Cette invention concerne un vêtement de compression (10, 20) pour le traitement du lymphœdème, ledit vêtement comprenant une feuille multicouche (11, 21) conçue pour être enroulée autour d'une partie du corps et une ou plusieurs attaches (12, 22) pour maintenir la feuille multicouche à l'état enroulé.
