本发明涉及医疗器械, 具体涉及在病人护理中作为预防和治疗褥疮的医 用床垫。

医用充气式床垫由充气气袋排列形成具有一定厚度的床垫, 充气气袋 相间充气和排气, 对病人身体形成间隙性挤压和放松, 由此预防和治疗病人 褥疮。但是充气气袋单层排列,在充气和排气过程中,充气气袋出现了位移, 床垫出现褶皱, 舒适感较差。
CN202526453U公开一种具有合适硬软度的气压自控式褥疮防治床垫, 包括用于支撑人体的充气气袋, 充气气袋排列安装在底布上, 充气气袋通过 气管连接电子调压阀, 电子调压阀连通气泵, 底布下方有底垫, 底垫上有压 力传感器, 控制电路与压力传感器电连接, 控制电路依据压力传感器的检测 信号控制和调节电子调压阀的输出气压及气泵的电源开关, 但充气排气过 程, 充气气袋出现了位移, 床垫出现褶皱, 舒适感较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有较高舒适感的气压自调式医用床垫。 本发明的气压自调式医用床垫由若干气袋排列固定于底垫, 气袋连通充 气管道、通过气泵和充气排气控制阀向气袋充气和排气从而形成具有间隙性 充气和排气的波动式床垫, 其特征在于, 所述每一气袋的中间由气袋分隔层 分隔成上下两层气室, 上下层气室分别连接充气管道, 上层气室的充气管道 间隔连接 A组气室气管和 B组气室气管, A组气室气管和 B组气室气管分别 连通充气排气控制阀, 下层气室的充气管道分别连接下气室组气管, 下气室 组气管连通气泵。
下气室组气管与气泵之间有充气止回阀, 以确保每一下气室的气压不受 气泵压力波动的影响。
床垫的末端有手动快速排气阀,该手动快速排气阀连接 A组气室气管、 B 组气室气管和下气室组气管, 使应急情况下床垫可以快速排气。
气泵与充气排气控制阀之间的管道连接有压力传感器。
上述手动快速排气阀包括阀座,阀座上有若干连接床垫排气管的排气道, 排气道的固定座前端有转动挡板, 转动挡板上有与排气道对应的若干通孔, 排气道的前端有密封垫圈。
转动挡板周边有连接环, 该连接环通过环状凹凸圈与阀座连接, 转动挡 板中间有转轴, 排气道的固定座中间有轴孔, 该转轴套在轴孔中, 转轴外端 有压缩弹簧, 压缩弹簧的一端转轴孔外侧, 另一端由转轴外端的紧固螺钉固 定。
阀座前端可以有抽气管道接口。
本发明通过上气室交替充气和排气来对病人身体进行挤压和放松的按 摩, 从而对病人褥疮迸行预防和治疗, 通过双层气室提高床垫的整体厚度, 使床垫整体较为柔软舒适, 通过压力传感器和微机程控器对病人检测体重, 获得适合病人体重的设定气压, 当充气达到设定气压时, 微机程控器断幵可 气泵电源, 停止加压, 使床垫软硬适中, 并可节省电源。

具体实施方式
如图 1、 2所示的医用床垫由若干气袋 17排列固定在底垫 16形成具有一 定厚度和体积的床垫,每一气袋 Π在中部由气袋分隔层 8分隔成为上气室 6 和下气室 7, 每一上气室 6和每一下气室 7分别连接有气管。
上气室 6相间分成两组, 其中一组上气室 6的气管共同连通 A组气室气 管 4, 另一组上气室 6的气管共同连通 B组气室气管 5, A组气室气管 4和 B 组气室气管 5分别连通充气排气控制阀 3, 充气排气控制器 3连接气泵 2。 充气排气控制阔 3交替对 A组气室气管 4和 B组气室气管 5进行充气和排气。
下气室 7的气管分别连接到下气室组气管 14, 下气室组气管 14连接充 气止回阀 9, 充气止回阔 9前端连接气泵 2。
气泵 2和充气排气控制器 3的电源由微机程控器 1控制, 充气排气控制 器 3与气泵 2之间连接管道上连接有压力传感器 10。在床垫使用时,病人卧 在床垫上, 气泵 2启动并向 A组气室气管 4、 B组气室气管 5和下气室组气 管 14同时提供空气, 床垫加压完成后, 停止气泵 2, 微机程控器 1启动充气 排气控制器 3,进行若干次的少量排气, 由压力传感器 10的测得压力数据传 输给微机程控器 1, 微机程控器 1计算出适合病人体重的设定气压。 随后床 垫进行正常工作,气室充气排气控制器 3 对 A组气室气管 4和 B组气室气管 5进行交替的充气和排气, 上气室 6交替形成充气和排气的动作, 对病人身 体进行挤压和放松的按摩,从而对病人褥疮进行预防和治疗。压力传感器 10 随时监测充气气压,充气气压达到设定气压时,微机程控器 1对气泵 2断电, 气泵 2停止工作。

图 3、 图 4、 图 5所示, 手动快速排气阀包括阀座 21, 阔座 21的前端有 抽气管道接口 22, 底座 21后端有转动挡板 23, 转动挡板 23后端有排气道 固定座 24, 排气道固定座 24有若干连接床塾排气管的排气道 25。 转动挡板 23的周边有连接环 26, 连接环 26和底座 21后端对应各有环状凹凸圈, 连 接环 26与阀座 21间通过对应的环状凹凸圈套合连接, 由此使连接环 26可 以相对转动, 并带动转动挡板 23转动。转动挡板 23的中间有转轴 27, 排气 道固定座 24的中间有轴孔 32, 轴孔 32的外侧有弹簧安装孔 33, 转轴 27套 在该轴孔 32中, 转轴 27的外端有压缩弹簧 28, 压缩弹簧 28的一端顶在轴 孔 32外侧, 另一端由转轴 27外端的紧固螺钉 29固定。 转动挡板 23上有与 排气道 25对应的若干通孔 30, 每一排气道 25的前端各有密封垫圈 31。 通 过压缩弹簧 28的张力挤压, 各排气道 25前端的密封垫圈 31可紧贴转动挡 板 23, 使各排气道 25处于封闭状态。打开时旋转转动挡板 23, 转动挡板 23 上的各个通孔 30可同时对准各个排气道 25,各排气道 25同时打开,床垫中 的空气通过抽气管道接口 22被医院的负压管道迅速抽空, 从而实现快速排 在出现气袋压力不足、 断电、 充气和排气出现故障的情况下, 微机程控 器 1提供报警信号, 指示报警装置 15发出报警信号。

3、 根据权利要求 1所述气压自调式医用床垫, 其特征在于, 所述床垫 的末端有手动快速排气阀, 该手动快速排气阀连接 A组气室气管、 B组气室 气管和下气室组气管。
