一种蛋内打蛋器
技术领域 本实用新型涉及日用生活用品领域, 具体而言, 涉及一种蛋内打 蛋器。 背景技术 打蛋器用来将蛋类的蛋清和蛋黄打散,使之充分融合成蛋液的一 种曰用装置。 相关技术中, 通常先将蛋类的蛋壳打碎, 然后将蛋清和 蛋黄倒入器 jnr中,用打蛋器将器 中的蛋清和蛋黄打散。该打蛋方式, 在不破坏蛋壳的情况下, 无法使蛋清和蛋黄充分融合成蛋液, 故增加 了诸多不便因素。 实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种蛋内打蛋器,以解决上述的问题。 在本实用新型的实施例中提供了一种蛋内打蛋器,包括:固定壳、 减震固定机构和绳索, 所述固定壳包括固定上壳和固定下壳, 所述固 定上壳和所述固定下壳能拆卸连接在一起, 组成一密闭中空腔体, 用 于放置蛋类; 所述减震固定机构设置在所述固定壳内表面上, 用于固 定置于所述固定壳中的蛋类;所述固定上壳与至少两才艮所述绳索连接; 所述固定下壳与至少两根所述绳索连接。 本实用新型上述实施例的一种蛋内打蛋器,通过将蛋类固定设置 在固定壳内, 然后晃动绳索。 蛋类随固定壳高速转动, 最终能够使蛋 类在不破坏蛋壳的情况下, 将蛋清和蛋黄充分融合成蛋液, 故能够增 加蛋类烹饪的更多可能性, 避免蛋类常规烹饪中的不便因素。 附图说明 图 1示出了本实用新型一种蛋内打蛋器的结构示意图; 图 2示出了本实用新型固定壳的轴截面示意图。 具体实施方式 下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的 详纟田描述。 如图 1所示, 本实用新型提供的一种蛋内打蛋器, 包括固定壳、 减震固定机构和绳索 2, 固定壳包括固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4, 固定 上壳 3和固定下壳 4能拆卸连接在一起, 组成一密闭中空腔体, 蛋类 被放置在有固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4组成的密闭中空腔体内。固定上 壳 3和固定下壳 4可以采用本领域中任何公知的固定连接方式,譬如 插入式连接, 螺纹式连接, 扣搭式连接, 冷压接, 粘接等。 在本实施 例中, 通过螺纹式连接将固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4固定连接在一起, 即固定上壳 3外周面上设置有外螺纹,固定下壳 4的内周面上设置有 与外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4通过外螺纹和内 螺纹连接在一起。 当然, 固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4也可以通过卡扣连 接在一起。 这样设计, 可以方便的将蛋类放置在固定壳内, 而且使用 方便, 性能稳定。 减震固定机构设置在固定壳内表面上, 用于固定置 于固定壳中的蛋类, 通过设置有减震固定机构, 不但可以将固定壳中 的蛋类固定住, 而且可以起到对固定壳中的蛋类减震的效果, 防止蛋 类与固定壳内壁相接触, 而造成蛋类的蛋壳破碎。 本领域的技术人员 应当理解, 这里所说的减震固定机构, 可以是能够实现上述目的的任 何装置, 只要能实现上述目的, 均适用于本实施例。 固定上壳 3与至 少两 4艮绳索 2连接; 与固定下壳 4与至少两 4艮绳索 2连接。 绳索 2 与固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4的连接方式可以为任何本领域公知的连接 方式, 譬如固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4上分别设置有穿绳孔, 两个穿绳 孔最好是对称设计, 当然其它形式的设置, 也适用于本实施例。 绳索 2分别穿过固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4的穿绳孔, 将绳索 2和固定上壳 3、 绳索 2和固定下壳 4连接在一起。 本实施例提供的一种蛋内打蛋 器, 将蛋类固定在固定壳中, 通过晃动绳索 2, 蛋类随固定壳高速转 动, 使蛋类中的蛋清和蛋黄充分融合, 且不需要破坏蛋壳。 如图 1和图 2所示, 上面所说的减震固定机构为减震垫 6, 减震 垫 6固定设置在所述固定壳的内表面上。减震垫 6最好采用弹性物质 制成, 譬如硅胶等, 这样可以更好的实现固定减震的功能, 且制造成 本低。 这里要强调的是, 本蛋内打蛋器中的减震垫 6上还可以设置有 弹性凸起 5 , 当然, 弹性凸起 5最好也采用弹性材质制成。 通过设置 有弹性凸起 5 , 可以进一步有效的实现减震、 固定的作用, 有效的提 高了本实施例提供的蛋内打蛋器的使用稳定性。 当然, 这里用其他装 置来代替弹性凸起 5。 总之, 在减震垫 6上设置有进一步减震固定的 结构, 譬如凸起, 圆环等, 均适用于本实施例。 需要指出的是, 固定 壳的形状可以是任意立体形状,譬如球形,立方体等,在本实施例中, 固定壳的形状为橢圆体, 即其轴截面为橢圆形。 这样设计, 可以使蛋 类的形状与固定壳的形状相符, 提高本蛋内打蛋器的使用稳定性。 较 好的, 固定上壳 3与 2至 8根绳索 2连接, 而固定下壳 4也与 2至 8 根绳索连接, 这样, 在固定壳转动时, 若干根绳索 2缠绕在一起, 可 以增加固定壳反向转动的速度, 使蛋清和蛋黄能更充分的混合。 进一 步来说, 本蛋内打蛋器还可以包括手柄 1 , 手柄 1有两个, 一个手柄 1通过绳索 2与固定上壳 3连接, 另一个手柄 1通过绳索 2与固定下 壳 4连接。 通过设置了手柄 1 , 可以方便的将固定壳晃动起来, 使本 实施例提供的蛋内打蛋器的更加方便使用。 如图 1和图 2所示,本实施例提供的一种蛋内打蛋器的使用方法 为: 首先, 将蛋类置于固定上壳 3和固定下壳 4之间, 然后将固定上 壳 3和固定下壳 4拧紧。 双手拉住手柄 1 , 晃动固定壳。 蛋类随着固 定壳高速转动, 蛋清和蛋黄充分融合在一起, 形成蛋液。 本实施例提供的蛋内打蛋器, 可以在不破坏蛋壳的情况下, 将蛋 清和蛋黄充分融合, 形成蛋液。 省略了打碎蛋类外壳, 在进行搅拌的 时间, 而且能得到混合均匀, 充分的蛋液。 另夕卜, 本实施例提供的蛋 内打蛋器体积小,在狭小的厨房内,不占据空间。而且,其制作筒单, 操作容易, 打蛋效果好。 以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本实 用新型, 对于本领域的技术人员来说, 本实用新型可以有各种更改和 变化。 凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替 换、 改进等, 均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1. 一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 包括: 固定壳、 减震固定 机构和绳索, 所述固定壳包括固定上壳和固定下壳, 所述 固定上壳和所述固定下壳能拆卸连接在一起,组成一密闭 中空腔体, 用于放置蛋类; 所述减震固定机构设置在所述 固定壳内表面上, 用于固定置于所述固定壳中的蛋类; 所 述固定上壳与至少两根所述绳索连接; 所述固定下壳与至 少两 4艮所述绳索连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述减震固定机构为减震垫,所述减震垫固定设置在所述固 定壳的内表面上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述减震垫上还设置有弹性凸起。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述固定上壳和所述固定下壳通过卡扣连接在一起。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述固定上壳外周面上设置有外螺纹,所述固定下壳的内周 面上设置有与所述外螺纹相配合的内螺纹,所述固定上壳 和所述固定下壳通过所述外螺紋和所述内螺紋连接在一 起。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述固定壳的轴截面为橢圆形。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征在于, 所 述固定上壳与 2至 8才艮所述绳索连接; 所述固定下壳与 2 至 8 4艮所述绳索连接。
8. 根据权利要求 1-7任一项所述的一种蛋内打蛋器, 其特征 在于, 还包括手柄, 所述手柄有两个, 一个所述手柄通过 所述绳索与所述固定上壳连接; 另一个所述手柄通过所述 绳索与所述固定下壳连接。
