Abstract

A method for matching the agricultural products and produce requisites is disclosed. The method includes enabling a plurality of sellers to post a plurality of selling advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations. The plurality of sellers are provided with a selling authorization code to post, edit, delete the plurality of selling advertisements. The method further includes enabling a plurality of buyers to post a plurality of buying advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations. The plurality of buyers are provided with a buying authorization code to post, edit, delete the plurality of buying advertisements. The method further enables plurality of buyers and sellers to view the advertisements based on selecting at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

Moreover the traditional paper based advertisements posted either by the sellers or buyers could not be efficiently reached among to the required customers by the intervention of the third party service providers and also the amount of time consumed to reach the sellers or buyers is high.
[0005] Typically, with the advent of the new technology the problems associated with the interference of third party service providers is solved to some extent by the usage of digital signage advertisements. Typically, digital signage advertisements are often more cost effective than traditional advertising media and also display unlimited content. [0006] To overcome the above described disadvantages associated with the third party service providers and to further reduce the risks from third parties and to access the information about international and domestic markets, financial services and news regarding agricultural commodities is possible through the usage of internet which may stifle the growth of agriculture sector. Online or web based methods provide a direct medium between the buyers and sellers. But these suffer due to certain limitations like they lack in advertising or enabling a fair trade between the buyers and sellers located in a same location and also in a predetermined time.
[0007] In the light of aforementioned limitations and to overcome the drawbacks associated with existing web based advertising methods, there exists a need for an enhanced method and system for establishing a localized trading network between buyers and sellers for sharing information related agricultural produce and products and also to enable a location based trading of the agricultural produce and products

CLAIMS What is claimed is
1. A method for matching the agricultural products and produce requisites, the method comprising:
enabling a plurality of sellers to post a plurality of selling advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations, whereby the plurality of sellers are provided with a selling authorization code for posting the plurality of selling advertisements; editing the plurality of selling advertisements; deleting the plurality of selling advertisements; and viewing the plurality of selling advertisements; enabling a plurality of buyers to post a plurality of buying advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations, whereby the plurality of buyers are provided with a buying authorization code for posting the plurality of buying advertisements; editing the plurality of buying advertisements; deleting the plurality of buying advertisements; and viewing the plurality of buying advertisements; and transmitting alerts consisting of buying or selling details to the data communication device of the buyers and sellers through at least one data communication gateway.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising a step of providing a secured login to a plurality of buyers and sellers for:
posting the plurality of advertisements; editing the plurality of advertisements; deleting the plurality of advertisements; viewing the plurality of advertisements; replying to the plurality of advertisements; commenting on the plurality of advertisements; and rating the plurality of advertisements.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein enabling a seller to post a plurality of selling advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein enabling a buyer to post a plurality of buying advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein assigning a unique identification code to each and every advertisement.
The method of claim 1, wherein to display constitutional segments corresponding to the plurality of geographical locations.
The method of claim 1, wherein displaying geographical locations over a political map and over a list.
The method of claim 1 , wherein to divide the agricultural product and produce category to sub category and to further divide the sub category to item.

12. The method of claim 1, wherein viewing the advertisements through action posts.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein action posts comprise a list of advertisements on which one of the following actions is performed.
posting the advertisement; editing the advertisement; viewing the advertisement; replying to the advertisement; commenting on the advertisement; and rating the advertisement.
14. The method of claim 1, further comprises selecting the plurality of buying advertisements for viewing based on selecting at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
15. The method of claim 1, further comprises selecting the plurality of selling advertisements for viewing based on selecting at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
16. The method of claim 1, wherein requesting the server to generate selling authentication codes or buying authentication codes to sellers and buyers to post, edit and delete selling and buying advertisements.
17. The method of claim 1, further comprises enabling a plurality of buyers and sellers to search a plurality of advertisements based on selecting at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The method of claim 1, further comprises processing a plurality of buying advertisements and a plurality of selling advertisements by the server for matching the similarity between the plurality of selling advertisements and the plurality of buying advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
19. The method of claim 1, further comprises transmitting alerts consisting of buying or selling details to the data communication device of the buyers and sellers.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting an alert from the data communication gateway hosted by the server to the data communication device of the buyer or seller on receiving the unique advertisement identification code.

The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting alerts to the plurality of buyers and sellers on matching the similarity between the plurality of selling advertisements and the plurality of buying advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting alerts to the plurality of sellers, when details of an existing buying advertisement is modified and on matching the similarity between the modified buying advertisement and the plurality of selling advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting alerts to the plurality of buyers, when details of an existing selling advertisement is modified and on matching the similarity between the modified selling advertisement and the plurality of buying advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting alerts to the plurality of buyers, when a new selling advertisement is posted and on matching the similarity between the newly posted selling advertisement and the plurality of buying advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The method of claim 19, wherein transmitting alerts to the plurality of sellers, when a new buying advertisement is posted and on matching the similarity between the newly posted buying advertisement and the plurality of selling advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
26. The method of claim 1, further comprises a shopping cart in the market interface for enabling a plurality of buyers to purchase at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
27. The method of claim 1, further comprises an online tender in the market interface for enabling a plurality of sellers to quote tender price for selling at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
28. The method of claim 1, further comprises enabling a plurality of buyers and sellers to post, edit, delete, search, view and rate the buying and selling advertisements through a data communication device.
29. The method of claim 28, further comprises a data communication gateway hosted by the server, for receiving advertisement details from the data communication devices of buyers and sellers.
30. The method of claim 1, wherein the advertisements are divided into classified advertisements and market advertisements.
31. The method of claim 30, wherein market advertisements are detailed advertisements managed by market interface.
32. The method of claim 1 , further comprises a step of viewing the classified advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
33. The method of claim 1, further comprising a step of viewing the market advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
34. The method of claim 1, further comprises enabling a plurality of buyers and sellers to view the market advertisements through the classified interface.

A system for matching agricultural products and produce requisites, comprising a processor of a central server configured to access the storage repository and execute software instructions. enabling a plurality of sellers to post a plurality of selling advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations, whereby the plurality of sellers are provided with a selling authorization code for posting the plurality of selling advertisements; editing the plurality of selling advertisements; deleting the plurality of selling advertisements; and viewing the plurality of selling advertisements; enabling a plurality of buyers to post a plurality of buying advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations, whereby the plurality of buyers are provided with a buying authorization code for posting the plurality of buying advertisements; editing the plurality of buying advertisements; deleting the plurality of buying advertisements; and viewing the plurality of buying advertisements; further comprises at least one messaging engine for transmitting alerts consisting of buying or selling details to the data communication device of the buyers and sellers.
45. The system of claim 44, further comprises a server configured for providing a secured login to a plurality of buyers and sellers for:
posting the plurality of advertisements; editing the plurality of advertisements; deleting the plurality of advertisements; viewing the plurality of advertisements; replying to the plurality of advertisements commenting on the plurality of advertisements; and rating the plurality of advertisements.
46. The system of claim 44, wherein enabling the seller to post a plurality of selling advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
47. The system of claim 44, wherein enabling the buyer to post a plurality of buying advertisements corresponding to at least one agricultural product and produce category over a plurality of geographical locations.
48. The system of claim 44, further comprises a server in communication with the storage repository to assign a unique identification code to each and every advertisement.
49. The system of claim 44, wherein the storage repository consists of:
a constitutional segments database; a categorical database; classified advertisements database; market advertisements database; seller and buyer details database; and seller and buyer information database.
50. The system of claim 49, wherein the constitutional segments database, structured in accordance with a constitutional segments hierarchical structure.
51. The system of claim 49, wherein the categorical database, structured in accordance with a categorical hierarchical structure, the top level of database corresponding to category followed by sub category and item corresponding to agricultural product and produce.
52. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI, is provided for displaying geographical locations over a political map and over a list.
53. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI is provided for viewing the posted advertisements based on agricultural product and produce category.
54. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI is provided for viewing the posted advertisements based on the geographical locations.
55. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI is provided for viewing the recently posted advertisements.
56. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI, is provided for viewing the action list advertisements.

The system of claim 56, wherein the action list comprises a list of advertisements on which one of the following actions is performed posting the advertisement; editing the advertisement; viewing the advertisement; replying to the advertisement; commenting the advertisement; and rating the advertisement.
58. The system of claim 44, wherein the GUI is provided for viewing the posted advertisements based on selecting at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
59. The system of claim 44, further comprises a server in communication with the storage repository to generate selling authentication codes or buying authentication codes to the sellers and buyers to post, edit and delete selling and buying advertisements.

The system of claim 44, further comprises a search engine hosted by the server system, the search engine searching the storage repository for the advertisements in accordance with a query corresponding to agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The system of claim 44, further comprises an analytical engine hosted by the server system, the analytical engine searching the storage repository for processing a plurality of buying advertisements and a plurality of selling advertisements for matching the similarity between the plurality of selling advertisements and the plurality of buying advertisements based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
62. The system of claim 44, further comprises a messaging engine hosted by the server for transmitting alerts in encoded form to the data communication device of the buyers and sellers.
63. The system of claim 62, wherein the alerts consists of buying or selling details of the agricultural products and produce.
64. The system of claim 62, wherein the alert transmitted or received from data communication device is in encoded form.
65. The system of claim 62, wherein transmitting an alert from the messaging engine hosted by the server to the data communication device of the buyer or seller on receiving the unique advertisement identification code.

The system of claim 62, wherein transmitting alerts in the encoded form to the data communication devices of the plurality of buyers and sellers on matching the similarity between the plurality of selling advertisements and the plurality of buying advertisements by the analytical engine hosted by the server, based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The system of claim 62, wherein transmitting alerts in the encoded form to the data communication devices of the plurality of sellers, when details of an existing buying advertisement is modified and on matching the similarity between the modified buying advertisement and the plurality of selling advertisements by the analytical engine hosted by the server, based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.

The system of claim 62, wherein transmitting alerts in the encoded form to the data communication devices of the plurality of buyers, when details of an existing selling advertisement is modified and on matching the similarity between the modified selling advertisement and the plurality of buying advertisements by the analytical engine hosted by the server, based on at least one agricultural product and produce category or the plurality of geographical locations or both.
