Abstract

The invention relates to a non-invasive, self-regulated system which reduces snoring by means of sound signals or even light signals, transmitting acoustic information that enters the subconscious of the snorer and reminds same to change position and to stop snoring. The non-invasive, self-regulated system translates the low-intensity sound and light signals as well as a flow of selective and inoffensive sound waves transmitted from a control unit by means of ultra-sensitive receivers and transmitters, which are automatically activated when the person snores. One or more selective whistles are sent from the control unit, which only the snorer will hear. This signal will be capable of reminding the snorer without completely awakening same, thus making the snorer stop snoring. If the partner hears the signal, only the snorer will be reminded and will stop snoring. Said system is carried out using sounds having different frequencies which are stored in a biometric chip. The sounds are only triggered, automatically, when the registered snorer snores, and the system which subsequently uses only the one or more whistles which are positive for the user is stored in a biometric electronic chip.

Description

SYSTEME AUTOREGULE NON-INVASIF CONTRE LES RONFLEMENTS  NON-INVASIVE NON-INVASIVE SYSTEM AGAINST ROUNDS
(SANIR)  (Sanir)
Snoring can be considered a reassuring noise for some, but for others it is a despicable behavior, for those who snore and those who live next door. Nevertheless, for the snorer's entourage, snoring, also called rhonchopathy, is often an irritating noise, even unbearable. But where does snoring come from? It occurs especially with inspiration when, during sleep, the soft tissues of the palate, the uvula or even the epiglottis, vibrate with the passage of the air, like sails which slam with the wind.
Simple snoring is not considered a health problem and usually does not bother the snorer. We are especially embarrassed by the sleep disorders that it causes to those around him. Average snoring easily achieves a noise level of 45 dB at 60 dB (the noise of a voice), while a major hum can exceed 95 dB, which corresponds to the noise of the passage of an airplane. Obviously, this hinders the sleep of people who share the life of the snorer, sometimes to the point of causing chronic insomnia or having to separate room.
Since many snorers do not know they are snoring, it is difficult to assess the frequency of this disorder in the population. According to a medical assessment, more than 48% of adults snore occasionally, and 35% are regular snorers. As for children, it is estimated that about 10% snore regularly.
When you fall asleep, the tongue and the tissues of the bottom of the palate and throat relax. In some people, especially for anatomical reasons, these tissues partially block the passage of air and begin to vibrate during breathing.
This sound breathing can be caused by any of the following situations:
- un surplus de poids qui entraîne un rétrécissement des voies respiratoires au niveau la gorge;  - excess weight which causes a narrowing of the airways in the throat;
- des polypes dans les voies nasales (un polype est une excroissance qui se forme sur une muqueuse);  polyps in the nasal passages (a polyp is an outgrowth that forms on a mucous membrane);
-muscle hypotonia with soft tissue release (well highlighted with alcohol intake or tranquilizers!)
Generally, snoring is benign and has no health consequences. On the other hand, in some cases, it is associated with breathing pauses that disrupt sleep. In this case we speak of sleep apnea. Apnea can cause fatigue and sleepiness during the day, and is associated with increased risk of hypertension, cardiovascular disease (including stroke and heart attack), and even sudden death. Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by frequent stops of breathing during the night. Most of the time, the sleeper is not aware of it. It is the result of an obstruction caused by loosening of the tongue and throat muscles that prevent the passage of air (see diagram). The snoring is then interrupted by moments of silence from a few seconds to more than a minute when the breathing is stopped ... The more the snoring is strong, the more there is risk that they are accompanied by apneas. Depending on the time frequency, it is necessary to consult a doctor.
SANIR reduces snoring by sound, vibration or light signals. It transmits waves that are inscribed in the subconscious of the snorer and that remind him that it is necessary to either change position or stop snoring ... The present invention relates to a self-regulating system non-invasive conditional data regulator for help snorers, to stop snoring without waking the partner.
The SANIR thus acts by emitting selective wave signals emitted from a source that is capable of receiving the snoring sound information (detector) and which, once the signal is analyzed and recognized as a hum, emits a signal which will be perceived only by the target (or the targets), giving him just the impact necessary to make him change position or just change the tone so as to interrupt the emission of snoring.
One or more selective whistles, or other type of wave, are sent from the SANIR, which can be a simple electronic application downloadable in a mobile device, but can also be a processor holding on an electronic card or chip, installed in a electronic box, and these waves emitted will be perceived only by the buzzer via for example an intracanal hearing device, (or other auditory headphones), by light emission (via an equipped ocular mask), or even by emission of vibration (for example via a specially designed vibrating strap), which only the snorer will perceive. This signal will have the power to challenge him without totally waking him, to stop him from snoring. This system is realized thanks to sounds of different frequencies stored in a chip and they are emitted automatically, only when the recorded buzzer hums.
When the sleeping user snores, he will immediately hear the stream of selected waves, emitted from the system. He will hear it and stop snoring.
The sound of the user's snoring serves as a password and control and also a system switch. A positive hiss will be selected and returned to the user when the user begins to snore.
It will automatically stop snoring. The selection of the best hissing is done by the system which will then use only the positive whistle (s) for the user stored in the chip.
The present invention proposes to overcome the disadvantages of the systems of the prior art and to make a system that can easily be moved and used by virtually any user, and in any place and regardless of the volume of the room, or environment plane train, or bus. A device analyzes the metric volume of the room or the environment so that the hissing sound keeps its power and remains stable and audible by the user. This system simplifies the management of the system as defined in the preamble and is characterized in that it comprises a card, that is to say a biometric chip and blank data for the user to register his biometrics, a recognition voice. His voice with his snoring is then introduced into memory in his personal smart card in the case.
This card must be certified by a specialist otolaryngologist to define exactly the value in decibels that the snoring or those of the spouse. It may also be necessary to determine if there is a difference in hearing between the left and right ear.
Once entered into the system, the user turns on the system and when the user snores, the system triggers and immediately analyzes whistling, power and direction.
The whistle recovered in the chip of the card will then be analyzed by the system which will trigger a flow of audible waves by the user, and the system will be as specific as possible so that the target is mainly targeted!
This composition is organized from software that consists of several accessories. First by a box, which includes a personal recording of a whistle recorded by the buzzer, which will recognize him in his subconscious, without waking him up. This message will remind him to change his position. In addition this housing can also serve as a night light and alarm clock radio. In another version, the housing is associated with a dark mask connected with or wirelessly. It will be equipped with a light source. A flash of light will be sent in the inner part of the mask, when the user sleeps with his mask, to receive a light wave that will challenge him in his subconscious to stop snoring.
It is the SANIR software installed within its device that will instruct the lamp to flash inside the mask after the system detects the snoring sound. The mask is connected by a wire to an earphone that the snorer has taken care to place inside an ear.
The case is ready and will only work for the user. In addition, the system will be functional when the user enters his personal and biometric smart card. It will turn on the housing that will be powered by either batteries or a local power supply.
Square or round it will have above a soft light that will serve as a night light. In the 4 faces there is a transmitter and receiver, with sensors that will only work towards the buzzer user.
This system can also work wirelessly over wireless networks
(Bluetooth -Wifi). (Bluetooth -Wifi).
An extension of the system is provided via an application downloadable for example on an l-phone for the same function and the same use.
The present invention and its advantages will be better understood by reference to the description of the different embodiments and the appended drawings in which,
