Abstract

【課題】本発明は、極低温下、電波の高感度測定を可能にする電波測定装置を提供する。 【解決手段】真空容器の中に、目的とする電波を透過させる放射遮フィルタ、電波に含まれる目的としない電磁波を反射させる電波透過性材料、及び電波検出器を置き、電波が前記放射遮フィルタを透過し、前記電波に含まれる目的としない電磁波は前記電波透過性材料により前記放射遮フィルタに向けて反射させられ、前記放射遮フィルタに熱として集熱されるとともに、熱伝導により系外に排熱され、前記電波透過性材料を透過した電波が、前記電波検出器により高感度測定される電波測定装置とした。
