在该技术方案中， 在服务器 100与客户端的配合中， 可以由客户端主 动查看当前已存储的授权文件， 从而判断用户的购买情况， 并告知服务器 100， 由服务器 100判断是否需要进行权利合并处理。
在上述技术方案中， 优选地， 所述授权文件生成单元 106还用于： 在 所述用户还购买过其他数字商品的应用权利的情况下， 生成对应于所有已 购买的数字商品的综合授权文件， 其中， 所述授权文件发送单元 108还将 所述综合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以由所述客户端对相应的数字商品 进行权利控制。
在该技术方案中， 如果用户购买的应用权利数量很多， 比如对于数字 书籍而言， 购买了很多数字书籍的阅读权利， 那么对于这些阅读权利对应 的授权文件也存在难以管理的问题。 因此， 由于都属于同一用户的应用权 利， 可以将这些属于不同数字商品（比如不同数字书籍）的授权文件进行 合并处理， 以便于客户端对授权文件进行管理。
图 2示出了根据本发明的实施例的系统的框图。
如图 2所示， 根据本发明的实施例的系统 1000， 包括： 终端 200和 如图 1所示的服务器 100， 其中， 所述终端 200配置有客户端， 包括： 权 利购买单元 202， 用于根据接收到的购买指令， 从所述服务器 100中配置 的服务端购买相应的数字商品的一个或多个組成部分的应用权利； 文件存 储单元 204， 用于存储授权文件， 所述授权文件用于对从所述服务端购买 的应用权利进行控制。
在该技术方案中， 用户通过客户端访问服务端， 并从服务端购买数字 商品的应用权利。 数字商品可以包括很多种类， 以数字书籍为例， 用户通 过购买数字书籍的一个或多个章节的阅读权利之后， 可以通过客户端阅读 对应的章节。 当用户购买了同一数字书籍的多个章节的阅读权利后， 服务 器 100 将主动生成对应于所有这些章节的組合授权文件后， 发送至客户 端， 而无需客户端对其进行合并处理。 由于是在服务器 100对权利进行合 并， 因此即使需要改变合并规则， 也只需要对服务器 100进行更新即可， 对于客户端则不需要进行专门的更新和升级。
图 3示出了根据本发明的实施例的数字权利合并方法的流程图。
如图 3所示， 根据本发明的实施例的数字权利合并方法， 包括： 步骤 302， 检测到用户通过客户端从服务端购买指定数字商品的一个 或多个組成部分的应用权利；
步骤 304， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部 分的应用权利；
步骤 306， 若购买过， 则生成对应于所有已购买的所述指定数字商品 的組成部分的組合授权文件；
步骤 308， 将所述組合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以由所述客户端 对所述指定数字商品进行权利控制。
在该技术方案中， 用户通过客户端访问服务端， 并从服务端购买数字 商品的应用权利。 数字商品可以包括很多种类， 以数字书籍为例， 用户通 过购买数字书籍的一个或多个章节的阅读权利之后， 可以通过客户端阅读 对应的章节。 当用户购买了同一数字书籍的多个章节的阅读权利后， 服务 器将主动生成对应于所有这些章节的組合授权文件后， 发送至客户端， 而 无需客户端对其进行合并处理。 由于是在服务器对权利进行合并， 因此即 使需要改变合并规则， 也只需要对服务器进行更新即可， 对于客户端则不 需要进行专门的更新和升级。

在该技术方案中， 由服务器对用户的购买情况进行记录， 从而当用户 再次进行购买时， 可以由服务器自己完成购买情况的查询工作， 无需客户 端的参与。
在上述技术方案中， 优选地， 查询所述用户的购买记录的步骤包括： 通过查询所述用户购买的数字商品的订单号， 以根据所述订单号获知对应 的已购买的应用权利。
在该技术方案中， 由于每次购买时都会存在订单号， 因而可以借由订 单号对已购买的应用权利进行查询。
在上述技术方案中， 优选地， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字 商品的其他組成部分的应用权利的步骤包括： 向所述客户端发送第一查询 请求， 以获知所述客户端中已存储的授权文件； 根据所述已存储的授权文 件， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权 利。
在该技术方案中， 由于客户端中会存储已购买的应用权利对应的授权 文件， 因而服务器可以不对用户的购买情况进行记录， 而是由客户端与服 务器进行交互， 通过查看在客户端已存储的授权文件来获知用户的购买情 况。
在上述技术方案中， 优选地， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字 商品的其他組成部分的应用权利的步骤包括： 向所述客户端发送第二查询 请求， 以由所述客户端根据自身存储的授权文件判断所述用户是否购买过 所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利； 接收来自所述客户端的判 断结果， 以获知所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的 应用权利。
在该技术方案中， 在服务器与客户端的配合中， 可以由客户端主动查 看当前已存储的授权文件， 从而判断用户的购买情况， 并告知服务器， 由 服务器判断是否需要进行权利合并处理。

图 4示出了根据本发明的实施例的进行数字权利合并的原理示意图。 下面结合图 4及具体的数字权利合并的示例， 对本发明的技术方案进行详 细说明。
如图 4所示， 本发明的技术方案主要涉及用户 402、 服务器和客户端 412 三方之间的信息交互， 其中， 服务器具体可以包括： 销售服务器 404、 订单服务器 406、 协议生成服务器 408和授权服务器 410等。
以购买 《西游记》的阅读权利为例， 假定共 100章， 具体的权利合并 步骤包括：
步骤 1， 用户 402通过客户单 412登陆销售服务器 404， 从销售服务 器 404购买 《西游记》第 4章的阅读权利， 订单号为 W3;
步骤 2， 销售服务器 404将用户信息、 订单信息、 本次销售权利信息 等记录在订单服务器 406上； 步骤 3， 销售服务器 404根据用户信息， 从订单服务器 406上查询所 有相关订单， 以用于确定该用户是否已经购买过《西游记》的其他章节的 阅读权利；
步骤 4， 销售服务器 404 将查询到的所有历史订单号和本次新订单 号、 本次销售权利信息都发送给协议生成服务器 408， 比如该用户购买过 《西游记》的第 2章和第 3章， 订单号分别为 W1和 W2， 则将 Wl、 W2、 W3以及本次销售的权利信息等发生至协议生成服务器 408;
步骤 5， 协议生成服务器 408记录本次订单信息和本次销售权利信息 等， 并根据历史订单号查询出所有的历史授权权利信息， 比如根据 W1查 询出购买的第 2章的阅读权利。
步骤 6， 协议生成服务器 408向授权服务器 410发送所有的历史授权 信息和本次授权信息；
步骤 7， 授权服务器 410将所有的历史授权权利信息和本次新的权利 进行权利合并， 取得最大的授权信息集合， 形成合并后的权利信息， 并生 成一个新的授权文件， 则生成的新的授权文件将允许用户对《西游记》的 第 2、 3、 4章进行阅读；
步骤 8， 授权服务器 410将新的授权文件返回给销售服务器 404; 步骤 9， 销售服务器 404将新的授权文件返回给客户端 412;
步骤 10， 客户端 412接收到新的授权文件后覆盖本地的历史授权文 件， 并根据其中新的权利项进行授权控制。
本公开还提供一种或多种具有计算机可执行指令的计算机可读介廣， 所述指令在由计算机执行时， 执行数字权利合并方法， 所述方法包括： 检 测到用户通过客户端从服务端购买指定数字商品的一个或多个組成部分的 应用权利； 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的 应用权利， 若购买过， 则生成对应于所有已购买的所述指定数字商品的組 成部分的組合授权文件； 将所述組合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以由所 述客户端对所述指定数字商品进行权利控制。
本公开还提供一台包括带有计算机可执行指令的一个或多个计算机可 读介质的计算机， 所述指令在由计算机执行时执行权利要求 8 所述的方 法。
示例性操作环境
诸如此处所描述的计算机或计算设备具有硬件， 包括一个或多个处理 器或处理单元、 系统存储器和某种形式的计算机可读介廣。 作为示例而非 限制， 计算机可读介质包括计算机存储介质和通信介质。 计算机存储介质 包括以用于存储诸如计算机可读指令、 数据结构、 程序模块或其它数据的 信息的任何方法或技术实现的易失性与非易失性、 可移动与不可移动介 质。 通信介质一般以诸如载波或其它传输机制等已调制数据信号来体现计 算机可读指令、 数据结构、 程序模块或其它数据， 并且包括任何信息传递 介廣。 以上的任一种的組合也包括在计算机可读介廣的范围之内。
计算机可使用至一个或多个远程计算机， 如远程计算机的逻辑连接在 网络化环境中操作。 尽管结合示例性计算系统环境进行了描述， 但本发明 的各实施例可用于众多其它通用或专用计算系统环境或配置。 计算系统环 境并非旨在对本发明的任何方面的使用范围或功能提出任何限制。 此外， 计算机环境也不应被解释成对于示例性操作环境中所示出的任一組件或其 組合有任何依赖或要求。 适用于本发明的各方面的公知的计算系统、 环境 和 /或配置的示例包括， 但不仅限于： 个人计算机、 服务器计算机、 手持 式或膝上型设备、 多处理器系统、 基于微处理器的系统、 机顶盒、 可编程 消费电子产品、 移动电话、 网络 PC、 小型计算机、 大型计算机、 包括上 面的系统或设备的中的任何一种的分布式计算环境等等。
可以在由一台或多台计算机或其他设备执行的诸如程序模块之类的计 算机可执行的指令的一般上下文中来描述本发明的各实施例。 计算机可执 行指令可作为软件被組织成一个或多个计算机可执行組件或模块。 一般而 言， 程序模块包括， 但不限于， 执行特定任务或实现特定抽象数据类型的 例程、 程序、 对象、 組件， 以及数据结构。 可以利用任何数量的这样的組 件或模块及其組织来实现本发明的各方面。 例如， 本发明的各方面不仅限 于附图中所示出并且在此处所描述的特定计算机可执行指令或特定組件或 模块。 本发明的其他实施例可以包括具有比此处所示出和描述的功能更多 或更少功能的不同的计算机可执行指令或組件。 本发明的各方面也可以在 其中任务由通过通信网络链接的远程处理设备执行的分布式计算环境中实 现。 在分布式计算环境中， 程序模块可以位于包括存储器存储设备在内的 本地和远程计算机存储介质中。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案， 考虑到相关技术中在对 数字权利进行合并时， 必须在客户端进行合并处理的操作， 经常需要客户 端进行更新和升级等， 不利于具体控制和操作， 因此， 本发明提供了一种 服务器、 一种系统和一种数字权利合并方法， 可以避免由客户端实现对数 字权利的合并操作， 从而无需考虑合并规则的变化会客户端的影响， 满足 用户对数字商品的快速响应应用要求。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已， 并不用于限制本发明， 对于 本领域的技术人员来说， 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内， 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等， 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种服务器， 配置有服务端， 其特征在于， 包括：
事件检测单元， 用于检测在所述服务端发生的购买事件；
购买状况判断单元， 用于在所述事件检测单元检测到用户通过客户端 从所述服务端购买指定数字商品的一个或多个組成部分的应用权利的情况 下， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权 利；
授权文件生成单元， 用于在所述购买状况判断单元的判断结果为购买 过的情况下， 生成对应于所有已购买的所述指定数字商品的組成部分的組 合授权文件；
授权文件发送单元， 用于将所述組合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以 由所述客户端对所述指定数字商品进行权利控制。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 还包括：
购买记录保存单元， 用于保存每个用户对数字商品的购买记录， 其 中，
所述购买状况判断单元通过查询所述用户的购买记录， 以判断所述用 户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 所述购买状况判断 单元包括：
订单号查询子单元， 用于通过查询所述用户购买的数字商品的订单 号， 以根据所述订单号获知对应的已购买的应用权利。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 还包 括：
第一请求发送单元， 用于向所述客户端发送第一查询请求， 以获知所 述客户端中已存储的授权文件， 其中，
所述购买状况判断单元根据所述已存储的授权文件， 判断所述用户是 否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 还包 括：
第二请求发送单元， 用于向所述客户端发送第二查询请求， 以由所述 客户端根据自身存储的授权文件判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商 品的其他組成部分的应用权利， 其中，
所述购买状况判断单元通过接收来自所述客户端的判断结果， 以获知 所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的服务器， 其特征在于， 所述 授权文件生成单元还用于：
在所述用户还购买过其他数字商品的应用权利的情况下， 生成对应于 所有已购买的数字商品的综合授权文件， 其中，
所述授权文件发送单元还将所述综合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以 由所述客户端对相应的数字商品进行权利控制。
7. 一种系统， 其特征在于， 包括： 终端和如权利要求 1至 6中任一 项所述的服务器， 其中，
所述终端配置有客户端， 包括：
权利购买单元， 用于根据接收到的购买指令， 从所述服务器中配置的 服务端购买相应的数字商品的一个或多个組成部分的应用权利；
文件存储单元， 用于存储授权文件， 所述授权文件用于对从所述服务 端购买的应用权利进行控制。
8. 一种数字权利合并方法， 其特征在于， 包括：
检测到用户通过客户端从服务端购买指定数字商品的一个或多个組成 部分的应用权利；
判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权 利， 若购买过， 则生成对应于所有已购买的所述指定数字商品的組成部分 的組合授权文件；
将所述組合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以由所述客户端对所述指定 数字商品进行权利控制。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的数字权利合并方法， 其特征在于， 判断所 述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利的步骤包 括：
保存每个用户对数字商品的购买记录；
通过查询所述用户的购买记录， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数 字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的数字权利合并方法， 其特征在于， 查询所 述用户的购买记录的步骤包括：
通过查询所述用户购买的数字商品的订单号， 以根据所述订单号获知 对应的已购买的应用权利。
11. 根据权利要求 8至 10中任一项所述的数字权利合并方法， 其特 征在于， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应 用权利的步骤包括：
向所述客户端发送第一查询请求， 以获知所述客户端中已存储的授权 文件；
根据所述已存储的授权文件， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字 商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
12. 根据权利要求 8至 10中任一项所述的数字权利合并方法， 其特 征在于， 判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应 用权利的步骤包括：
向所述客户端发送第二查询请求， 以由所述客户端根据自身存储的授 权文件判断所述用户是否购买过所述指定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用 权利；
接收来自所述客户端的判断结果， 以获知所述用户是否购买过所述指 定数字商品的其他組成部分的应用权利。
13. 根据权利要求 8至 10中任一项所述的数字权利合并方法， 其特 征在于， 还包括：
若所述用户还购买过其他数字商品的应用权利， 则生成对应于所有已 购买的数字商品的综合授权文件；
将所述综合授权文件发送至所述客户端， 以由所述客户端对相应的数 字商品进行权利控制。
