4、企业 企业的知识库体系通常是企业的核心竞争力,使用"在线教育培训系统", 企业能够创建自己的知识库体系,并允许企业内部员工随时随地学习和分享这些知识。 不断提升的员工素质和不断积累的企业知识库是企业能够保持长久的竞争力的关键。 对于大型企业, 还可以为合作伙伴及客户创建远程学习平台, 提升和考核合作伙伴的 专业技能并降低服务和支持成本。 通过上述各个在线系统, 用户者与之进行在线交互获取学习资源, 提高能力, 都 是通过传统的手动输入来进行的, 即离不开手的操作, 然而对于需要将手从在线学习 中解放出来, 或者是对于一些手残疾的特殊的群来说, 便无法与上述各个在线系统进 行交互, 获取学习资源, 提高能力。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种在线交互处理方法、 装置及服务器, 以至少解决相关技术中对 于需要将手从在线学习中解放出来, 或者是对于一些手残疾的特殊的群来说, 便无法 与上述各个在线系统进行交互, 获取学习资源, 提高能力的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种在线交互处理方法, 包括: 接收语音信息; 识别所述语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码, 其中, 所述标识码用于标识在线学习 操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象; 依据所述标识码进行在线交互处理。 其中, 识别所述语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码包括: 在所述语音信息包括 有所述标识码的情况下, 识别所述语音信息得到所述标识码; 在所述语音信息中包括 有与所述标识码对应的操作名称的情况下, 依据所述操作名称与所述标识码的对应关 系得到所述标识码。 其中, 在接收所述语音信息之前, 还包括以下至少之一: 将所述标识码显示在用 户界面上; 交互模块, 设置 为依据所述标识码进行在线交互处理。 其中, 所述获得模块包括: 第一获得单元, 设置为在所述语音信息包括有所述标 识码的情况下, 识别所述语音信息得到所述标识码; 第二获得单元, 设置为在所述语 音信息中包括有与所述标识码对应的操作名称的情况下, 依据所述操作名称与所述标 识码的对应关系得到所述标识码。 其中, 所述在线交互处理装置还包括以下至少之一: 第一显示模块, 设置为将所 述标识码显示在用户界面上; 图 9是根据本发明实施例的交互实现处理流程图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在不冲突的 情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 在本实施例中提供了一种在线交互处理方法, 图 1是根据本发明实施例的在线交 互处理方法的流程图, 如图 1所示, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤 S102, 接收语音信息; 步骤 S104, 识别语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码, 其中, 标识码用于标识在 线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象; 步骤 S106, 依据标识码进行在线交互处理; 通过上述步骤, 采用通过语音进行在线交互的方法, 来代替手动操作的交互, 将 手从在线学习中解放出来, 使得一些手残疾的特殊的人群也可以进行在线交互, 不仅 解决了相关技术中只能手动操作进行在线交互, 一些失去了动手能力的特殊人群无法 享受在线交互的便利的问题, 提高了在线交互的普及性, 使得这些特殊人群也能融入 到网络中, 实现无拘无束的在线交互的功能, 也大大地提高了用户体验。 识别语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码包括: 在语音信息包括有标识码的情况 下, 识别语音信息得到标识码; 在语音信息中包括有与标识码对应的操作名称的情况 下, 依据操作名称与标识码的对应关系得到标识码。 这样就保证了无论语音输入的是 标识码还是操作名称, 都能确定所要进行的操作, 从而提高选定的准确率, 使得语音 输入信息的形式更加多样化, 操作起来更简单方便。 需要说明的是,在服务器接收语音信息之前,还需要将标识码显示在用户界面上; 将标识码与在线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象之间的对应关系显示在用户界面 上, 这样就保证了标识码与显示界面各模块上的文字是一一对应的, 这样用户就可以 很好的将需要语音输入的标识码与相应的文字对应起来, 减少出错的几率。 如果需要 语音输入的标识码比较长, 还可以采用同步确定的方式进行标识码的标示, 即在用户 语音输入一个较长的标识码时, 对该标识码已经语音输入的部分用不同于标识码本身 的颜色标示出来, 这样用户就可以清楚的获知自己语音输入的进程, 极大的降低了标 识码漏读或误读的几率, 提高用户体验。 对标识码进行在线交互处理包括如下步骤: 依据标识码执行与标识码对应的在线 学习操作; 和 /或, 依据标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型, 执行在线交互处理。 对于 在线语音交互来说, 输入的语音信息分为很多类, 有进行操作的语音指令, 有进行非 操作的语音输入, 如在线考试、 在线评论、 在线留言、 在线交谈。 处理器能够很好的 对这些语音信息进行分辨, 从而对不同的输入的语音信息进行不同的操作。 其中, 依据标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型, 执行在线交互处理包括以下至少 之一: 在标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型为文本信息输入的情况下, 接收与文本信 息输入对应的语音输入信息, 在将接收的语音输入信息转换为文本信息之后, 执行对 文本信息的输入; 在标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型为语音留言的情况下, 接收与 语音留言对应的语音输入信息, 对接收的语言输入信息进行录制, 保存录制的语音输 入信息。 这样就实现了对不同的语音信息类型进行不同的处理的效果, 实现了在线交 互的多元性, 也为失去动手能力的特殊人群带来了极大的方便。 语音输入时, 是将与文字相对应的标识码通过用耳麦语音发送指令的方式进行在 线交互的, 标识码也可以为多种类型, 可以为二进制序列、 可以为英文字母、 可以为 汉语拼音字母、 可以为阿拉伯数字、 也可以为其它的易读文字、 也可以为这些类型文 字的组合, 只要是容易被服务器识别的均可以用来设置成标识码, 极大地提高了在线 交互的易用性。 在本实施例中还提供了一种线交互处理装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选 实施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "模块"可以实现预 定功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的在线交互处理装置结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包 括接收模块 22、 获得模块 24和交互模块 26, 下面对该装置进行说明。 接收模块 22, 设置为接收语音信息; 获得模块 24, 连接至上述接收模块 22, 设 置为识别语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码, 其中, 标识码用于标识在线学习操作 和 /或在线学习操作的对象; 交互模块 26, 连接至上述获得模块 24, 设置为依据标识 码进行在线交互处理。 图 3是根据本发明实施例的在线交互处理装置的获得模块 24的结构框图, 如图 3 所示,该获得模块 24包括第一获得单元 32和 /或第二获得单元 34。下面对该获得模块 24进行说明。 第一获得单元 32, 设置为在语音信息包括有标识码的情况下, 识别语音信息得到 标识码; 第二获得单元 34, 设置为在语音信息中包括有与标识码对应的操作名称的情 况下, 依据操作名称与标识码的对应关系得到标识码。 图 4是根据本发明实施例的在线交互处理装置的优选结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该 装置除包括图 2所示装置外, 还包括第一显示模块 42和 /或第二显示模块 44, 下面对 该装置进行说明。 第一显示模块 42, 连接至上述接收模块 22, 设置为将标识码显示在用户界面上; 第二显示模块 44, 连接至上述接收模块 22, 设置为将标识码与在线学习操作和 /或在 线学习操作的对象之间的对应关系显示在用户界面上。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的在线交互处理装置的交互模块 26的结构框图, 如图 5 所示,该交互模块 26包括操作单元 52和 /或处理单元 54,下面对该交互模块进行说明。 操作单元 52, 设置为依据标识码执行与标识码对应的在线学习操作; 和 /或, 处理单元 54,设置为依据标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型,执行在线交互处理。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的在线交互处理装置的处理单元 54的结构框图, 如图 6 所示, 该处理单元 54包括执行子单元 62和 /或保存子单元 64, 下面对该处理单元 54 进行说明。 执行子单元 62, 设置为在标识码对应的在线学习操作的类型为文本信息输入的情 况下, 接收与文本信息输入对应的语音输入信息, 在将接收的语音输入信息转换为文 本信息之后, 执行对文本信息的输入; 保存子单元 64, 设置为在标识码对应的在线学 习操作的类型为语音留言的情况下, 接收与语音留言对应的语音输入信息, 对接收的 语言输入信息进行录制, 保存录制的语音输入信息。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的服务器结构框图, 如图 7所示,该服务器 70包括上述 任一项在线交互处理装置 72。 基于相关技术中, 失去了动手能力的群体不能享受在线交互的便利, 在本实施例 中, 提出了一种在线语音交互的处理方法, 使得社会大家庭的所有成员都均能享受在 线交互的优势。 有这样一群特殊的群体他们常年躺在床上, 或因特殊原因失去了动手 能力等。 为了解决这类人群的教育在线教育问题, 本发明设计了一套完全基于语音的 在线教育系统, 通过语音指令信息识别并操作教育系统元素, 通过语音推理技术将语 音信息转化为文本信息用于在线聊天、 考试、 评论以及文本留言等功能。 用户只需要 能够识别事先已编码的系统元素然后通过耳麦语音发送指令的方式来进行在线互动交 流与学习, 这种发明很好的解决上述特殊人群因某些原因而无法用手的困难, 让用户 接入到互联网, 实现在线教育。 本发明实施例包括以下步骤: 步骤 1, 服务端在线教育系统元素编码以方便用户识别。 对界面中元素标记为元 素识别和操作识别码。 元素识别码对应的是一组八位的二进制序列以标识元素唯一的 ID, 操作识别码对应的是一个 a~z的字母以标识用户响应操作, 当一个元素对应有多 个操作时用 " | "加以分割。 步骤 2, 用户通过语音输入识别码或者文本。 步骤 3, 当语音信息为操作指令时。 语音处理机识别成功, 将操作指令转为为识 别码, 传输到服务端, 服务端解析识别码响应用户操作, 反馈结果到客户端; 语音处 理机识别失败, 则提示识别失败, 请用户重新输入。 步骤 4, 当语音信息为非操作指令时。 语音处理机语音信息翻译为文本信息。 翻 译完成后语音输入提交元素指令, 将语音文本信息提交到服务器。 或者将这类信息保 存为语音格式的文件在网络上传输, 实现语音留言等功能。 采用本实施例的方法, 可以实现一套基于语音信息的在线教育系统, 它是专门针 对某些特定的失去了 "手" 的行动能力的人而设计。 用户只需要通过输入语音信息, 使这列特殊人群也融入到网络教育中, 实现无约束的在线教育功能。 该系统大致分为 三个模块: 语音控制模块 (与上述操作单元 52功能相当), 设置为用户实现用户与系统界面 元素互动, 实现用户操作。 语音输入模块 (与上述处理单元 54功能相当), 设置为用户可以实现在文本输入 框内输入想要说的内容, 系统将语音语义文字化, 此模块可供用户在线考试, 文本聊 天, 评论等。 语音咨询模块, (与上述处理单元 54功能相当) 设置为用户可以进行音频咨询, 实现网络在线聊天, 留言等需求。 下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明实施例进行说明:
( 1 ) 服务端: 提供业务之前, 服务端对在线教育系统各个元素进行编码, 以提示用户输入指令 码以及进行相应的操作。 系统每个元素都对应着一组识别码和操作码。 图 8是根据本 发明实施例的语音在线教育系统元素标识码标记示例, 如图 8 所示, 用户语音输入 11111110a, 系统就会定位 11111110对应的这个元素, 标题为线性代数之矩阵, 操作码 a, 即单击事件, 这样就达到了普通人将鼠标移至线性代数之矩阵图标, 然后单击, 进 入详情的效果。
(2) 客户端: 用户通过耳麦输入语音信息, 客户端语音分析设备分析用户语音类型。 图 9是根 据本发明实施例的交互实现处理流程图, 如图 9所示, 包括: 1 )若语音类型为语音指令, 则由语音控制模块处理。语音控制模块对语音指令进 行解析, 解析失败, 则提示用户重新输入。 解析成功, 则将用户指令转化为识别码, 网络传输到到在线教育服务器, 服务器响应用户请求。
2)若语音类型为语音文本输入, 则由语音输入模块进行处理。语音翻译器对输入 信息语音翻译, 将语音信息翻译为文本信息, 输入到文本框中。 语音输入完毕, 输入 语音提交指令, 调用语音控制模块, 提交请求到服务端, 然后服务端响应用户请求。
3 )若语音类型为语音留言, 则由语音咨询模块进行处理, 录音机语音信息, 录制 并保存为音频格式文件, 保存通过指令的方式, 调用语音咨询模块向服务端发送请求 传输音频。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 通过上述实施例及优选实施方式, 不仅解决了相关技术中只能手动操 作进行在线交互, 一些失去了动手能力的特殊人群无法享受在线交互的便利的问题, 进而提高了在线交互的普及性, 使得这些特殊人群也能融入到网络中, 实现无拘无束 的在线交互的功能, 也大大地提高了用户体验。

1. 一种在线交互处理方法, 包括:
接收语音信息;
识别所述语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码, 其中, 所述标识码用于标 识在线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象;
依据所述标识码进行在线交互处理。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 识别所述语音信息得到所述在线学习操作 的所述标识码包括:
在所述语音信息包括有所述标识码的情况下, 识别所述语音信息得到所述 标识码;
在所述语音信息中包括有与所述标识码对应的操作名称的情况下, 依据所 述操作名称与所述标识码的对应关系得到所述标识码。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 在接收所述语音信息之前, 还包括以 下至少之一:
将所述标识码显示在用户界面上;
将所述标识码与在线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象之间的对应关系 显示在所述用户界面上。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 依据所述标识码进行在线交互处理包 括:
依据所述标识码执行与所述标识码对应的在线学习操作; 和 /或, 依据所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型, 执行在线交互处理。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 依据所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作 的类型, 执行在线交互处理包括以下至少之一:
在所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型为文本信息输入的情况下, 接收与所述文本信息输入对应的语音输入信息, 在将接收的所述语音输入信息 转换为文本信息之后, 执行对所述文本信息的输入; 在所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型为语音留言的情况下, 接收 与所述语音留言对应的语音输入信息, 对接收的所述语言输入信息进行录制, 保存录制的所述语音输入信息。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述标识码为以下至少之一:
二进制序列、 英文字母、 汉语拼音字母、 阿拉伯数字。
7. 一种在线交互处理装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收语音信息;
获得模块, 设置为识别所述语音信息得到在线学习操作的标识码, 其中, 所述标识码用于标识在线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的对象;
交互模块, 设置为依据所述标识码进行在线交互处理。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述获得模块包括: 第一获得单元, 设置为在所述语音信息包括有所述标识码的情况下, 识别 所述语音信息得到所述标识码;
第二获得单元, 设置为在所述语音信息中包括有与所述标识码对应的操作 名称的情况下, 依据所述操作名称与所述标识码的对应关系得到所述标识码。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其中, 还包括以下至少之一:
第一显示模块, 设置为将所述标识码显示在用户界面上;
第二显示模块,设置为将所述标识码与在线学习操作和 /或在线学习操作的 对象之间的对应关系显示在所述用户界面上。
10. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述交互模块包括:
操作单元,设置为依据所述标识码执行与所述标识码对应的在线学习操作; 和 /或,
处理单元, 设置为依据所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型, 执行 在线交互处理。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理单元包括以下至少之一: 执行子单元, 设置为在所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型为文本 信息输入的情况下, 接收与所述文本信息输入对应的语音输入信息, 在将接收 的所述语音输入信息转换为文本信息之后, 执行对所述文本信息的输入; 保存子单元, 设置为在所述标识码对应的所述在线学习操作的类型为语音 留言的情况下, 接收与所述语音留言对应的语音输入信息, 对接收的所述语言 输入信息进行录制, 保存录制的所述语音输入信息。
