现有移动网络的移动广告中移动运营商仅仅提供移动网络的管道, 内 容提供商和移动运营商之间没有交互, 内容提供商给所有终端用户推送广 告。
为了增加用户体验, 减少移动广告对终端用户的影响, 移动运营商都 启用 DP I ( Deep Pa cke t Ins pec t i on , 深度报文解析) 功能, 检测出发给 终端用户的移动广告, 将这个广告内容拦截, 不发给终端用户。
现有移动广告机制中, 移动运营商仅仅提供移动管道, 无法从内容提 供商处获得收益, 同时, 为了增加用户体验, 移动运营商都启用了 DP I 功能, 拦截发给终端用户的移动广告, 也进一步增加了移动运营商的运营 成本。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种内容代理的处理方法、 装置和系统, 解决了 移动运营商在移动广告中无法从内容提供商处获得收益的问题,从而提高 移动运营商在整个移动广告的生态链中的收益。

内容服务器可以通过运营商网络设备提供的管道向终端推送相应内 容,运营商网络设备可以根据推送的内容的流量或时间等向内容提供商收 取相应的费用。
现在的机制中, 由于内容服务器和移动运营商 (即运营商网络设备) 之间没有交互, 因此内容服务器不知道哪些终端签约了推送业务, 即内容 服务器不知道具体给哪些终端推送内容,所以内容服务器给所有终端推送 内容, 这样, 导致内容服务器推送的内容有可能被运营商网络设备拦截, 使得签约了推送业务的终端可能接收不到相应的推送内容,降低了用户体 验。
为了解决上述问题, 本实施例提供一种内容代理的处理方法, 该方法 的执行主体为运营商, 如图 1所示, 可以包括:
1 01、 内容代理设备获取终端的特征信息;
1 02、 根据特征信息确定需要推送给终端的内容;
1 03、 将确定的内容推送给终端。
釆用上述方案后, 内容代理设备获取终端的特征信息; 根据特征信 息确定需要推送给终端的内容; 将确定的内容推送给终端。 运营商网络设 备与内容服务器之间存在信息交互, 内容代理设备(如, 运营商网络设备 中的广告代理服务器, 运营商网络设备中的业务网关或者业务服务器, 运 营商网络设备中的开放平台或者运营商网络设备中的业务交付平台 SDP ( Service Delivery Platform) 以及内容服务器等) 可以根据接收到的 特征信息向相应的终端发送确定的内容, 换言之, 内容代理设备可以根据 特征信息获取到哪些终端定制了推送业务,并向定制了推送业务的终端发 送确定的内容, 同时, 运营商网络设备也可以根据特征信息不对内容服务 器发送的确定的内容进行拦截,增加了用户体验; 另外,对于运营商来说, 在内容服务器发起的推送业务中运营商不仅提供管道,并且还可以从推送 业务中获益。
为了使本领域技术人员能够更清楚地理解本发明实施例提供的技术 进行详细说明。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式, 内容代理设备可以包括但不限于: 运 营商网络设备(如, 运营商网络设备中的广告代理服务器, 运营商网络设 备中的业务网关或者业务服务器,运营商网络设备中的开放平台或者运营 商网络设备中的业务交付平台 SDP等)、 内容服务器等。
本方案中可以但不限于通过两种方式代理推送业务:
第一种,终端特征信息获取设备将获取到的终端的特征信息发送至内 容服务器, 由内容服务器根据特征信息确定推送至终端的内容, 并将确定 的内容发送至相应的终端;
第二种, 内容服务器将相应的内容緩存到运营商的緩存设备中, 由运 营商网络设备根据特征信息确定推送至终端的内容,并从緩存设备中获取 相应的确定的内容, 再将获取到的确定的内容发送至相应的终端。
本实施例提供另一种内容代理的处理方法,该方法是对图 1所示的方 法的进一步扩展, 且釆用上述列举的第一种代理推送业务的方式, 如图 2 所示, 可以包括:
201、运营商网络设备向终端(如, UE( User Equipment, 用户设备)) 发送第一推送请求。 在运营商网络设备向终端推送内容之前,首先确定终端是否需要进行 内容推送, 本步骤中的第一推送请求可以用于请求向终端发送推送内容 (如, 推送广告), 即询问终端是否需要进行内容推送。
值得说明的是,本实施例中提供的运营商网络设备为内容代理设备包 含的网络运营设备。
202、 运营商网络设备接收终端发送的推送响应。
推送响应可以但不限于用于表征是否需要向终端推送内容。
进一步的, 若推送响应用于表征需要向终端推送内容, 则推送响应可 以但不限于包括: 终端的特征信息。

内容服务器根据特征信息确定推送给相应的终端的内容具体可以如 下处理:
如果特征信息为内容偏好信息, 如, 终端用户选择电子消费类广告, 则内容服务器确定推送手机等电子消费类广告内容给终端用户; 或者, 如果特征信息为终端接入的位置信息,内容服务器发现终端接入的位 置处于观光景区, 则内容服务器确定推送酒店餐饮等广告内容给终端用 户; 或者,
如果特征信息为终端签订的内容套餐信息, 如, 终端签订视频广告套 餐, 则内容服务器确定推送视频广告给终端用户; 如果终端签订看电影视 频套餐, 则内容服务器确定推送最新最热的电影内容给终端用户。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,运营商网络设备在向终端发送的第一 推送请求中可以携带推送内容的分类信息 (新闻类、 娱乐类等), 终端的 接入位置信息或者终端签订的内容套餐信息,终端指定的推送的内容偏好 信息可以是用户根据喜好和分类信息选取的内容信息,终端根据用户选取 好的内容分类信息生成推送内容偏好信息,并将该终端指定的推送的内容 偏好信息通过运营商网络设备发送至内容服务器,以便内容服务器根据终 端指定的推送的内容偏好信息确定推送给终端的内容。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,内容服务器可以根据终端所处的地理 位置 (即, 终端接入的位置)确定推送给终端的内容, 例如, 当终端处于 观光景区时,内容服务器可以将相应的娱乐内容确定为推送给终端的内容 (可以但不限于包括周边交通信息、 餐饮信息、 旅游景点信息等), 或者, 当终端处于商业区时,内容服务器可以将商业内容确定为推送给终端的内 容 (可以但不限于包括商业广告、 商品促销广告等), 还可以包括其他情 况, 在此不——赘述; 和 /或, 运营商还可以根据终端指定的推送的内容 偏好信息确定推送给终端的内容, 这样, 运营商可以指示内容提供商发送 用户所需的且较为喜欢的内容, 可以增加用户体验。
本实施例对内容服务器确定推送给终端的内容的方法不作限定,可以 根据实际需要进行设定, 在此不再赘述。
206、 内容服务器向终端发送推送通知请求, 以告知终端有推送内容 将要发送。

作为本实施例的一种实施方式,运营商网络设备可以将终端的连接状 态发送至内容服务器, 可以包括: 终端的在线状态或终端的离线状态等, 以便内容服务器可以在终端处于在线状态时向终端发送确定的内容; 或 者, 运营商网络设备还可以在终端状态变换时向内容服务器上报终端状 态。
具体的, 可以包括:
内容服务器获取相应的终端的连接状态;如果相应的终端的连接状态 为在线状态, 则将确定的内容推送给相应的终端; 或者, 如果相应的终端 的连接状态为离线状态,则在相应的终端的连接状态由离线状态变为在线 状态后, 将确定的内容推送给相应的终端。
209、 运营商网络设备根据推送的内容进行计费, 得到计费信息。 进一步的, 计费信息可以但不限于包括: 对终端进行计费所得到的终 端计费信息、 和对内容服务器进行计费所得到的内容服务器计费信息。
作为本实施例的一种实施方式,内容服务器可以先将确定的内容发送 至网关, 再由网关发送至终端, 此时, 网关中会记录相应的传输确定的内 容的流量或时间,运营商网络设备可以根据网关中存储的传输确定的内容 的流量或时间进行对终端和内容服务器计费, 得到计费信息。
210、 将计费信息通知给内容服务器。
为了可以更清晰的对本实施例进行理解,下面对运营商内部的具体实 施流程进行简单描述, 其中, 内容代理设备和终端特征信息获取设备以开 放平台为例来进行描述。
其中,运营商网络设备的内部设备可以但不限于包括:计费系统、 PCRF ( Policy and Charging Rules Function, 策格与计费规则功能)、 开放 平台、 推送服务器等。
如图 3所示,运营商网络设备、 内容服务器、终端之间的数据交互图。
1、 计费系统发送内容套餐 (可以是广告套餐或者视频套餐等)(如, 当月接收 10分钟广告, 或者 10M流量的广告, 则赠送 20M数据流量) 请 求到开放平台; 开放平台发送内容套餐请求信息至推送服务器。 其中, 该 内容套餐可以但不限于包含在第一推送请求中进行发送。
2、 推送服务器将内容套餐请求信息封装在第一推送请求中并将第一 推送请求发送至终端, 第一推送请求可以但不限于包括内容的分类信息
(如, 电子消费类广告、 化装品类广告等), 这样, 用户可以通过终端可 以选择自己的内容喜好 (如, 喜欢看电子消费类广告内容)。
3、 终端向推送服务器发送推送响应, 推送响应中可以但不限于描述 是否接受推送业务 (即内容套餐), 推送响应可以包括: 终端指定的推送 的内容偏好信息。
4、 如果终端接受内容套餐, 则推送服务器发送内容套餐响应到开放 平台和计费系统 ( 0CS ( Online Charging System, 在线计费系统) 或者 0FCS ( Of line Charging System, 离线计费系统)); 如果终端用户拒绝 内容套餐, 则推送服务器发送内容套餐拒绝到开放平台和计费系统。 如果 终端接受内容套餐, 则计费系统在终端的计费套餐中增加内容套餐。
5、 如果某个内容提供商 (如, 新浪)和运营商之间签订了推送业务, 则开放平台将终端订购内容套餐的信息发送至这个内容提供商的内容服 务器, 这样后续这个内容服务器可以将确定的内容发送至该终端。 开放平 台可以将终端指定的推送的内容偏好信息(即,用户选择的内容喜好,如, 喜欢看电子消费类广告内容等)发送至内容服务器, 以便内容服务器可以 推送用户设备喜好的内容到这个终端, 其中, 开放平台可以但不限于将包 含有偏好信息的终端的特征信息发送至内容服务器。开放平台还可以但不 限于将终端接入的位置信息发送至内容服务器。
6、 如果终端订购了内容套餐, 且运营商和某个内容提供商之间也签 订了推送业务,则开放平台还可以将这个终端的连接状态通知给相应的内 容服务器, 同时, 运营商还可以将终端的接入位置信息 (如, Cell ID信 息)发送至内容服务器。 终端的连接状态一般可以分为在线状态(即, 终 端和网络之间建立了 PDN 连接) 和离线状态 (即, 终端和网络之间没有 PDN连接)。
7、 当终端和网关 (如, GGSN或者 PDN GW等) 之间建立 PDN连接时 网关将终端的连接状态信息通知给开放平台, 在这个过程中, 运营商可以 将终端的接入位置信息 (如, Cell ID信息) 通知给开放平台。 其中, 步 骤 7为运营商获知终端连接状态的描述,步骤 7可以执行于步骤 6之前的 任意步骤之前或之后, 在此不再赘述。
8、 如果终端订购了内容套餐, 且运营商和某个内容提供商之间也签 订了内容推送服务以及终端的连接状态由离线状态变为在线状态,则开放 平台将这个终端的在线连接状态通知给内容服务器, 在这个过程中, 运营 商同时可以将终端的接入位置信息 (如, Cell ID信息) 发送给内容服务 器。
9、 内容服务器确定推送给终端的内容 (可以包括基于终端接入的位 置信息确定推送给终端的内容; 和 /或, 基于终端选择的内容喜好确定推 送给终端的内容; 和 /或, 基于终端签订的内容套餐信息确定推送给终端 的内容), 内容服务器发送推送通知请求到开放平台, 请求向终端发送确 定的内容, 推送通知请求中可以但不限于包括 application ID (应用标 识), application SDF (application service data flow, 应用业务数 据流)、 内容提供商 ID等。 内容服务器在向终端发送确定的内容前, 可以 先判断这个终端的连接状态, 如果终端的连接状态为在线状态, 则内容服 务器向终端发送确定的内容; 如果终端的连接状态为离线状态, 则当终端 变为在线状态时, 内容服务器再向终端发送确定的内容。
10、 开放平台向 PCRF发送 AA ( authentication authorization, 鉴 权授权) 请求, 请求网络为推送业务分配 QoS等网络资源, AA请求可以 但不限于包括: application ID、 application SDF、 内容提供商 ID。
11、 PCRF 确定内容服务器请求的推送业务的 PCC ( Policy and Charging Control, 策略与计费控制)规则, 并将确定的 PCC规则发送至 网关。 网关根据收到的 PCC规则, 创建内容服务器请求的推送业务需要的 资源。
12、 PCRF向开放平台发送 AA响应。
13、 开放平台发送推送通知请求给终端(开放平台可以先发送推送通 知请求到推送服务器, 再由推送服务器发送推送通知请求到终端; 或者, 若开放平台具有推送功能, 则开放平台可以直接发送推送通知请求给终 端), 通知终端内容服务器有内容推送。
14、终端接收内容推送通知请求后,向开放平台发送推送通知响应(终 端可以先发送推送通知响应到推送服务器,再由推送服务器发送推送通知 响应给开放平台; 或者, 开放平台具有推送功能, 用户设备直接发送推送 通知响应给开放平台)。
15、 开放平台将推送通知响应发送至内容服务器, 指示内容服务器可 以向终端发送确定的内容。
16、 内容服务器向终端发送确定的内容。
17、 网关根据终端本次接收的推送内容进行计费, 得到计费信息, 并 将计费信息 (流量或者时长等) 上报给计费系统。
18、 计费系统根据计费信息进行计费处理, 得到计费信息, 并将该计 费信息发送至开放平台。 其中, 计费信息可以包括: 终端计费信息和内容 服务器计费信息。
具体可以包括:
对于终端:计费系统可以统计终端当月接收的推送内容的流量或者时 长,如果终端接收的推送内容的流量或者时长达到订购的内容套餐的阔值
(如, 流量达到 10M, 或者, 时长达到 10分钟), 则赠送相应的数据流量 给终端 (如, 赠送 20M的数据流量); 如果终端当月接收的推送内容的流 量或者时长未达到订购的内容套餐的阔值, 则按照正常的计费处理(如果 运营商和内容提供商之间已经签订了内容套餐, 则对终端一般免费处理; 如果运营商和内容提供商之间未签订了内容套餐,则对终端一般按照流量 或者时长进行计费处理 )。
对于内容提供商:计费系统可以统计终端当月访问这个内容提供商的 内容服务器的流量或者时长,并按照和这个内容提供商之间签订的内容套 餐进行计费处理 (如, 终端每访问内容服务器的流量为 1G, 则需要内容 提供商向运营商付费 100元)。 计费系统将内容提供商的计费信息 (即, 终端访问内容服务器的内容的流量或者时长等计费信息) 发送给开放平 厶口
19、 开放平台将内容服务器计费信息开放给内容提供商。
值得说明的是, 网元之间的接口既可以是消息接口, 也可以是 API ( Application Programming Interface , 应用程序编程接口 )。
釆用上述方案后, 运营商网络设备获取终端的内容套餐订阅信息, 运 营商网络设备将订阅内容套餐的终端的特征信息通知给内容提供商,使得 运营商网络设备与内容服务器之间存在信息交互, 内容服务器可以根据接 收到的终端的特征信息确定向终端推送的内容,之后并向相应的终端发送 确定的内容, 换言之, 内容服务器可以根据接收到的终端的特征信息获取 到哪些终端定制了内容套餐, 并向定制了内容套餐的终端发送确定的内 容, 同时, 运营商网络设备也可以根据订阅内容套餐的终端信息不对内容 服务器发送到这个终端的内容进行拦截, 增加了用户体验; 另外, 对于运 营商来说, 在内容服务器发起的推送业务中运营商不仅提供管道, 并且还 可以从推送业务中获益。
本实施例提供另一种内容代理的处理方法,该方法是对图 1所示的方 法的进一步扩展, 且釆用上述列举的笫二种代理推送业务的方式, 如图 4 所示, 其中, 内容代理设备和终端特征信息获取设备以开放平台为例来进 行描述, 该实施例可以包括:
4 01、 运营商网络设备向内容服务器发送緩存请求。
緩存请求用于请求内容服务器将相应的内容緩存到运营商网络设备 的相应的緩存设备中。
进一步的, 运营商网络设备在向内容服务器发送緩存请求之前, 运营 商和内容服务器对应的内容提供商(即, 内容提供商或者需要进行内容的 公司 /企业, 如, 麦当劳等需要做内容的公司 /企业)之间签订内容推送服 务, 运营商帮助内容提供商推送内容到用户设备, 即, 开放平台和内容提 供商的内容服务器之间签订了内容推送服务。 在这个过程中, 运营商和内 容提供商还可以签订内容推送的优先级, 如, 优先推送什么类型的内容 (如, 优先推送电子消费类的内容到用户设备)或者这个内容提供商的内 容推送优先级。 这样, 运营商可以基于这个优先级, 和不同的内容提供商 签订不同的内容计费套餐, 推送的优先级越高, 计费套餐就越高, 从而运 营商基于这个优先级, 实现差异化的套餐处理, 从而实现自己利益的最大 化。
运营商在自己的计费系统中增加或者更新内容提供商的计费套餐,将 运营商和内容提供商之间签订的内容计费套餐增加到运营商的计费系统 中, 即, 开放平台通知运营商的计费系统增加或者更新内容提供商的计费 套餐。
进一步的, 緩存请求可以但不限于包括緩存设备的标识信息。

如图 5所示,运营商内部设备、 内容服务器、终端之间的数据交互图。 1、 计费系统发送内容套餐 (可以是广告套餐或者视频套餐等)(如, 当月接收 10分钟广告, 或者 10M流量的广告, 则赠送 20M数据流量) 请 求到开放平台; 开放平台发送内容套餐请求信息至推送服务器。 其中, 该 内容套餐可以但不限于包含在第一推送请求中进行发送。
2、 推送服务器将内容套餐请求信息封装在第一推送请求中并将第一 推送请求发送至终端, 第一推送请求可以但不限于包括内容的分类信息
(如, 电子消费类广告、 化装品类广告等), 这样, 用户可以通过终端可 以选择自己的内容喜好 (如, 喜欢看电子消费类广告内容)。
3、 终端推送服务器发送推送响应, 携带是否接受推送业务 (即内容 套餐), 推送响应还可以包括: 终端指定的推送的内容偏好信息。
4、 如果终端接受内容套餐, 则推送服务器发送内容套餐响应到开放 平台和计费系统 ( 0CS ( Online Charging System, 在线计费系统) 或者 0FCS ( Offline Charging System, 离线计费系统)); 如果终端用户拒绝 内容套餐, 则推送服务器发送内容套餐拒绝到开放平台和计费系统。 如果 终端接受内容套餐, 则计费系统在终端的计费套餐中增加内容套餐。
5、 当终端和网关 (如, GGSN或者 PDN GW等) 之间建立 PDN连接时 网关将终端的连接状态信息通知给开放平台, 在这个过程中, 网关可以将 终端的接入位置信息 (如, Cell ID信息) 通知给开放平台。
6、 如果某个内容提供商和运营商之间签订了内容推送服务且终端也 订购了内容套餐, 则运营商网络设备为终端确定推送给终端的内容。 开放 平台还可以判断终端的连接状态是否是在线状态,只有在终端处于在线状 态下才可以向终端发送确定的内容。
运营商网络设备确定推送给终端的内容具体方法可以但不限于包括: 基于终端接入的位置信息确定推送给终端的内容。 如, 终端 A在小区 2接入网络, 小区 1位于接入网元 1中, 接入网元 1覆盖的区域中有肯德 鸡, 且肯德鸡和运营商之间签订了推送业务, 则运营商网络设备确定将肯 德鸡的内容推送到终端 A中; 或者,
基于终端指定的推送的内容偏好信息(即用户喜好)确定推送给终端 的内容。 如, 终端 A希望了解电子类的内容, 且运营商和 Apple之间签订 了内容推送业务,则运营商网络设备确定将 Apple的产品内容推送给终端 A; 或者,
基于内容推送的优先级确定推送给终端的内容。 如, App l e和运营商 之间签订了内容推送服务, 且签订的推送优先级为最高优先级, 则运营商 网络设备确定将 App l e的产品内容推送给终端。
7、 如果运营商网络设备确定的推送给终端的内容在运营商网络设备 的緩存设备中有緩存,则运营商网络设备请求緩存设备将确定的内容发送 至终端。
具体的,开放平台首先需要确定推送给终端的内容在存储于哪些緩存 设备中, 即确定执行向终端发送确定的内容的緩存设备, 然后开放平台向 该緩存设备发送推送请求, 请求该緩存设备执行推送功能, 开放平台可以 先发送第二推送请求到推送服务器,第二推送请求可以携带开放平台确定 的执行推送的緩存设备的标识以及确定的内容的标识等,推送服务器再发 送第二推送请求到确定的緩存设备; 或者, 开放平台直接发送第二推送请 求到确定的緩存设备, 以便緩存设备向终端发送确定的内容。
开放平台确定执行推送的緩存设备的具体方法可以但不限于包括: 开放平台首先确定推送给终端的内容 (步骤 6 中有描述); 然后查询 这个确定的内容在哪些緩存设备中有緩存(开放平台中有内容和緩存设备 关系对应表, 这个关系对应表有内容标识以及緩存设备标识字段, 緩存设 备标识中保存有内容标识对应内容緩存的緩存设备信息), 开放平台根据 确定的内容的标识查询这个关系对应表,获得緩存有确定的内容的緩存设 备的标识, 如, 麦当劳的内容在接入网元 1、 接入网元 2、 接入网元 3、 网关以及 CDN网络中有缓存,则这个关系对应表中麦当劳内容对应的緩存 设备的标识就包括接入网元 1 的标识、 接入网元 1 的标识、 接入网元 3 的标识、 网关的标识以及 CDN网络的标识; 开放平台选取最终的一个緩存 设备执行推送功能(开放平台可以选取距离终端最近的緩存设备作为执行 推送功能的緩存设备, 如, 终端通过接入网元 2接入到网络, 则开放平台 选择接入网元 1为执行推送功能的緩存设备)。 8、 缓存设备在接收到开放平台发送的第二推送请求后, 向终端发送 确定的内容。
具体的, 緩存设备根据第二推送请求中的确定的内容的标识, 选择对 应的确定的内容, 并将该确定的内容发送给相应的终端, 该终端可以为第 二推送请求中携带的终端标识对应的终端。
9、 缓存设备将本次终端接收内容的计费信息 (流量或者时长) 上报 给计费系统。
1 0、 计费系统根据计费信息进行计费处理, 得到计费信息, 并将该计 费信息发送至开放平台。 其中, 计费信息可以包括: 终端计费信息和内容 服务器计费信息。
具体可以包括:
对于终端:计费系统可以统计终端当月接收的推送内容的流量或者时 长,如果终端接收的推送内容的流量或者时长达到订购的内容套餐的阔值 (如, 流量达到 1 0M , 或者, 时长达到 1 0分钟), 则赠送相应的数据流量 给终端 (如, 赠送 20M的数据流量); 如果终端当月接收的推送内容的流 量或者时长未达到订购的内容套餐的阔值, 则按照正常的计费处理(如果 运营商和内容提供商之间已经签订了内容套餐, 则对终端一般免费处理; 如果运营商和内容提供商之间未签订了内容套餐,则对终端一般按照流量 或者时长进行计费处理 )。
对于内容提供商:计费系统可以统计终端当月访问这个内容提供商的 内容服务器的流量或者时长,并按照和这个内容提供商之间签订的内容套 餐进行计费处理 (如, 终端每访问内容服务器的流量为 1 G , 则需要内容 提供商向运营商付费 1 00元)。 计费系统将内容提供商的计费信息 (即, 终端访问内容服务器的内容的流量或者时长等计费信息) 发送给开放平 厶

釆用上述方案后, 内容代理设备, 用于获取终端的特征信息; 根据特 征信息确定需要推送给终端的内容; 将确定的内容推送给终端。 运营商与 内容服务器之间存在信息交互,内容代理设备可以根据接收到的特征信息 向相应的终端发送确定的内容, 换言之, 内容代理设备可以根据特征信息 获取到哪些终端定制了推送业务,并向定制了推送业务的终端发送确定的 内容, 同时, 运营商网络设备也可以根据特征信息不对内容服务器发送的 确定的内容进行拦截, 增加了用户体验; 另外, 对于运营商来说, 在内容 服务器发起的推送业务中运营商不仅提供管道,并且还可以从推送业务中 获益。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到 本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬 件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技 术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式 体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软 盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人 计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等) 执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种内容代理的处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
内容代理设备获取终端的特征信息;
根据所述特征信息确定需要推送给所述终端的内容;
将确定的内容推送给所述终端。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端的特征信息具 体包括以下至少一项: 所述终端指定的推送的内容偏好信息、 所述终端接 入的位置信息、 所述终端签订的内容套餐信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述将确定的内容 推送给所述终端包括:
内容代理设备通过緩存设备将确定的内容推送给所述终端。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内容代理设备通 过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述终端之前, 所述方法还包括: 所述内容代理设备查询緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备, 緩存设备 用于緩存内容;
所述内容代理设备从所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向 所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设备。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述内容代理设备查询 緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备具体包括: 所述内容代理设备获取已緩存的内容的内容标识与緩存设备标识之间 对应关系 己录;
根据所述关系记录获取緩存所述确定的内容的缓存设备标识; 所述内容代理设备从所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向 所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设备具体包括:
所述内容代理设备从获取到的緩存设备标识中选择一个緩存设备标 识, 将选择的緩存设备标识对应的緩存设备确定为向相应的终端执行内容 推送的緩存设备。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述内容代理设备从 所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向所述相应的终端执行内容 推送的緩存设备之后, 所述方法还包括:
所述内容代理设备向所述执行内容推送的緩存设备发送推送请求, 所 述推送请求包括所述确定的内容的内容标识, 或者, 通过推送服务器将所 述推送请求发送至所述执行内容推送的緩存设备, 所述推送请求包括所述 确定的内容的内容标识, 以便在所述执行内容推送的緩存设备收到所述推 送请求后向所述相应的终端发送所述确定的内容。
7、 根据权利要求 3至 6中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 内容代理设备通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应的终端之 前, 所述方法还包括:
所述内容代理设备向内容服务器发送緩存请求, 所述緩存请求用于请 求所述内容服务器将内容緩存到相应的緩存设备中;
所述緩存设备接收并緩存所述内容服务器发送的内容。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述緩存请求包括緩存 设备的标识信息;
所述内容服务器将内容緩存到相应的緩存设备中包括:
所述内容服务器将内容緩存到所述标识信息对应的緩存设备中。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述内容服务器将内容 緩存到相应的緩存设备中包括:
所述内容服务器将内容发送给开放平台, 以便所述开放平台将内容緩 存到相应的緩存设备中, 所述开放平台设置于所述内容代理设备中。

获取所述相应的终端的连接状态;
如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为在线状态, 则将所述确定的内容推 送给所述相应的终端; 或者,
如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为离线状态, 则在所述相应的终端的 连接状态由离线状态变为在线状态后, 将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应 的终端。
14、 根据权利要求 3至 1 3中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所 述将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应的终端之后, 所述方法还包括:
根据所述确定的内容进行计费, 得到计费信息;
将所述计费信息通知给内容代理设备。
1 5、 一种内容代理的处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取单元, 用于获取终端的特征信息;
第一确定单元, 用于根据所述特征信息确定需要推送给所述终端的内 容;
第一发送单元, 用于将确定的内容推送给所述终端。
1 6、 根据权利要求 1 5所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一获取单元获 取的终端的特征信息具体包括以下至少一项: 所述终端指定的推送的内容 偏好信息、 所述终端接入的位置信息、 所述终端签订的内容套餐信息。
1 7、 根据权利要求 1 5或 1 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一发送 单元包括:
第一发送模块,用于通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述终端。
1 8、 根据权利要求 1 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 查询单元, 用于在所述第一发送单元通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容 推送给所述终端之前, 查询緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备, 緩存设备 用于緩存内容;
第二确定单元, 用于从所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定 向所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设备。
1 9、 根据权利要求 1 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述查询单元, 具体 用于获取所述确定的内容的内容标识; 获取已緩存的内容的内容标识与緩 存设备标识之间对应关系记录; 根据所述关系记录获取緩存所述确定的内 容的緩存设备标识; 从获取到的緩存设备标识中选择一个緩存设备标识, 将选择的緩存设备标识对应的緩存设备确定为向相应的终端执行内容推送 的緩存设备。
20、 根据权利要求 1 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 第二发送单元, 用于在所述第二确定单元从所述緩存有所述确定的内 容的緩存设备中确定向所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设备之后, 向 所述执行内容推送的緩存设备发送推送请求, 所述推送请求包括所述确定 的内容的内容标识, 或者, 通过推送服务器将所述推送请求发送至所述执 行内容推送的緩存设备, 所述推送请求包括所述确定的内容的内容标识, 以便在所述执行内容推送的緩存设备收到所述推送请求后向所述相应的终 端发送所述确定的内容。
21、 根据权利要求 1 7至 2 0中任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述装置还包括:
第三发送单元, 用于在所述发送模块通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容 推送给所述相应的终端之前, 向内容服务器发送緩存请求, 所述緩存请求 用于请求所述内容服务器将内容緩存到相应的緩存设备中, 所述装置还包 括所述内容服务器。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第三发送单元发 送的緩存请求包括緩存设备的标识信息;
所述装置还包括:
緩存单元, 用于将内容緩存到所述标识信息对应的緩存设备中。
23、 根据权利要求 21所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述緩存单元, 具体 用于将内容发送给开放平台, 以便所述开放平台将内容緩存到所述相应的 缓存设备中, 所述开放平台设置于所述内容代理设备中。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述緩存单元, 具体 用于根据緩存设备的位置信息和所述终端的特征信息选择所述内容缓存的 缓存设备; 将内容緩存到所述选择的缓存设备中。
25、 根据权利要求 21所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括; 服务签订单元, 用于在所述笫三发送单元向内容服务器发送緩存请求 之前, 与所述内容服务器对应的内容提供商签订内容推送服务。
26、 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括 内容服务器, 所述第一获取单元和所述第一确定单元设置于所述内容服务 器中。
27、 根据权利要求 15至 26中任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述装置还包括:
第二获取单元, 获取所述相应的终端的连接状态;
所述第一发送单元, 具体用于如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为在线 状态, 则将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应的终端; 或者,
如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为离线状态, 则在所述相应的终端的 连接状态由离线状态变为在线状态后, 将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应 的终端。
28、 根据权利要求 17至 27中任意一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所 述装置还包括:
计费单元,用于在所述将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应的终端之后, 根据所述确定的内容进行计费, 得到计费信息;
通知单元, 用于将所述计费信息通知给内容代理设备。
29、 一种内容代理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
处理器, 用于获取终端的特征信息; 根据所述特征信息确定需要推送 给所述终端的内容;
发送器, 用于将确定的内容推送给所述终端。
30、 根据权利要求 29所述的内容代理设备, 其特征在于, 所述处理器 获取到的所述终端的特征信息具体包括以下至少一项: 所述终端指定的推 送的内容偏好信息、 所述终端接入的位置信息、 所述终端签订的内容套餐 信息中至少一项。
31、 根据权利要求 29或 30所述的内容代理设备, 其特征在于, 所述 发送器, 具体用于通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述终端。
32、根据权利要求 31所述的内容代理设备,其特征在于, 所述处理器, 还用于在所述发送器通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述终端之 前, 查询緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备, 緩存设备用于緩存内容; 从 所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向所述相应的终端执行内容 推送的緩存设备。
33、根据权利要求 32所述的内容代理设备,其特征在于, 所述处理器, 具体用于获取所述确定的内容的内容标识; 获取已緩存的内容的内容标识 与緩存设备标识之间对应关系记录; 根据所述关系记录获取緩存所述确定 的内容的緩存设备标识; 从获取到的緩存设备标识中选择一个緩存设备标 识, 将选择的緩存设备标识对应的緩存设备确定为向相应的终端执行内容 推送的緩存设备。
34、根据权利要求 32所述的内容代理设备,其特征在于, 所述发送器, 具体用于在所述处理器从所述緩存有所述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向 所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设备之后, 向所述执行内容推送的緩 存设备发送推送请求, 所述推送请求包括所述确定的内容的内容标识, 或 者,通过推送服务器将所述推送请求发送至所述执行内容推送的緩存设备, 所述推送请求包括所述确定的内容的内容标识, 以便在所述执行内容推送 的緩存设备收到所述推送请求后向所述相应的终端发送所述确定的内容。
35、 根据权利要求 31至 34中任意一项所述的内容代理设备, 其特征 在于, 所述发送器, 用于向内容服务器发送緩存请求, 所述緩存请求用于 请求所述内容服务器将内容緩存到相应的緩存设备中, 所述内容代理设备 包括所述内容服务器。
36、 根据权利要求 35所述的内容代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送器 向内容服务器发送的緩存请求包括緩存设备的标识信息;
所述内容服务器, 具体用于将内容緩存到所述标识信息对应的緩存设 备中。
37、根据权利要求 35所述的内容代理装置,其特征在于, 所述处理器, 具体用于将内容发送给开放平台, 以便所述开放平台将内容緩存到相应的 緩存设备中, 所述开放平台设置于所述内容代理设备中。
38、根据权利要求 37所述的内容代理装置,其特征在于, 所述处理器, 具体用于根据緩存设备的位置信息和所述终端的特征信息选择内容緩存的 緩存设备; 将内容緩存到所述选择的緩存设备中。
39、根据权利要求 35所述的内容代理装置,其特征在于, 所述处理器, 还用于在所述发送器向内容服务器发送緩存请求之前, 与所述内容服务器 对应的内容提供商签订内容推送服务。
40、 根据权利要求 29或 30所述的内容代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述 内容代理设备包括内容服务器, 所述处理器设置于所述内容服务器中。
41、 根据权利要求 29至 40中任意一项所述的内容代理装置, 其特征 在于, 所述处理器, 还用于获取所述相应的终端的连接状态; 所述发送器, 具体用于如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为在线状态, 则将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应的终端; 或者,
如果所述相应的终端的连接状态为离线状态, 则在所述相应的终端的 连接状态由离线状态变为在线状态后, 将所述确定的内容推送给所述相应 的终端。

所述运营商网络设备, 用于根据所述特征信息确定需要推送给所述终 端的内容;
所述内容代理设备, 具体用于通过緩存设备将确定的内容推送给所述 终端。
46、 根据权利要求 45所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述内容代理设备, 还用于在通过緩存设备将所述确定的内容推送给所述终端之前, 查询緩存 有所述确定的内容的緩存设备, 緩存设备用于緩存内容; 从所述緩存有所 述确定的内容的緩存设备中确定向所述相应的终端执行内容推送的緩存设 备。

49、 根据权利要求 45至 48中任意一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所 述内容代理设备, 还用于在所述内容代理设备通过緩存设备将所述确定的 内容推送给所述相应的终端之前, 向内容服务器发送緩存请求, 所述緩存 请求用于请求所述内容服务器将内容緩存到相应的緩存设备中, 所述内容 代理设备包括所述内容服务器。
