说 明 书 成品门窗套及其安装方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种门窗套及其安装方法, 尤指一种成套产品化门窗套及其安装方法。 背景技术
在 "成套门,, (也称"套装门" ) 出现之前, 一般都是在装饰施工现场制作门套(又称门 框, 以下称门套) , 再去市场上购买油漆好的门扇 (或者买素门现场油漆)安装在门套上。 近年来随着社会经济发展及人民生活水平的提高, "成套门" 的出现迎合了人们在室内装饰 方面对于整体效果与质量追求所形成的市场需求。 所谓"成套门 " , 就是在市场上将油漆好的 门套与门扇全部买下来, 再由厂家负责安装到客户装饰现场; 其结构大多为插合式, 即将门 套内外的贴脸板分别插入筒子板内, 辅以发泡剂 (膨胀胶) 、 气动枪钉及胶水等进行紧固。 成套门是木门产品的一种技术换代产品。
当然, 真正的成套门产品是将工厂全部制作完成并已固型的门扇与门套, 在装饰工程结 束后安装到预留门洞, 并且通过门套的合理支承结构保持门套结构的牢固性与稳定性、 安装 的便利性与精准性以及效果的一致性。正如国家建筑标准设计图集《木门窗》 (部品集成式)
03J601-2"说明" 3.1所述: 釆用工厂化生产, 标准化、 系列化部品集成, 现场直接在洞口内安 装门窗套及门窗扇, 取代传统门窗框。
而且真正成套门窗的实施过程是一系列针对客户不确定的个性化特征的确定性的解决 方案与实施工程。 因为首先建筑主体安装门窗的预留洞口是土建施工时预留的, 每个洞口都 客观存在大小、 角度、 平直度等等误差; 同时, 门窗周边的墙体可能是混凝土、 砖墙、木质、 轻钢结构等完全不同的材质; 而且装饰设计时, 与门窗有关的墙面、 地坪甚至天花等装饰面 层的材质、 式样、 结构等都存在互相适配的差异, 因此装饰施工与成品门窗安装条件的衔接 也存在着许多不明确与不确定的因素。
然而, 产品化的成套门窗若没有合理的门窗套支承结构则无法解决上述三方面问题, 必 然导致成套门窗产品存在以下缺陷:
一、最终产品尺寸与现场不符, 导致难以安装或留缝过大; 很大程度依赖工人的技术水 平与经验在现场对加工好的木制组件进行修整及调节,导致产品的使用功能及外观标准降低 甚至丧失, 同时产品安装质量因人而异、 参差不齐;
二、 因缺乏相应有效的紧固技术以针对不同材质的基层, 通常使用发泡填充剂 (或膨胀 胶)及气动枪钉等进行产品紧固, 一旦发泡剂老化或受污染则导致门窗套松动、 变形、 开裂 甚至脱落等诸多安全隐患;
三、 由于缺乏对应的界定准则与标准, 目前成套门窗的安装界面与操作过程与装饰施工 项目大量交叉, 导致产品的精准性、 表面外观质量以及安装进度等等均难以保证; 同时, 作 为产品购买方的客户往往要在装饰施工方与成套门安装方之间不断地沟通与协调,不仅过程 非常繁瑣增加了客户的负担, 因此而产生的扯皮与纠纷现象也是屡见不鲜。
现行国家建筑标准设计图集《木门窗》 (部品集成式) 03J601-2、 《住宅门》 01SJ606, 以及专利 CN102373865A、 CN101603397A等的门窗套结构与上述结构基本相同, 即门窗套 都是由贴脸、筒子板等多块个体通过拼插及胶粘等组合而成的分体结构,并没有形成为整体, 因此其门窗套自身的牢固度、 门套与墙体安装的稳定性, 以及门套与墙体等装饰物相匹配的 精确度等都难以满足要求, 上述缺陷仍然存在。
上述现有技术由于无法应对现实工程中预留门窗洞尺寸及角度不精准、 墙体材质不统 一、周边装饰物存在个性化差异、 数据界定前提条件不充分等客观现状, 其最终完工的产品 往往与设计预期相差甚远, 而过程中的各种因素不确定性也导致了供需双方及第三方职能部 门责任模糊, 且相互推诿之类纠纷时有发生。 因此相关的安全隐患及社会矛盾始终存在, 也 成为困扰相关技术人员的一大难题, 同时也无法建立有别于工程木门窗验收标准的真正产品 属性的标准与规范, 不利于相关部门对行业的管理与监督。
然而随着时代的进步, 各行各业的专业技术都在不断更新, 人们对成品门窗的需求也是 有增无减, 可是能够有效提升成品门窗套安装安全性与便捷性的核心技术仍未解决。 针对此 类影响产业升级, 制约节能、 环保、 高效的现代化发展问题, 目前尚无合理的解决方式, 本 发明填补了此领域的空白。 发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷, 而提供一种成品门窗套, 具有可调整性强、 安装 便捷、 施工精度高、 适用范围广的特点。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明公开了一种成品门窗套, 所述门窗套通过一安装底盘安装 至建筑主体的门窗洞上, 所述门窗套以位置可调的方式紧固于所述安装底盘, 所述安装底盘 以位置可调的方式紧固于所述建筑主体的门窗洞。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述安装底盘上形成有复数个调节紧固区域, 通过所述调节 紧固区域对所述安装底盘施加一沿紧固方向的第一作用力以及一与所述第一作用力方向相 反的第二作用力,通过所述第一作用力与所述第二作用力的配合对所述安装底盘进行位置调 节并完成紧固,所述每个调节紧固区域包括至少一个紧固通孔以及形成于所述紧固通孔侧部 的调节螺孔, 复数个紧固螺钉分别穿过所述紧固通孔并紧固于所述建筑主体的门窗洞上, 复 数个调节螺栓分别螺合于所述调节螺孔中,所述调节螺栓的一端穿过所述调节螺孔并抵靠于 所述建筑主体的门窗洞上。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述安装底盘包括一第一框体与一第二框体, 所述第一框体 安装于所述门窗洞的第一侧, 所述第二框体安装于所述门窗洞的第二侧; 所述第一框体靠近 所述门窗洞的第一侧的侧部延伸形成一第一定位端,所述第二框体靠近所述门窗洞的第二侧 的侧部延伸形成一第二定位端。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述门窗套包括一第三框体与一第四框体, 所述第三框体安 装于所述门窗洞的第一侧; 所述第四框体安装于所述门窗洞的第二侧; 所述第三框体的第一侧形成一第一安装槽,所述第三框体的第二侧向所述第一框体方向 翻折形成一第一倒齿板;
所述第四框体的第一侧向所述第二框体方向翻折形成一第二倒齿板;所述第四框体的第 二侧形成一对应所述第一安装槽的第二安装槽,所述第一安装槽与第二安装槽之间结合有一 第二装饰框;
所述第一框体上形成一第一安装端, 所述第二框体上形成一第二安装端, 所述第一安装 端和所述第二安装端内分别装设有一弹簧片;所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端的侧部进一 步翻折分别形成一定位板, 所述定位板上分别穿设有一定位螺栓;
所述第三框体和所述第四框体的底部抵靠于相邻所述定位螺栓,所述第一倒齿板卡合于 所述第一安装端内的弹簧片, 所述第二倒齿板卡合于所述第二安装端内的弹簧片。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一第一连接端, 所述第一连 接端上结合有一第一装饰框;
所述第四框体的第二侧翻折形成一第二连接端, 所述第二连接端上结合有一第三装饰 框。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一第一封边板; 所述第四框 体的第二侧翻折形成一第二封边板。
所述第一框体上形成一第一安装端, 所述第一安装端固定有一第一弹簧片固定座; 所述 第二框体上形成一第二安装端, 所述第二安装端固定有一第二弹簧片固定座; 所述第一弹簧 片固定座和所述第二弹簧片固定座内分别卡设有一弹簧片;
所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端进一步翻折形成一定位板,所述定位板上分别穿设有 一定位螺栓;
所述第三框体和所述第四框体的底部抵靠于相邻所述定位螺栓,所述第一倒齿板卡合于 所述第一弹簧片固定座内的弹簧片,所述第二倒齿板卡合于所述第二弹簧片固定座内的弹簧 片。
本发明的进一步改进在于, 所述第一框体与第二框体通过螺钉固定于门窗洞上, 且所述 第一框体与第二框体之间通过连接板连接。
本发明的进一步改进在于,所述第二装饰框的两端通过螺钉分别固定于所述第一安装槽 的侧板和所述第二安装槽的侧板,且所述第一安装槽的底板和所述第二安装槽的底板上分别 形成有一扣胶条。
本发明由于釆用了以上技术方案, 使其具有的有益效果是:
一、牢固性。 本发明底盘与墙体的紧固方式可根据墙体材质及结构的不同有针对性的进 行设置, 确保门窗套与底盘和墙体一起形成牢固的整体承载结构, 避免门窗套松动、 变形、 脱落等安全隐患。
二、 精准性。 本发明底盘的调节机构确保门窗套可以与墙体基层精准安装, 完全覆盖预 留洞口的常规误差; 产品安装界面与装饰施工的界定标准非常清晰和筒单, 确保可以各自明 确并承担自己的责任,避免给客户造成不必要的麻烦,同时有效避免相应纠纷与矛盾的产生。
三、 稳定性。 本发明彻底摒弃了门窗套安装对胶水及发泡剂 (膨胀胶)的依赖, 釆用专 用金属配件及紧固技术, 确保门窗套产品使用的长期稳定性; 整个门窗套结构紧固点的合理 分布, 能有效抑制木制品易变形、 开裂的特性, 避免由此带来的隐患; 本发明特有的紧固安 装结构, 突破了目前安装结果取决于操作人员技能与发挥差异性的限制, 实现了产品质量的 一致性与稳定性。
四、 发明调节螺栓与紧固螺钉的配合使用实现底盘与门窗洞之间距离和角度的调节, 完 全满足底盘的精确定位; 此方式实现了任意单点可以调节与紧固同步进行, 因此整个底盘完 全可实现紧固过程的位置可控。 底盘包括一第一框体、一第二框体以及连接于第一框体和第 二框体之间的连接板, 通过根据门窗洞的实际墙深(墙厚)调整连接板的长度, 底盘可实现 运用于不同深度门窗洞。 第一定位端和第二定位端的釆用为后续装饰施工平整门窗洞墙面, 统一门窗洞的宽度、 深度、 垂直度等提供直观的基准, 同时为生成成品门窗套的加工数据提 供依据。 弹簧片和倒齿板的配合实现第三框体、 第四框体推入门窗洞经位置调整后的安装定 位。 扣胶条的釆用确保了第二装饰框牢固固定于第一安装槽和第二安装槽, 防止第二装饰框 可能产生的松动。
针对客户的个性化特征制定确定性的解决方案, 确定性的现场装饰界定依据与标准, 产 生精准的生产加工数据, 此三者是本发明成品门窗套技术的核心意义所在, 真正的成品门窗 套是此三者实施过程的系统工程。 由于上述方案与技术的充分保证, 我们期待可以推动有关 部门建立有别于工程标准的成品门窗套的相应产品标准,一旦成品门窗套的产品标准与规范 建立起来, 成品门窗套将可以脱离目前的工程体系, 由工程施工形式转变为产品安装形式, 不但消费者的利益得到了有效地保障, 同时可以促进整个行业健康、 快速的发展。 附图说明

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
在本发明的第一较佳实施例中, 本发明的一种成品门窗套当作为门套时,请参阅图 1-3 , 门窗套 3通过底盘 1以位置可调的方式安装于建筑主体的门窗洞 2内。
请参阅图 3-8 , 安装底盘 1包括一第一框体 11与一第二框体 12, 沿第一框体 11和第二 框体 12分布有若千调节紧固区域 A, 通过调节紧固区域 A对安装底盘 1施加一沿紧固方向 的第一作用力以及一与所述第一作用力方向相反的第二作用力,通过所述第一作用力与所述 第二作用力的配合对安装底盘 1进行位置调节并完成紧固。 在本实施例中, 每个调节紧固区 域 A优选为包括一调节螺孔 114以及分别设置于调节螺孔 114两侧的两个紧固通孔 115;调 节螺孔 114内螺合有调节螺栓 10; 调节螺栓 10的抵靠端 101呈圆盘形, 螺杆 102部形成第 一内六角孔 103(参阅图 13、 14), 且调节螺栓 10的抵靠端 101抵靠于建筑主体的门窗洞 2 上。 紧固通孔 115开设于调节螺孔 114的两侧, 第一框体 11与第二框体 12通过穿设于紧固 通孔 115中的紧固螺钉 14固定于门窗洞 2上, 调节螺栓 10与紧固螺钉 14的配合使用实现 底盘 1与门窗洞 2之间距离和角度的调节, 实现底盘 1的精确定位; 其中, 第一框体 11设 置于门窗洞 2的第一侧, 第二框体 12设置于门窗洞 2的第二侧; 第一框体 11与第二框体 12之间通过连接板 13连接, 通过根据门窗洞 2的实际墙深(墙厚)调整连接板 13的长度, 底盘 1可实现运用于不同深度的门窗洞 2; 在本实施例中紧固螺钉 14釆用的是适配于混凝 土结构的美固钉, 当主体材料或结构发生变化时, 紧固螺钉 14的种类或形式也可进行相应 的变化。
请参阅图 5-12, 第二框体 12由两第二竖框件 1201和一第二横框件 1202构成, 第二竖 框件 1201和第二横框件 1202的外侧面分别形成一条通长的第二螺接槽 1204, —连接角件 1203的两端形成与第二螺接槽 1204槽口配合的通孔, 且第二横框件 1202的两端分别通过 穿设于连接角件 1203通孔和第二螺接槽 1204槽口的螺钉螺接于两第二竖框件 1201顶部, 第二横框件 1202与第二竖框件 1201的连接与分解结构请参阅图 11、 12。 第一框体 11的结 构与第二框体 12对称。
第一框体 11上形成一第一安装端 112, 第二框体 12上形成一第二安装端 122, 第一安 装端 112和第二安装端 122内分别装设有一弹簧片 123 , 如图 17所示, 弹簧片 123包括一 长度较长的弹性安装段 1231 , 弹性安装段 1231 的侧部延伸形成一长度较短的弹性定位段 1232,配合图 3所示,通过长度较长的弹性安装段 1231的弹性变形来实现将弹性安装段 1231 装设于第一安装端 112和第二安装端 122内 , 而通过长度较短的弹性定位段 1232来配合倒 齿板 323 (如下文所述)进行卡合定位, 弹性定位段 1232的长度较短可以保证其与倒齿板 323的卡合更为稳固; 该弹簧片 123的进一步改进在于弹性定位段 1232边缘呈波浪线状从 而形成若千个短接触点, 配合图 3所示, 当弹性定位段 1232与倒齿板 323卡合时, 波浪线 状的设计使弹性定位段 1232边缘与倒齿板 323接触面减小, 可以防止当有误差时弹性定位 段 1232的边缘搁置在倒齿板 323顶端而无法卡入倒齿槽内, 从而更有效的实现弹簧片 123 与倒齿板 323的卡合定位; 第一安装端 112和第二安装端 122的侧部进一步翻折分别形成一 定位板 124, 定位板 124形成复数个定位螺栓孔 1241 , 定位螺栓孔 1241 内穿设有定位螺栓 125; 定位螺栓 125外部形成螺紋, 内部形成一第二内六角孔 1251 (参见图 15、 16 )。 第一 框体 11的定位板 124外侧形成一第一定位端 111 ; 第二框体 12的定位板 124外侧形成一第 二定位端 121。
请参阅图 3 , 门窗套 3包括一第三框体 31与一第四框体 32, 第三框体 31安装于门窗洞 2的第一侧, 第四框体 32安装于门窗洞 2的第二侧。 第一框体 11、 第二框体 12、 第三框体 31和第四框体 32釆用金属材质, 在本实施例中优选铝合金材质, 其易于加工成型, 且力口工 精度较高。
请参阅图 3、 18-24, 当作为门套时第四框体 32由两第四竖框件 3201和一第四横框件 3202构成。 第三框体 31的结构与第四框体 32对称。
第三框体 31的第一侧形成一第一安装槽 311 , 第三框体 31的第二侧向第一框体 11方 向翻折形成一第一倒齿板 313; 第四框体 32的第一侧向第二框体 12方向翻折形成一第二倒 齿板 323; 第四框体 32的第二侧形成一对应第一安装槽 311的第二安装槽 322, 第一安装槽 311与第二安装槽 322之间结合有一第二装饰框 34; 其第一安装槽 311的侧板 3112和第二 安装槽 322的侧板 3221分别形成复数个通孔, 第一安装槽 311的底板 3111和第二安装槽 322的底板 3222上分别形成有一扣胶条 3223。
第三框体 31和第四框体 32的底部抵靠于相邻定位螺栓 125 , 第一倒齿板 313卡合于第 一安装端 112内的弹簧片 123 , 第二倒齿板 323卡合于第二安装端 122内的弹簧片 123。
第二装饰框 34的两端通过螺钉分别固定于第一安装槽 311的侧板 3112和第二安装槽 322的侧板 3221 ,第二装饰框 34与第一安装槽 311以及第二装饰框 34与第二安装槽 322之 间填充适用于第二装饰框 34材质的粘结胶, 由于适用于第二装饰框 34材质的粘结胶未必最 佳适用于金属的粘合力, 特此增设了扣胶条 3223 , 第二装饰框 34端部的粘结胶固化后被扣 胶条 3223牢固固定于第一安装槽 311和第二安装槽 322内,防止第二装饰框 34可能产生的 松动。
另外, 第三框体 31的第一侧翻折形成一第一连接端 312, 第一连接端 312上结合有一 第一装饰框 33; 第四框体 32的第二侧翻折形成一第二连接端 321 , 第二连接端 321上结合 有一第三装饰框 35。
请参阅图 3、 5, 安装本发明的门窗套时, 首先拼接第一框体 11和第二框体 12, 然后根 据门窗洞的高、 宽、 深度等误差范围, 以及设计要求的墙面装饰层 21的完成面厚度, 通过 连接板 13的长度控制将第一框体 11和第二框体 12连接为一个整体的安装底盘 1 , 并将整 个安装底盘 1 自门窗洞 2的一侧推入至合适位置; 通过穿设于紧固通孔 115中的紧固螺钉 14将安装底盘 1预安装至门窗洞 2上, 使调节螺栓 10的圆盘形抵靠端 101抵靠在门窗洞 2 上,此时通过各个调节紧固区域 A来分别完成底盘 1各对应区域相对门窗洞的独立调节与紧 固: 若安装底盘 1距门窗洞 2的距离超出设定值, 且差值为 X, 则通过第一内六角孔 103来 旋动调节螺栓 10, 使抵靠端 101发生远离门窗洞 2方向的位移, 直至抵靠端 101距离门窗 洞 X, 再拧紧该调节螺栓 10两侧紧固螺钉 14, 推抵安装底盘 1向门窗洞 2方向发生位移 X 直至抵靠端 101再次抵靠门窗洞 2; 若安装底盘 1距门窗洞 2的距离小于设定值, 且差值为 Y, 则首先拧松该调节螺栓 10两侧紧固螺钉 14, 使其退出位移 Y, 然后通过第一内六角孔 103来反向旋动调节螺栓 10, 安装底盘 1发生远离门窗洞 2的位移直至再次抵靠紧固螺钉 14。进一步通过相邻调节紧固区域 A之间的距离调节实现安装底盘 1相对门窗洞 2的位置与 角度调节;对各个调节紧固区域 A分别进行上述操作直至使安装底盘 1精确调节安装并固定 至预设位置, 这种安装与紧固同时进行的方式实现了任意单点可调节与紧固同步进行, 因此 整个安装底盘 1完全可实现紧固过程的位置可控。
然后才艮据第一框体 11的第一定位端 111和第二框体 12的第二定位端 121的位置对墙面 进行施工形成墙面装饰层 21 , 第一定位端 111和第二定位端 121的位置是形成墙面装饰层 21的预留位置, 并作为装饰层 21的操作靠山以及界定与控制的工具, 同时解决门窗洞 2既 有的角度、 垂直度、 平整度等误差和控制装饰层 21在施工过程中产生的偏差, 实现日后门 窗套安装的精确性, 同时以此生成第二装饰框 34的加工尺寸数据, 当安装底盘 1安装完成 后即可得到成品门窗套的深度加工数据。 调节定位螺栓 125至预设高度; 在出厂时门窗套 3 已由第三框体 31、 第四框体 32、 第一装饰框 33、 第二装饰框 34以及第三装饰框 35组装成 一顶部结构和两侧部结构; 安装时先将门窗套 3的顶部结构向底盘 1方向推进, 直至第一安 装槽 311和第二安装槽 322的底部抵靠于相邻的定位螺栓 125顶部, 并通过将第一倒齿板 313卡合于第一安装端 112的弹簧片 123、 将第二倒齿板 323卡合于第二安装端 122的弹簧 片 123进行安装定位;然后以相同的方式安装门窗套 3的两侧部结构,成品门窗套安装完成。
请参阅图 24、 25, 当本发明的一种门窗套当作为门套时, 门窗套 3包括两侧面结构 301 和位于两侧面结构 301之间的顶部结构 302。而作为窗套时,其结构与门套的结构基本相同, 其区别在于:还包括一固定于两侧面结构 301之间且与顶部结构 302相对应的底部结构 303。 作为窗套时的顶部结构、 底部结构和两侧面结构的剖视图请参阅图 26-29。
另外, 本实施例的一种门窗套还可作为单边门窗套, 作为单边门窗套时的结构请参阅图 30、 31。
在上述实施例中, 第一装饰框 33、 第二装饰框 34以及第三装饰框 35的材料优选木材, 也可以根据设计要求选择复合材料、 塑料、 金属等。
请参阅图 32, 在本发明的第二较佳实施例中, 其主要结构与第一实施例相同, 区别在 于: 门窗套釆用全金属材质; 第三框体 31 的第一侧翻折形成一第一封边板 314; 第四框体 32的第二侧翻折形成一第二封边板 324。
请参阅图 33 , 作为窗套时的顶部结构 302、 底部结构 303和两侧面结构 301的剖视图请 参阅图 34-37。
另外, 本实施例的一种门窗套还可作为单边门窗套, 作为单边门窗套时的结构请参阅图
38、 39。
请参阅图 40, 在本发明的第三较佳实施例中, 第一框体 11、 第二框体 12、 第三框体 31 和第四框体 32釆用金属材质; 作为优选方式, 第一框体 11和第二框体 12的材质釆用强度 较大的钢材, 第三框体 31和第四框体 32釆用铝合金材质。
门窗套主要结构与第一实施例相同, 其区别在于:
请参阅图 40-43 , 当本发明作为门套时, 第二框体 12的两第二竖框件 1201和一第二横 框件 1202的两端分别形成一第二连接孔,一连接角件 1203的两端形成与第二连接孔配合的 螺孔,且第二横框件 1202的两端分别通过穿设于第二连接孔和连接角件 1203的螺孔螺接于 两第二竖框件 1201顶部, 第二横框件 1202与第二竖框件 1201的连接结构请参阅图 43。 第 一框体 11的结构与第二框体 12对称。
请参阅图 40,44-45, 第一框体 11上形成一第一安装端 112, 第一安装端 112固定有一第 一弹簧片固定座 116; 第二框体 12上形成一第二安装端 122, 第二安装端 122固定有一第二 弹簧片固定座 126; 第一弹簧片固定座 116和第二弹簧片固定座 126内分别卡设有一弹簧片 123; 第一倒齿板 313卡合于第一弹簧片固定座 116内的弹簧片 123 , 第二倒齿板 323卡合 于第二弹簧片固定座 126内的弹簧片 123。 弹簧片 123开设有通槽 1233 , 第一弹簧片固定座 116通过依次穿设于弹簧片 123的通槽 1233、 第一弹簧片固定座 116通孔和第一安装端 112 螺孔的螺栓固定于第一安装端 112。 第二弹簧片固定座 126通过依次穿设于弹簧片 123的通 槽 1233、 第二弹簧片固定座 126通孔 1261和第二安装端 122螺孔 1221的螺栓固定于第二 安装端 122。
请参阅图 46, 当本实施例作为窗套时, 其顶部结构 302、 底部结构 303和两侧面结构 301的剖视图请参阅图 47-50。
另外, 本实施例的一种门窗套作为单边门窗套时的结构请参阅图 51、 52。
请参阅图 53 , 在本发明的第四较佳实施例中, 第一框体 11、 第二框体 12、 第三框体 31 和第四框体 32釆用金属材质; 作为优选方式, 第一框体 11和第二框体 12的材质釆用强度 较大的钢材, 第三框体 31、 第四框体 32釆用铝合金材质; 其主要结构与第三实施例相同, 区别在于: 第三框体 31的第一侧翻折形成一第一封边板 314; 第四框体 32的第二侧翻折形 成一第二封边板 324。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种成品门窗套, 所述门窗套通过一安装底盘安装至建筑主体的门窗洞上, 其特征 在于所述门窗套以位置可调的方式紧固于所述安装底盘,所述安装底盘以位置可调的方式紧 固于所述建筑主体的门窗洞。
2.如权利要求 1所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于在所述安装底盘上形成有复数个调节紧 固区域,通过所述调节紧固区域对所述安装底盘施加一沿紧固方向的第一作用力以及一与所 述第一作用力方向相反的第二作用力,通过所述第一作用力与所述第二作用力的配合对所述 安装底盘进行位置调节并完成紧固。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述安装底盘上设置复数个调节紧固 区域,所述每个调节紧固区域包括至少一个紧固通孔以及形成于所述紧固通孔侧部的调节螺 孔, 复数个紧固螺钉分别穿过所述紧固通孔并紧固于所述建筑主体的门窗洞上, 复数个调节 螺栓分别螺合于所述调节螺孔中,所述调节螺栓的一端穿过所述调节螺孔并抵靠于所述建筑 主体的门窗洞上。
4. 如权利要求 3 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述安装底盘包括一第一框体与一第 二框体, 所述第一框体安装于所述门窗洞的第一侧, 所述第二框体安装于所述门窗洞的第二 侧;所述第一框体靠近所述门窗洞的第一侧的侧部延伸形成一用于界定与控制墙面装饰层的 第一定位端,所述第二框体靠近所述门窗洞的第二侧的侧部延伸形成一用于界定与控制墙面 装饰层的第二定位端。
5. 如权利要求 4 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述门窗套包括一第三框体与一第四 框体,所述第三框体安装于所述门窗洞的第一侧;所述第四框体安装于所述门窗洞的第二侧; 所述第三框体的第一侧形成一第一安装槽,所述第三框体的第二侧向所述第一框体方向 翻折形成一第一倒齿板;
所述第四框体的第一侧向所述第二框体方向翻折形成一第二倒齿板;所述第四框体的第 二侧形成一对应所述第一安装槽的第二安装槽,所述第一安装槽与第二安装槽之间结合有一 第二装饰框;
所述第一框体上形成一第一安装端, 所述第二框体上形成一第二安装端, 所述第一安装 端和所述第二安装端内分别装设有一弹簧片;所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端的侧部进一 步翻折分别形成一定位板, 所述定位板上分别穿设有一定位螺栓;
所述第三框体和所述第四框体的底部抵靠于相邻所述定位螺栓,所述第一倒齿板卡合于 所述第一安装端内的弹簧片, 所述第二倒齿板卡合于所述第二安装端内的弹簧片。
6. 如权利要求 5 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一第 一连接端, 所述第一连接端上结合有一第一装饰框;
所述第四框体的第二侧翻折形成一第二连接端, 所述第二连接端上结合有一第三装饰 框。
7. 如权利要求 5 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一第 一封边板; 所述第四框体的第二侧翻折形成一第二封边板。
8. 如权利要求 4 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述门窗套包括一第三框体与一第四 框体,所述第三框体安装于所述门窗洞的第一侧;所述第四框体安装于所述门窗洞的第二侧; 所述第三框体的第一侧形成一第一安装槽,所述第三框体的第二侧向所述第一框体方向 翻折形成一第一倒齿板;
所述第四框体的第一侧向所述第二框体方向翻折形成一第二倒齿板;所述第四框体的第 二侧形成一对应所述第一安装槽的第二安装槽,所述第一安装槽与第二安装槽之间结合有一 第二装饰框;
所述第一框体上形成一第一安装端, 所述第一安装端固定有一第一弹簧片固定座; 所述 第二框体上形成一第二安装端, 所述第二安装端固定有一第二弹簧片固定座; 所述第一弹簧 片固定座和所述第二弹簧片固定座内分别卡设有一弹簧片;
所述第一安装端和所述第二安装端进一步翻折形成一定位板,所述定位板上分别穿设有 一定位螺栓;
所述第三框体和所述第四框体的底部抵靠于相邻所述定位螺栓,所述第一倒齿板卡合于 所述第一弹簧片固定座内的弹簧片,所述第二倒齿板卡合于所述第二弹簧片固定座内的弹簧 片。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于: 所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一 第一连接端, 所述第一连接端上结合有一第一装饰框;
所述第四框体的第二侧翻折形成一第二连接端, 所述第二连接端上结合有一第三装饰 框。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于所述第三框体的第一侧翻折形成一第 一封边板; 所述第四框体的第二侧翻折形成一第二封边板。
11.如权利要求 4~10中任一项所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于: 所述第一框体与第二框 体通过螺钉固定于门窗洞上, 且所述第一框体与第二框体之间通过连接板连接。
12. 如权利要求 5-10中任一项所述的成品门窗套, 其特征在于: 所述第二装饰框的两端 通过螺钉分别固定于所述第一安装槽的侧板和所述第二安装槽的侧板,且所述第一安装槽的 底板和所述第二安装槽的底板上分别形成有一扣胶条。
13.如权利要求 5或 8的门窗套, 其特征在于: 所述弹簧片包括一弹性安装段以及一形 成于所述弹性安装段侧部的弹性定位段,所述弹性安装段装设于所述第二安装端或所述弹簧 片固定座内 , 所述弹性定位段的边缘呈波浪线状且与所述倒齿板卡合。
14.一种应用权利要求 1~10中任一项所述的成品门窗套的安装结构对门窗套进行安装的 方法。
