Abstract
一种冰箱门及冰箱,其中,冰箱门包括:门体(101),所述门体(101)内侧设有储物装置(102);卷帘装置(103),设置在所述储物装置(102)上方,所述卷帘装置(103)设有帘体(104),所述帘体(104)沿竖直方向伸缩设置,用于覆盖所述储物装置(102)。在保证储物空间的同时提高物品的储存质量。
Description
本申请要求了申请日为2013年05月23日,申请号为201310195550.9,发明名称为“冰箱门及冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本发明涉及冰箱设备技术,尤其涉及一种冰箱门及冰箱。
【背景技术】
目前,冰箱门上广泛安装有敞口式瓶座,在用户使用过程中,瓶座中的食物易与冷藏室内存储的其他食物串味,而且在开关门比较频繁的情况下,瓶座中的温度会出现明显的上升,频繁的温度变化会缩短食物的保质期,甚至造成食物变质。
现有技术中,通常会在瓶座上增加瓶座盖来避免食物串味的问题。但瓶座盖的设置会减少瓶座的储存空间,尤其会限制瓶座储存物品的高度,从而缩小储存物品的种类,给用户使用带来不便。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种冰箱门及冰箱,可在保证储物空间的同时提高物品的储存质量。
本发明提供一种冰箱门,包括:
门体,所述门体内侧设有储物装置;
卷帘装置,设置在所述储物装置上方,所述卷帘装置设有帘体,所述帘体沿竖直方向伸缩设置,用于覆盖所述储物装置。
本发明提供一种冰箱,包括本发明所提供的冰箱门。
基于上述,通过在储物装置上方设置卷帘装置,且卷帘装置设有沿竖直方向伸缩设置的帘体,因此帘体可将储物装置所储存的物品密封且不会减少储物装置的储物空间,同时,还能有效避免食物串味,减少储物装置内的冷气的散失,进而减少储物装置内温度的变化,因此,提高了物品的储存质量。

【具体实施方式】
请参考图1,本发明实施例提供一种冰箱门,包括:门体101,所述门体101内侧设有储物装置102;卷帘装置103,设置在所述储物装置102上方,所述卷帘装置103设有帘体104,所述帘体104沿竖直方向伸缩设置,用于覆盖所述储物装置102。
本实施例中,通过在储物装置102上方设置卷帘装置103,且卷帘装置103设有沿竖直方向伸缩设置的帘体104,因此帘体104可将储物装置102所储存的物品密封且不会减少储物装置102的储物空间,同时,还能有效避免食物串味,减少储物装置102内的冷气的散失,进而减少储物装置102内温度的变化,因此,提高了物品的储存质量。其中,储物装置可为瓶座或储物架等。另外,卷帘装置103可设置于门体101的顶部,使帘体104可以覆盖门体101上的所有或部分储物装置102,卷帘装置103也可设置于某个储物装置102顶部,使帘体104只用于覆盖该储物装置102。
请参考图1-3,本实施例中,优选的,卷帘装置103设有电机105,用于驱动所述帘体104沿竖直方向伸缩。由此,可通过电机105驱动帘体104,操作方便且节省人力。当然,卷帘装置103也可采用手动方式收放帘体104。
本实施例中,优选的,电机105连接有控制器106,所述控制器106用于对所述电机105进行正反向转动控制;所述储物装置102内设有温度传感器107,所述温度传感器107与所述控制器106连接,所述温度传感器107用于感应温度参数并提供给所述控制器106;所述控制器106用于根据所述温度参数控制所述电机105启动或停止。当温度传感器107感应到温度参数有变化时,温度传感器107的感应元件输出的电量或经温度传感器107处理后的数据量会产生变化,当电量或数据量的变化量达到设定值时,即是达到设定的温度参数,控制器106启动电机105,使电机105开始转动,从而驱动帘体104收放。由此可实现:当储物装置102内的温度高于或等于一设定值时,即储物装置102内的温度过高时,帘体104自动收起,使冰箱门内侧与冰箱的箱体内部进行热交换,从而使储物装置102内的温度下降,当储物装置102内的温度低于或等于一设定值时,即储物装置102内的温度适当时,帘体104可自动放下,用于保温,由此可进一步减少储物装置102内的温度变化,提高物品的储存质量。其中,设定值的大小可根据实际需要来设定。
本实施例中,优选的,控制器106上设有模式切换按键,所述模式切换按键用于选择手动收放帘体104模式或电动收放帘体104模式。由此,用户可根据需求选择手动收放帘体104或者电动收放帘体104,以提高使用的灵活性。
本实施例中,优选的,所述卷帘装置103设有自动回卷装置;所述储物装置102设有定位件,用于与帘体104底部连接,从而使帘体104定位。当用户通过电动或手动方式将帘体104降下后可利用定位件将帘体104底部与储物装置102进行定位,当用户想将帘体104收起时,只需解除帘体104与储物装置102的定位,帘体104在自动回卷装置的作用下可自动收回,操作方便省力。
请参考图4,本实施例中,优选的,定位件为磁条108和/或卡扣109,由此可方便的使帘体104底部与储物装置102进行定位或解除定位,当然定位件也可为粘扣带、挂钩、挂环或夹持件等其他装置,本发明对此不做具体限定。
请参考图5,本实施例中,优选的,储物装置102具有敞口,所述储物装置102设有挡帘110,用于覆盖所述敞口,所述挡帘110沿水平方向伸缩设置。卷帘装置103的帘体104可用于覆盖门体101上的所有储物装置102,同时每个储物装置102还设有可覆盖自身敞口的挡帘110,由此,用户可根据自身需要使任意一个储物装置102密封,若同时使用帘体104和挡帘110将储物装置102覆盖,则可进一步提高防串味效果,由此提供给用户更多的选择,帘体104和挡帘110的配合使用更为灵活。
本实施例中,优选的,敞口的上边缘和下边缘分别设有水平方向的导轨,所述导轨上滑设有滑块,所述滑块连接所述挡帘110。通过设置导轨和滑块,使挡帘110移动灵活,操作方便。当然挡帘110也可采用卷轴等其他方式实现伸缩。
请参考图1和图2,本实施例中,优选的,所述门体101内侧设有干涉装置111,用于对所述帘体104两侧产生干涉而使所述帘体104两侧形成折边,所述折边用于覆盖所述储物装置102的侧面。通过干涉装置111的干涉作用,可使帘体104形成三面结构,三个面可分别覆盖储物装置102的正面及两侧面,由此提高对于储物装置102的密封效果。干涉装置111可设于门体101或储物装置102上,也可设在卷帘装置103的底部。
本实施例中,优选的,所述帘体104底部设有底梁112,所述底梁112与所述储物装置102无间隙配合。由此,可使帘体104底部与储物装置102贴合,进一步提高对于储物装置102的密封效果。
本实施例中,优选的,帘体104为采用聚乙烯膜层、聚氯乙烯膜层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜层的帘体104。其中,通过采用聚乙烯膜层、聚氯乙烯膜层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜层,可使帘体104具有一定的保温性能和较好的柔韧性,同时使帘体104不能完全隔热,以保证当帘体104将储物装置102密封后,储物装置102内与冰箱箱体内仍可以进行一定的热量交换,从而防止储物装置102内的温度过高。另外,帘体104可为透明或半透明的帘体104,以便于用户看清储物装置102所储存的物品。当然,帘体104也可采用塑料、橡胶、布等其他材料,本发明对此不做具体限定。
本发明实施例提供一种冰箱,包括本发明任意实施例所述的冰箱门。
本实施例中,通过在门体101内侧设置卷帘装置103,且卷帘装置103设有沿竖直方向伸缩设置的帘体104,因此帘体104可将储物装置102所储存的物品密封且不会减少储物装置102的储物空间,同时,还能有效避免食物串味,减少储物装置102内的冷气的散失,进而减少储物装置102内温度的变化,因此,提高了物品的储存质量。

Claims (12)
- 一种冰箱门,其特征在于,包括:门体,所述门体内侧设有储物装置;卷帘装置,设置在所述储物装置上方,所述卷帘装置设有帘体,所述帘体沿竖直方向伸缩设置,用于覆盖所述储物装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述卷帘装置设有电机,用于驱动所述帘体沿竖直方向伸缩。
- 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述电机连接有控制器,所述控制器用于对所述电机进行正反向转动控制;所述储物装置内设有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与所述控制器连接,所述温度传感器用于感应温度参数并提供给所述控制器;所述控制器用于根据所述温度参数控制所述电机启动或停止。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述控制器上设有模式切换按键,所述模式切换按键用于选择手动收放帘体模式或电动收放帘体模式。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其特征在于:所述卷帘装置设有自动回卷装置;所述储物装置设有定位件,用于与所述帘体底部连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述定位件为磁条和/或卡扣。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述储物装置具有敞口,所述储物装置设有挡帘,用于覆盖所述敞口,所述挡帘沿水平方向伸缩设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述敞口的上边缘和下边缘分别设有水平方向的导轨,所述导轨上滑设有滑块,所述滑块连接所述挡帘。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门体内侧设有干涉装置,用于对所述帘体两侧产生干涉而使所述帘体两侧形成折边,所述折边用于覆盖所述储物装置的侧面。
- 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述帘体底部设有底梁,所述底梁与所述储物装置无间隙配合。
- 根据权利要求1-10所述的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述帘体为采用聚乙烯膜层、聚氯乙烯膜层或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯膜层的帘体。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-11中任一所述的冰箱门。
