A相、B相、C相三相的串联融冰方式或并联融冰方式,达到不需在输电线路上进行传统的人工接线,即可一举实现三相融冰,大大提高融冰工作效率,消除人工接线带来的安全隐患之目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1)实现了灵活改变输电线路A相、B相、C相三相串联融冰方式或并联融冰方式,使现场传统方式的线路上人工接线大为减少;
2)使现场工作人员的劳动强度大大降低,工作效率大大提高;
3)避免了雨雪冰冻条件下的人身安全隐患,大大降低了安全风险;
4)由于融冰方式的灵活改变,使得农村配送电网输电线路的可融冰线路长度大大增加,提升了融冰设施的应用效率。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示本实用新型一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置一个具体的实施例,该实施例的直流融冰模块1采用中国湖南省汇粹电力科技有限公司研制开发的HCR-500B型,输出电流为500安培的融冰模块;接线插座2采用中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的K18Z型,通流能力为500A的接线插座;可卸式接线插头3,采用其规格与所述中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的K18Z型,通流能力为500A的接线插座的规格匹配的,亦为中国南京康尼科技实业有限公司生产的K18T型,通流能力为500A的接线插头。所述直流融冰模块1的正极并联连接二个接线插座2;所述直流融冰模块1的负极连接一个接线插座2。该三个与直流融冰模块1相连接的接线插座2上,均分别插置有一个可卸式接线插头3。
由以上构成的该例一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,经仿真计算和模拟试验证明效果良好,使用方便且安全可靠,完全达到设计要求。

1.一种用于农村配送电网输电线路融冰的快速接线转换装置,其特征在于,该装置具有一个直流融冰模块(1),该直流融冰模块(1)的正极并联连接有二个分别带有可卸式接线插头(3)的接线插座(2);该直流融冰模块(1)的负极连接有一个带有可卸式接线插头(3)的接线插座(2)。
